Since we always buy the D&B season pass, we always hit a D&B on a weekly basis. This week we happened to be in the Henderson area and decided to visit this location. The gaming area feels like it has fewer games versus the Summerlin location, and we noticed that several of our favorite games such as the Guardians of the Galaxy train are not present at the Henderson location. Still, there are quite a few fun games to play, and the season pass is a great value! The platinum version of the pass still allows you to earn 2000 tickets per week. We recently saved up all our tickets and used them for a XBox Series X! Now we are back to earning and saving up more! We do love the card pushing games as well, even though you can't use your season pass for those. A small complaint - they don't have seats at these machines like they do in Summerlin. We have not tried the food at this location yet, but you do get a 30% discount on food with the platinum season pass. Overall, this is a nice Dave and Busters location for some fun! read more

A few of the games were acting up, which was kind of annoying, but the staff handled it well and refunded the credits without making it a whole ordeal. The food was better than I expected for an arcade/sports bar setup... not amazing, not terrible, just solid "eat while losing at basketball games" food. The place has a fun atmosphere though, especially if you're with friends or trying to kill a few hours. Basically: not perfect, but good enough to go back to. One of the best arcades. There are tons of games and the maintenance team is really easy to reach. If a machine isn't working, you can find them to fix it for you. Their prize section is pretty good especially if you play enough to go for bigger prizes. They also have a full bar and their micheladas are great. The restaurant is good too. Dave & Buster's in Henderson is a HUGE facility with tons of games and such a fun, family-friendly environment. There's definitely something for everyone -- from arcade classics to newer interactive games -- and it's a great place to spend a few hours having fun. The overall vibe is energetic and entertaining, and I would absolutely come back just for the games. Unfortunately, our dining experience was very disappointing. We decided to eat at the restaurant, and the service was extremely poor. Our server initially came to our table and we requested waters. She returned twice asking if we were ready to order food, but still hadn't brought our waters. It felt very disorganized and inattentive. When we received your food it was room temperature not hot. For how new this facility is, I was also surprised that many of the tables and surrounding areas already seemed worn down and not as well-kept as expected. I'm not into games nor do I drink but if you are and do, this would be a great place to go. We visited for an event that was catered. The place is very big and clean. I was surprised to see the amount of electronic games that were available. Lots of televisions to watch sports on! Our group meeting was held in a private room that was set up nicely. Had a good time here with my family. We didn't feel judged when my three year old had a bit of a meltdown because we wanted to eat before playing. The service from the host and our server Judy was friendly and hospitable. For food, we went with the food deals that came with the play card. I think the deal is worth it. I had the fish and chips which was tender on the inside and lightly tempura battered on the outside. It didn't seem as heavy as most which I enjoyed. The tartar sauce was odd, kind of just seemed like a zesty mayonnaise. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be tartar. My husband got the boneless wings and thoroughly enjoyed it. Their blue cheese is very good and not as funky and weird as some places. Their raspberry lemonade is nice and not too sweet. My kids loved the chicken bites and fries. The game selection was good in my opinion, not outdated at all and had some fun options. Not much is very playable for young children but they still had fun thinking they were playing the games. Our whole family's favorite go-to spot here in this side of town. We have now made it a habit to try to come here about every month because we always have the best time! The arcade has an awesome mix of classic games and new ones, so there's something for every mood. The energy is upbeat and the whole place just feels like such a fun outing! Having visited the Summerlin locations almost weekly, I actually enjoyed some of the variety that we found here in terms of games. Some of the games even seemed more new and worked smoother. There were some different games we hadn't seen before. The layout of the arcade felt a little more open and not as cramped as the Summerlin location as well. The dining area is larger. It was a fun time and the staff at the ticket counter was more friendly and talkative giving advice and thoughts on games or what would be the move value for the credits vs/ tickets. I would definitely return if in this area. Not having a chance to try the food here but thinking it is pretty similar to the other locations. read more

Upon walking in, it's lively with both kids and adults all around. We went to the bar for as there were seats and we were able to eat and have drinks. Really nice bar, lots of seats in front of the bar. Open concept kitchen. Tons of TVs to enjoy all kinds of sports. I was hopeful for a decent visit and we got it from Jacob. Our first time being back in a while we ask what was the best offer when dining they said the unlimited play ok so when doing the unlimited play they forgot to mention that you can only win up to 1500 tickets why would we want to play games and not win tickets. So when we go to the manager the manager is like well you'll have to lose out on the 1500 tickets but the higher prices option and it'll take 3-5 business days for it to get back to you for the original purchase. So basically yall want me to purchase something twice at this time and make me miss out on my 1500 tickets. Worst place worst type of communication. We started with the Pretzel Sticks which come with queso blanco and a very unique spicy Thai caramel dipping sauce. The pretzel sticks were hot, fluffy, buttery! Both dipping sauces were great. The Thai caramel is exactly as you would imagine - chili for spice but some sweetness. I personally enjoyed it for its uniqueness. I also had the Blistered Chili Green Beans - one of my favorites and this night it didn't disappoint! Took my 2 daughters and friends here to try it out and we had an amazing time! The staff were all so hospitable and friendly... which is rare these days! I think every person we engaged with was smiling and willing to assist in any way. Also the place is extremely clean, including the restrooms, which is a huge plus when having young kids. The human claw machine was still the highlight of the day even hours after we left. The game options were great for all ages, we really enjoyed our 3 hours there. The fries were delicious, really enjoyed my chicken avocado club...the bread was soft! The drinks...dangerous!! Both were so tasty and I could easily have more than one, but because they are so good and easy to drink...they could sneak up on you too! hahaha!! If I could, I would give 0 stars. The person at the front who greeted us asked if we're both over 21, the person right behind her started laughing like it was so funny she'd even ask. It came off really rude. The same person who laughed, sat us and said she'd grab the menus. I went to the bathroom and came back, no menus. The hubs had to wave her down and remind her. She apologized for forgetting. The hubs ordered a 22oz Stone IPA. A lighter beer was delivered. We had to ask for the correct one. A manager looking guy delivered our food (I asked for mayo) and explained the lines were mixed with Dos Xs and not properly cleared. I noticed he kept getting side tracked from getting my side of mayo. The hubs ordered the bacon burger and I got the regular American burger with sautéed onions. Onions were oily and still raw. The same manager looking guy got me a side of actually sautéed onions but clearly oil was used. Butter gives the flavor, I was disappointed. Hubs said he never had such flavorless bacon. He realized near the end of his burger, there were sautéed onions in his burger. He hates onions and apparently they were burnt. My patty was supposed to be medium but it was well, the outter part tasted so charred. The menu used to have much better options and executions. We probably won't be back for a while. A lady manager came by and asked how everything was and I let her know there were a few mistakes made. She apologized and asked if she could offer anything. We never ate. We had to wait and wait and wait and wait. No one ever came to take our order. Or bring us drinks. No one attended the hostess podium. We waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. The servers were more interested in looking at their phones and talking with the teenage boys at the tables. We've luckily been able to experience D&B twice now, once for a date night and another for my hubby's birthday. Both experiences were fun and honestly pretty great. The staff members all had smiles and excitement, I had really good conversations with all of the ones I encountered, and I'm truly surprised by the energy all of the staff gave me! To start off, Miya on our date night was an amazing server. I just had to let the dining manager know. She was on top of everything and always checked up on us, gave us suggestions, and filled up our drinks! For my hubby's birthday dinner, Jess was our server, and he was also amazing! From start to finish, he got our drinks out quickly, appetizers and food came out with good timing, and provided extra plates for our cake and dessert. He did a fantastic job hosting our party of 10! The only issue I had encountered was with one of the games & it became frustrating as it needed to be reset multiple times. From the tech staff Anthony, to the guys and gals at the prize desk (I didn't get their names but had fun conversations with them too) were very professional. It's a Friday night so I understand it gets busy and overwhelming. Ryan, the manager, was super helpful and accommodating to our situation. He left us with a smile and we were on our merry way back to playing more games. On our way out, all staff I made eye contact with made the efforts to say have a good night and even high fived me for all of the Willy Wonka cards I won!! It's those little details that make a business thrive. We will frequent this Dave and Busters as much as we can. My favorite games are the Willy Wonka coin machine and Piano Keys! I hope the location stays consistent with our two experiences. We'll be back to try more food and drinks! I loved the flat bread the most it was so good. I liked my ribs and ate it with a side of jasmine rice. My husband didn't like his burger as it was super rare but everything else was pretty good. This is a prime location for them - this area is still being built up & there are a lot of families in this area. I was super excited to see that we didn't have to drive all the way to summerlin for D&B's. However, I would rather drive 30 minutes than come here ever again. The food was cold - I waited 40+ mins for my food. It took over an hour for my sons kids cheeseburger to come out & that was ice cold as well. I talked with tables around me & they said they would never be coming back to this location as the service is extremely slow. I understand if it's busy but you should be staffed to handle a busy day. The service was amazing and the food tasted great! We ordered the mini hotdogs for our appetizer. Then ordered our main meals at same time but asked to enjoy our appetizer first. She said thats a great idea and she will time it right. We also ordered a kids lemonade, an adult size lemonade, and an ice water with lemon. The server brought our drinks right away.
