The arcade is relatively small, but the bumper car area is quite spacious and doubles as a skating rink after 8 PM until closing, which only allows for about two hours of skating. The pricing is reasonable overall, though the skating entrance fee feels a bit steep. Arcade games are fairly priced, and the bumper car sessions offer good value. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch. I haven't visited with my kids yet, but it looks like we'll be making a trip soon. The real test will be whether they enjoy it. On a positive note, there's plenty of parking available on the side. Since it's only been open for about a week, it's worth giving it some time to develop.

Hidden away like a Matryoshka doll inside a kbbq restaurant is this gem, a small but serviceable bar with a respectable number of machines to play. I love oddball places like this, not something anyone with a right mind would think of it but thank God they did. You can order food from the restaurant to the bar as well but the move would be to get a drink here and play a few rounds of pinball while waiting for a table.

So I have now been to both locations and this one IMO is a bit better. This is located in the back…read moreof the AYCE KBBQ resturant. It is a small bar with about 15 or so machines. 80% are from the last 7 or so years and one of the few places you will find Jersey Jack machines. There will also be a few 80s/90s machines and ocasionally one from the 70s/60s. All of the machines are SUPER well maintained and they rotate machines in and out every few weeks. Another bonus is allmost all of the machines are only .50 to play (the Jersey Jack machines though are .75) and give out free games on matches fairly often. The replay by score, though, is often really high (but most likely that is because most that come here are fairly good players). The modern Stern machines are also connected as well if you have your QR code and they post high scores on the TV on the wall. In the front of the resturant is another 10 or so machines as well (but it gets loud there as it is the waiting area for people that will be getting KBBQ). I haven't actually drank or ate here yet. One of these days I will. I also see it says 5PM (maybe that is just when the bar officially oppens) but the room is open when the resturant opens so you can play in the afternoon before the evening rush.

I cannot express how nice and gracious the staff were. They were so accommodating and made sure all race car riders were safe and everyone in the arcade had no issues. They had every arcade game imaginable as well as an interactive AI experience, a pool table that most adults enjoyed, air hockey, bowling, so many claw machines... I definitely plan on coming back and planning my son's birthday party here!! And I'm coming back to win the big bear!!! I was so close!! The space, the staff, the activities... all top quality and excellent! A++++ Highly recommended!!

We called again when we were 30 minutes out to ask about height requirements. Our call was missed -- and they called us back, so they had our number. We drove from Simi Valley to Sherman Oaks to find the entire place shut down for a private event. When we arrived, Lucine informed us that the party had upgraded their package, which resulted in the entire venue being booked. They had time to make signs for the party but couldn't take two minutes to call us back and save us the trip. Or save my 3-year-old the disappointment. When I said I'd be sharing my experience, Lucine handed over free passes -- then asked if I'd still be leaving a review. That told me everything about the gesture. It wasn't an apology. It was damage control. We may give them another chance, but this visit was sloppy and unprofessional. Call ahead if you're planning a trip. And maybe call twice. Edit to add: I already noted in my original review that an attempt was made to remedy the situation -- bringing it up again here with a dollar figure attached feels more like a rebuttal than a genuine response. For accuracy, what was offered to my three children was two rides and an arcade card each. I'd also push back on the characterization that it was 'gladly accepted.' When you're walking out the door disappointed with three kids, accepting something in the moment isn't the same as feeling made whole. As for the 155 five-star reviews -- a business that opened in September with 155 Google reviews but only 21 on other platforms raises valid questions. That kind of gap doesn't happen organically. It happens when customers are specifically directed to one platform. An honest review is not an attack. I shared our experience so other families can make informed decisions, and I stand by every word of it.

The place on the whole isn't that big, which isn't a terrible thing. We came here on a weeknight and it was pretty chill! There was one little girl who was having her birthday here but it was still open for other kids to play. It's always a good idea to call before you come though to check! A lot of the indoor playgrounds I have been to all seem very similar, but it was nice to see some very different slides and activities here! The tube slide was AWESOME, I just wish there was a way to get the tubes easily up the stairs or back up the ramp so mom's and dad's wouldn't have to schlep them up there. I was SWEATING because of course my son wanted to go again and again! Everything was clean and in relatively good condition. I liked that they had some dress up items for the kiddos. Though it is a more narrow space, there was plenty of space for the kids to climb and explore. I did not love that they had arcade games in the back, specifically one with giant machine guns. Is that appropriate for a children's indoor playground? I brought my kid here to go on slides and bounce on a trampoline, not shoot aliens with a giant machine gun. The whole place is so cute with animals hanging from the ceiling and murals on the walls but the video games take away from that cute and innocent aesthetic. Food for thought for management!
