We celebrated my boy's birthday here and everything was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was fun, lively, and perfect for kids it really made the whole experience feel special and exciting for them. The food was good, and everything came out fresh and hot. I also want to highlight the service staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the party. Overall, such a great experience, and we'll definitely be coming back again for future celebrations!

We signed up for gold fun pass for the kids so we can bring em here whenever but we low key signed up for food discount coz love the pizza here. It's the perfect place to bring your kids to play and enjoy some food. This place just got even better, they have the trampoline but now it's even better that they added a playground that is included along with the trampoline pass. Love this place, the only thing is if you go early which is the best time before they get busy, they only have one to two staff. But we still like coming here early.

I really like this location, the staff is polite. The facility is clean, they regularly clean and restock the salad bar. The bathrooms are tidy. They come out and gave candy to the kids because it's spooky season. The pizza was hot and delicious. Overall one of the best Chuck E. Cheeses in the area.

We come to Chuck E. Cheese mainly because of the membership and honestly that is what makes it worth it for us. Without it we probably would not pay full price. That said my kids love the new bouncy area and that is definitely the highlight because it keeps them entertained the whole time. The food is actually pretty good too better than expected for what it is. To save extra money buy the gift cards at Costco you can use them toward the membership and food which helps a lot. I have also had my sons party here without using the party tables and depending on the day we were able to get four tables together for our party. It was on a Friday around 5 pm. Overall it works for us because of the value with the membership and the kids always have fun just do not expect anything fancy it is all about the kids enjoying themselves.

First off, thank you to Alejandro for the customer service. Very patient with all the customers before us. They had a long line plus a big party. we came in the last day for the One topping pizza, two bands for the playground and 120 play credits for $64.99. Food however was very burnt smaller in size for the price. Many reasons why i stopped coming to chuck e. cheese but chose today to see if they made any improvements. Chucke was also kind enough to make sure i got the best pics with my kids. The jet rider was broken i had inputted 2 credits and no one could help. only one at the counter and one at the play area. not enough people to get the problems situated. there's more employees in the back kitchen than on the floor for coverage.

Came here a random weekday just to get out of the house. The kids had so much fun! We were there at least for 2 hours. The pizza was not bad. The staff was super nice and helpful. Some games were not working but most of them were working. I will say the restroom was disgusting ! It smelled and it was not clean. But overall had a blast.

Overpriced and disappointing experience. They charge extra just to use the playground and jumping area, which already feels unreasonable for a place meant for kids. The pizza was very underwhelming, and the personal pan pizza was oily and way overpriced for the quality. On top of that, several of the games were broken or not working, which made the visit even more frustrating. Honestly, I'm surprised they're still open and haven't been shut down yet. Definitely not worth the money.

I will say this much, we travel A LOT and we visit a lot of Chuck E Cheese's. Texas, Cali, Denver etc.. this has been by far the BEST location we've been to. From the cleanliness to the friendly and helpful staff it amazes me that places like this exist. Way to go to management for being present and actually helping. The pizza was fresh, hot and yummy. Kudos for having a Chuck E taller than my 8 year old! That was another first!

I ordered xl wings and I've been there every weekend or 3x a week due to having the pass and saying this was the xl wings size what a shame I've been going there for a minimum to even get treated like this smh

It was just us and 1 other couple, so this felt very intimate, which made it feel even more special. This is a non-profit, so I think the cost of the tour is absolutely worth it! We also decided to add on lion feeding for the 2 of us, which took place at the end. During the tour, we made our way around and got so much information from Tyler. You could tell he truly loves what he does and the animals love him right back! The animals are very well taken care of, and have plenty of space for having previously been at the MGM. When we were prepping for the lion feeding after our tour, Tyler was kind enough to show us the fridges of food and how much they go through in a day, which was a lot! Of the lions you could choose from, we chose to feed Cheeto. She was beautiful and very nice! I think this place is great! They have different kinds of birds (flying and non) and tortoises. This is a great family friendly place as well. You learn a lot and get to see really cool animals pretty close! The parking lot is kind of small if you are there later in the day, so that is something to keep in mind when deciding when to go. Whether it's the tour or a normal ticket for the day, everyone should check this place out!

Inside Town Square…read more Being a dinosaur nerd, I find I have to subject myself to any and all dinosaur attractions. Some attractions out there are really, really bad. As for Dinosaur Outpost, since they're tailored to kids, your little ones will love this place. Make sure they bring socks because the play area at the end requires them. You can also buy socks at the gift shop for $3. Though it's not always enforced because I've seen kids running through with their shoes. Also, make sure to sign the waivers ahead of time online so you're not stuck doing it in person. You can either pay ahead for your tickets or buy it there. But upon entering, your kids will have a little fun interactive entrance where they're going back in time to the dinosaur era. Then you enter the first of 3 rooms, but this being the largest. There's a lot for them to do and once in awhile, a Ranger (staff) will bring out a new born dinosaur in their arms for your kids to interact and play/pet with. They also have a small bike course, with bikes on training wheels, a photo-op where they can also sit and ride on a dinosaur. And then the jungle gym-like area where the socks is required. There's a lot for them to do, and a few benches for parents to sit on while they play. Definitely a fun place to go to for the kids while at Town Square.

It's located just outside the Strip at an outdoor mall, super easy to get to and not far at all. At first, I honestly thought it might be a temporary pop-up, but it actually seems like a permanent setup, and it's huge. The highlight is definitely the animatronic dinosaurs. T la hey're seriously impressive and kept our kids completely engaged. The space is divided into different themed play areas, which makes it feel like there's always something new to explore. There's a bike track, a paleontology dig area, a sand zone, puzzles, a tug-of-war game with a triceratops, and even a section where kids can "feed" dinosaurs with balls. At the end, there's also a small jungle gym to climb around on. There are endless things for kids to do here. We easily spent a solid two hours and could've stayed longer. It's the kind of place that keeps them moving, playing, and using their imagination the whole time. I also noticed they host parties, which would be such a fun idea for a birthday. Overall, the price felt very reasonable for how much time we spent there and how much the kids enjoyed it. Honestly, I just wish we had something like this closer to home!

Looking for some ideas for our anniversary when I found Play Playground at the Luxor. This was…read moreright up our alley because it fell on a Saturday this year (lucky for us, because my LTP is currently busy with school and work during the week). The last time our anniversary fell on a Saturday, it was in 2020 and we literally couldn't do anything due to COVID restrictions, so this one was extra special for us. We marked seven years of dating on 7/18/26! I had a pretty good childhood, back when there was no such thing as smartphones, VR, and AI, and Play Playground allowed us to play like a kid again. This is a family friendly place during the day, but they implement it to 21+ only after 7:00pm and 13+ only after 6:00pm when accompanied by an adult. Make sure to sign the waiver online and forward it to everyone in your party before arriving here to save time. You'll get plenty of playtime here; the entire thing lasts about 90 minutes, which includes Duck Duck Boom across from the main entrance. Once you enter, you check in and they will give you a lanyard that you can hook your play card on, which is extremely convenient. You will also be assigned a random name (I was "Neutral Guava and my LTP was "Pleased Hare") so that they appear on the scoreboard for each game. All games are worth 15 credits and many of them mirrored games we played when we were kids, such as Frolic (Simon Says), Perfect Popper (Perfection), and Rolla Derby (Skee Ball). Tic-tac-toe, Connect Four, and Jenga can be found at numerous tables as well. The Bullseye Bounce was one of my favorite games to play here, where I got to jump on a trampoline in a Velcroed suit and throw myself as high as possible onto a Velcroed target in three tries. There's also a bounce house maze in the very back, which was also fun to experience since I've been inside several bounce houses at birthday parties and other events when I was younger. Their cocktails are absolutely amazing, too. I got myself a Pop Rock Punch cocktail and my LTP got himself a Duck Duck Boom cocktail. The Pop Rock Punch came with a pack of Blue Raspberry pop rocks that I could add in myself (I did not choose this flavor specifically; it was selected at random). We got both of these in a 12oz cup. Being a Las Vegas resident of 25 years, I think this was the most fun I've ever had on The Strip thus far. Play Playground is a great place for any occasion.

Trust me the games are super fun and most of them you will try to beat your score playing multiple times. The vip also comes with one cocktail and swag bag. One of the more interesting features was a ship-like viewing area that allowed children to see animals swimming both underneath and above them through the glass. This gave younger visitors another way to observe the animals closely. Stingray Touch Pool The stingray touch pool was much less accessible for small children. The stingrays usually stayed near the bottom of the pool, making them difficult for younger children to reach. Children were not permitted to sit or lie on the stone surrounding the pool for safety reasons, but there was no alternative provided, such as a secured step platform or designated raised viewing area. This meant that parents often had to lift and hold their children over the edge so they could see or attempt to touch the stingrays. That could create its own safety concern for both the parent and child. A staff member suggested that a child could lie on their stomach to reach farther into the pool. However, this may not work well for children who have sensory sensitivities, physical limitations, discomfort with pressure on their stomach, or developmental delays. The exhibit would be more inclusive if it offered a safe alternative for shorter children, such as: * A secured, nonslip step platform * A lower section of the pool designed for children * A raised glass viewing window * A staff-supported touch opportunity * Clear accessibility options for children with sensory or physical needs The touch pool was an exciting concept, but the current design made it difficult for many younger children to participate independently and safely.
