I usually have a good experience at this place because I live in the area and I come here often all different hours and have come to know the stuff that works here today I have a horrible experience with Ace new staff member named Heidi I came with my boyfriend and she seemed nice at first and was being almost overly friendly as soon as my boyfriend hit some money we ordered food it gambled and she had a boyfriend or a male friend come in and changed her whole demeanor and she started being really disrespectful disregardful rude I even went and ordered my own drink and my boyfriend had returned our our food place to the counter and he even though he still tipped her she still had a remark to say you guys are making me run mileage and we decided to go and play pool in a different area away from the gaming and away from her and she still went out of her way to be rude and make herself a presence I've never had a bad experience like this before but she was even to the point where I had asked for the store number and she went back and turned the radio up so loud I couldn't even make a phone call after she said that she couldn't adjust any kind of channels or volumes or radio stations and the pool tables are separate from the TV screens and the gaming area is a whole different section by the door when you first walk in there's even arcade games before you even get to the gaming area and she said some foul remarks that was just very unsettling and made it horrible experience I would never come back and it was a terrible experience for my boyfriend who was his first time coming here and I was telling him so how much I like this place because it was so welcoming so friendly and that we were going to have a good time it was a terrible experience and I will never come back because of this lady named Heidi and her boyfriend came in giving my boyfriend faces to where I feel like there might be attention or even a problem so that discomfort and unsettledness is very bad for my experience and to say the least I couldn't even make a phone call because the music is so loud in here and I will even record or you can even call me for more but terrible terrible experience other than that the other staff has always been welcoming and friendly and I have had good report and experience with them but this lady she's new she has a boyfriend obviously that changed her demeanor attitude and she went over the top to try to brush off what she was doing before and her friendliness it shouldn't have been over the friendly to where she felt like she had a v extra to make up for because she was all over my boyfriend when he was hit something on the slots disgusting distasteful and unprofessional I will be following up with emails and corporate if anybody has any questions or even has any comments I will be more than happy to fill you in and I will stand on everything that I've spoken and I am confident in certain video would back that read more

Their thing is game tokens for dollars when buying food & drinks (alcohol also), at one to one. It's fun, it's gimmicky, I like it. Games spit out tickets which can be redeemed for prizes, most with a New Orleans theme. Like bauble necklaces of all sorts, and T-shirts. Most of the games are about 4 tokens each, Pac-Man and pinball are one. Skee-Ball is 2 tokens. If games with tokens aren't your thing, Bourbon Street is a Dotty's franchise, so poker machines. And, it's a 21 and over joint, cash only. Against my instincts, I tried some food. I say that because I'm pretty sure one employee was running the show. I was starving, however, so I proceeded. The Jambalaya was pretty good, and was a large portion. The Muffaletta was also a large sandwich, which turned out to be difficult to navigate. I ended up mostly just eating the meat. The food is pretty cheap, around $5 each for the 2 items I had. Their other thing is daiquiris, again of many sorts. These are a good deal at $7 each. I think all the beer is $4, also pretty cheap. If you find yourself cruising along Boulder Highway (and who doesn't) stop on in and get a daiquiri and play some Skee-Ball. read more

Well, usually I love this place, but Friday night January 5th changed that. The skinny blonde lady working there that night was completely rude. She seemed upset that me and three friends were bothering her with, umm,, you know, her job duties! I asked her for our drink orders and she rolled her eyes at me every time. One of the 3 times, she took my money and tip for the drinks and walked away from the counter and started cleaning the slot area. Her boyfriend was the only patron that was attended to properly. This place is horrible. It looked like it would be fun with all the arcade games and the place has 4 stars on yelp. Well honestly this place deserves half a star. There's literally one car outside. The worst part of this whole experience was Drew, the guy behind the bar. Had a "fuck off" face and mood and even then we decided to give it a shot. He asked for our ID's which 3 of 4 of us had. Myself and my wife are out here visiting my in laws who are above 55 years of age and though 3 of 4 had our identification, my mother in law was hassled and spoken to rudely for not having her ID We chose to leave and are currently at Hammers where there is music, good vibes and friendly staff. Save your time, don't go here. I don't leave many bad reviews but this one deserved it. read more

This place was much better then we expected! It's huge inside and very clean. There's slot machines all over but spaced out enough so you aren't all crammed in together. Tv's are EVERYWHERE which is awesome. The arcade is set off to the side, fun games. Oh....CASH ONLY! But for every dollar you spend on food or drink they reimburse with tokens so you can play. It seemed to have a friendly crowd, service was slow, but I'm just saying it's because they are still getting used to being open... but definitely come here.. great date night or group night out. This place has so much potential but they have totally dropped the ball. I've been here a few times and usually there is only 1 person working so you always have to wait a long time. But regardless of that, even if there are 2 people working, it's slow. The games are fun and the food is decent but while there today, it took 30 minutes for them to turn on the Vikings game after being asked about 10 times by multiple people so we missed kick off, then one of the arcade games ran out of tickets and the bartender was rude and just said that he didn't have time to add more tickets, also a friend ordered food and they messed up the order. Now they're saying that something "blew up" in the kitchen so they can't make any food so we asked if we could get pizza across the street but they said no outside food or drinks. This place isn't somewhere I would've noticed if I hadn't come the back way through the parking lot but it's actually really awesome! Stopped in for some lunch on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy, just looked like one person working but the burgers we ordered came out pretty decent for the price and you get a token for every dollar you spend (not sure about drinks) to play games in their arcade area. Went to watch the football game here for the first time. It was nice, the layout was very spacious. They have a lot of gaming and arcade games as well. The ambience was cool. Lots of tv screens to enjoy a good game! There's also food. A regular sports bar kind of menu. The deep fryer was down but I guess they microwaved a lot of the items. The hamburger I ordered was awful! And I mean awful to the point that I couldn't eat it! But the fries were good so I let that slide. They also have popcorn for free as long as you're there but they were a little overwhelmed by the amount of ppl that were there to enjoy the game they didn't have time to get that popping. That would have really been nice to enjoy! Their were only 2 bartenders to wait on everyone, on a Sunday during the last end of football season, that was not ok being they were getting a lil snappy with everyone who came up to the bar to ask for anything!! Free drinks as long as you were gambling. That was far, few and between being they were trying to clean, get ppl drinks and food at the same time. A little behind on the beer selection. They advertise a lot of beer on the menu but if you ask for it they don't have it! A lil disappointing. Don't advertise it on the menu until you have it in stock. Overall I would try this "sports bar" again because it wasn't that bad. I played the arcade games, gambled, ate, and drank. The downside is they need more help on a Sunday maybe to serve all the guest without getting overwhelmed. That took the joy out of them being able to be nice and put on a happy face. They both seemed a lil irritated because it was so busy and they couldn't keep up with the demands of the guest. I can understand that. Been here before and loved it... Came back after a trip to New Orleans craving po' boys with my partner. Over weight white male named CHRIS came up and checked our IDs. He explained my partner couldn't wear his beanie so upon leaving to change hats we see two other people with beanies. We asked that he then follow his own rules he so eagerly followed with us and he wouldn't do it. I said I wouldn't leave until he told the other customers the same. He then didn't tell the customers that they needed to remove their hats but instead moved them from my view and proceeded to aggressively ask "you happy now?" No, not with you, your establishment, or your customer service. I will never be back and Chris can be thanked for you losing several paying customers. I never write good or bad reviews and I am sitting in this parking lot taking my time to write this. I work in the industry and I WONT be telling anyone to go here and I WILL be making sure everyone avoids this establishment like the plague. read more
