Wally Wombats is a fun indoor playground for kids! You'll find them in Henderson on Sunset and Galleria Drive, by the Galleria at Sunset Mall near Macy's. There's plenty of parking. Hours open: Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 9pm I went to a special birthday party. You have to sign a waiver before checking in. Shoes aren't allowed, and it's a socks-only facility. They have a reliable system where they put your shoes in a numbered bin and give you a matching number for easy pickup. The layout is great! There are two party rooms, a cafe with seating, and a quiet room with a massage chair. The cafe serves pizza, chicken, fries, coffee, boba, and desserts like cake pops and macarons. They also have an arcade section by the cafe, plus three restrooms, including a family restroom near the main entrance. We were in a private room, and the staff did a great job decorating it in a Star Wars theme with soft music playing in the background. The tables were nicely set up with plates, utensils, cups, and napkins. We had good drinks and food like pizza, Jollibee chicken, Filipino spaghetti, cupcakes, and cookies, it was yummy! Afterwards, the kids went to the indoor playground and enjoyed all kinds of interactive games, including slides, swings, a ball pitt, merry-go-round, jungle gym, spinners, and bounce house. The place is so lively and amazingly fun! I spoke with a really nice staff member named Ireland. She's very kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Ireland was polite while answering several questions I had, and I feel really good about coming back. Just a note, no food or drinks are allowed on the playground. Also, weekends get very busy and packed! If you're looking for a slower, quieter day to bring the kids, it's best to come on a weekday from Monday through Thursday. I highly recommend taking the family to Wally Wombats! It's an exciting atmosphere, staff members are pleasant, and they have awesome AC. The only slightly weird thing was having to pay admission for my nephew who is under a year old. Maybe it's not fair of me to weight this so heavily, but I ordered a single order of popcorn chicken and fries, and it took 30 mins or more to get them. We recently visited Wally Wombats in Henderson for the first time, and it was such a fun experience! We went on a Saturday morning and arrived just a few minutes after they opened around 10 AM. I booked tickets for three kids through Groupon, which ended up costing about $9 per kids this was a great deal especially since Groupon often has extra coupons to help you save even more. Check-in was quick and easy. Since it was our first visit, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain how everything worked. They collected our shoes, answered our questions, and made us feel very welcome. One thing I really appreciated is that adults are free! We had three adults and three kids in our group, and everyone had a great time. We ended up staying for about three hours, and I love that the all-day pass allows you to leave and come back later. That's such a great option for families who want to grab lunch somewhere else and return to keep playing. They do have a café inside with pizza, snacks, and drinks if you'd rather stay. The facility itself is spacious with plenty to keep little ones entertained. Since we arrived right when they opened, everything felt very clean and well-maintained. By the time we were leaving, it had gotten much busier, so I can see how it might get a little messier later in the day--but that's pretty expected with so many kids having fun. The ball pit was definitely a favorite, and my one-year-old absolutely loved the swing merry-go-round. It was also so much fun that the adults could actually join in! I loved getting to go down the big slide with my kids and really play alongside them instead of just watching from the sidelines. I also noticed they have several themed birthday party rooms, and they all looked so cute! Throughout our visit, you could hear the staff making announcements over the intercom for families to head back for birthday celebrations, and it created such a fun atmosphere. I NEVER write reviews but our experience this afternoon for my son's birthday party forced my hand. We had a reservation for one of their private birthday party rooms at 11am. We we're running a little late due to a traffic accident and arrived at 11am and was immediately hounded for payment by the front desk staff walking in as are hands were full with our birthday party supplies and decorations. As we kindly requested five minutes to take our things to our designated party room an employee followed us into the room and again requested we take care of the final payment before we could even out our bags down. As we asked for a couple more minutes so our party can start on time, we were harassed again for payment as the employee was once again standing right in the door. While loading in our final supplies, the front desk staff offerred to bring our things into the room, not to be courteous, but so we can have our hands free to make our final payment as they once again asked for payment. Total harrassment. A teenage employee then commented that we should have arrived earlier after I shared our concerns with them about being rushed about payment and followed around while loading our things into the party room like we were criminals. For a business that deals with young children and families, you think thing they would be more understanding and courteous. If you like being harassed for payment as soon as you enter the building and followed around like criminals, this is the place for you. The staff was beyond rude and the management was no different. Never have we been treated so rudely after spending almost $700 for the party with them. We'll be taking our business to another play center for future birthdays and never frequent this establishment again. Several of the guests for our party also mentioned to us how the front desk staff was rude to them as well and won't be booking any events here either. read more

I took my two kids here, 3 and 1, and both really enjoyed it. We came early in the morning on a school day so there were no problem of "big kids." They loved going up and and down the giant and small slide. My little one liked the swings and merry go around. My 3 year old liked hitting the screen by the ball pit with the balls for their video game activity. It tired her out. The space was really fun for an hour or two but then it does get a little repetitive. This is a fun place to visit when the weather doesn't allow for outside play and kids need to get out. But weekday mornings are probably best. The service was lacking. I was trying to find the Aldi nearby and asked the staff there and they told me how to get there but failed to tell me that it wasn't open yet. So I took my 2 kids all the way over to Aldi's only to find out that they're still under renovation. That was a fun walk for everyone after two hours running around at Wally Wombat's. Took my granddaughter to WW on a recent Thursday when the temps in LV were reaching 110°. I like the concept of an indoor play area and WW hit the bill. I signed a waiver online the day before so it was easy to go in and the admission price was reasonable. There's a multitude of play equipment such as ball pits, mazes, slides, bounce house, and a video screen to throw balls at. There's also a cafe with food and drinks as well as separate rooms for parties. The one thing I wasn't happy about were some older kids running around with no regards to the younger ones esp in the ball pit area. There was an attendant but only one and he wasn't watching for the safety of the kids but merely picking loose balls off the floor. I'm sure there aren't older rambunctious kids each day but they should be monitored and yes their parents should look up every so often and tell them to slow down. read more
