Came here on a weekday. This claw arcade is located in front of the second-floor Dillard's at Fashion Show Mall. The arcade is clean, well-lit, well air-conditioned, and, surprisingly, doesn't have that stuffy, odd smell I've noticed at several other claw arcades (no pun intended). I came with three kids--ages 8, 7, and 3. What I usually dread about claw arcades is that with kids this age, it can quickly turn into 10 minutes of begging for more coins while I watch my hard-earned money disappear. On the other hand, if the games are too easy, it isn't very exciting either--it just feels like buying a toy. The ideal experience is somewhere in between: challenging enough to be fun, but rewarding enough that the kids don't leave disappointed. This arcade struck that balance well. It's spacious, has a great selection of prizes that kids actually want, and the machines felt fair. Even with my Groupon, I honestly expected we'd be done in five minutes with three disappointed kids. Instead, Vincent, who was working that day, completely changed the experience. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and genuinely wanted the kids to have a great time. His positive attitude and willinness to help whenever we had a question turned this into a great stop as part of our Vegas trip. We will be back. read more

I stopped by Fantasy Claw Machine on a whim, and it ended up being a lot more fun than I expected. My daughter loved it. The place was clean, the machines were in good shape, and there was a nice variety of prizes to go after. It had a really fun atmosphere that made it easy to lose track of time. Lost my daughter too which was nice while I enjoyed the free massage chairs. What I appreciated most was that the machines actually felt fair. I managed to win a couple of prizes without spending a fortune, which isn't always the case at places like this. The staff was also friendly and quick to help whenever someone had a question or needed assistance. If you're looking for something different to do with friends, family, or even just to relax for a bit, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. The free chairs are nice too. I saw that this place has decent ratings, and maybe we were just there on an off night when we were in Vegas several weeks ago. We were kind of scouting it out to see if this would be a place my daughter would want to bring her friends on their next visit. We had been to a couple of other claw places and this one just did not make the cut. It was extremely hard to get any of the animals and when we finally did the machine malfunctioned. The guy did come over and let us have it, and after that we just got a few of the cheaper things. The girl at the counter was very nice and let us turn in all of our small stuff for a stuffed Pokémon that I could bring back to my grandson. I'm sure kids hanging out at the mall will go to this place, but we did not think it was as good as others around town. read more

Fantasy Claw Arcade is a cute spot within the Fashion Show Mall on Las Vegas Blvd. It's a pretty regular sized shop and it's filled with claw machines. Some machines have branded items like Sanrio and they also have off brand Labubus. There are even some machines with candy and Japanese Lays potato chips. It's really fun, especially for kids...and you can actually win!! It's probably less of a gamble than actual gambling! One suggestion would be to make a deal with Pop Mart (which is right downstairs) and be an official Labubu retailer! read more

Brought our kids in while on vacation and we walked around this arcade multiple times checking out all the machines and goodies they had. This place was completely empty, not even exaggerating when I say our family was the only one in here. BUT, we didn't spend a single penny. Why? Because your employee on shift (Dominque) did not greet us, refused to acknowledge/converse with us even though she watched us the entire time we were in there. So, we didn't know how to even operate anything or how the machines worked, ie. if we had to buy coins/tokens/loaded cards, we got no customer service and ended up leaving with disappointed kids because I refuse to give business to a business that behaves this way and acts like they don't want our money. So unfortunate as this looks like a fun place to hang out. read more

After recently visiting local claw arcades, I was a bit disappointed by Fantasy Claw in the Fashion Show Mall. First, you know it's going to be more expensive since it's located in Vegas than other arcades. Second, as an adult, it was difficult to get any prizes from the machines. I couldn't imagine as a child how difficult it might be! We recently left a local claw arcade having won a fair amount of prizes. At this location, we were lucky to walk away with anything. Most claws didn't grab/close and then finally when we won a prize, it didn't drop it when it was supposed to open. The two stars were for the employees who felt bad for everyone and put some plushies on the ledge and also let us use some small prizes to trade up to larger. Hate to say I wouldn't go back. read more

I'm gonna be honest here... It's not as good as The Claw. This Fantasy Claw Arcade did catch my eye. It's located off the strip. I wanted to take a look, since we walked right past it. They were friendly when I entered. Very welcoming and nice. Atmosphere is fun and definitely for kids I would say. The prizes looked small lol I don't wanna be that person, but is it worth the cheap toy you "win" from the machines? I would prefer having good prizes that you actually WANT to win lol I'm sure the prizes are fine for some. If you never win anything, and win here, you might be happy. I just want prizes that are worth winning lol Maybe I am just hating a bit lol Looking at the cheap prizes, didn't make me want to play. They also had lounging areas where people could chill and watch the gaming. The upper seating area was reserved for VIPs, employees, and tournament workers. They had a bar upstairs and downstairs and had high boys and stools for the area upstairs. The setup was pretty amazing (on the ground floor) with a huge screen and stage for the competitors to play and be projected on. In the back, they had computer/gaming chairs with monitors/computers set up and people gaming. They had plenty of restrooms available on both floors, too. Honestly one of the better kid friendly venues on the Strip. I'd definitely come back to enjoy some gaming time here.

Luckily, there are lockers nearby for around $1, so storing your belongings is quick, easy, and inexpensive. We visited on a Friday night and purposely waited until it was dark so we could enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip while riding. We had purchased our tickets online ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to skip the ticket line. Once inside New York-New York, the coaster was easy to find, and we only waited about 30 minutes to ride. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to find that I fit comfortably on the ride, which is always something I appreciate knowing before visiting an amusement attraction. It was over 100°F outside the night we rode, so flying through the loops, twists, and huge drops while getting blasted with warm desert air made for a pretty wild experience! I'll admit, I was a little terrified--the drops are much bigger than I expected, and I rode a good portion of it with my eyes closed. The ride itself is fairly short, but it's packed with excitement from start to finish. My teenager absolutely loved it, and even though it scared me a bit, I'm really glad we did it. If you're visiting Las Vegas with kids or teens, I'd definitely recommend adding the Big Apple Coaster to your itinerary.

There was confusion about storing our valuables... lockers, secret codes... You buy a ticket, get in line and then are told you should probably store your valuables in a locker, which you have to find and master the process for renting , opening and storing. [Tuesday midday] Short line was nice... we were with a couple of nervous teenagers there for the first time - their mom and aunt watching and waiting... Once on board, make sure to lock the seat bar down as far as you can onto you legs (more about that in a moment). Our midday experience thrust us into the blinding July summer sun blazing down upon us as we climbed to the top of the first summit - we tried to shield our eyes but it did nothing for the mounting heat that had me sweating by the top of ... THE FIRST DROP... (let your breath out slowing as you go...), then another and then you're thrown into a FULL LOOP where the centrifugal force shoves you into a pile of goo in your seat, followed by a little CORKSCREW-BARREL-ROLL maneuver and by the time you've caught your breath you hit a series of little up and down gut-sloshing, ass-smashing moves. Next thing you know, you're hurled left, then right - or maybe right then left - and up a little hill then into a CYCLONIC FUNNEL in a downward decent where you think you're done but then you hit a couple of parking lot speed bumps at maximum speed (more ass-banging) before you enter a dark tunnel where you think, "Oh God, what's next," but you get a quick glimpse into the casino right before the ride ends. Definitely a value (albeit it a different one) to the $25 cheeseburger, and more memorable than a t-shirt, just don't eat the burger before you board.

I couldn't believe that their small popcorn is regularly priced $12 and their large just under $15! If you have the Regal Crown Club membership (it's free to sign up) and go on Tuesdays, popcorn is 50% off regular prices. We paid $47.98 for two adults just to get in, and food, snacks, and drinks can easily tack on another $50 unless you bring your own flask. And without fail, there's always someone in the theater who can't behave. Once it was a drunk woman yelling at the screen and her boyfriend. Another time, a pack of teenage boys determined to ruin the movie for everyone else. This time, my neighbor ate an entire large bag of chips from the opening scene to the closing credits, crunching every bite and rustling the bag nonstop. I know not every situation can be handled perfectly by staff, but people who disrupt the experience really should be escorted out. Pro tip: bring blankets because they like to run ac even in winter.

The snack bar has a variety of items including pizza and hot dogs. Screen and sound quality are great. They also have a full bar for those looking for a cocktail. The not ideal: the costs are extremely high, especially on concessions. Pop corn, a drink, and a candy for 3 was over $70. Ticket pricing, even during matinee, was pretty high as well. 2x adults and a young child, around $50. The theater is also on the complete opposite side of the casino from the garage so you have to walk through the entire floor and deal with cigarette smoke. All of the staff were very neutral and dry. No was one smiling, no one seemed happy but they were polite. Overall: The experience is nice with some opportunity to make it great. The higher pricing would be alright for an outstanding experience but it's just not there.

I have gone to theaters in other cities where they would step in front of the screen at times and it was maddening. - What's up with literally over a half freaking hour of previews and ads? Holy crap. lol I'm just going to add 20-30 minutes to the start time going forward. - Popcorn was solid. Not the best, not the worst. The soda is a 32 ounce. You're really working to make that last while devouring a large bucket of popcorn. Honestly, I love those large soda machines like at South Point. - Service was a-okay. I see some people report bad service, but everyone I spoke to was nice. I was greeted with a smile when I first got up there and greeted with a smile as I left. The servers were alright. I had to wait a while for my drink after they dropped off the popcorn. The delay was so much that I had to go ask the server in our theater if it was still on its way. Luckily not a minute later I had it. I just downloaded the Regal app and I can see myself coming back here since it's like a 10-minute drive from where I live. There is a points club, etc and some pretty good promos on there if you're a movie lover like me. I will be back. 4 stars.
