We come to Chuck E. Cheese mainly because of the membership and honestly that is what makes it worth it for us. Without it we probably would not pay full price. That said my kids love the new bouncy area and that is definitely the highlight because it keeps them entertained the whole time. The food is actually pretty good too better than expected for what it is. To save extra money buy the gift cards at Costco you can use them toward the membership and food which helps a lot. I have also had my sons party here without using the party tables and depending on the day we were able to get four tables together for our party. It was on a Friday around 5 pm. Overall it works for us because of the value with the membership and the kids always have fun just do not expect anything fancy it is all about the kids enjoying themselves.

First off, thank you to Alejandro for the customer service. Very patient with all the customers before us. They had a long line plus a big party. we came in the last day for the One topping pizza, two bands for the playground and 120 play credits for $64.99. Food however was very burnt smaller in size for the price. Many reasons why i stopped coming to chuck e. cheese but chose today to see if they made any improvements. Chucke was also kind enough to make sure i got the best pics with my kids. The jet rider was broken i had inputted 2 credits and no one could help. only one at the counter and one at the play area. not enough people to get the problems situated. there's more employees in the back kitchen than on the floor for coverage.

I really like this location, the staff is polite. The facility is clean, they regularly clean and restock the salad bar. The bathrooms are tidy. They come out and gave candy to the kids because it's spooky season. The pizza was hot and delicious. Overall one of the best Chuck E. Cheeses in the area.

Overpriced and disappointing experience. They charge extra just to use the playground and jumping area, which already feels unreasonable for a place meant for kids. The pizza was very underwhelming, and the personal pan pizza was oily and way overpriced for the quality. On top of that, several of the games were broken or not working, which made the visit even more frustrating. Honestly, I'm surprised they're still open and haven't been shut down yet. Definitely not worth the money.

Came here a random weekday just to get out of the house. The kids had so much fun! We were there at least for 2 hours. The pizza was not bad. The staff was super nice and helpful. Some games were not working but most of them were working. I will say the restroom was disgusting ! It smelled and it was not clean. But overall had a blast.

I will say this much, we travel A LOT and we visit a lot of Chuck E Cheese's. Texas, Cali, Denver etc.. this has been by far the BEST location we've been to. From the cleanliness to the friendly and helpful staff it amazes me that places like this exist. Way to go to management for being present and actually helping. The pizza was fresh, hot and yummy. Kudos for having a Chuck E taller than my 8 year old! That was another first!

I ordered xl wings and I've been there every weekend or 3x a week due to having the pass and saying this was the xl wings size what a shame I've been going there for a minimum to even get treated like this smh

‼ LONG REVIEW COMING (Birthday Party Edition) Our girl was turning five, so we were in party planning preparation! We settled on Chuck E. Cheese's and booked the mega fun package around a month in prior ($50 deposit) with the rest of the payment due on the day of the party. The day of the party -- We were greeted by our host, Ava, who was awesome and extremely accommodating! As soon as we arrived, she showed us our three rows with booths and 2 tables, as well (which were already set up with the kids items including hats and cups) as well as helped us order food for the party. Guests began to arrive and Ava took care of everything! Checked in often to make sure everything was running smoothly. The games were in good condition. I do recall one not working (I believe it was the spinning hot chocolate looking thing) and our guests had a great time. Food was good and we ended up adding a few more items throughout the night. When it came time to eat or sing happy birthday, Ava called our guests over and our daughter had her special moment with Chuck E and all the kids got to dance and also take photos with him! Shoutout to Chuck E who was full of energy also! Again, Ava handled EVERYTHING. From calling out Chuck E to cutting and serving the cake! Dippin dots was also provided and GREAT! Our guests continued to play, retrieve prizes, and our daughter got to go into the ticket blaster. At the end of the night, Ava also handled the cleanup and boxed up some extra food for us. Throughout the night, it LOOKED like there were only about 3 to 4 workers, all of whom were extremely respectful and a pleasure to our guests. Overall, we had a great time and so did our daughter. Thank you for helping us celebrate her birthday and especially to our awesome host, Ava!

My son loves digging and anything construction-related, so this was basically his dream day. The whole experience was awesome from start to finish, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They made it fun, safe, and memorable. What really stood out, though, was their honesty and attention to detail. I lost a $100 bill that day (and with the wind out there, I honestly assumed it was gone for good). I called the same day just in case it had fallen in the waiting area or near where we were operating the equipment, but I didn't have much hope. Even after we'd already been home for about a week, it was still on their radar. Then Aaron called to tell me he found the $100 bill while he was out picking up trash, and Taylor followed up right away. Anyone could've easily kept it and no one would've known, but they didn't. That kind of integrity says a lot about this place and the people who work there. We can't wait to come back, and we may even visit more often this next year. Highly recommend!

You could tell he truly loves what he does and the animals love him right back! The animals are very well taken care of, and have plenty of space for having previously been at the MGM. When we were prepping for the lion feeding after our tour, Tyler was kind enough to show us the fridges of food and how much they go through in a day, which was a lot! Of the lions you could choose from, we chose to feed Cheeto. She was beautiful and very nice! I think this place is great! They have different kinds of birds (flying and non) and tortoises. This is a great family friendly place as well. You learn a lot and get to see really cool animals pretty close! The parking lot is kind of small if you are there later in the day, so that is something to keep in mind when deciding when to go. It's located just outside the Strip at an outdoor mall, super easy to get to and not far at all. At first, I honestly thought it might be a temporary pop-up, but it actually seems like a permanent setup, and it's huge. The highlight is definitely the animatronic dinosaurs. T la hey're seriously impressive and kept our kids completely engaged. The space is divided into different themed play areas, which makes it feel like there's always something new to explore. There's a bike track, a paleontology dig area, a sand zone, puzzles, a tug-of-war game with a triceratops, and even a section where kids can "feed" dinosaurs with balls. At the end, there's also a small jungle gym to climb around on. There are endless things for kids to do here. We easily spent a solid two hours and could've stayed longer. It's the kind of place that keeps them moving, playing, and using their imagination the whole time. I also noticed they host parties, which would be such a fun idea for a birthday. Overall, the price felt very reasonable for how much time we spent there and how much the kids enjoyed it. Honestly, I just wish we had something like this closer to home!

I knew I had to take him here for his 2nd birthday when I found out it existed. It was us and several other family and close friends that went with him. All of us were adults. I do wish they had family packages because it's definitely geared towards kids in elementary school or younger but each adult still had to pay 24 dollars each, and that was with a Nevada resident discount. My son was free because he was just under their signs height at least, but 24 dollars added up fast for something that we were not the target audience for. At least the admission is for all day and you can come in and out if you want to grab food. They do make the entrance into the experience special for the kids and it involves pushing lots of buttons and a time machine. The actual animatronics are impressive and they have lots of different areas to stimulate little brains. Puzzles, intricate ways to feed a dino balls using different tubes and levers, an area you can try to shoot balls into dino mouths, a small race track with little vehicles, a large dino they can ride, a person coming around with a dino puppet, educational info on dinos, a sand pit area they can pretend the are archeologists, a coloring station, a place to fishing, a dino tooth brushing station, dino tug of war, and a multilevel playground where you only wear socks. My son enjoyed every second of it. Its definitely a perfect spot for a dino obsessed child.

She helped us get drink orders (you can also place your order via the bar table), get food (mostly bar type of food, think fries, burgers, sliders, chicken wings, burritos), and even showed us how to play the games. 4. The games are not super novice games, a lot of them are self explanatory after you see the setup, it's moderately physical in some of them; for example, the jump house and duck game is definitely very physical, and the bullseye jump and stick also requires a lot of jumping. But there are other quiet games like matching shapes that require more of a team building. They also have slides that gave some of our teammates a good scream in the darkness. 5. We fully understood that the activity was intended for children ages 5 and up. It wasn't until we reached the very front, after waiting and getting her excited for the experience, that staff suddenly stopped us and told her she could not participate. Having to tell a child at the last second that she was no longer allowed to join after already being checked in was incredibly upsetting. Our daughter immediately started crying and was devastated. My wife and I then had to step away to comfort and carry her while everyone else continued on. Because of how poorly this was handled, neither my wife nor I were able to enjoy the experience either. The issue is not the rule itself we respected the age requirement. The problem is the complete lack of communication and professionalism. If there was an issue with her eligibility, it should have been addressed before her ticket was scanned and before we waited through the line and built up her expectations. Instead of creating a positive family memory, this experience left us frustrated, embarrassed, and deeply disappointed. We spent time, money, and effort planning this outing only to have it ruined by poor organization and careless handling of the situation. Families deserve better communication and better treatment than this.
