This is a great new indoor playground. Everything was clean and kids had so much fun. I really like that they have separate play areas for toddlers and bigger kids. They charge admission for kids 11 months and older. They have plenty of tables and seating throughout the facility so parents can actually sit back and relax while keeping an eye on their kids. Don't forget to bring socks, they are required for both kids and adults. They have a cafe with reasonably priced drinks and snacks which is great. They offer both membership as well as one time admissions.

We tried this place for the first time and the kids had a blast! Located near Target Silverado ranch near Dollar Tree. Lots and lots of seating and thinking of throwing a small party. However I didn't notice any private rooms, so I think the seating area is where you'd throw parties. Definitely worth the price to keep the kids busy this summer!

We loved our time here with our daughter. She really enjoyed the small toddler area and she loved the slides there. They have another area sectioned off for the bigger children. There was a birthday party going on and we really liked that she was able to interact with the other children. Their AC was down today so that was not great but luckily they told us that before we paid so we only spent an hour there. For $22.90, we got admission for 1 child and 2 adults which was enough for us. She was able to enjoy the indoor play area all day for that price.

Smaller then Henderson but we love it

We had sooo much fun. I was playing in the playground as well and had so much fun with my daughter. They have a Lego area and a soccer area and 3 slides they have 4 motorcycles (you need credits for the motorcycle) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the credits for the motorcycles it's so much fun. They have drinks and snacks for purchase. No cash only card. Must wear socks. They have lockers for your convenience. They are free. You pick your own pin Staff IS SOOOOO FRIENDLY AND WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU Come have fun with your kids

Be prepared to have the most fun with your kids when you visit Kids Empire! Things I wish I would have known: Wear or bring your own socks - it saves you a few dollars! Come and go ALL day! You can leave to go have lunch with your kids and come back the same day for no additional fee! We had so much fun as a family! We highly recommend visiting!

We bought a Summer pass for our Grandson Tyler and have been here everyday! He loves this place so much. The Staff is amazing and keeps the Kids Empire clean and stocked! Especially Team member Tori, she's amazing and always makes sure we're good and assists in anything we need. She's good at setting up Birthday Parties here too! Definitely recommend this indoor playground to beat the Vegas heat! Thank you Kids Empire Team!

Favorite baby/toddler indoor playground experience in vegas!…read moreThe owner is amazing, attentive, friendly, helpful, talkative, and put together all around. Great space for adults to hang out with their kids. Snacks and an abundance of kids play equipment and much more. I've been bringing my son here since 2023. And now my baby who is about to be 1. They love it. Never had a bad experience yet, just a few poor interactions my kids have had with other kids. But resolved always quickly. The owner seems to step in as well when needed which is always helpful. 5/5 Stars!!

Part 2: Quick Note: I'm not upset with the staff. My…read moreconcerns are with the management/owner and the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, the blame was shifted onto the staff. There was also a lack of clear, effective communication throughout the situation, and I found the owner's (Haydee's) responses on Google and Yelp to be petty and unprofessional. The owner also claimed that we arrived early. I walked in around 4:26-4:27 p.m. for a scheduled 4:30 p.m. setup time, so we were only a few minutes early. In hindsight, it's fortunate that we were, because we ended up helping her only staff member clean and organize the venue before my event. Had we arrived exactly at our scheduled setup time, the venue would have still been dirty and disorganized, which would have been embarrassing for me as the host. When I mentioned that the decorations didn't match the theme beyond the paper plates, she didn't seem concerned. She asked me, "Well, is the place not ready for the event?" I replied, "It is now, after we helped clean it." Her response was simply, "Well okay then, the place is ready. I don't know how else you want me to help." At that point, I realized the conversation wasn't going anywhere and ended the call. Afterward, I asked the employee who the owner was, and she told me it was Haydee, the same person I had just spoken with. That was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. I expected the owner to care about both her customers and her employees. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and it seemed like no accountability was taken for the poor communication, lack of preparation, understaffing, or overall experience. The kids had fun, which is ultimately what mattered most, but the customer service, communication, organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail did not match the premium price. Between the disorganized booking process, poor communication, incomplete decorations, having to clean the venue ourselves before guests arrived, conflicting information from staff, and the dismissive response from the owner, this experience fell far short of expectations. For over $500 for a two-hour event, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. One final concern was the cleanliness of the facility. Considering how much food, popcorn, sand, trash, and even a used diaper were still out when we arrived, it did not appear that the venue had been thoroughly cleaned or sanitized between events. Since there were two parties before ours, I expected the space to be fully cleaned before our guests, especially young children, arrived. I sincerely hope none of the children who attended our party get sick, because the condition of the facility when we walked in did not give me confidence that it had been properly sanitized before our event.

Tickets were available on the Snow Carnival website or through Groupon. The website allows you to book a specific date and time, but Groupon is for a day only. You just go whenever you'd like with Groupon. For two adults and one toddler it was around $100 for admission. The event is in The M Pavillion. We just parked in front of the casino and walked through the casino to the pavilion. It was only a 5-10 minute walk. We didn't wait in line long to get in on Christmas Day. The pavillion is pretty packed with the activities so walkways were tight. People with strollers didn't look like they were having fun so I'd avoid bringing these if you can. Most of the activities are for kids, but every activity is included in admission. For all ages they had a little train, several snow play areas, and some animatronic reindeer to see. Activities limited to older children or adults were a tube slide and a tube ride. Overall, there isn't a huge variety of activities so most of the time will be spent playing in snow pits. Luckily for us, my toddler loved this so she had about an hour and a half of fun here. I thought I saw something about a Santa, but there wasn't a Santa during our visit. The snow play areas are for all ages so you'll want to stay close to littles. I was nervous when I saw this, but adults and kids were being respectful. I didn't feel like my tiny three year old was going to get hurt while playing. My husband did hover her the whole time though. The only additional cost would be food and drink. They had a sweets stand with hot chocolate, cupcakes, cookies, churros and other goodies. There was a stand for adult beverages at the back. I saw two stands with food like burgers, but they weren't open when we were there. Seating for all of this is very limited, just a couple of tables. I purchased hot chocolate and it was really good. Here are my mixed feelings- the activities were limited for the cost of admission, BUT my toddler absolutely loved it. She smiled and giggled for the entire hour and a half and would have been happy to stay longer. Also, it is unique to other seasonal activities so it's hard to say if I preferred Enchant over this. They are different. I do think this is best for people with kids and there wouldn't be enough activities to justify the cost for adults only. I'm glad we checked it out, but I'm undecided if it'll make the cut for a repeat visit next year.

I waited a couple weeks for write this review, but I want to make sure other parents are aware too…read more First off, it's very cute , lots of toys and stuff to do for toddler and babies. Very nice woman greeted us and checked us in. But unfortunately right away I noticed there were children of the owners who were there playing as well. Not an issue. One of the owners seemed to be mildly attentive to her child , but the other owner never looked up from her computer or got up once in the 2 hours we were there. And Her child seemed to be the one causing the most problems for my children. I have a 1 year old , just learned to walk , and a 3.5 year old boy. At first the owners daughter wouldn't leave my baby alone , kept trying to grab her or shove a toy in her face. No matter how much I kindly declined or walked away she followed .. at one point in the baby playpen area , the little girl tried to grab my baby from my arms and as I pulled away she yanked my arm and yelling at me, almost causing me to drop my baby. I was so taken back and startled , as well as upset , I almost left. But we had been there only 10-15 mins, and my son was having fun , so I just got my baby and left that area. The owners daughter as well as the other owners daughter , so two little girls , were quite bossy and mean towards my son. They wouldn't let him do the monkey bars at one point , grabbing his legs , kicking him with their legs, yelling at him , blocking him. I saw them multiple times sticking their tongues out at him and spitting. Saying rude stuff that my son hasn't heard before and I don't want him replicating this type of behavior at all. I was so irritated. I kept telling him to leave them alone , but kids keep trying as stubborn as they are. As well as I saw the owners daughter having snot drip down her face, she took what seemed to be a run down raggedy baby blanket and blew her nose in it several times and wiped it on toys. Then just discarded it on the floor for any other child to grab. At one point I went back to the baby playpen area to just get away, and another mother and her baby were in there , and she was telling me how the owners children, specifically the older boy (which my kids had no interaction with) was extremely mean and bossy every time she went so she tried to stay far away from them. I agreed and could see the behavior myself. Once I felt my son had enough as well as myself , we left and went home. I didn't want to leave such a negative review , but I was so disappointed with how the owners didn't watch their children just because they own the place. When I put my son in his car seat , he said he never wanted to go back to this indoor play area again. I asked why, he said the two girls were too mean to him. We won't be back. I've been to now 6 indoor playgrounds in Las Vegas, and this one was very cute, but the children were why we won't be back. Unfortunately being owners kids, they will always be there.

The decor was SO cute, the music playing was whimsical and the entire facility was nice and clean. Each of the kiddos enjoyed playing with the playground, fun variety of puzzles, toys, pretend play and rides on wheels. If you are looking for an unforgettable space to host any type of event this is definitely one of the best in the valley! Highly recommended! Hours open: Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 9pm I went to a special birthday party. You have to sign a waiver before checking in. Shoes aren't allowed, and it's a socks-only facility. They have a reliable system where they put your shoes in a numbered bin and give you a matching number for easy pickup. The layout is great! There are two party rooms, a cafe with seating, and a quiet room with a massage chair. The cafe serves pizza, chicken, fries, coffee, boba, and desserts like cake pops and macarons. They also have an arcade section by the cafe, plus three restrooms, including a family restroom near the main entrance. We were in a private room, and the staff did a great job decorating it in a Star Wars theme with soft music playing in the background. The tables were nicely set up with plates, utensils, cups, and napkins. We had good drinks and food like pizza, Jollibee chicken, Filipino spaghetti, cupcakes, and cookies, it was yummy! Afterwards, the kids went to the indoor playground and enjoyed all kinds of interactive games, including slides, swings, a ball pitt, merry-go-round, jungle gym, spinners, and bounce house. The place is so lively and amazingly fun! I spoke with a really nice staff member named Ireland. She's very kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Ireland was polite while answering several questions I had, and I feel really good about coming back. Just a note, no food or drinks are allowed on the playground. Also, weekends get very busy and packed! If you're looking for a slower, quieter day to bring the kids, it's best to come on a weekday from Monday through Thursday. I highly recommend taking the family to Wally Wombats! It's an exciting atmosphere, staff members are pleasant, and they have awesome AC. Even with all the walking and exploring, it still feels nice and cool inside!
