First time at this location and it was nice. The bar area is pretty big. We did sit down on a booth and they have big screens for game days. I would come back for a game night. I went on a Friday night and there was parking. Also not many kids were there running around and everyone was friendly. I had a great night. I did do the unlimited card for $55 and u can add an entree with it for $3.99 or more. It's a great deal, but I believe you can only play green and blue games. Remember it's 1500 tickets max so if you think to keep playing and get more tickets you don't which I didn't know. The pretzel sticks were so good and I had a sirloin with mashed potatoes. To be honest I was dreading going. I thought it was a kind of Chucky Cheese with screaming kids and bad food. WRONG!! We ordered a variety of dishes that were all good. We really enjoyed the pepperoni flatbread pizza, wings, soft pretzels, quesadillas and blackened chicken pasta. The seasoned fries would have been better if cooked a little longer and served hotter. We were a party of 10 with one awesome waitress that kept it all together. We did the deal that got us the unlimited token cards and went crazy in the arcade. This is the best kept secret for Summer. Dave & Buster's does a unlimited game pass for the entire season for $150 +20% off of food. I did it last year and it was fantastic to have somewhere to go. Since we always buy the D&B season pass, we always hit a D&B on a weekly basis. This week we happened to be in the Henderson area and decided to visit this location. The gaming area feels like it has fewer games versus the Summerlin location, and we noticed that several of our favorite games such as the Guardians of the Galaxy train are not present at the Henderson location. Still, there are quite a few fun games to play, and the season pass is a great value! The platinum version of the pass still allows you to earn 2000 tickets per week. We recently saved up all our tickets and used them for a XBox Series X! Now we are back to earning and saving up more! We do love the card pushing games as well, even though you can't use your season pass for those. A small complaint - they don't have seats at these machines like they do in Summerlin. We have not tried the food at this location yet, but you do get a 30% discount on food with the platinum season pass. Overall, this is a nice Dave and Busters location for some fun! read more

We went today for my birthday met friends and family brought my own cake! We had a nice time at the table the food was great. When we first went when they first opened the menu was one page 2 sided now they have an actual real menu with many more offerings and I enjoyed my hamburger. My husband enjoyed his steak so I was really happy to see that. The manager wasn't real knowledgeable about the app. A bit condescending needless to say I figured it out myself. Had a good time here with my family. We didn't feel judged when my three year old had a bit of a meltdown because we wanted to eat before playing. The service from the host and our server Judy was friendly and hospitable. For food, we went with the food deals that came with the play card. I think the deal is worth it. I had the fish and chips which was tender on the inside and lightly tempura battered on the outside. It didn't seem as heavy as most which I enjoyed. The tartar sauce was odd, kind of just seemed like a zesty mayonnaise. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be tartar. My husband got the boneless wings and thoroughly enjoyed it. Their blue cheese is very good and not as funky and weird as some places. Their raspberry lemonade is nice and not too sweet. My kids loved the chicken bites and fries. The game selection was good in my opinion, not outdated at all and had some fun options. Not much is very playable for young children but they still had fun thinking they were playing the games. If you don't mind being ignored the entire time after your food arrives, then yeah, it's an okay place to visit. Once our food arrived by someone other than our server, we never saw anyone again. No one ever brought us an extra plate that we asked for, silverware, napkins, or refill drinks. It also took a while for our server to even show up to take our order. The food was ok but I won't order the chicken fingers again. It didn't taste good at all. My fries were hot but my husband's and son's fries were not. This is our second time visiting. A stacked sandwich on a bun featuring grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce, pickles, pepper jack cheese, bacon and guacamole. It was messy and it was good. The large pile of fries on the side were also good. Thin cut similar to McDonald's cut. It turned out to be a good amount of food and solid quality. Better than I had expected. Having visited the Summerlin locations almost weekly, I actually enjoyed some of the variety that we found here in terms of games. Some of the games even seemed more new and worked smoother. There were some different games we hadn't seen before. The layout of the arcade felt a little more open and not as cramped as the Summerlin location as well. The dining area is larger. It was a fun time and the staff at the ticket counter was more friendly and talkative giving advice and thoughts on games or what would be the move value for the credits vs/ tickets. I haven't stopped by as my daughter and her friends did not have a good experience because of a bartender who was rude to them when they visited a few months after this location opened one evening when they were there to watch a game and had a few drinks. And today we took a chance and went in. It's so close to our house and always want to visit new restaurants in the area. It's Saturday around 12pm. Lots of parking in the plaza. Upon walking in, it's lively with both kids and adults all around. We went to the bar for as there were seats and we were able to eat and have drinks. Really nice bar, lots of seats in front of the bar. Open concept kitchen. Tons of TVs to enjoy all kinds of sports. I was hopeful for a decent visit and we got it from Jacob. I appreciate that he was such a good bartender and also a great waiter. He recommended some food items and we ordered and enjoyed our lunch very much. Their burger, HUGE The nachos, Huge Great flavors and very filling. We were not rushed. There is a private room that you can reserve and lots of games that the kids enjoyed. The fries were delicious, really enjoyed my chicken avocado club...the bread was soft! The drinks...dangerous!! Both were so tasty and I could easily have more than one, but because they are so good and easy to drink...they could sneak up on you too! hahaha!! The brussels were not cooked all the way, which if you like brussels you understand the taste on an undercooked one and that was a bummer. If I could, I would give 0 stars. The person at the front who greeted us asked if we're both over 21, the person right behind her started laughing like it was so funny she'd even ask. It came off really rude. The same person who laughed, sat us and said she'd grab the menus. I went to the bathroom and came back, no menus. The hubs had to wave her down and remind her. She apologized for forgetting. The hubs ordered a 22oz Stone IPA. A lighter beer was delivered. We had to ask for the correct one. A manager looking guy delivered our food (I asked for mayo) and explained the lines were mixed with Dos Xs and not properly cleared. I noticed he kept getting side tracked from getting my side of mayo. The hubs ordered the bacon burger and I got the regular American burger with sautéed onions. Onions were oily and still raw. The same manager looking guy got me a side of actually sautéed onions but clearly oil was used. Butter gives the flavor, I was disappointed. Hubs said he never had such flavorless bacon. He realized near the end of his burger, there were sautéed onions in his burger. He hates onions and apparently they were burnt. My patty was supposed to be medium but it was well, the outter part tasted so charred. The menu used to have much better options and executions. We probably won't be back for a while. A lady manager came by and asked how everything was and I let her know there were a few mistakes made. She apologized and asked if she could offer anything.
