Amazing and fun show!! I highly recommend this show for anyone who loves great entertainment, magic, and card tricks. He is so fun to watch and he's pretty funny too. He has great showmanship and every second is entertaining watching him. All of his tricks were mind blowing and makes you wonder how he did it. The theater is really nice and you can get a great view from any angle. We were lucky enough to get the high top tables and awesome view. I do like how it is a smaller theater in order to see him close up. He does choose a good amount of people for his tricks and he's so funny interacting with them. Must see show!! read more

My husband and I made a last-minute decision to see a magician while we were in Vegas this past weekend, and Mat Franco's show quickly came up in my internet search. High reviews and a Groupon deal. It was a no-brainer. The seating at the venue felt similar to a comedy show. The seats in the back were behind high tables, and the seats in the front were arranged in several rows without anything in between. Just beware: if you purchase tickets on Groupon, you only select the section and can be placed all the way to the side, like we were. Nonetheless, Mat's show was so good that it was still enjoyable from a not-ideal angle. I don't want to spoil the magic, but I must say his show was so well-rounded. It had a variety of different tricks, and he puts a fresh spin on each one, so even if you think that's where the trick should end, Mat is always a couple of steps ahead. He also sprinkles comedy throughout, and a lot of it seems to be on the fly since it involves audience members. Mat even pulls on the heartstrings at times. I didn't even realize he had won America's Got Talent until some videos played from when he competed. I'm sure I watched him back then, but I'm glad I got to see him in person too! His show will not disappoint, and given that it was an hour and a half, I think the price we paid for the second row was well worth it. Also, after the show, I saw a guy offer money to get an autograph from Mat. So if that's what you're after, I think it's possible. No guarantees, of course. read more

Wednesday, 4-01-2026: We walked over to The Linq from Harrah's where Mat Franco has his own theater. I thought the seating was strange. It was a bunch of chairs huddled together. As soon as we sat down we became immediately chilled. The A/C was blowing full force from the vents in the wall behind us! Brrrr! It became so intolerable that my hubby mentioned our discomfort to one of the ushers. She kindly sat us closer to the stage on a nice cushioned bench. I couldn't believe that they made such nice accommodations for us! Mat Franco is very engaging and very family oriented. We enjoyed his magic show, which is family friendly. You could hear the kids let out oooohs and aaaahs throughout the show. We highly recommend this very entertaining show. read more

Went to this show for the first time with my family and it was great! We wanted a show that was good but not too flashy and this show was perfect. A lot of great magic tricks with great crowd work and comedy wrapped in it. Even the back row tickets had a good view. Incredible. Magic has always been something that intrigued me, but seeing it live is a completely different experience. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't stop wondering how he was doing any of it. Mat Franco is probably best known for winning Season 9 of America's Got Talent and now performs his residency, Magic Reinvented Nightly, at The LINQ in Las Vegas. I don't want to say too much because part of the fun is experiencing it for yourself. What I loved most was how much he interacted with the audience. It didn't feel like he was just performing at the crowd. He involved people throughout the show and made the entire room feel part of the experience. Every time I thought I had something figured out, another trick would happen and completely change my mind. Seeing magic on TV is one thing, but seeing it happen right in front of you is mind-blowing. If you've ever been curious about magic or wanted to see a Vegas show that's different from the typical concerts and productions, I would definitely recommend this one. I think this is a good family show with a lot of audience interactions. For me, I prefer to watch and observe the real skill, which is slight of hand. I think with all the audience interactions it bored me and diminished mat francos talent. As you can guess, I enjoyed shin lims show way more! Lol I loved that mat franco was more energetic and engaging but again I just have a preference. However I really enjoyed the show and appreciated the venue is in a smaller space. This show is in the linq and fairly easy to find. I hated that they sold beers for 20$, unbelievable. This is why people are hesitant to watch shows or come to vegas. 35$ for parking already. The cost of half the ticket. If they comped the parking for watching shows, this would bring more revenue. Facts. Nearly everyone i spoke to had the same sentiments. Anyways, I digress. The wife, mother in law, brother in law, and myself were in Vegas to celebrate our December birthdays and were looking for a show to go to. The wife decided on Mat Franco. Our seats were near the back of the theater. So when Mat asked for volunteers for the show, I thought there was no way that he would pick me, but pick me he did! He brought me and 3 others up to the stage and did some card tricks for us. I was sitting on Mat's right and leaned over the table, about a foot away from Mat's hands and he was still changing cards right in front of my face. It was unbelievable. Unfortunately we couldn't video or take pictures. I would have loved to have a video record of the experience, but all of the tricks Mat did were mind blowing. Great seating , not a bad seat in there and layout allows you to see no matter where you sit . Matt's interaction with the crowd starts from the get go and continues till the end. The illusion and comedy are spot in and will leave you asking how the heck did he do that . This show is actually better than shim lin and better than the mentalist , there is no lag / down time and you are not waiting too long to get to the climax of each trick , the slight of hand is beyond impressive and the comedy added in with the facial expressions will leave ya wanting more This is a must see read more

September Friday night 7pm I had looked up "best magic show in Vegas" and Mac King and Mat Franco came up multiple times. On my list they went. I bought my ticket last minute the night before and snagged one of the four remaining seats in the back of the room. The view was still excellent but it definitely lowers your chances of participation to 0%. I wasn't sure what to expect- a full blown production, a story telling journey? I was glad it was the latter. Mat's comedic timing was right up my alley. Among my favorites are him poking fun at a group of late comers and referring back to that conversation throughout his performance, the reference to Magic Mike, and the kid at the end who was too young to be on stage. I appreciated the close up magic and the variety of mediums Mat employed to keep us on our toes. The most mind blowing of his tricks was when he did the coin trick under the cloth. I was totally misdirected. I might have shouted with the reveal. Overall, a truly fantastic show: All his jokes landed and I loved the magic and his story. Highly recommend! read more

GETTING HERE: This spectacular show is located inside the LINQ Hotel inside the Mat Franco Theater in Las Vegas. I will brb as I need to google additional adjectives to describe this show. I can echo almost all of the reviews here: Mat does have a great sense of humor and his wit is perfectly timed. Great interaction with the audience, too. His tricks are in fact mind-blowing! He had the audience's attention the entire show. It was so awesome! Without giving any spoilers, there is one trick he does that absolutely blew my mind (and it's still blown!) - I was seated on the end, next to the aisle, and when he completed this specific trick my mouth (literally) was open and flies were going inside! Mat walked by me, back up to the stage, and he caught my eyes and mimicked my open mouth! It was an unbelievable experience. Thoroughly enjoyed this magic show! I am not actually the biggest fan of magic, but my husband sure is. We are Vegas locals and I bought tickets for his birthday. The theatre is nice, good size - meaning it's larger than I expected but also intimate enough to feel like you are part of the action and can see well. We were seated in high chairs with a small cocktail table in front, right about dead center of the theatre. The seats were comfortable and we had a good view. Neither of us were familiar with Mat Franco, so weren't sure what to expect. We were both so impressed by how fun and good this show was. May was really funny, quick-witted, and very talented. The magic was mind-boggling and quite impressive. Would highly recommend to show to others. (The only downside was that the parking garage at The Linq was tight and not fun to navigate but that has nothing to do with that show.) read more

I've read many reviews about long tenured Las Vegas magicians just "mailing it in". Out of energy...and void of passion. That's NOT the case here! Mat was engaging, funny, and seemed to be truly happy to be where he is in his life... and career. His humor was spontaneous as he interacted with many audience members. Not knowing what to expect from this show except that it involved magic, we were amazed and entertained by Mat Franco's magic, as well as, his humor, background history, and engagement during the entire show with the audience. His tricks ranged for those simply performed on stage and prop, such as table and chairs, to out in the audience seating area. The entire show was energetic and quick paced which definately kept our constant attention. Of course, no photos or videos are allowed during the show which is normal for this type show. The Mat Franco Theater is a very nice venue with good seating and stage view from front to back, staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and great lighting, special effects/videos and sounds. Excellent show!!! Row FF has big comfy chairs. They don't tell you that when booking. The row in front of FF is also a comfy padded couch/bench seat. We sat in GG and it was great! He interacts with the crowds and brings multiple people on stage to be a part of his illusions. He uses comedy with magic and it is absolutely a family friendly show! The theatre is kept cold so you may want a jacket. All other chairs except for the rows mentioned above are somewhat higher chairs and narrow in the hips. Could be uncomfortable for women with hips more than a size 24. There are nice restrooms just outside the theatre door. Escalators take you up to the theater. Very little walking from the front of the casino/Linq. I would absolutely do this show again and again! read more

I enjoy magic and try to catch a magic show when visiting Vegas. As a fan of America's Got Talent, he was the winner of the show in 2014 and got his show in Vegas 'Mat Franco, Magic Reinvented Nightly' at the Mat Franco Theater at the LINQ in 2015. Somehow I've didn't catch his show during my visits. So on this latest visit, we got tickets for a Monday show. The theater is on the second level of the LINQ accessed by escalator. The show starts with a film montage of Mat on his starting doing magic at a young age to winning AGT to getting his own show in Vegas. During this approximately 90 min show, he performed about nine magic acts and utilized audience members on several of them. He interacts with the audience and incorporates some comedy in the situation to make the show more entertaining. There is a large screen behind the stage that projects his card tricks, etc. that the all the audience members can see. He even came out in the audience for two of his illusions, one where is was one rom in front of us. It was a very entertaining show. Mat kept our attention to entire time as we were mesmerized by this illusions and got us saying "how did he do that" throughout the show. A great family friendly show that is highly recommended. read more

Second, the show keeps you entertained the whole time as he tells stories about his childhood, family, and how he got into magic. The pictures just melt your heart! Third, his magic tricks are jaw dropping good. After every act, I was saying "what the?! How the heck did he do that?!" The theater is small and all the seats have a view. For his close up acts such as card tricks, they project what he's doing onto the jumbo screen above the stage so everyone can see. He randomly picks people in the audience regardless of where you are at, so no need to be in the front or aisle. They do not allow video or photos during the show so you'll just have to come and experience the magic for yourself! read more

If I knew how the "magic" was done, then it wouldn't be as entertaining. He took a wallet from a member of the audience and made it appear it a table in the audience that he had to cut open with a knife .. how'd he do that! He took a $100 bill from a member of the audience and made it show up in a sealed Ramon noodle flavor packet. At the end of the show during a "card trick" the last 8 cards played were the numbers on that man's $100 bill. Because I don't know how it's done, it's entertainment. Loved it. read more

What a a fun show! Besides his wonderful, amazing magic tricks, he is funny and very engaging with his audience. He share personal tidbits about his background, how he got started and who were the people supported him (biggest fan was Grandma). He is a great story teller, so funny, and entertaining to watch. The show flew by and we were constantly amazed by his tricks! He was very liked. The staff, assistants and floor folks were amazing. The theater is located in the LINQ, is nice, modern and not too big, so it feels very intimate. I highly recommend checking him out. Took my 13 and 15 year old kids, and all of us walked out completely blown away. Mat had the entire audience fully engaged from start to finish. The magic itself is astonishing, but what truly elevates this show is Mat as a performer. He is warm, humble, funny, and his interaction with the everyone feels natural and personal, not rehearsed or forced. Every trick has a certain charm to it, making the experience feel very intimate. I am 55 and have seen countless live performances over the years....Vegas shows, concerts, theater, you name it. I can honestly say this ranks at or near the very top of anything I've ever seen live. This is a Vegas must! Mat is such a talented magician and we loved how friendly, down to earth, and humble he is. He really connects with the audience and gets to know the volunteers he incorporates into the show. The show is family friendly - there were people of all ages, and all enjoyed it! There is a bar just outside the theater for drinks. Photos are allowed, but no flash and no video. Mat tells some of his story with magic and shares about his family, inlcuding a touching video montage of them. This made the show all the more personable. His tricks were a variety from card tricks, sleight of hand, to some mind boggling/jaw dropping tricks. If you're in Vegas, don't miss this show! I'm ready to go back! read more

I took my nine year old daughter to this show and we both really enjoyed it... We came straight from the airport to the Linq hotel and it was not a problem to have the bell desk hold our luggage for us even though we were staying elsewhere. We met a couple of other mom/daughter friends and everyone was in awe of Mat... He is not only an incredible magician, but a fabulous performer as well. He kept the entire audience (all ages) entertained throughout. At one point my daughter looked at me and said, "my brain hurts" from trying to figure out how he did what he did! My daughter and her friends were raising their hands to volunteer to be part of the show and screaming "I love you, Mat," throughout! We are still questioning how he did everything he did during the show... I also loved how he tells a bit about his own life history and family members in the show... Well done!
