i love this place! the staff are always super accomodating and even help you if you want a better position to grab a stuffed toy. with my experience in claw machines, i know the payout/winning rates are usually really low, but i feel like i win a lot for what i pay for here! (skills vary of course) i also usually see others win a lot too. they also have weekly schedules which are pretty decent. i went on a monday recently and their stuffed toys were worth double points! their stuffies and prizes change a lot, which usually brings me back often. ive seen them have huge pokemon figures, stanleys, owalas, sonny angels, and even those build it yourself houses! if you find a problem with your item, the worker usually accomodates and grabs a new one. they even do party rooms or events in the backroom that you can bring your own food for. ive recommended this place to many family members, my literal fave! read more

Yelp Review 2025 #146: Go Go Crane is a claw machine arcade in Chinatown in the same strip mall as Hobak, Gabi, and Tora. My niece wanted to come after eating at Master a few steps away. They have a machine where you can get tokens (cash only). The more you spend, the cheaper the tokens ($1 = 1 token, $20 = 23 tokens, $30 = 35 tokens, $500 = 750 tokens). There's a fridge with bottled drinks (Ramune, cafe latte, matcha latte, fruity carbonated drinks). The claw machines have Sanrio plushies (Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Pochacco, Hangyodon, etc), Pokémon plushies (Psyduck, Bulbasaur, Meowth, Charmander, etc). They also have Gachapon. You can exchange smaller plushies for bigger plushies. read more

This is the best claw place our family has ever been to! I threw my sons birthday here and I cant recommend it enough. The setup of the space with the party room and bathroom in the back is perfect for a party. It feels very clean and new and the staff is very attentive and friendly. They have a great variety of stuffies and all of the kids left so happy with their winnings. Thankyou gogo crane for a great birthday party! read more

Fun Place to play some claw machine. We love it here and win a lot of prizes although the trade in are okay. There was not much options that we like so we for sure saved our winnings but I hope to see more items in the future that we would love to trade our winnings for. Otherwise, Service was great and the store is really clean. read more

Out of all the claw places on spring mountain, this is the one of the best ones. You get your moneys worth on the machines, and the prices are great! The worker we had assist us today was very helpful (i'm sorry i wish we got his name). The big prize that we won for 20 plushies and a small rip on the back, and he accommodated and let us get it half off! We were very thankful and definitely will be back again to win more of the big prizes! read more

This is one of the only ones in Vegas that has Gachapon machines, which were super fun as you got a guaranteed prize. As for the regular claw machines, we found them to be fair to win and the price to be incredibly reasonable for the tokens. The trade in rates are also very good. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location again if I was waiting on a reservation again. If read more

Go Go Crane on Spring Mountain another cool place for crane machines, gashapon machines (toys come in capsules with different prizes inside) and nice prizes to trade up for the plushies you got in the crane machines. Shout out to Jacob & Tyler super cool and friendly staff members. I like the lighting, the art work, the good selections for the plushies and the quality of the bags they give out to put your prizes in. A party of four and we had fun here. We did leave with some super cute items! We did get a prize capsule from the Hello Kitty Gashapon machine we didn't mind paying $4. I was happy with the prize I got. We will be back again. read more

It was a fun time. I spent $60 dollars for 70 tokens and got 11 plushies. They do have a minimum selection of machines with around 30 claws but some were ugly or more difficult to get than others like the small claws because the claw was too small for the small plushies. It was definitely a fun time with my siblings but I would say they need more cuter plushies so that I wouldn't have to play the same ones over and over again. The interior was also nice and clean and the staff were chill. They also give you a free bag for your prizes. read more

We had my daughter's 7th birthday party at Go-Go Crane Las Vegas, and it was such an amazing experience! The machines are clean, well-stocked, and actually winnable, which made it so exciting for the kids. They loved picking out plush prizes and cheering each other on and even the parents were having a such a blast just seeing their kids win something. They also have options to trade-in your winnings for other cute stuff The staff were all very helpful. The day of our party the host/staff was Priscilla and she truly made the whole experience extra special. She was so friendly, patient, and engaging with the kids, and she made the party feel fun and eventful from start to finish. Her energy really brought everything together and made the birthday celebration unforgettable. If you're looking for a unique and super fun place to host a party in Vegas, I highly recommend Go-Go Crane. This claw machine arcade does have a party room and the wall is decorated with cloud painting. This place is great for up to 20 kids. Maximum occupancy is 40. The packages are very affordable and they give you an hour before your party to set up and you are able to bring your own food and drinks. The kids had a blast, and we'll definitely be back! read more

Go Go Crane - The girls enjoying the arcade #kirby - Arcades Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

A lot of your experience at a claw place like Go Go Crane depends on the host who is working when you go in because they are the ones who explain how everything works, they show you the possible prizes so you can get excited about certain ones and set goals for yourself, if there are any specials going on they are the ones who let you know, and they will occasionally replace and rearrange the small stuffed toys in the claw machines when they have become too packed in for a player to successfully claw one. This place truly has fantastic employees who seem happy to be there. Whether you call, or go in, they are so nice. But Go Go Crane hit the jackpot with Priscilla. She was so sweet and friendly from the moment my birthday kiddo and I came in the door. She made our whole experience by showing us, and everyone else, the prizes up close and sharing her experience of building the build it village houses (much appreciated because we won our first one ever, and will be building it soon, I think her tips will save us a lot of frustration). She has the most genuine smile, and seems like the nicest person. We really enjoyed every second of the time we got to have at Go Go Crane, playing claw games, winning prizes and trading up for the things my kiddo's heart desired. Priscilla made it the best experience ever and we can't wait to go back. This is the only crane place we'll go to, because instead of leaving empty handed and feeling like you wasted your money, you get a great host, a fun gaming experience and the coolest prizes to choose from which we would actually spend money on to buy in a store like Teso!!! We left with a giant Snorlax, a build yourself village sushi shop, a mini karaoke speaker/microphones set, and a mini light up 7-11 freezer case full of the cutest little mini foods. Thank you Go Go Crane and Priscilla, for the best night ever from this Mama and birthday kid who left on cloud 9!!! read more

Came by on a Monday afternoon to try our luck, and the employees were so nice! $10 for 10 coins, or $20 for 23 coins. Win 10 normal plushies to exchange for a large plushie! i did the $20 play and only won 3 prizes!! super rigged!! cool place tho but ya i wont be back. worker was some bored teen on his phone

My kid saw this place on the internet and really wanted to go. I told him he'd have to use his own money. #1 Prices are cheap My kid had five dollars, that got him five tokens which means that he had five opportunities to win something. Not bad. #2 They want you to win After spending lots of time looking at all of the games, my kid settled on one plush toy that he REALLY wanted and put his token in. Nothing. Another one. Nothing. Another one. Nothing. The guy that worked came over, opened the case, and moved the plush closer to the edge so my kid would have a better shot at getting it AND gave him a few more tokens so he could try. My kid was almost in tears over this plush and he was overjoyed to have more opportunities. He, of course, was able to get the plush and he was OVER THE MOON! Thanks, guy. #3 The place is small but clean. It's a small room in a strip mall kind of situation, which was great for us because it was close to our hotel and created just the right environment for kids that wanted to be there and parents that wanted to leave. Lol We all played a couple games, had some laughs, and left. If it was larger, mt kids would have wanted to stay longer. We were there for about 30 min which was great. Overall, the kids enjoyed it. there was no admission fee, it didn't cost an arm and a leg, the toys were cute (they had food cranes too), the staff was nice, the parking was plentiful, and we will definitely be back. Thanks, Go Go Crane! read more

Love how many crane places are coming to Vegas! Unfortunately, this means that in order to be really great, your product, your marketing, and your service has to be top notch! Although the marketing online is wonderful, I feel as if my experience did not live up to the hype. The good: i do believe that the amount of claw games here were decent and the addition of the gashapons made it stand out from other claw arcardes. I enjoyed that the claw machines also included snacks and ramen! What can be improved: unfortunately, I was looking forward to the gashapons because it's some of the only ones in Vegas, but there were a ton of machines and only ONE working. These cost 4 tokens rather than one or two, so I was sad knowing I only had one option. Because it was our first time, I was hoping for friendlier service, but the guy behind the counter seemed over it, not happy to be there, and yelling to the family behind me "IT ONLY TAKES CASH". Hoping it was just an off day. The claws here also seem pretty...off? I greatly enjoy claw machines and these were a bit looser/lighter, which did make it a bit harder to get items, but we still did welll! Although, in the 30 min we were there, 3 different machines got "stuck" including one of ours. Overall, may be back if I'm in the area. I do realize that the gashapon machines could just be "out of items" so hoping that there's more than one in use next time and that the workers are a little less stressed :) read more

The worst claw machine store in the valley by far. I'm a regular at The Claw and Claw World. I've also visited Round 1, Yomie Catch, and Pearl City Plushies. However, GoGo Crane is the most greedy and rigged spot in town. The first time I visited about a month ago, I spent $20 and only won one plushie. For reference, I usually spend $5 to $7 per plushie on average. Today, I returned and spent another $15 but won NOTHING. I noticed that the machines are calibrated in a way that causes the claw to swing severely. Sometimes, when it should have easily grabbed a prize, it flung to the other side of the machine. If you retract the claw too much, it hits the back wall, causing the machine to shake. Overall, the design is malicious and poor. They also refuse to readjust the plushies in the machine if they're too difficult to grab, unlike most other claw machine stores I've visited. When I asked a staffer about it, they seemed to not understand what I was asking, which was frustrating. The pricing of the machines is also strange. The bag plushies, usually considered bigger prizes, can be won with just 2 tokens. There needs to be clearer signage or information regarding this. The gashapons aren't worth it either; they're just simple keychains that you can buy for a fraction of the cost on Amazon or Temu. Don't waste your money on those machines. If you're going to buy unofficial merch, don't do it here. To clarify, yes, other stores do this, but this one is really bad. Please support a claw machine store that isn't an obvious money and tourist trap. read more

Crane/claw arcades seem to be popping up lately and they are relatively popular! Go Go Crane opened up recently and we decided to check it out for a bit during their grand opening day. I personally love crane/claw games -- they are fun but they do rely a lot on chance/luck over skill sometimes. The strength in the cranes change between each play so in some instances, it will be stronger while in other instances, it will be weaker. So theoretically, if you stand at the same machine for a few rounds, you are bound to get a prize. Go Go Crane is very similar to the other claw arcade establishment where every stuffed animal you win at the claws, you can trade them in. They utilize a point system. The more you win, the bigger the prize you can get in the end. Just ask a staff member for more details! We didn't ask them since we weren't going to trade in plushies. They only have claw games and do not have the UFO games that are found in Japan/Round 1. They also have gashapon machines, which are capsule toy machines. These aren't games but sort of like those toy/sticker machines we used to see a lot as a kid where we put in coins and get a small toy/sticker. On the day that we went, not all of the gashapon machines were operating. They do use tokens so you can exchange cash at the machine or if you want to use a credit card, you do it at the front with the staff. It's about $1 per token but if you want to exchange $20 or above, there is a bonus. When we went, we only decided to play $5 worth. While I love games, I just don't know what in the world I'd do with more plushies. I did end up winning one plush, which is pretty good! I think it'd be a fun place for kids! Not sure if I'd come very often as I have absolute no need for more stuffed animals in the house. Wouldn't mind coming with some friends if they are interested though! read more

I had a great time with my friends here. At first, I was hesitant since we were all in our 30's and maybe was too old for this. I was wrong. I had so much fun and the staff here is so nice. They have such cute plushies and you can trade them in certain amounts to get bigger prizes. 4 of us did the $20 option and had a great time. We all won something too! Shout out to Jacob! He deserves a raise. At first, we were like, "are you working by yourself?" And thankfully there was another staff in the back. It does get a little busy sometimes like a wave of folks coming in and trading prizes. read more

We spent $100 and got 130 tokens. Each game was 1 token. The prizes were so cute. Better than any claw machine place I've ever been to. The worker there was so nice and helpful. You can also trade up for prizes or trade 1 for 1. Will definitely be going back again. read more

Cute anime and Sanrio plushies! Fun place to drop by if you're a child or a big child at heart! Staff was friendly and so helpful. He offered to reshuffle the plush in machines if there's something I'm aiming to get. It helps! Machines work well, are $1 per try. Check out the front desk to see bigger prizes you can trade in for. Best prizes in my opinion compared to other claw stores because there are medium and large plushes AND Sanrio blind boxes to trade for. Medium plush takes 6 small to trade . Large plush takes 10 small to grade. Souvenir tshirt and sweaters are available. Cool graphic design. No restroom. Plenty of parking. I spent $20 and left with 1 medium and 2 small plushies that I LOVE. Better odds of winning than arcades on the strip. I'd rather do this any day. read more

This was so fun! The crane games are $1/play which is very reasonable, and the games weren't too too hard. The lady who was working was super sweet and offered to "help" me on a couple (position a stuffy close to the prize drop). The older gentleman who was working there too (the owner maybe?) cheered me on and high 5'd me when I won. :) You can trade up your smaller plushies for larger plushies. They also have gachopon machines and in addition to the regular prizes in them, some of the capsules have a surprise key that opens lockers with larger prizes. I went on a weekday afternoon so it was pretty quiet. Overall super fun experience! Loved it! read more

The trading options here are on fire. The exchange choices were the best I've seen in LV so far. 10 plushies for the top exchanges. But don't let the low exchange rate fool you. The machines were a little higher than semi-hard but this place is high risk, high reward. (Hence my hello kitty Stanley tumblr). The mini claw machines also had really cute and alluring rewards. The mystery keys in the gashapon was a nice touch. Unfortunately, didn't win any keys this time. (Spun 8 times but didn't have any luck.) Most gashapon was 4 coins with a few that was 3. Price is a little steep considering the keychains were not trademarked keychains. The staff were polite. Did reset a few machines but you have to ask. They won't offer like other places around. If you want an arcade that had a high payout, this wouldn't be the place. However, if you want cute and quality trading - this is the place. Overall, 8/10. read more

Stumbled upon this claw arcade after having coffee next door and stopped by to play a few games as I'm a huge fan of claw machines. The plushies are cute and not impossible to win. We spent a little over $20 and won 5 cute plushies ! We saw other families win quite a few as well. They also have gapachon machines too for keychains or figurines.. some even have a key inside to unlock a mega sized stuffed animal! Wish I took pics but I didn't as I was having a good time!! Hope they don't modify their grip strength like other claw places, when greed comes in and customers leave unhappy, that's when businesses fail. Keep it up!! This place is one of our FAVORITE claw places in Vegas! Every time we visit Vegas we HAVE to go here at least twice! Priscilla is the SWEETEST and BEST worker there! She is so friendly and beyond helpful! She makes the experience worth the drive! Our kids love going here because the toy selection is awesome and it's not the cheap looking plushies. Recently, they have a great variety of Pokemon. Also, the trade ups are so unbelievable cute! They have some really big adorable Sanrio plushies. They also have a wide selection of smaller trade ups. And the extra tokens you get for changing is great! The more you change the more extra tokens you get! Extra tokens is always a plus . We always go feeling happy and leave feeling even HAPPIER . This place is a gem and everyone needs to check it out and if you're lucky, Priscilla might be there that day to make your day even brighter! We walked in and it was empty! We walked around first to see what the machines had then we headed to the counter. Tyler was awesome! He explained the tokens, trade-ins, gashapon machines and their point system. He even gave us some extra tokens! Plushies vary from pokemon to sanrio and spotted some disney as well plus many more. Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty packed! It was shoulder-to-shoulder, which felt a bit unsafe and had me feeling claustrophobic. The claw machines are okay and the prizes are a bit mediocre for the amount of tokens they cost (which varies depending on the prize). The plushies felt and looked cheap - something you could find on AliExpress or Temu, and not many of them were worth the tokens. The Kuromi plushie I won had dried glue streaks at the seams and I got a gacha prize that was a poorly painted mini Kuromi figure. The staff were two young adults, maybe teenagers, who were manning the register and running around between the machines. They were nice but were overwhelmed by the crowd. All in all, wasn't impressed with this place. read more
