Ring toss winner. Tough but not impossible with some skill and sometimes a bit of luck.
Henry T.

One of the things in Vegas that has survived the test of time and still provides value and joy. In the current environment of ever increasing prices and nickel and dining for anything and everything on the strip, it's a welcome sight to see that the midway was not changed over the years besides updated prizes and game pricing increases. Though those increases are still better than many other carnival games at fairs or larger venues. You just feel a sense of nostalgia and childhood if you ever spent any time here as a child and come back as an adult. Here's to hoping that whoever owns this in the future leaves what works alone.

Cute claw machine prizes

The acrobat show was awesome! Definitely worth coming for a free show. The prizes at the games were really cute. They have all your classic games like launch the chicken into the pot, the horse race ball game, darts, ring toss, etc. Games range from about 15-25 credits. A $40 card will get you 400 credits They also had lafufus in the claw machines!

Midway at Circus Circus is where you go at Vegas when you have a young child. This place changed quite a bit since I was here the last time. The self park garage 1 & 2 are behind the hotel/casino and only accessible from the side street. The Midway has many carnival games you find at carnivals or county fairs. But Midway has been upgraded to use digital playcards instead of tokens. You have to buy/recharge playcards at kiosks located throughout the Midway. Unfortunately the credit card reader of first 2 kiosks I tried today didn't work and there was no one nearby to offer assistance. It was by trials and errors I found a kiosk that does work. It changes $1 to issue a new playcard. A warning for all: these kiosks do not give cash change so any bill you feed it will be put on playcards and there is no refund for credits not used. Midway still has a live circus act every 30 minutes or so. They also have arcade games. It is jam packed with kids and teenagers today. I wonder how long a typical kid would stay here on any given day.

500th review Alert!! I wanted to pick a cool spot for my 500th review, so I decided on Carnival Midway. The last time I was here, I was a a kid going from game to game blowing through the money my parents gave me . Fast forward to my adult years, and I'm now blowing through MY hard earned money, but it's just as fun. The Midway is located in Circus Circus Hotel & Casino and is a one stop arcade full of carnival games, arcade, games, and daily circus acts. This place no longer takes cash/quarters for the games. You're required to purchase a game card at the kiosk and load it up as needed. In the center of the carnival games area , they have a DQ with plenty of seating. Parking is free

10/10! This arcade is fantastic for kids and adults alike. 99% of the games were in working order! They also have carnival style games. I recommend getting the $100 card at the very least.

Midway is the best known thing about Circus Circus other than Adventuredome. It has the feel of a county fair. Yes it's creepy, dirty, and sketchy. But it's free. There's no admission price to this freak show. It's the most family friendly place. For the kids the most entertaining part is the free circus acts. These begin every 30 minutes. It gets super crowded in front but you can still see it pretty good. The circus acts are kind of boring if you're not a kid. It's mostly stuff like juggling. There's also some beginner magic tricks like handkerchiefs and pulling stuff out of a hat, but it's free so it's hard to complain about quality. Food is much like that at a fair. Stuff like old hot dogs and pretzels. They gouge you of course, helping to make up for the free entertainment you just watched.

As far as arcades go, the prizes were worth it. Kim at one of the game booths was an angel! She's what truly made the experience 5 stars.

From the second it starts, it feels like organized chaos in the best possible way. The crowd work is absolutely ruthless but also hilarious. You spend half the time laughing and the other half quietly hoping you do not make eye contact. Somehow, they walk that perfect line where it is edgy without being awkward. The side acts are insane. Like, how is this even physically possible level talent. Every time you think it cannot get crazier, it does. It is part circus, part comedy show, part did I just witness that moment. And the Gazillionaire is the perfect ringmaster for it all, completely unhinged in the most controlled way possible. He keeps everything moving, keeps the crowd on edge, and somehow makes chaos feel like it is exactly on schedule. Going with a close friend made it even better. There is something about sharing those did that really just happen looks the whole night that makes it stick. If you are in Vegas and want something that is actually memorable and not just expensive for no reason, this is it. Easily one of the best shows on the Strip.

I've seen this show twice, once opening night and then again in October 2023. I was in the first row stage left the first time, and the second row dead center the second time. The first time my view was blocked by a woman with very curly, poofy hair. The second time my view was blocked by everyone seated at the cocktail tables. The Duomo is a horrible venue because the seats are neither staggered nor graduated like stadium seating. The stage isn't high enough above the seating to give everyone a good view. I've seen X Country at Harrah's, Fantasy at Luxor, and Red Velvet Burlesque at Notoriety downtown - all of them have different seating and stage configurations for this sort of show, but you can actually see the performers. This show needs a different venue. They have Julia Flypole doing arial hoop work but it's like a 7 or 8 foot ceiling from the stage to the top. She also performs in Red Velvet Burlesque and her routine is from a silk that is easily two stories long. It's just not the same effect doing acrobatics and arial pole in such a short room. The show is a mix of singing and burlesque dancing set to rock-esque type music. There is no nudity in this show. Everyone has pasties on in addition to bra tops, unlike other showgirl burlesque shows. While it's obviously 18+ because it's burlesque, nothing is too risque, except the bathtub dance is a bit over the top raunchy for my taste. The dancing is good. The costuming is good. The singer actually has a good voice. The only problem is the venue is garbage and not a good fit for this show. There is limited audience participation in this show. Took a while after I approached the bar and looked at the menus for an employee to greet me. The locals deal is half off most of the menu and drinks except specialty cocktails. I had a glass of prosecco, 6 taco flight and mini doughnuts. Tacos were barely warm. I don't know how a not busy kitchen can't serve the food hot. After I started eating them I noticed 1 or 2 ingredients were missing from each. The birria was most noticeably missing the BBQ sauce/aioli. The Tandoori chicken tacos were ok but needed the missing pickles/pickled onions, same with the mushroom tacos. There was plenty of meat and mushrooms on the tacos for the regular price of $22. I noticed Al Mancini, a local food reviewer was there. I guess they were only concerned about his food. I did tell one of the servers at the bar about the missing ingredients. The mini doughnuts were ok. When I first got the bill it was wrong (extra item added). On the second bill the tacos were taken off. I appreciated that but hadn't asked. I told the server to thank the manager. Perhaps the next meal will be better, it's unlikely I'll return tho. It may be worth it to go for food with the half price deal, if you're at Caesars and need to eat.

After all my research, I'm SO glad I decided on Frederic -- the bride said this magic show was her favorite part of the trip!! (and we went to Tao dayclub the day before lol) :) I love that it was in a small, intimate theater, so that you were up close no matter where you sat. And there was SO much audience interaction -- our bride even caught a frisbee and got to go on stage -- which was fun and helped make it even more special for her. The mentalism was such a cool departure from traditional physical magic tricks -- we all loved it and had many *gasp* moments. We even got to meet Frederic after, and he performed more mentalism up close, which was cool. HIGHLY recommend this show!! (Also, it was $30/ticket, which is a price you cannot beat in Vegas)

Upon arrival, I double checked with the staff, "IS CELLPHONE PHOTOGRAPHY DURING THE SHOW OK?" Both staff said "Yes, just no video and no flash." I think it's ridiculous to say "We encourage photos" on the website and then have their staff go and pick on rule following show attendees. Organizers need to make up their minds on the photo policy and train their staff accordingly.

The loose story involves a brothel and a host of characters that interact with the facility and its matriarch but the comedy is really where it's at. From the Irish dancers with questionable teeth (when the bread started flying I could not stop laughing!) to the various aerial feats displayed, Atomic Saloon has a little bit of everything though it's not for the faint of heart--several people in our section left a few minutes into the show. As much fun as we had, the seats on the second floor are not great and you end up missing some of the action. Even more disappointing was that there were quite a few empty seats on the main level, and it would have made for an even better show if we had been given the opportunity to move forward like we did at OPM, another Spiegelworld show that used to run at Cosmopolitan.
