    Pizza

The party room that we rented was adequate and gave us the privacy that we wanted, so it served it's purpose. The customer service that we received was good. The food that was served consisted of in-house pizza as well as ordered and delivered pizza from Marco's pizza. The cake was ordered and delivered from Freed's bakery. All of the pizza was OK at best, but the cake was delicious. The staff did a fairly decent job when it came to wrangling some of the rowdy, rambunctious teens that were running about. Everyone seemed to enjoy all of the trampolines. The large slides were really fun and best of all was the laser tag. About 10 of us went in and broke off into two teams of five and we had an absolute blast. I'm sure the kiddos would love to go back, which is fine by me. Personally I would go back for the laser tag alone.

    Little Flipper Zone for Kids

Great place for the family! We took kids ranging from toddler to teen and every single one of them was happy the entire time. The Little Flipper Zone (for kids 4ft and under) is perfect. It looks safe and packed with age-appropriate fun. It's $14 for 1 hour, $19 for 2 hours, or $27 for an all-day pass. The older kids and teens had a great time on the line up of trampolines, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, and basketball slam-dunk area with the Full Access pass for their age. It's $22 for 1 hour, $32 for 2 hours, or $40 all-day. Parents can actually get to relax because the layout makes it super easy to watch everyone from almost anywhere. Dads, there's even a gaming lounge with arcade games on the second floor so you're entertained too! Grip socks are $5 if you don't bring your own, but that's standard.

This place is great for kids of all ages my 7 year old and my 14-year-old both love this place. It's clean, big and the staff are wonderful. There is lots to do, including slides, jumping, climbing wall and even laser tag. We had a church of of 20 and Realynn handle it like a pro and got everybody in and jumping so quickly. Then I need help booking a birthday party and again Realynn was amazing!! She was so helpful and made it easy to book a space and have everything taken care of, we can't wait for our event! If you have kids 1-18 (even older for the young at heart) this is a place for you.

These employees act like they have no job, no care in the world.

Zero stars. I went to spend 2 hours with my family and the employees are trash. There was no one running laser tag after I asked about it multiple times. I waited in line with my family for 45 minutes and employees would walk by acting like there wasn't a line. I finally gave up and left. While putting my shoes up, i noticed that there were 7 employees standing at the front desk laughing, joking and flirting with each other. There is absolutely no excuse for this. A family of 4 paying over $175 to get ignored. It was not busy at all but when asked, they said we will have an employee over there in a minute. That minute turned into 30 minutes so the employees can all be at the front desk. I won't be spending anymore money coming to this place.

A few weeks ago we started noticing woke messaging on their "ad board". Anti ICE, anti American messages, woke DEI "privilege" statements. While I believe it's firmly anyone's right to hold their own political positions, it's frankly wrong to push this openly on students. Particularly children. We will no longer give money to a business who tries to indoctrinate children into a racist, anti-patriotic mindset.

My child attends Gymcats, and while the staff and coaches have always been friendly and caring, I…read moreultimately feel the program does not provide enough value for the cost. At approximately $200 per month for one 45-minute class per week, families are paying a premium for very limited instructional time. With only a few hours of training each month, I would expect a stronger emphasis on core gymnastics fundamentals such as flexibility, balance, strength, body control, and skill progression. Instead, a noticeable portion of class time is sometimes spent on activities like bubbles, balloons, and other forms of entertainment that children can easily enjoy at home. While these activities may be fun, they don't seem like the best use of such limited training time. My other concern is with some of the messages displayed in the office area which appear are from IG posts. In my opinion, a children's gymnastics facility should keep its focus on gymnastics and teamwork and not social messaging and pushing their personal beliefs. Being inclusive is about teaching kids to treat EVERYONE equally and that's it. You don't have to be specific to who you're referring to In order to teach that to kids. Odd that an adult thinks about kids sexuality. Let's be real pride is an adult topic and some of the social and political messaging displayed feels unnecessary in an environment intended for young children and can make parents with differing viewpoints feel unwelcome. If they are going displays these messages they can't be surprised to see criticism. Pride has a whole month celebrating who they sleep with and they still have the assumption they don't have the same freedoms as everyone else. Nobody actually cares about who they sleep it shouldn't be their entire identity. We're all the same and all have the same rights because of the bravery men and woman of our military so thank a veteran. I want to emphasize that this review is not a criticism of the coaches, who have always been kind and professional. My concerns are with the value of the program for the price being charged and the overall direction and priorities of the facility.

Instead of taking responsibility, the blame was shifted onto the staff. There was also a lack of clear, effective communication throughout the situation, and I found the owner's (Haydee's) responses on Google and Yelp to be petty and unprofessional. The owner also claimed that we arrived early. I walked in around 4:26-4:27 p.m. for a scheduled 4:30 p.m. setup time, so we were only a few minutes early. In hindsight, it's fortunate that we were, because we ended up helping her only staff member clean and organize the venue before my event. Had we arrived exactly at our scheduled setup time, the venue would have still been dirty and disorganized, which would have been embarrassing for me as the host. When I mentioned that the decorations didn't match the theme beyond the paper plates, she didn't seem concerned. She asked me, "Well, is the place not ready for the event?" I replied, "It is now, after we helped clean it." Her response was simply, "Well okay then, the place is ready. I don't know how else you want me to help." At that point, I realized the conversation wasn't going anywhere and ended the call. Afterward, I asked the employee who the owner was, and she told me it was Haydee, the same person I had just spoken with. That was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. I expected the owner to care about both her customers and her employees. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and it seemed like no accountability was taken for the poor communication, lack of preparation, understaffing, or overall experience. The kids had fun, which is ultimately what mattered most, but the customer service, communication, organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail did not match the premium price. Between the disorganized booking process, poor communication, incomplete decorations, having to clean the venue ourselves before guests arrived, conflicting information from staff, and the dismissive response from the owner, this experience fell far short of expectations. For over $500 for a two-hour event, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. One final concern was the cleanliness of the facility. Considering how much food, popcorn, sand, trash, and even a used diaper were still out when we arrived, it did not appear that the venue had been thoroughly cleaned or sanitized between events. Since there were two parties before ours, I expected the space to be fully cleaned before our guests, especially young children, arrived. I sincerely hope none of the children who attended our party get sick, because the condition of the facility when we walked in did not give me confidence that it had been properly sanitized before our event.
