This is my favorite Chuck E. Cheese location in all of Las Vegas. We recently moved, but after three years of coming here almost every day, this place truly became a second home for our family. Every staff member has always made us feel like family, and that is something we will never forget. From the fresh food to the clean, welcoming environment, every visit has been a great experience. We have shared so many wonderful conversations and made countless memories here with our daughter. It is clear that the team genuinely cares about every family who walks through the doors. This location has a real dream team, and it shows in everything they do. A special thank you to Amir and Layla. You two are the star players of an already incredible team. You became more than employees to us. You became family. My family and I will miss you both the most. A few things have changed since I was a kid but yes that's about 25 years haha I do love all the updates!!! They have a play area you pay extra but it comes with grip socks and I think it's pretty affordable! The food I have to say I know it's not the best but I thought I remember it better. I guess it's kid friendly! The salad bar was ALWAYS FRESH AND CLEAN! Even when they were busy and people were serving their own plate they kept everything nice and clean and tidy. I bought there cake. The chocolate! It was ok I mean I know that's not what they specialize in so I'm giving a realistic expectation. However it will to the job and it's affordable. Can't expect to much at those awesome prices. I want to say I've never seen a cleaner Chuck E. Cheese and staff works so hard and everyone is soooo friendly!!!! Michaela was a great fist impression and helped us get our prize at the end and she had such patience with us. We've had membership for years to bring our granddaughter. We had problems with one of the other locations that we celebrated a birthday party bonus 2 free month of play added to our package... He did not receive it. Today at this location : I had offers on my membership app 50% off food and 50% the jump zone even though she scanned my app the receipt did not reflect the discounts. I order pizza and salad bar ... she didn't even give me my salad plate/utensils. I then talk to a manager she said that we would have to order more food to get the discounts. That makes zero sense cuz that means I didn't get the discounts. LIKE I want to spend more money by ordering more food??? This is false advertising and fraudulent behavior! We signed up for gold fun pass for the kids so we can bring em here whenever but we low key signed up for food discount coz love the pizza here. It's the perfect place to bring your kids to play and enjoy some food. This place just got even better, they have the trampoline but now it's even better that they added a playground that is included along with the trampoline pass. Love this place, the only thing is if you go early which is the best time before they get busy, they only have one to two staff. But we still like coming here early. read more

I had a horrible experience and witnessed a degrading situation while visiting this location. The manager Greg thought it was an appropriate time to question and accuse an employee named Alejandro of taking excessive breaks. It was awkward and embarrassing for Alejandro. Meanwhile Greg made me wait to do this while i literally just stood there. I think this was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. I will be reporting this situation to corporate and request that the video footage is reviewed and this situation is addressed. Greg should know better as a member of leadership that there is a time in place to have these conversations and it's certainly not in front of a customer. read more

When it comes to pizza, child casino's, and dancing animals, Charles Entertainment Cheese has it down! Hadn't been since I was a kid but brought my daughter and it's still just as fun decades later. As much fun as I had, she had more, great place, attentive staff, and very clean considering how many kids are there going crazy. Overall we really enjoyed it and I'm secretly hoping another of her friends has a birthday party here so I can play more centipede. read more

I really like this location, the staff is polite. The facility is clean, they regularly clean and restock the salad bar. The bathrooms are tidy. We come to Chuck E. Cheese mainly because of the membership and honestly that is what makes it worth it for us. Without it we probably would not pay full price. That said my kids love the new bouncy area and that is definitely the highlight because it keeps them entertained the whole time. The food is actually pretty good too better than expected for what it is. To save extra money buy the gift cards at Costco you can use them toward the membership and food which helps a lot. I have also had my sons party here without using the party tables and depending on the day we were able to get four tables together for our party. It was on a Friday around 5 pm. Overall it works for us because of the value with the membership and the kids always have fun just do not expect anything fancy it is all about the kids enjoying themselves. read more

First off, thank you to Alejandro for the customer service. Very patient with all the customers before us. They had a long line plus a big party. we came in the last day for the One topping pizza, two bands for the playground and 120 play credits for $64.99. Food however was very burnt smaller in size for the price. Many reasons why i stopped coming to chuck e. cheese but chose today to see if they made any improvements. Chucke was also kind enough to make sure i got the best pics with my kids. The jet rider was broken i had inputted 2 credits and no one could help. only one at the counter and one at the play area. not enough people to get the problems situated. there's more employees in the back kitchen than on the floor for coverage. read more

So I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in years I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese since they had the animals that moved around. And it was more like a buffet of pizza. I did not wanna come back here because I thought it was going to be kids running around everywhere touching the pizza like how I've seen in the past. It was completely different. You didn't pay for entry you paid for your food and then you paid for whatever amount of time the children wanna play on the games. So we got a card that lasted an hour and it was totally worth it because they got on everything about five times. It was a lot cleaner than what I have seen in the past so that was great. I've used the bathroom as well and it was perfectly clean. The only thing that I can say is, I feel like even in the middle of the day they probably need one more employee. Just for things to run a little bit more smoothly for purchases and such. But I would definitely come back. read more

My family visited on 11/2/25 at 8pm and the woman working (named Athereal) was the most pleasant employee I've ever experienced at one of your locations. I've been going to Chuck E. Came here a random weekday just to get out of the house. The kids had so much fun! We were there at least for 2 hours. The pizza was not bad. The staff was super nice and helpful. Overpriced and disappointing experience. They charge extra just to use the playground and jumping area, which already feels unreasonable for a place meant for kids. The pizza was very underwhelming, and the personal pan pizza was oily and way overpriced for the quality. On top of that, several of the games were broken or not working, which made the visit even more frustrating. Honestly, I'm surprised they're still open and haven't been shut down yet. I will say this much, we travel A LOT and we visit a lot of Chuck E Cheese's. Texas, Cali, Denver etc.. this has been by far the BEST location we've been to. ‼ LONG REVIEW COMING (Birthday Party Edition) Our girl was turning five, so we were in party planning preparation! We settled on Chuck E. Cheese's and booked the mega fun package around a month in prior ($50 deposit) with the rest of the payment due on the day of the party. The day of the party -- We were greeted by our host, Ava, who was awesome and extremely accommodating! As soon as we arrived, she showed us our three rows with booths and 2 tables, as well (which were already set up with the kids items including hats and cups) as well as helped us order food for the party. Guests began to arrive and Ava took care of everything! Checked in often to make sure everything was running smoothly. The games were in good condition. I do recall one not working (I believe it was the spinning hot chocolate looking thing) and our guests had a great time. Food was good and we ended up adding a few more items throughout the night. When it came time to eat or sing happy birthday, Ava called our guests over and our daughter had her special moment with Chuck E and all the kids got to dance and also take photos with him! Shoutout to Chuck E who was full of energy also! Again, Ava handled EVERYTHING. From calling out Chuck E to cutting and serving the cake! Dippin dots was also provided and GREAT! Our guests continued to play, retrieve prizes, and our daughter got to go into the ticket blaster. At the end of the night, Ava also handled the cleanup and boxed up some extra food for us. Throughout the night, it LOOKED like there were only about 3 to 4 workers, all of whom were extremely respectful and a pleasure to our guests. Overall, we had a great time and so did our daughter. First review of 2022, so let's make it a positive one!!!!!! We came here last year in November to attend another birthday party. Of course my kids had a blast playing games and picking out their prizes afterwards. I hadn't been to a CEC in years, so it definitely reminded me of my childhood. So when the time came closer for my son's birthday and he asked to have his party here, my answer was absolutely yes. I looked at packages and pricing online, paid the $50 deposit online and waited for the day of the party. I was able to adjust the kid count online as well as more people cancelled due to this Covid situation. The day of the party, we were greeted by our hostess. She talked us through what was going to happen during our two hour party time slot. She made sure everything ran smoothly and checked on us regularly. My son and all of our guests had an awesome time. Of course we got to meet Chuck E Cheese, dance on the dance floor and enjoy pizza and ice cream. My son's favorite part was the ticket blaster, where he got to catch tickets flying in the air. All in all, we had a good experience. It was a bit crowded the day of my son's party, but we had fun regardless. I wish there was more games available, but it is geared more towards younger kids. My daughter is now asking to have her birthday here now too, so it looks like I'll be back again. read more

They recently had a much needed face lift. At first appearance it looks much cleaner. Still same issues. Some of the games don't work. Balls are missing from skeeball. They removed a few of the kids favorite rides/games and replaced them with an enclosed trampoline. Great idea, but they have the audacity to charge you another $10 per child to access it. Typical corporate greediness. I watched multiple families have to tell their children they can't jump on a trampoline because they couldn't either afford it or they were irate and refused to pay it. Shame on Chuck E. Cheese. You forgot your customer base and deviated from the ethical business model. read more

All the noise, noise, noise! With the clicks, clanks, and coos. Unstoppable songs ruined for the enjoyment of the youth. Beware to leave and enter one is marked with a stamp and checked on the way out under the black light! But there's no pay off but noise! The employee that greets the guest was on their cell phone when we walked in. Of course cannot stop a text in mid thought so we let him finish before being stamped. Onto ordering the menu is straightforward with no hidden fees but there are a few upgrades. We came for pizza and coke. The twins wanted to see what a CC looked like in LV. It did not bring those old tingly feelings of childhood. That rushing sensatthat they used to have! Sticking out the whole visit was painful. Here's why: from the younger generations mouth. I'm just the delivery mechanism. The tickets are automated this is stupid! (Not my words the Twins)! To play the games here it requires a card like Game Works. This is unimpressive! The use of a card does seem smarter, but maybe takes the flair away. The food is not bad. It's not the greatest, but it's worth the price. Dominos is much better (and they deliver; without noise)! We dined in and had a large cheese with stuffed crust! Ritzy huh! I hope Pizza Hut Knows! Our large cheese has to have extra cheese, of course. The stuffed crust of was filled with a moderate amount of cheese. This cheese did not run over after you took a bite, but tasted delicious. The actual crust has a garlic flavor which makes the cheese in the crust taste like garlic bread mix. This might of been the only celebratory event during our dining experience. Hooray getting happy over garlic and cheese! It's the little things in life that are priceless. On to left overs this was the the best part of our whole experience. I sent one of the twins for a Togo box for the extra pizza. She came back with a plastic bag for the pizza that apparently was supposed to hold cotton candy! They must have wanted to conserve the cardboard and be eco friendly! I hope! Even though I saw other patrons with said to go packaging from the counter! After placing they extra "home" pizza in a bag. Which is really quite difficult to get in a bag. It is very comical, but not quite safe. Thankfully the pizza did not become one with the bag. Now you ask isn't that all of your visit! Of course not we have not had dessert yet! It is an essential part of any meal! With the dessert choices few and far between opted for frozen rainbow dots. The price for a small cup was too much at $3.00, but tasted refreshing after the pizza and garlic! Now that our visit is coming to an end many questions remain! Is this business something that you or I should visit? My answer; of course! I am showing our adventures with Chuckie! Now it's time for you to explore on your own! Wow I actually really enjoy this chain, but extremely bad experience with the staff and the manager Alana. I am not sure what the hostility is towards their customers here, but this was horrible. I ordered over $100 in food extremely politely and then I had to wait another 15 minutes at the register for the manager to come out and serve me a drink no problem, except there was no apology and the first thing out of her mouth was " I need an ID".. okay, that was rude but I'm going to continue being polite. Really cold service throughout the transaction. When I return for the second beer mama once again they had to call the manager Alana. She walked straight up and said "you want another beer"? I said yes please. She said "this will be your last one". I am a business owner and deal with customer service every single day on a much higher level. This is no way to treat you customer. Walking out and politely explain that you have a two drinks maximum is the proper way to handle it. I took all these people and I just feel like there is some animosity toward their customers for some reason. Alana is foul... Take a lesson, be polite to your customers and stop making a concerted effort to run people's night. What a shame. Chuck E. Cheese has always been a go to spot for us. I'm not here to complain about the food or cleanliness because they do a pretty good job. My complaint is in reference to customer service. We had a bday party here last week and spent over $500, we had three extra play cards that were never used. Our party host advised us that it's ok, you can come back and use them ANYTIME. They are good till the first swipe. (Perfect). We come back and try the cards and NOTHING! The cards didn't work. I asked the lady up front why they didn't work and if there was anything we could do, and nope. S.O.L After about 30 seconds of awkward silence she asks, so is there anything you want? Ummmm yes, I would like to have my 3 full cards that I left with and was told I could use later. So there I am paying again for the same cards I left with so they could get reloaded. Let's discuss what we can do better to make Chuck E. Cheese live again. Business stand point and personal opinion. Feel free to add on to what I miss or send feedback. #1 They totally got rid of the Animatronic Characters and stage for entertaining birthday and kiddie shows. Just a wall of pictures and more seating area for birthday groups.... terrible idea! Please be more CREATIVE! This is suppose to be a family attraction for fun and games! #2 The menu list is outrageously expensive for pizza even if purchasing combos or party platters. It's fair price for simple pan size pizzas like pepperoni or plain cheese but if you want to add on specialty pizzas that's where prices go up a lot. Not what your looking for in a pizza? They have build your own pizza as but each topping is another additional price. (Pros) At least now you can have a preference of stuffed crust and so on. #3 If you weren't upset about paying a lot on some Pizza package deals for the family, you would be amazed that you have to purchase game credits still for the kids to play. Most places I have gone to, they already provide tokens/ credit already after purchasing meals... Not CEC. $25 alone for 92 credits. I was speechless that they have the option on 90 minutes playing time for that price as well... who are you suckering? #4 Staff Service. There was no one cleaning up tables or service areas to keep things sanitary for people to eat anywhere or touch anything without getting sick orr catching something. I had to call someone over to get their attention on cleaning up the tables full of plates, napkins, pizza trays, spills and leftovers... even then while I was callling for help, I had to reserve an area so we can sit ourselves without someone taking it over. I had to personally pick someone eelses trash tO place in another table because there are no trash cans around. The Staff is not suitable for dining experiences... Better yet... because It's open seating, I didn't want to lose my table and I was single handed parenting my kids, they did not offer to bring my food to the table. You would think they would notice be of service to their customers, but I was handed a buzzer to alarm me when my food is ready. There was a waiter service station where I had to pick up my orders to bring the food back myself.. no one was there but my food just sitting on the counter. You could imagine someone else picking up my food and eating it or doing something to it.. Please improve your service and treat it like a restaurant when handling food and your guests. Please improve on hospitality and upgrade your attractions to entertain guests. Other competitors do much more for a cheaper price. I'm surprised no improvements werre made over the years. This was the worst party I've ever seen here. Maria greeted us when we came in for my nephew's party; Maria was very sweet, polite and accommodating and then it went down hill from there because Alana was our party host. I'm sorry but this girl should not be a party host...she was short, rude and pushy with the kids and even though we were the only party there with no other party coming in before we were done she rushed the kids through everything. The kids were still eating pizza and she started bringing out ice cream and before they could even start on the ice cream she brought out the cake with ONE (1) candle on the cake for a 9 year old. My Neice had to step outside to take an emergency call and a friend of hers told Alana that we can't do the cake until his mom comes back....nope, she had the rat out there singing happy birthday and lite the candle all with his mom outside. She got a lot of crap from my Neice's friends for not waiting or having any respect for the kids my Neice. Now if this was just my opinion ok but it's not...all the adults were pissed and my Neice and her friend both let Maria know how upset they were. The kids being so young did not realize the disrespect or how pushy and unpleasant Alana was making this party. As long as Alana is a party host I cannot recommend this place. You don't talk down to kids and treat them like that. She cut my Neice short of a gift bag and was very very stingy with everything. We didn't need or want anything for free, some respect and being thankful someone is actually willing to spend some money in this establishment is something they should be thankful for.
