As the name says, super fun and the employee that helped us was so sweet and so helpful! Reasonable prices and guaranteed hit for every 10 grabs!

I won a chopper and the quality of it is so well made !!

SO COOL! Loved the cyberpunk theme and the plushies and claw machines they have were great! They even have gachapon machines that give out great prizes. The token and card system is great too. Even trading plushies for the bigger ones on the wall were easy and fair. Definitely worth coming back for more!

    Mimikyu plushy

This is a great claw machine arcade! All of their items are authentic and high quality. My boyfriend and I went and traded 3 plushies for a Mimikyu! And we got a bag to carry it out. They don't want you to leave empty handed so don't be scared to ask for rearranging.

20/10, store attendant/owner was very nice and the plushies are all authentic and very high quality! Well worth the money and I will definitely be going back. Lots of fun.

They don't serve food here it's just a little bit of claw machine fun . Shall we just get to the playing . The store is organized really well . I'm a total outsider here . The twins are doing their best of happy together . They are not fighting. Yay! You have to love things in duo. This unique piece of fun was kind of them to include and share with me . You play your token and move the claw piece around and win a plush . Then you can exchange that plush for another plush. What a concept . The fun is good and exciting. It's not super loud it's actually tranquil and quiet. The lighting is low and truly simple . The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are here to answer and questions a customer asks. The cleanliness is impeccable for the type of business this is. Even the floor is clean. Need a picture to remember the moment the staff has great photography skills . What's not to love ? Come out and play the claw games. The prizes are so cute and sometimes creepy cool. The children are happy . This arcade is fun for all ages

My wife and kids were next in line and were about to get on when one of the employees went around asking people to wait until 9pm when the fireworks would be going off. My kids were getting restless and didn't care to wait so they decided to go on anyway. The ride is supposed to last for 10 mins but they were only at the top for only 2-3 mins. The guy on the ride felt bad and told my wife and kids they could stay on since they were only on it for a couple mins but the lady who was working the line and operating the ride ushered them off as quick as she could. When my wife asked for an explanation why their ride was cut short, she said they promised a bunch of people they would get to go on and see the fireworks and that they wouldn't fit. She also said she spoke to her in a very condescending way. The rest of the main experience again in the main building was pretty awesome. Arcade was great, VR attractions were fun. This last interaction was just a really bad way to end the night.

They have a variety of virtual booths where you can jump into all kinds of games. You can play solo or team up, and trust me, once you start, it's hard to stop. I played about six different games, and every single one was interactive, engaging, challenging, and very active. Who needs the gym when you can burn calories dodging virtual obstacles and playing life-sized games? The highlight of our night was a game of life-sized ping pong. Oh My Gosh, so much fun. We split into two teams, adults versus kids (the kids crushed us). I'll post a video of my kids battling it out; honestly, even if you don't play, it's a blast just to sit back and watch. Besides the interactive games, they also have a pretty cool bar area where you can grab snacks and drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, whatever you're in the mood for. They host birthday parties and special events too, which is awesome because this place is a guaranteed good time. The restrooms are clean, staff is friendly, and the overall vibe is welcoming. I highly recommend a visit. Whether you're competitive, casual, or just going to watch, they truly have something for everyone!

There were plenty of people at the front desk but when we got inside we didn't really understand most of the interactions. The main room was being used by 4 children the entire time so a couple of us could join them but some games only had space for 6 participants. I really thought an hour wouldn't be enough time but we didn't get the concept of floating mandalas and things like that so we just left. Great marketing but execution wasn't on point. I don't think I'll be back for the Alice party.

We were lucky enough to have this arcade right in our hotel, which was a lifesaver for our two teens. This place is massive and offers an incredible mix of games and attractions that's bound to please both kids and adults. Comparing it to what we have back home in Hawaii, it's like a supercharged version of the 50th State Fair combined with the excitement of tDave & Buster's--but with even more bang for your buck. We gave the kids $100, and they were entertained for over 2 hours, which felt like a real steal given the variety of games and activities available. The Fun Dungeon was never overcrowded, so we didn't have to wait around to play, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond by giving extra chances on games if you missed the prize, awesome customer service! The place was spotlessly clean and had extended hours until midnight on weekends, which was perfect for late-night fun. Overall, this arcade was one of the highlight of our trip because it helped to keep the kids entertained in an adult atmosphere and an awesome way for our family to bond.

MGM Grand Incident at Level Up…read more On Sunday, May 24, we came to Level Up at MGM Grand for Karaoke to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday and Memorial Day. We were enjoying ourselves up until the following incident with the bartender Ray. I've dealt with busy bars, stressed staff, and occasional misunderstandings before, but this was on another level entirely. The bartenders communication skills were lacking from the start. We seem to be bothering him when trying to place orders. Not once were we greeted, welcomed or even asked if there was anything that we would like to order we had to call on him from across the bar for any type of service. What should've been a normal interaction turned hostile when the bartender demanded my husband owed him $6 for my Coke. My husband explained that he was gambling at the bar for the last half hour, but the bartender insisted he owed him $6 because I was not sitting there when he came with the drink, that he would not comp the beverage. Then came the request for him to place it on a tab so that we could move to a table closer to the stage. He outright refused to listen with dismissive responses, and instead of letting anyone finish speaking, he talked over my husband and daughter and escalated the situation. Rather than being professional, he became aggressive and confrontational immediately. The most frustrating part was being falsely accused of using profanity when no such act occurred. When my daughter told him he was being rude he shouted at her that she was rude and that's when the false claim was made that her boyfriend swore at him when he looked up at the man shouting at his girlfriend and had not said one word. Instead of resolving anything, the Bartender Ray took the incident personally and took it to the next level by calling Security to have us escorted out of Level Up, claiming we were irate, aggressive and he felt threatened by our presence, refusing us service. Despite this we remained composed yet justly upset and being publicly treated like we had done something wrong over a completely fabricated accusation was embarrassing and unnecessary. The security guard apologized and said he didn't understand why the bartender was so angry and that we did not need to leave the premise but needed to leave the venue. I understand customer service can be difficult, especially in a busy environment, but basic professionalism, listening skills and respectful communication should still be expected, especially in a tourism driven industry. Unless management seriously addresses how staff interacts with their customers I won't recommend this place and will never return. My husband is a retired veteran and I have over 30 years experience, in executive sales & customer service. I currently work in the hospitality industry for the largest 4 star resort in North America here in Las Vegas. I completely understand working with unreasonable customers, and we were not that in this instance. Far from it. We are very supportive and treat all service workers with respect. We are good paying customers that also gamble and all we expected was basic common courtesy. Retaliation toward paying customers is unacceptable and any employee in any situation that abuses power because they're having a bad day should be held accountable for their actions.

My father had ordered a coke from the bar and asked for a refill. Roy, one of the bartenders, tried to charge us individually for the sodas after we had asked repeatedly to open a tab and move to the tables. He then started getting frustrated and leaned over the counter top yelling in my face. I tried to communicate that he was being a pretty rude for a silly misunderstanding. He continued to scream in my face and called security saying we had used inappropriate language with him and that he felt "threatened". After repeatedly attempting to diffuse the situation, he got security to escort us out. Additionally, the MGM security also did not understand why he was so upset. After they had talked to us, they profusely apologized. Overall, the 20 minutes we were there, we weren't impressed at all and will not be visiting Roy again. Completely unprofessional and unwelcoming.

They had a bar upstairs and downstairs and had high boys and stools for the area upstairs.
