We follow Gacha Claw on social media and when my daughter saw they had Capybara plushies we just had to stop by! It is located in the SW on Rainbow & Russell in a plaza with plenty of parking. When we walked in we were greeted right away by the owner Navid who is awesome! We were the only ones there at the time and he took the time to talk about the arcade and explain the tokens, trade-ups and the machines. He pointed out the lounge room and the cute photo room where you can use your phone on the stands to take pics. There were a lot of machines that vary from plushies to snacks to figures so there's something for everyone. Tokens vary from 1-3 tokens per machine. My daughter had her eye on the Capybara and the Aoxlotl. Navid was nice enough to give us tips and went as far as helping her to make sure she got those prizes! We could tell how passionate he is about his business and took time to talk to my husband about it as well as gave us tips for traveling to Japan. Can't say enough about his awesome customer service! Out of the 3 we visited, this is the best as far as friendliness and helpfulness. 10/10 recommend for a kid treat.

This was our first time at this particular claw machine place and my partner and I agreed that out of the several other locations we have played at, this one is the best. Having incredible owners (and front line workers) makes all the difference as to whether a business succeeds, I think. My son LOVES claw machines, so we were excited to see a new claw machine arcade open nearby. Pricing seems to be on par with others we've been to, but these guys are fantastic at helping the kids have a greater chance to score a prize by adjusting the stuffies whenever necessary. We've been to 3 different claw machine locations in Las Vegas during our trip and this one is by far our favorite! The owner is so helpful and readily available to answer questions, give advice, and give a little nudge for help! Love how it's the least crowded of the ones we'd visited so far and that the payout for prizes were good and fair. We aren't from LV, but decided to check this place out. We spent about an hour there and my kids had a great time. It really makes a difference when the employee was engaging and giving the kids tips for how to win prizes. The place isn't that big, but there was enough variety in the types of prizes and games. We spent a little more than $50 and walked out with 8 different prizes, so I consider this trip well worth it. After months of not playing claw I finally decided it's time to decompress and celebrate my birthday since I haven't done anything for myself for months. Decided to visit a new local claw place called Gacha Claw. Gacha claw is pretty epic. Immediately upon entering the owners Navid and Chelsea gave me a tour of the place. A ton of claw machines and Gachapon machines. They also have a lounge area playing anime and a photo ops area with epic lighting. Navid showed me the prize trade in and I was on a mission to be able to acquire one of the nice Pokémon center prizes. Started playing and I noticed the claws were pretty strong and payout was consistently great. Some prizes were too big for the claw, but Navid was more than happy to assist. What I thought was awesome was when I kept trying for a prize ball Navid continued to try to help me. After numerous attempts he actually gave me it as a gift. Which was pretty awesome. He told me some cool stories and overall Navid and Chelsea are very wholesome on their business. I reviewed a lot of claw places, but I think I would say this one is my favorite even over the claw which was my favorite before. I would definitely repeat here in the future due to unique prizes and great payouts. Owners are epic.
