High hopes as we go in.
    Stephanie S.

Super customer service from the time we walked in until we left. Was so much happier leaving here than a different claw arcade we tried earlier. Thank you for a great experience!

If you like anime this place is for you. We had alex as our attendant for the day he was very nice explained everything very helpful and goes around and interact with people. With our $25 token buy we got a good 4 plushies and 1 keychain. Not bad it was fun. Definitely will be back if we are nearby.

Such a fun and cute claw machine arcade with gachapon as well! Free parking in shared lot. Cute toys! Great customer service!

These claw places are popping up more in Vegas but this one stands out in a very great way. Once we walked in we were greeted and since it was our first time there, he explained the process including the ability to trade in prizes to get what you wanted. He was so helpful giving tips and made it easier for the kids (and adults) to win and get their moneys worth. They have machines with plushies, snacks and toys. They even have a cool lounge with a couch and a selfie/photo room. If you have choices to bring the kiddos, definitely bring them here.

So much fun! They have guaranteed winners and the owner is so helpful and nice. He helps you with your winds a lot! Definitely a place to go when you're in town.

Kids had a great time here! Took our whole basketball team and owner was patient, and flexible! He helped all the kids win prizes and gave them great strategies to win!! Definitely will return on our next trip!!

I forgot to get employees name but he's was very helpful and friendly. He made my Kids very happy. Gave us tips and helped by rearranging the toys for the kids to win. Best claw so far I visited in Las Vegas

One of their rooms to hang out in with a TV and games!

This is literally the best claw machine place in Vegas. The selection of prizes is great, very anime themed, things for boys and girls. My kids love going here. The staff is incredibly friendly and they WANT you to win. They give suggestions, reset the prizes if they are in a bad stop, and are just overall wanting you to win. They also have two rooms to hang out in. One is a photo room and the other is a place where you can hang and watch anime or play some retro video games. I had an impromptu kid birthday party here after it was too windy outside for our first plan. It worked at perfectly! The owner let us use the room to hang out and sing happy birthday. He mentioned to let them know in advance next time and they can set up the room better for us. It's not a very big room, but it worked perfectly for like 10 kids. I definitely recommend and will come back!

    Look what we got!

We wandered into Gacha Claw and my daughters flipped out. They love all things Japanese and had a blast vying for different prizes. Best of all was the photo room where they did a bunch of selfies. They play fun vocaloid music which they were singing along to. But probably the best part was the guy manning the place. He was so sweet, helping the kids and making sure they had a great time. Thanks so much!

Each took several tries except for the kirbe mystery box.

This was the second claw arcade we hit up in LV. Thought it was small at first ( but quickly realized most places LV is about the same size). If you like anime, this is the place to go. It was a very anime theme store. They were playing anime theme songs and had a side room with anime figurines for sale. Had only one staff but super friendly and kind. I would say the machines are semi-hard but the staff would reset and help when needed. Overall I would give this place 8/10.

Best claw game place in town! The owner is super cool and super nice. We had so much fun and won a ton of prizes. They have gacha toys, snacks and big prize machines and also have a ton of anime figures. You can trade in prizes for bigger prizes and it's really easy to do but i didn't trade in because i liked all my winnings. Bring your husbands and boyfriends because men love this! My husband is obsessed and I guess I am too. Finally something fun and entertaining to do.

Collecting my winnings and making some exchanges for some figures!
    gerard c.

A few words to describe this place: comfy, fun and safe! The shop had incredible and unique selections to win from claw games and even more to trade up to when you exchange your figures! From bigger plushies, blankets to scale figures! This shop has it all! Also there are two rooms where you can chill out in, watch anime or have a photo shoot with all your friends and family! They even have studio lighting with brightness and contrast adjustments to get that perfect lighting for you and your crew! Last but definitely not the least, Alex who attends to the shop front creates such a fun and safe space for everyone that comes through the door! He's really great with kids and helps them achieve their claw game dreams! He has a heart of gold when running the shop and attending to the children to make everything more fun! Thank you so much for all you do for all of us!!

There aren't many brand new games, but I think that's because new arcade games aren't being produced anymore like they used to be. Expect some of the bugger name older classics. First time I ever rode it, I didn't know what I was signing up for. You hear that slow click... click... click as you climb, thinking, "Alright, how bad could this be?" Then it drops and suddenly you're questioning every life decision that led you to that seat. It's fast, it feels a little wild, almost rickety like it might toss you into the Vegas skyline, and I wasn't ready for it. Not even close. But man... what a trip. And here's the thing that ride became more than just a thrill. One of the last trips I ever took with my dad, we rode that coaster together. I didn't know at the time he was sick... didn't know he had cancer. He never told me. But I remember that ride clear as day. I was focused on grabbing one of those little souvenir keychains after, something simple. He had other plans wanted the bigger photo, something we could hold onto. At the time, I didn't think much of it. Now? That picture means everything. So every time I go back to Vegas, I ride it. No questions asked. It's tradition. And for something that looks compact tucked into the Strip, this thing punches way above its weight. It hits speeds around 67 mph, throws you through a full loop and a barrel roll, and pulls enough G-force to make you feel like a fighter pilot for a few seconds. It's one of the few coasters right on a major city strip like this, and it doesn't hold back. By the time you step off, your legs are a little shaky, your stomach's doing a reset, and yeah you're probably ready to eat something. Quick tip: don't ride it at the end of a long night. Either go in fresh or give yourself some buffer after eating. This one's got some bite. I'll be honest it's not about chasing thrills like I used to. I'm not some hardcore coaster guy. But this? This is different. This is memory, adrenaline, and tradition all wrapped into one loud, fast, unforgettable ride above Las Vegas. Ride it once for the thrill. Ride it again for the ones you remember.

Not sure how much there is to say about mini golf, so I will keep it short!…read more Fun course with a neat gimmick and vibe, the handmade props were all kitschy and cute. The course itself is fine, albeit pretty simple, its mostly a lot of bank shots with PVC holes at the end. Fun to do once for sure, but I don't think there is a ton of replay here. Definitely check it out at least once though!

She redeemed them for a giant 'USA' bouncy ball that she absolutely loved. Unfortunately, we lost the ball couple weeks back and she was absolutely devastated. On a whim, I reached out to Guest Relations to see if I could purchase a replacement. Alan, the Director of the Midway, personally responded to my email. Not only did he take the time to track down the exact specific ball she had lost from their stockroom, but he also shipped it directly to our house to surprise her. It is incredibly rare to see a company go completely out of their way to make things right for a kid, especially for a lost item that wasn't their fault. Alan's customer service went completely above and beyond, and he turned a heartbreaking situation into a Las Vegas memory we will never forget. If you have kids, the Midway is an absolute must-do: the staff here truly cares about making magic happen. Thank you, Alan and the Midway team!

Last time we were here, I remember it was becoming desolated and on the verge of death, but they really have turned this place around! There is a variety of midway/carnival games and a good mix of arcade games. It definitely costs more than before, but it's still a MUCH better deal than Excalibur's Fun Dungeon & the qualify of stuffed animals appears to be higher than Reno. We focused more on midway games so didn't build up that many tickets, but the kids still got to redeem for a few small prizes that they wanted. We all had SO much fun & did not go home empty handed!
