The lovely Brook
Denise A.

ent here yesterday on a whim with my daughter and grandson. We were on a "celebration" round and this was our first stop. We were welcomed by the lovely and amazingly warm and friendly young lady named Brook. She helped my grandson make wise choices when selecting a toy to aim for. After spending $50 (plus a few extra tokens for downloading the app) my little grandson walked out with 6 new stuffies and a smile that lasted for the rest of the day. Great place to spend an hour !!

It was cool to see that you could get 5 free coins but be advised that they are with purchase. You need to purchase the tokens via the machine, which will sometimes malfunction when accepting your card. The worker was also repositioning items after each person tried. I also found it difficult to win almost anything due to the grips. Out of about 20 coins, we won just one item.

Claw Store on W. Sahara Las Vegas, NV October 2025

Claw Store on W. Sahara is great! It's a $10 minimum. 1 dollar = 1 token. Zoya helped us out. I won 2 small bears and she let me change one out for a different color, how cool is that?! I love claw machines. Any age is welcome here! Definitely recommend this place. They do parties too.

We had such a great experience here and honestly can't wait to keep coming back! Riley made our second visit just as enjoyable, if not even better, than the first. We were able to play right before closing, and she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and never made us feel rushed. The customer service here truly stands out and makes the whole experience so much more fun. The toy selection keeps getting better and better! They also have an awesome promotion right now when you sign up where you get $5 worth of free tokens, which was such a nice bonus. Huge shoutout to the owner as well for hiring such spectacular employees who create such a fun and positive atmosphere. We're already looking forward to our third visit and many more after that!

Unexpected claw day for these boys. We were next door at cold stone for ice cream and we couldn't pass this one.

Found this gem while eating next to at cold stone. My kids love and enjoy claw places. We have probably gone to all claw locations here in Vegas. I'm glad we found this one. I believe they have just opened for 1 month or 2 but we'll definitely be coming back

It's real. I won one

One of the best claw arcades -- with Labubu magic! I walked away with several prizes, including a Labubu figure I'd been hunting for. I will absolutely come back and bring friends. Highly recommend to anyone who loves claw machines.

Arielle and Whitney were amazing! It was our first time and they were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning, thanks for a great time ladies :)

My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. This last interaction was just a really bad way to end the night.

They also had lounging areas where people could chill and watch the gaming. The upper seating area was reserved for VIPs, employees, and tournament workers. They had a bar upstairs and downstairs and had high boys and stools for the area upstairs. The setup was pretty amazing (on the ground floor) with a huge screen and stage for the competitors to play and be projected on. In the back, they had computer/gaming chairs with monitors/computers set up and people gaming. They had plenty of restrooms available on both floors, too. Honestly one of the better kid friendly venues on the Strip. I'd definitely come back to enjoy some gaming time here.

They won't allow you to bring your phone or anything else in your pockets onto the ride. Staff actually check before you board, and if you have anything on you, they'll send you back to put it away. Luckily, there are lockers nearby for around $1, so storing your belongings is quick, easy, and inexpensive. We visited on a Friday night and purposely waited until it was dark so we could enjoy the views of the Las Vegas Strip while riding. We had purchased our tickets online ahead of time, which I highly recommend because it allowed us to skip the ticket line. Once inside New York-New York, the coaster was easy to find, and we only waited about 30 minutes to ride. As a plus-size woman, I was happy to find that I fit comfortably on the ride, which is always something I appreciate knowing before visiting an amusement attraction. It was over 100°F outside the night we rode, so flying through the loops, twists, and huge drops while getting blasted with warm desert air made for a pretty wild experience! I'll admit, I was a little terrified--the drops are much bigger than I expected, and I rode a good portion of it with my eyes closed. The ride itself is fairly short, but it's packed with excitement from start to finish. My teenager absolutely loved it, and even though it scared me a bit, I'm really glad we did it. If you're visiting Las Vegas with kids or teens, I'd definitely recommend adding the Big Apple Coaster to your itinerary.

There was confusion about storing our valuables... lockers, secret codes... You buy a ticket, get in line and then are told you should probably store your valuables in a locker, which you have to find and master the process for renting , opening and storing. Once on board, make sure to lock the seat bar down as far as you can onto you legs (more about that in a moment). Our midday experience thrust us into the blinding July summer sun blazing down upon us as we climbed to the top of the first summit - we tried to shield our eyes but it did nothing for the mounting heat that had me sweating by the top of ... THE FIRST DROP... (let your breath out slowing as you go...), then another and then you're thrown into a FULL LOOP where the centrifugal force shoves you into a pile of goo in your seat, followed by a little CORKSCREW-BARREL-ROLL maneuver and by the time you've caught your breath you hit a series of little up and down gut-sloshing, ass-smashing moves. Next thing you know, you're hurled left, then right - or maybe right then left - and up a little hill then into a CYCLONIC FUNNEL in a downward decent where you think you're done but then you hit a couple of parking lot speed bumps at maximum speed (more ass-banging) before you enter a dark tunnel where you think, "Oh God, what's next," but you get a quick glimpse into the casino right before the ride ends. Definitely a value (albeit it a different one) to the $25 cheeseburger, and more memorable than a t-shirt, just don't eat the burger before you board.
