I've been to many claw machine arcades and usually the attendants will help my children if they've been struggling with a machine, but this location did not. The worker just sat behind the counter. Supa Claw is Supa Fun! My daughter has always loved the claw machines, and she does quite well on them. Even though I try to divert her attention to other types of games, she just loves them. I had heard about these new places that are nothing but claw machines so I looked it up while we were in Henderson for a tournament. Supa Claw popped up on my search so I decided to take my daughter and check it out. First thing I noticed is that it was Supa clean and the lady working their was Supa friendly! We got our tokens after she explained how everything worked and started clawing for prizes. Of course my daughter snagged a nice Hello Kitty on her first try...and went on to win quite a few more. I wasn't quite as successful but did manage to add a couple to her growing collection. Typical claw machines at other locations pack the toys/prizes in so tight that it is virtually impossible to win anything, they only care about making money. While you won't win every time at Supa Claw, you certainly have a better chance and it seems more geared towards kids having fun and winning a few things. The thing that really impressed me was the staff and management. My daughter had tried getting a small keychain on one of the machines and after several attempts she moved on to something else. The lady working there came over and gave my daughter a few extra coins because she said that one was pretty difficult. Later, before we left, she ended up getting the keychain and giving it to my daughter as well...Supa cool! At one time, it appeared to be the owners or management that came in and were talking with the staff about what needed restocked and such. There was a little boy also there with his dad that could only get about 5 coins or so and didn't win anything. After the walked out, the owner ran after them and gave the little boy a small toy so he didn't go home empty handed. I thought that was total class and shows you a lot about this place and the ownership. My daughter had a Supa fun time, and I did as well. I will definitely take my daughter back and support this local spot...highly recommend you check them out as well! read more

Absolutely ADORE this claw spot! Nestled in Henderson near the Galleria mall you really would miss it unless you were walking around the plaza! Tuesdays=token Tuesdays! So stop by on Tuesdays! We had lots of fun playing the claw machines and we've been to other locations and this is the one we've won the most stuffies at. Spontaneously came in, because it's so intriguing from the outside with all the bright lights and machines. This place will have their grand opening on December 9th, however they are already open to the public. Boy, does this side of town have a special treat! Inside is super spacious and clean. 20 new and beautifully lighted machines! All the plushies are so adorable and I am a terrible claw machine player, but I actually won something! So, I really do feel like places like this really want you to win prizes. I can't wait to come back and try to win the red panda plush which you can trade from the other claw machine plushies you win in the claw machines. The owner Charles is also super nice and was kind enough to let me try out the machines even though I was just checking out the place. People like him really make a difference for me to come back, because I know it's good people running the business! Family fun and reasonable rates. The grandbabies walked out with a bagful of stuffed animals. Staff was super friendly and helpful. An added bonus was they were fellow 808 residents who represented the Aloha spirit. There were a variety of stuffed animals which were not the generic ones you usually see in other machines. Came in cause I was excited they had the Noms Snacks but wasted $10 cause the claw would pick it up and then let it go. The machine is rigid and the snacks are heavy. I wanted the snacks so bad, better off going to the store back in Hawaii and buying them. The claws vs prize weight are awful. We spent 100 dollars in there picked up a prize every single time we ended up getting a total of 6 prizes! They use to be such a great place to come. We will never be back. The guy behind the counter goes i can move them around d to make it easier for you guys I was like it wouldn't make a difference in it if the claw isnt strong enough to hold them, he goes yeah your right. I'm going to be so genuine, DON'T GO HERE. There's barely any variety, it's mostly Pokémon toys that aren't even official, they're bootleg. My friend literally got a Batman keychain with a fake Avengers logo on it. Saw a new claw place in town that hasn't had its Grand Opening Party, but was opened to the public. Got lost in the beginning, due to no sign yet but the sign needs to get approve which it did. I called the number and I was spoke with one of the owners who directed me it is on the right of Panera Bread. Upon entering the outside windows were vibrant. Nice artwork with glowing machines inside. Met one of the owners Charles and he had a great personality.  We exchanged stories and he was happy about how the place turned out. Decided to play 50 dollars during my lunch time to test it out and overall I would say this place is very fair. Anyone with skill can win a little more, but even kids will win something as well.  I believe the pay out is very fair out of 50 spent I won 11. Also, don't forget to sign up for their loyalty which you will get 1 point. You can also trade up for prizes each prize one is 1 point and you can bank them for the future. I plan on taking my wife here in the future, but I'm really glad to see this open on this side of town. This will definitely be one of the reason I visit this side of town more often. Place is dingy and dark. Claw machines are set so that if you have an item picked up in the air being pulled to the top the claw "bumps/slams"the top and your winnings fall off before moving to the winnings opening. I bought 40 tokens through Groupon and we wasted 20 (it moves and loses quickly ) tokens before winning one item. 40 tokens...four plushie winnings only using 40 tokens in approximately 20 minutes because you lose so quickly. You can trade up for items behind counter but they cost excessive points and 4 plushies not even enough. Plus more small "unknown" character plushies. Why the bad review? We previously went to Lucky Paw Claw and also got 40 tokens through Groupon. They hand you a large drawstring plastic bag when you enter and walk across neon lit floors and an updated CLEAN colorful well lit atmosphere. ELEVEN won plushies later in 1.5 hours (Machines move smooth and slow) and the excitement of watching your winnings safely travel to the opening is exciting vs. disappointing. Good selection of trade ups at reasonable points left my grandson with big fuzzy slippers with a Nike swoosh. He danced his way out in them. He is 9 and here for the summer. We will DEFINITELY go a few more times to Lucky Paw Claw. It was lots of fun and left Supa Claw in the dust. Supa Claw should be shut down for rigged machines. So many children left disappointed with one small plushie. Do not recommend it. read more

I was stoked to see a new claw arcade in Henderson and couldn't wait to take my kids. The inside is bright, clean, and the music is great! The machines are lit up a with a nice selection of plushies waiting to be grabbed. When we walked in, the place wasn't busy at all. It was just us. They had a "deal" for $100 that got you 140 tokens which was plenty for my two kids. My kids looked around and scouted which plushies were good and began trying their luck, pumping token after token into the machines. Their excitement turned to frustration pretty quick when they were half way through their tokens, and only won a couple plushies. I stood back and watched over and over as they positioned the claw perfectly over a plushie only for the claw to grab it, lift it up, and drop it. Super disappointing. When I expressed my concern to the owner, he said that the group just before us walked out with 3 bags of plushies and told me that I'm just being negative. I asked him to show me how it's done, and he walked away. I had high hopes for this place and just wish they didn't set the algorithm of the claw to drop so much. I've been to other claw machine places and this has been my least favorite so far. The employee seemed like she didn't want to be there or help. The place was dead no one else was there when we were and she was not attentive at all. We had to ask if she was able to fluff the plushies and we kind of felt like an inconvenience doing so. Also there were soooo many times where we got a plush in the claw and then it would drop it! Multiple machines dropped the plushies, which I know is bound to happen but it legit looked like the claws would open a little and purposely drop them. If not that the claw would hit the top so hard knocking the plush out of the claw. I will give props on how it felt and smelled really clean in there though. Leaving, I felt like I wasted my hard earned money on 140 tokens and I was upset about it!!! The amount of times the claw would punk you actually made this place unenjoyable. I still cannot believe how much this place sucked! We went to the lucky puppy after and it was a night and day difference. The employees were very attentive despite how BUSY it was. They also had more machines, cuter plushies, rubber grips at the end of the claws, and I was able to win so much more with less tokens!!! Also they have way better big plushies to choose from. I usually take my two kids to pink Wawa on rainbow, but I decided to try this one out since it's close to where we live. The place is very clean and the worker was very friendly. I purchased $40 worth of coins. Out of the 40 games we played not once did we win. It is very easy to claw the toy, but as soon as it picks it up, it drops it back down. I believe that the claws are loosened too much. I guess the worker felt bad for us because he ended up giving us extra games, but we still didn't win. This place is kind of hidden in a plaza next to the mall. We went last night around 7:30pm. We were trying to find something new for the kids to try since we just moved to Vegas. It was an amazing experience! The place was clean and bright. They had a variety of machines. I wish I had asked for the employees name. He was very patient and kind with all my kids. He even rearranged the plushies. Music was also a plus!! Can't go wrong with Hawaiian music! Definitely like a little casino place for kids.... meaning you loose track of how much you are spending because the young ones want to keep playing. We've been to a couple claw machine arcades and we thought this one would be a fun one to try. It's very spacious and the selection in the machines had a good variety. That's where the good things end. The two young guys working there weren't very welcoming or nice and spent the time we were there talking, never acknowledging us when we asked for help. The machines here are difficult which is fine, a challenge is good, but almost every time the claw would grab the toy only to drop it as it was coming up. The other arcades we've been to in comparison didn't drop them nearly as much. For the amount of money we spent here we only walked away with a couple toys, which we considered lucky, as opposed to the other arcades where we walked away with a bag full.
