The first interaction walking in, greeted with a big welcome by the owner Navid. The place is clean, smells nice, and just loads of fun. Navid explains everything into details especially if it's your first time here. He helps fluff the machines any time you need, he basically gives away the prizes for free; given the way he "fluffs" the machines, he makes it so easy, even a caveman can do it . Loads of different variety of anime figurines to multiple plushies. Points to exchange and upgrade prizes. It's also a Trading Card Game store now, the community that comes here is amazing. People are kind and compassionate, Navid welcomes everyone with his big smile and welcome. There's also a restroom, and changing table when your little ones have to go. All in all. In my opinion, this is one of the best TCG store in town, and the best and most helpful claw place in town, dare I say in the State. Sometimes we wonder how he keeps his lights on, when he is so generous. read more

My husband and I took our two younger girls here last night for a little family fun, and this place was a banger! I do not know how much my husband paid, but most of their machines took one token, and a few machines that held anime items took two tokens. We all came home with plushies; our kids were ecstatic and want to come back again. Thank you so much to Navid for his welcoming and friendly spirit, he came by multiple times to see how we were doing. Thanks for making our experience enjoyable Navid! read more

Came here on a recommendation from a friend, and we brought our kids - we love anime and Pokemon, and this claw place was amazing! Awesome plushy and blind box selection, plus they have gacha machines. Everything was high quality. Navid welcomed us in warmly and because it was our first time, helped explain everything, prizes, costs, etc. he was super helpful the whole time, offering us tips and tricks and helping rearrange items in the machines if they were all smushed together or poorly positioned. He was literally so kind! Music was on point too - lots of anime bangers! They also sell figures in their side room - super tempting but I was here for plushies! Our kids (and the adults too) had such a great time and everyone seemed to walk away with amazing plushies and prizes! It seemed a bit pricier than some other claw places, but it was easily worth it for the haul we walked away with! Follow their instagram for updates and new plushy restocks - we're definitely coming back! read more

A few words to describe this place: comfy, fun and safe! The shop had incredible and unique selections to win from claw games and even more to trade up to when you exchange your figures! From bigger plushies, blankets to scale figures! This shop has it all! Also there are two rooms where you can chill out in, watch anime or have a photo shoot with all your friends and family! They even have studio lighting with brightness and contrast adjustments to get that perfect lighting for you and your crew! Last but definitely not the least, Alex who attends to the shop front creates such a fun and safe space for everyone that comes through the door! He's really great with kids and helps them achieve their claw game dreams! He has a heart of gold when running the shop and attending to the children to make everything more fun! Thank you so much for all you do for all of us!! read more

These claw places are popping up more in Vegas but this one stands out in a very great way. Once we walked in we were greeted and since it was our first time there, he explained the process including the ability to trade in prizes to get what you wanted. He was so helpful giving tips and made it easier for the kids (and adults) to win and get their moneys worth. They have machines with plushies, snacks and toys. They even have a cool lounge with a couch and a selfie/photo room. If you have choices to bring the kiddos, definitely bring them here. read more

This place is amazing. The owner is friendly and nice to my kids. I've been to other places and left with nothing. It's the worst going in with no customer interaction.. losing all your money and getting nothing for the kids. The owner helps you out if needed. We try our best to get help but he comes around and notices and helps us out anyway. He makes sure to let us know to ask for help and now my kids don't hesitate to ask for help lol (reegeeerts) But it's also nice inside, I love the music and there's a section with gacha machines! Anyway, we've been coming in a little too much but it's fun to see the kids spend all my money . Take the kids here, you'll have fun :) read more

This is literally the best claw machine place in Vegas. The selection of prizes is great, very anime themed, things for boys and girls. My kids love going here. The staff is incredibly friendly and they WANT you to win. They give suggestions, reset the prizes if they are in a bad stop, and are just overall wanting you to win. They also have two rooms to hang out in. One is a photo room and the other is a place where you can hang and watch anime or play some retro video games. I had an impromptu kid birthday party here after it was too windy outside for our first plan. It worked at perfectly! The owner let us use the room to hang out and sing happy birthday. He mentioned to let them know in advance next time and they can set up the room better for us. It's not a very big room, but it worked perfectly for like 10 kids. I definitely recommend and will come back! read more

We wandered into Gacha Claw and my daughters flipped out. They love all things Japanese and had a blast vying for different prizes. Best of all was the photo room where they did a bunch of selfies. They play fun vocaloid music which they were singing along to. But probably the best part was the guy manning the place. He was so sweet, helping the kids and making sure they had a great time. Thanks so much! read more

This was the second claw arcade we hit up in LV. Thought it was small at first ( but quickly realized most places LV is about the same size). If you like anime, this is the place to go. It was a very anime theme store. They were playing anime theme songs and had a side room with anime figurines for sale. Had only one staff but super friendly and kind. I would say the machines are semi-hard but the staff would reset and help when needed. Overall I would give this place 8/10. read more

They have gacha toys, snacks and big prize machines and also have a ton of anime figures. The first time at a claw place was in Japan. Happy to see a few claw stores open up in Vegas! This location is fun! Lots of machines. The toys are actually cool with legit Sanrio, Hello Kitty, Naruto, Pokémon, Demon Slayer, and lots more! They were was super friendly & really made sure we left winning prizes! Pricing is fair! Background music is Japanese! It's clean! Smells good! Air conditioned! Fun small lounge & selfie area! Tip: ask for the toys to be "repositioned", staff will happily assist! Would def recommend:) Update: owners are very nice! They also allow pets and open to birthday parties! I'd def consider this place to host a small event! Welcome to the neighborhood, Gacha! read more

If you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and emotionally manipulated by a glorified vending machine, boy do I have the place for you! The claw machine was rigged tighter than my last situationship, and when I dared to ask if it was functioning properly, the staff acted like I'd asked them to dismantle the entire machine with a spoon. The only thing I walked out with was rage and a deep sense of betrayal. Honestly, I've had better luck pulling Excalibur from stone than getting that claw to grab literally anything. Wouldn't recommend unless your idea of fun is watching a sad claw gently caress a prize before dropping it like your ex did with your emotional well-being. No stars needs to be a new update on this app! read more

So much fun! Lots of claw machines to play on and gacha machines to get cool prizes from

I was hesitant to come inside this claw machine arcade because sometimes it a hit or miss. Don't turn away, because this is a HIT! I came in here on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty. I chose the $25 for 30 tokens. My daughter mostly picked the gachan machines these were three tokens each and a guarantee win. We attempted a few claw machines with no luck. At the very end the gentleman on the floor helped out and she was able to win one! It made her day and she had the biggest smile. When we left she said, "That guy was really nice." And he was. Enough to make me want to re visit. read more

Another place to check out if you're a fan of the stuff prizes grabbed by the metal claw. There is also a pokemon card machine that can be redeemed by tokens. Along with bubble capsule toys that include mini digital game, and some cool figures. The owner and staff were welcoming as we entered. Very accommodating with assisting in winning the various stuffed characters. Of course, you can redeem for bigger prizes. Spend a certain amount, and you earn a bonus redeem. Meaning, if you have 4 dolls, it's like having 5. Therefore, you can switch for something of 5 value. We'll definitely be back again. Thank you! read more
