Overall, this is one of the best Chuck E. Cheese locations in Vegas. Their manager is very present and trying to please the guests. The pizza here is made quick and always hot! They don't have the best games though and some are out of order usually but the customer service makes up for it. They are happy to supply water cups and we usually like the salad bar. Only a couple times was it low and not refilled without having to ask. But I do like this location better than any others in Vegas.

2 hours of laughter & fun Fun, friendly, entertaining, imaginative, social and celebratory. The prices are fair, the children, parents alike have smiles. It pleases me to know, your celebration will end 10 minutes before the hour for the next celebration to begin on time. ...punctual! Thank you

I am new to Chuck E. Cheese. But I can see why kids love it so much! I had to chase my toddler around to get him out for his nap. We had so much fun there. Stuff was super helpful and friendly. Pizza wasn't the best of my life, but it was tasty. And kids loved it. We got unlimited play time 60 min and got 30 min for free as an October promotion. And later on we were able to switch it for points. So I have points on my card now for next time. I believe cashier's name was Gerry. He was super helpful and huge "thank you" to him and his team! Good job guys. I am sure it's a very stressful job. Little yelling kids and stressed parents around all the time.

To celebrate my sons six birthday I took him to Chuck E. Cheese. He was very excited to go, and was not disappointed. Even though the prices are getting higher, the kids enjoyment is the most important thing they have a different selection for game cards where you can use points or time. Are used 60 minutes of unlimited game time so they could play as much as they could in an hour. For me, the pizza tastes great because it's the same pizza I had when I was a kid. You're gonna have to go a few times to save up your tickets in order to get the big prize that the kids want. They do have a system to make sure that you take your kids when you're done so that they don't go missing. The bathroom is clean and the environment is fun for everyone to enjoy.

    Burnt, lopsided, greasy cracker "pizza"

How in the world is this the best CEC in Vegas? It's smells off inside and the AC isn't working correctly, which is gross in August! The food service took forever- in a nearly empty restaurant it took 40 minutes to cook a lopsided greasy pizza that resembles peppery cracker. The games and rides are mostly broken and do not give the correct tickets. And finally, either they are severely understaffed or there are some incredibly lazy workers. This place is a mess.

This place is a huge indoor playground with three floors of hands-on exhibits that kept them moving the whole time. They loved Toddler Town on the first floor the desert themed soft play, sensory elements, and crawl spaces were just right for their age. But the real highlight was The Summit, the giant 70-foot climbing structure that spans all three floors with 12 levels. I was surprised how well our 2 and 3 year olds handled it! They climbed the levels with no problem, exploring different challenges and interactive spots at their own pace. It was great to see their confidence grow as they went up and down. They also enjoyed the water play area (smocks provided still recommend a change of clothes) and some of the imaginative play zones. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and it felt like the perfect energy-burner in air-conditioned comfort a lifesaver in Las Vegas! The museum is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's very stroller-friendly. Admission is $15 for Nevada locals with valid ID and $20 for non-locals (kids under 1 are free). We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing the boys around much easier. Helpful tip for families on a budget: If you have a valid EBT, SNAP, or WIC card, you can get admission for just $5 per person (up to 4 tickets per adult cardholder cards must be shown at entry for verification; in-person only). If you have active little ones who love to climb and explore, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommend -- we'll definitely be back!

It was nice having something fun for kids to do that doesn't involve being 21+ or sitting in a hotel room, especially while her parents had a chance to gamble. We had so much fun and stayed for a few hours. I was honestly exhausted after going through the jungle gym, but there are so many hands-on learning experiences and activities that keep kids engaged the whole time. The Grocery Store was a popular place that the kids seemed to enjoy. The quality of the exhibits is great, and for how much there is to do, the value is totally worth it. Highly recommend for families. We'll definitely be back the next time she comes to visit.

It was just us and 1 other couple, so this felt very intimate, which made it feel even more special. This is a non-profit, so I think the cost of the tour is absolutely worth it! We also decided to add on lion feeding for the 2 of us, which took place at the end. During the tour, we made our way around and got so much information from Tyler. You could tell he truly loves what he does and the animals love him right back! The animals are very well taken care of, and have plenty of space for having previously been at the MGM. When we were prepping for the lion feeding after our tour, Tyler was kind enough to show us the fridges of food and how much they go through in a day, which was a lot! Of the lions you could choose from, we chose to feed Cheeto. She was beautiful and very nice! I think this place is great! They have different kinds of birds (flying and non) and tortoises. This is a great family friendly place as well. You learn a lot and get to see really cool animals pretty close! The parking lot is kind of small if you are there later in the day, so that is something to keep in mind when deciding when to go. Whether it's the tour or a normal ticket for the day, everyone should check this place out!

They do have enrichment activities for the cats that you get a chance to watch. The staff are kind and some hesitate to stop and answer a question or two. Worth stoping by and supporting. They are now doing yoga with the lions a couple days a month.

They only let you into the room 15 minutes before the party, which makes it impossible to decorate or set up properly. Our party was scheduled for 2:30, and by the time we got checked in and figured out the mistake -- they had us in the smaller room even though we paid for the larger VIP suite -- it was already 2:30 and guests were walking in. When we finally got to the VIP room, it hadn't even been cleaned from the last party. The floor was sticky, the tables weren't set, and the staff were still mopping and cleaning while guests were arriving. We literally had to start the party around the cleaning crew. The bathrooms were also very dirty, which didn't help the impression. We had pre-ordered six pizzas, but only three pepperoni pizzas showed up on time and they were severely undercooked. The cheese pizzas for the kids didn't arrive until the party was wrapping up -- and they were also so undercooked they ended up being thrown away. They did give us a discount afterward, but for what we paid, the experience was chaotic, unsanitary, and poorly managed.

The size of this place is deceiving, when we first walked in, I thought we would be in and out within 30-minutes. We were actually here for over two hours and every corridor we walked into offered a new smattering of lizards, bunnies, snakes, otters, huge fish, and even a massive saltwater tank filled with small sharks and stingrays. I realize a lot of the animals here are rescues, but I truly felt sorry for all of the mammals here... do they ever see the sun? Are they allowed to go outside and get fresh air? Or do they just stay inside basking in the fluorescent lights? I feel like if they had that information posted it wouldn't be as a bummer seeing capybara's, wallabies, and tons of birds, in small cages; inside of a mall. If you're local and you haven't been here yet, it's definitely worth at least one trip.
