Super nostalgic! Came in for their $4.99 large pizza and paid an extra $2 for cheese. Everyone here is super nice and can I tell you this is probably the most sanitary place I've been to? Everyone here is wearing masks ( before it was required) a plastic shield surrounds the register, they have hand sanitizer at the front. My napkins and parmesan were in a zip lock bag. The place was so empty it was kinda sad. But it didn't bother me cause I don't like children. I ordered a salad bar plate for myself and hot wings for my mom. I don't know what they put in that potato salad but it was so good, I'm just gonna come back and fill a cup with it or something. The vegetables were pretty fresh and the salad station was very clean. They even swapped out another clean plate so I could grab more salad. From what I was told, the wings were crunchy and had a nice taste, but they weren't spicy. Usually when you order wings you'd want more "heat" to them. We also got fries but they were okay. I have gone here a couple times prior to throwing my daughters birthday party here, which happened to be today. But today solidified why this is by far the best Chuck E. Cheese in the valley. I had a young lady help me by the name of Bianca, who checked on me periodically to make sure that everything was good and up to par, which it was! Food was great, and out in about 15 minutes. Absolutely no complaints there. They also added an small interactive play area which was a great hit with the kids, especially the little ones who loved chasing the little fishes. Me and my friend's family had such an amazing experience at the Chuck E. Cheese at Reseda. From the delicious food to the live entertainment with Chuck E. himself, this was truly amazing. I would also like to point out the amazing hospitality of S. Charlebois for also making this location great, not just for the kids, but also for the adults who need to work. What a letdown! This place has really gone downhill and when you consider that CEC is pretty much a valley to begin with, that's hard to do. Iced tea that is basically dirty water, and iced pizza (which I didn't even know was a thing). We hadn't had a bad experience with the food here in ages, so it was pretty disappointing. Not sure if it was an off night or what, but how hard is it to keep a pizza hot for the 20 seconds it takes to walk to the counter? The place was filthy, it wasn't even that crowded, but all the empty tables were covered in garbage and waiting to be bussed. I don't know what has happened here, we've been bringing the kids here forever (and I went here when I was a kid!) and it's never been like this. I'm giving it two stars because even though this was a one star evening, we've had a lot of parties here and they have always been great. This was my first time throwing my son a birthday at chuck e cheese. We started planning about a month in advance , Karina was absolutely helpful. Finally, the big day arrived. We were instantly given the play passes and filled in about when chucky would come out, etc. They took our cake and put in the fridge. Helped with the gifts and balloons. Kathy was absolutely amazing. She was on it! She filled our pitchers and brought our pizza fast. My guest were really happy. My son loved the ticket blaster! He had so much fun in there. He also loved all the attention chucky gave him. They put him on the stage and he was living for it. When it was time to sing happy birthday we places the candles on his cake. Kathy ended up burning her finger really bad, and we felt horrible! She was ok when we checked up on her but still, felt super bad. Kathy was able to help us relax, we were running around prior to the party that it felt good to be able to sit and enjoy the party. We still have so many tickets left and play passes. Overall my guests and the birthday boy had a blast. I had a lot of fun as well seeing everyone enjoy themselves. I will probably throw him another party here if he wants. read more

My opinion of this Chuckie E Cheese has changed. Recently I had my son's 4th birthday party at this location. The reason I chose this location over others is the set up. The party area is away from the games. The location is very spacious. Planning my party with them was ok it wasn't the best but it my experience would make me return again. Let's just start with parking. On weekends parking is crazy. The parking lot is very small so you have to wait for parking. They do have valet free of charge but I wouldn't recommend it. The reason why I am giving this review a 4 instead of 5 is because of their Valet. Mike is very disrespectful and really needs to learn how to talk to his customers. When I arrived they had my table ready I had to just setup real quick. My party host was Kathy and she was wonderful. She was attentive and on top of everything. When I come here I know the food is ok. You really come for your kids because you remember when you were a kid. I ordered a Xtra Large Cheese Pizza because my son likes Cheese, A Large Stuffed crust Pepperoni and a Large regular Pepperoni. The pizza was good nice and fresh. The cheese had a nice garlic taste. It was better then I remembered. The best part of this whole experience was how Chuckie interacts with the birthdays guests. How he dances with the kids and makes their time special. While lighting the cake I bought a special sparkling candle. It was a 4 that was supposed to sparkle. Kathy did the honors of lightning the candles but while lighting the 4 it went off and burned her hand. I felt awful because she got hurt because of the candle. I apologized and she said was ok but you can tell she got burned bad. She took one for the team. My guests had a wonderful time. My overall experience was wonderful I do recommend throwing a birthday party here. Just beware of valet parking. In the future with be throwing another party here. read more

I came here today with my 4 year old son and my family to celebrate him being a pre-k graduate and also because he LOVES coming to Chuck E. Cheese. Although, we usually go to the location in Sun valley, we wanted to try this location out. We got there and the vibes were good the employees at the register were very nice and polite, it wasn't packed since it was about 12PM so that was a plus as well. Fast forward... it was our time to leave and chuck. E had came out so my son was so excited to go give him a hug and say bye and so we got up from our table and walked over to him. There was about 5 children including my son over with Chuck e trying to get high fives or even hugs and let me tell you the person in the chuck e suit must be VERY miserable with this job because they didn't stop for any of that! No pictures either and as a mom my heart felt sad for my son because he looked at me with a sad face as Chuck e just walked right passed him ignoring him (KEEP IN MIND HE WAS IN FRONT OF HIM AND CHUCK E WALKED AROUND HIM) and so he went following him for a damn hug!! So of course I had to tell the employee to stop and give my son a hug. I hate that these kids had to experience an unenthusiastic chuck e, they need to hire someone that doesn't seem miserable and look like they're just weeping around! They need someone that's happy for the kids and show excitement for them and actually stop to take pictures and give high fives and hugs, PERIOD!! read more

It was nothing short of amazing, as parents we usually have to mingle with the adults and make sure everyone has everything they need or offer them drinks and food. But thanks to our host we didn't need to lift a finger, he was attentive to everyone's needs. Came here and bought a summer fun pass for my kids who love Chuck E. Cheese. We were having technical difficulties figuring out how to redeem the fun pass. Needless to say it was a process but our host Victoria was so patient. I felt bad that I was taking up so much time. But she was so sweet and helpful. This Chuck-E-Cheese was the first location I've been going to since I was a baby and all through the 80s early 90s. The best time was the pizza time theatre era. You have the king in 1981 then you had Dolly dimples and then you had the beagles and finally the beach Bowser's and then just the main Show cast. As far as the show they had guest stars such as Harmony Howlette, Madame oink and finally Helen Henny. I hear they're getting rid of the animatronics within the next few weeks or months so if they're adding more TVs I hope they can bring back some of the older acts that no longer exist such as the beagles the king Harmony but put them in animation or puppets on the television read more

Elva the Manager was very kind and willing to answer questions I had about the play card; Johnny has this natural energy to host guest and he does a great job to pump up the environment. Ricardo the other manager was also very helpful. I can't believe how old I am :( went to Chuck E Cheese for my best friends little boys birthday. If I was a kid this place would rock! When you walk in through the door you are greeted by a staff member who is checking people in and out. That is a great idea. Kids get lost and parents get tied up with party things. Nice to know if your kid gets lost he is not leaving Chuck E Cheese without you. The party area with the tables and stage has not changed since I was little. The robotic animals playing the instruments cracked me up, but for the kids it will do. The staff was accommodating. Helping you set up your table, gather your party together to sing happy birthday, and bring Chuck E Cheese himself for a photo with the kids. The whole presentation was great. And the kids loved it. I thought their policy of alcoholic beverage purchase is genius. You can only purchase alcoholic beverages once every hour per person with valid ID. You cannot buy a round of drinks without having the person present with their ID. Great place to host a kids party and attend. read more

New spot! I've been to too many Chuck E. Cheese's in my lifetime lol, but as a mom of 3 I have a long way to go until I never have to come to another one. This is by far the best location I have ever been to. It's in a tiny shopping mall so it's easy to miss, but on the plus side with the limited parking it's less packed in here. Once we entered the building we were greeted by the happiest lady who I've ever met that worked at a child's place. We ordered our food and the guy that helped us was AMAZING and so patient as we got our lives together. Our food was out in about 10 min, enough time to take everyone potty and hands washed. The quality of the food was by far the best, and the salad bar was fully stocked and tidy (which was a big shock for a Chuck E. Cheese salad bar on a Saturday.) As we were sitting there eating I noticed one of the ladies, I'm not sure if she was a manager or regular worker, walking around and cleaning the games as well as swiping her card and making sure they worked. After we finished our food it was time to play. We only had a couple issues with ticket jams and the picture drawing station being out of paper but it took a second for someone to be there and fix it. Once the shift change happened (yes, we were there that long. 3 freaking hours lol) every new person that walked in was just as nice as the last. I'm very pleased with the interactions my children had any time they asked for help or had a general question. I'd also like to shout out to the lady working the ticket area. I had 4 kids who couldn't make up their mind and she laughed and smiled thru the entire encounter and even tried to help them make up their minds in a non aggressive type of way. To the manager on shift or whoever's in charge of Chuck E. Cheese, id like to say, every person on the schedule from 2:30-5:30 deserves a raise or a bonus or something.
