i love this place! the staff are always super accomodating and even help you if you want a better position to grab a stuffed toy. with my experience in claw machines, i know the payout/winning rates are usually really low, but i feel like i win a lot for what i pay for here! (skills vary of course) i also usually see others win a lot too. they also have weekly schedules which are pretty decent. i went on a monday recently and their stuffed toys were worth double points! their stuffies and prizes change a lot, which usually brings me back often. ive seen them have huge pokemon figures, stanleys, owalas, sonny angels, and even those build it yourself houses! if you find a problem with your item, the worker usually accomodates and grabs a new one. they even do party rooms or events in the backroom that you can bring your own food for. ive recommended this place to many family members, my literal fave! read more

It was a fun time. I spent $60 dollars for 70 tokens and got 11 plushies. They do have a minimum selection of machines with around 30 claws but some were ugly or more difficult to get than others like the small claws because the claw was too small for the small plushies. It was definitely a fun time with my siblings but I would say they need more cuter plushies so that I wouldn't have to play the same ones over and over again. We had my daughter's 7th birthday party at Go-Go Crane Las Vegas, and it was such an amazing experience! The machines are clean, well-stocked, and actually winnable, which made it so exciting for the kids. My kid saw this place on the internet and really wanted to go. I told him he'd have to use his own money. #1 Prices are cheap My kid had five dollars, that got him five tokens which means that he had five opportunities to win something. Not bad. #2 They want you to win After spending lots of time looking at all of the games, my kid settled on one plush toy that he REALLY wanted and put his token in. Nothing. Another one. Nothing. Another one. Nothing. The guy that worked came over, opened the case, and moved the plush closer to the edge so my kid would have a better shot at getting it AND gave him a few more tokens so he could try. My kid was almost in tears over this plush and he was overjoyed to have more opportunities. He, of course, was able to get the plush and he was OVER THE MOON! Thanks, guy. #3 The place is small but clean. It's a small room in a strip mall kind of situation, which was great for us because it was close to our hotel and created just the right environment for kids that wanted to be there and parents that wanted to leave. Love how many crane places are coming to Vegas! Unfortunately, this means that in order to be really great, your product, your marketing, and your service has to be top notch! Although the marketing online is wonderful, I feel as if my experience did not live up to the hype. The good: i do believe that the amount of claw games here were decent and the addition of the gashapons made it stand out from other claw arcardes. I enjoyed that the claw machines also included snacks and ramen! What can be improved: unfortunately, I was looking forward to the gashapons because it's some of the only ones in Vegas, but there were a ton of machines and only ONE working. These cost 4 tokens rather than one or two, so I was sad knowing I only had one option. Because it was our first time, I was hoping for friendlier service, but the guy behind the counter seemed over it, not happy to be there, and yelling to the family behind me "IT ONLY TAKES CASH". Hoping it was just an off day. The claws here also seem pretty...off? I greatly enjoy claw machines and these were a bit looser/lighter, which did make it a bit harder to get items, but we still did welll! Although, in the 30 min we were there, 3 different machines got "stuck" including one of ours. Overall, may be back if I'm in the area. The worst claw machine store in the valley by far. I'm a regular at The Claw and Claw World. I've also visited Round 1, Yomie Catch, and Pearl City Plushies. However, GoGo Crane is the most greedy and rigged spot in town. The first time I visited about a month ago, I spent $20 and only won one plushie. For reference, I usually spend $5 to $7 per plushie on average. Today, I returned and spent another $15 but won NOTHING. I noticed that the machines are calibrated in a way that causes the claw to swing severely. Sometimes, when it should have easily grabbed a prize, it flung to the other side of the machine. If you retract the claw too much, it hits the back wall, causing the machine to shake. Overall, the design is malicious and poor. They also refuse to readjust the plushies in the machine if they're too difficult to grab, unlike most other claw machine stores I've visited. When I asked a staffer about it, they seemed to not understand what I was asking, which was frustrating. The pricing of the machines is also strange. The bag plushies, usually considered bigger prizes, can be won with just 2 tokens. There needs to be clearer signage or information regarding this. The gashapons aren't worth it either; they're just simple keychains that you can buy for a fraction of the cost on Amazon or Temu. Don't waste your money on those machines. If you're going to buy unofficial merch, don't do it here. To clarify, yes, other stores do this, but this one is really bad. Please support a claw machine store that isn't an obvious money and tourist trap. read more

Crane/claw arcades seem to be popping up lately and they are relatively popular! Go Go Crane opened up recently and we decided to check it out for a bit during their grand opening day. I personally love crane/claw games -- they are fun but they do rely a lot on chance/luck over skill sometimes. The strength in the cranes change between each play so in some instances, it will be stronger while in other instances, it will be weaker. So theoretically, if you stand at the same machine for a few rounds, you are bound to get a prize. Go Go Crane is very similar to the other claw arcade establishment where every stuffed animal you win at the claws, you can trade them in. They utilize a point system. The more you win, the bigger the prize you can get in the end. Just ask a staff member for more details! We didn't ask them since we weren't going to trade in plushies. They only have claw games and do not have the UFO games that are found in Japan/Round 1. They also have gashapon machines, which are capsule toy machines. These aren't games but sort of like those toy/sticker machines we used to see a lot as a kid where we put in coins and get a small toy/sticker. On the day that we went, not all of the gashapon machines were operating. They do use tokens so you can exchange cash at the machine or if you want to use a credit card, you do it at the front with the staff. It's about $1 per token but if you want to exchange $20 or above, there is a bonus. When we went, we only decided to play $5 worth. While I love games, I just don't know what in the world I'd do with more plushies. I did end up winning one plush, which is pretty good! I think it'd be a fun place for kids! Not sure if I'd come very often as I have absolute no need for more stuffed animals in the house. Wouldn't mind coming with some friends if they are interested though! read more

Best prizes in my opinion compared to other claw stores because there are medium and large plushes AND Sanrio blind boxes to trade for. Medium plush takes 6 small to trade . Large plush takes 10 small to grade. Souvenir tshirt and sweaters are available. Cool graphic design. No restroom. Plenty of parking. I spent $20 and left with 1 medium and 2 small plushies that I LOVE. Better odds of winning than arcades on the strip. I'd rather do this any day. read more

The lady who was working was super sweet and offered to "help" me on a couple (position a stuffy close to the prize drop). The older gentleman who was working there too (the owner maybe?) cheered me on and high 5'd me when I won. :) You can trade up your smaller plushies for larger plushies. They also have gachopon machines and in addition to the regular prizes in them, some of the capsules have a surprise key that opens lockers with larger prizes. The trading options here are on fire. The exchange choices were the best I've seen in LV so far. 10 plushies for the top exchanges. But don't let the low exchange rate fool you. The machines were a little higher than semi-hard but this place is high risk, high reward. (Hence my hello kitty Stanley tumblr). The mini claw machines also had really cute and alluring rewards. The mystery keys in the gashapon was a nice touch. Unfortunately, didn't win any keys this time. (Spun 8 times but didn't have any luck.) Most gashapon was 4 coins with a few that was 3. Price is a little steep considering the keychains were not trademarked keychains. The staff were polite. Did reset a few machines but you have to ask. They won't offer like other places around. If you want an arcade that had a high payout, this wouldn't be the place. However, if you want cute and quality trading - this is the place. Overall, 8/10. read more

This place is one of our FAVORITE claw places in Vegas! Every time we visit Vegas we HAVE to go here at least twice! Priscilla is the SWEETEST and BEST worker there! She is so friendly and beyond helpful! She makes the experience worth the drive! Our kids love going here because the toy selection is awesome and it's not the cheap looking plushies. Stumbled upon this claw arcade after having coffee next door and stopped by to play a few games as I'm a huge fan of claw machines. The plushies are cute and not impossible to win. We spent a little over $20 and won 5 cute plushies ! We saw other families win quite a few as well. They also have gapachon machines too for keychains or figurines.. some even have a key inside to unlock a mega sized stuffed animal! Wish I took pics but I didn't as I was having a good time!!
