Ashlyn has incredible people skills and does an amazing job engaging with every customer, whether there are only a couple of people in the store or it's packed. She's always aware of what's going on around her, makes everyone feel welcome, and somehow makes every kid feel like a winner. One thing that really stood out to us is the care she puts into stacking and arranging the prizes so the kids feel like they actually have a chance to win. That extra effort doesn't go unnoticed. This place has a lot of claw machines with different prizes. You purchase coins through a machine and use those to play the claw games. Andrea assisted us and was super helpful. ent here yesterday on a whim with my daughter and grandson. We were on a "celebration" round and this was our first stop. We were welcomed by the lovely and amazingly warm and friendly young lady named Brook. She helped my grandson make wise choices when selecting a toy to aim for. After spending $50 (plus a few extra tokens for downloading the app) my little grandson walked out with 6 new stuffies and a smile that lasted for the rest of the day. First impression... Not good. Most of the machines were empty. Been claw machine hopping these last couple months so I have been to over 10+ claw places and have an idea what to look for and this ain't it Inside looked like most small claw stores. Usually most places charge $1 per token. I usually buy $100 worth and get an average of 30-50 extra tokens based on which place you go. But I wouldn't buy that much here and here's why... More than half the machines take 2 tokens. So roughly $2 per play. And some (not many) are $1 tokens and a few 5 tokens. At the end of the day not worth it. Ther are other locations where 90% or more of the machines take 1 token. And u win more. If u live in this area and this is your only option then have a go at it. But if u can travel out a bit more away there's a good one on Durango read more

These claw machine stores are all the rage in korea lately. You cannot stop at a single train stop or major city without running into a dozen of these. I was surprised to see that this joint was even around when i was having dinner in the area but could see the glow of the machines which attracted me like a moth to a flame Good setup,m good variety the the folks working the joint are super friendly. You can win items and exchange them out and there was lots of flexibility for the prizes you won. Especially liked that if you wont certain items you could go to the counter and get a "bigger" item if you had enough of them won. Enjoyable little break from the grind of the day. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The only positive thing about this place was the employee who made efforts for us to try and win a plush. My entire family with five kids came in tonight and spent a good amount of money and lost it all in ten minutes. Not one single one of them came out with a plush because the claws were weak, RIGGED! We have gone to many other claw places and came out with plenty of plushies and happy kids. Save yourself the time and money and go to another claw place unless you like wasting money and time. read more

We had such a great experience here and honestly can't wait to keep coming back! Riley made our second visit just as enjoyable, if not even better, than the first. We were able to play right before closing, and she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and never made us feel rushed. The customer service here truly stands out and makes the whole experience so much more fun. The toy selection keeps getting better and better! They also have an awesome promotion right now when you sign up where you get $5 worth of free tokens, which was such a nice bonus. Huge shoutout to the owner as well for hiring such spectacular employees who create such a fun and positive atmosphere. I've been to several different claw machines in the area and this was one of the worst. Selection wasn't good, claw machines weren't the best, and trade up value selection wasn't good. You can trade 3 for 1, 5 for 1 or even more but the smaller trade ups sucked. There wasn't any comparable animals to even trade up to. Better to hold onto what you can get if you can actually get any stuffies. Spent $20 and came away with 3 stuffies. I even went for the ones that I didn't want and still couldn't get them. The claw had picked up the stuffie but after moving, it dropped them over and over. There was another little girl that was having difficulty with her grandparent and it was heartbreaking to see her miss so many times. Selection is not as comprehensive as other claw machines I've been to. I'm usually pretty good at claw machines but I just couldn't get any of these animals. Maybe I lost my touch or maybe this claw place wants more of your money? Staff was nice and tried their best with fluffing the animals and positioning but claws weren't strong enough to drop them. There were some machines that required 3 and others required 2 but most were 1. Aprons for the kids were a cute touch though. Overall, there are many different claw machines with better selections and better odds for getting more stuffies, I would start with looking at other claw machines prior to coming to this one. read more

The claw machine concept sprung up and I loved seeing that the spirit of seeing kids have fun was never lost on the business owners. These are $1.50 Chinese plushies and they usually have no problem making it favorable and fun for the kids (the real consumers). This is done by giving you more that a 1-1 ratio dollar per token, making the machines affordable, keeping the machines packed to maximize your possibilities of winning by avalanche, and re-racking when you ask. Enter review----- First it was 20 tokens for $20 and some took 2-5 tokens to operate. Second, none of them were filled but let me clarify, the floor was 60-70% bare with only a few items left. You basically HAD to ask for a re rack every time you played. Third, the music was loud and catchy only the blue tooth device was not in the vicinity. Every three seconds or so you got the blue tooth cut out making it unbearable until you tune it out like the employees do. Last, we had one jam and got one assist and that was it. Our winnings $1 - two tutsy rolls and a jaw breaker $3 - sonic action figure that you don't win but flat out buy (we didn't want to leave empty handed) $1 - a rubber capybara that took us $5 to get due to not having any items to assist the dissent. Not great after spending $20. The one off Decatur and flamingo is 1000% better and you leave with a BAG full. Save your money and spend the extra 10 minutes driving to where you know your kid will have a fun. read more

Been here a few times. The first one, girl was super nice and even offered to help me and my kid. I'm not big into claw stores and don't typically win, so happy to walk out with one-two things. The next few times were an absolute bust but the worst experience came about couple weeks ago. They advertised their Easter party so much, we decided to give it another chance. Went there and spent a good amount of money to walk out winning zero things. The way they set up their machines was that the claws were opening the moment they got up. Attention : not just plushies sliding out from normal moving the claw, but the claw catching and holding prizes tight, then once up - it was opening. I looked around and noticed out of a full store barely a couple people had anything in their bags. We walked out with a goodie bag filled with a pencil, some coupons for other businesses and expired off brand candy. Needless to say we won't be back. read more

Man I wanted to like this place... Brought my 6 year old daughter here and she was super excited. Purchased 20 coins ($1 per coin), and I hoped for us to get a couple of nice little plushes. Started with the large machine because she likes hello kitty (3 coins each play), they "fluffed" it which was nice, but when I tell you the claw has zero pressure to hold, it has ZERO pressure to hold. I tried again anyway, same result... Okay, no huge deal, we'll try smaller machines. We headed over to the $1 small hello kitty mermaid, couldn't snag one, they fluffed, didn't matter at all, no grab, just loosely lets go like nothing. Now my little girl is getting more sad. Went for the tiny machine (just to get us on the board) with little cheap hello kitty bags (maybe 2 or 3 inches) still no "luck"! Now she is really sad, tried one more time on a different small machine, fully on the prize but just lets go. What the heck man. Daughter is crying, with around 6-8 coins remaining. This place is very obviously designed to only let you win 1 in every 20-30 chances on small prizes. Wasn't going to put my daughter through anymore stress of it. I handed the remaining coins to the staff member and she gave us a small mermaid hello kitty, which was nice. Needless to say we won't be back. We had much better experiences at a different claw machine place. This place is just about getting your $$. Isn't this supposed to be fun for kids? read more

Claw Store was great! We were heading to sushi and noticed this new fun joint. These folks are smart - they came out and introduced us to the store while we were outside looking in. The staff is very friendly and they really understand how to make sure the kids have fun. We left with two prizes and some fun family pictures. Store is fun, bright, nice clean machines, many different machines with different prizes, friendly staff who wants you to go home happy. Thank you! We made an impulsive stop at the "claw store" today with our three year old he saw the sign outside and asked to go in, as a treat we did and were so glad we did, my son was able to win multiple toys, along with great sized stuffies and I must say these claws aren't cheating you, you can tell the strength of the claws aren't altered for a lighter grasp.
