We signed up for gold fun pass for the kids so we can bring em here whenever but we low key signed up for food discount coz love the pizza here. It's the perfect place to bring your kids to play and enjoy some food. This place just got even better, they have the trampoline but now it's even better that they added a playground that is included along with the trampoline pass. Love this place, the only thing is if you go early which is the best time before they get busy, they only have one to two staff. But we still like coming here early.

We celebrated my boy's birthday here and everything was amazing from start to finish! The ambiance was fun, lively, and perfect for kids it really made the whole experience feel special and exciting for them. The food was good, and everything came out fresh and hot. I also want to highlight the service staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the party. Overall, such a great experience, and we'll definitely be coming back again for future celebrations!

We've had membership for years to bring our granddaughter. We had problems with one of the other locations that we celebrated a birthday party bonus 2 free month of play added to our package... He did not receive it. Today at this location : I had offers on my membership app 50% off food and 50% the jump zone even though she scanned my app the receipt did not reflect the discounts. I order pizza and salad bar ... she didn't even give me my salad plate/utensils. I then talk to a manager she said that we would have to order more food to get the discounts. That makes zero sense cuz that means I didn't get the discounts. LIKE I want to spend more money by ordering more food??? This is false advertising and fraudulent behavior! Shameful behavior toward paying patron!

I really like this location, the staff is polite. The facility is clean, they regularly clean and restock the salad bar. The bathrooms are tidy. They come out and gave candy to the kids because it's spooky season. The pizza was hot and delicious. Overall one of the best Chuck E. Cheeses in the area.

We come to Chuck E. Cheese mainly because of the membership and honestly that is what makes it worth it for us. Without it we probably would not pay full price. That said my kids love the new bouncy area and that is definitely the highlight because it keeps them entertained the whole time. The food is actually pretty good too better than expected for what it is. To save extra money buy the gift cards at Costco you can use them toward the membership and food which helps a lot. I have also had my sons party here without using the party tables and depending on the day we were able to get four tables together for our party. It was on a Friday around 5 pm. Overall it works for us because of the value with the membership and the kids always have fun just do not expect anything fancy it is all about the kids enjoying themselves.

First off, thank you to Alejandro for the customer service. Very patient with all the customers before us. They had a long line plus a big party. we came in the last day for the One topping pizza, two bands for the playground and 120 play credits for $64.99. Food however was very burnt smaller in size for the price. Many reasons why i stopped coming to chuck e. cheese but chose today to see if they made any improvements. Chucke was also kind enough to make sure i got the best pics with my kids. The jet rider was broken i had inputted 2 credits and no one could help. only one at the counter and one at the play area. not enough people to get the problems situated. there's more employees in the back kitchen than on the floor for coverage.

Came here a random weekday just to get out of the house. The kids had so much fun! We were there at least for 2 hours. The pizza was not bad. The staff was super nice and helpful. Some games were not working but most of them were working. I will say the restroom was disgusting ! It smelled and it was not clean. But overall had a blast.

Overpriced and disappointing experience. They charge extra just to use the playground and jumping area, which already feels unreasonable for a place meant for kids. The pizza was very underwhelming, and the personal pan pizza was oily and way overpriced for the quality. On top of that, several of the games were broken or not working, which made the visit even more frustrating. Honestly, I'm surprised they're still open and haven't been shut down yet. Definitely not worth the money.

Tall Chuck E!

I will say this much, we travel A LOT and we visit a lot of Chuck E Cheese's. Texas, Cali, Denver etc.. this has been by far the BEST location we've been to. From the cleanliness to the friendly and helpful staff it amazes me that places like this exist. Way to go to management for being present and actually helping. The pizza was fresh, hot and yummy. Kudos for having a Chuck E taller than my 8 year old! That was another first!

Unbelievably unprofessional and rude customer service…read more I had to call and hang up four separate times because someone would answer the phone but say absolutely nothing. On the fourth call, someone finally answered and told me, "If you're having issues online then you can buy a pass here." I explained that the pass was for my nanny and my children. She then told me that my nanny could complete the required waivers there, so I thought everything was resolved. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the indoor playground, we were immediately greeted by a very unpleasant/disgusting smell. To make matters worse, the woman at the front desk whom I assume was the same person I spoke with on the phone was also incredibly rude in person. We explained that we tried to purchase the pass online and do the waivers online too, and she just shrugged and said I don't know, and walked away. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and made the entire experience even more unpleasant. She just didn't want to be there. Customer service should not be this difficult. Between the multiple unanswered calls, the lack of communication, the unpleasant environment, and the rude attitude upon arrival, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I can understand technical issues or even being upset & having a hard time but you can try or even fake being polite especially when you work for a place that caters to children and families. That's all.

And surprisingly there was only one family beside our birthday group. There is plenty of space, chairs and table are taking half of the playground. Lots of space for parents and birthday celebrations. Employees on the front were super young but they knew their job. They didn't let the kids play without singing in the waiver. They also provide us with the bin so we can place our shoes there and keep it with us. There is a lot of obstacles courses for kids and slides, and most of the slides are for bigger kids like 6+, but there is also toddler area. There is one slide that I was afraid to go as adult, it was a bit scary. But the best thing is that on the second level of their installment there is a soccer field big enough for kids to play soccer . My kids loved that part. The girls who workes there were very cautious if someone was breaking the rules. If the kids would climb the slide wrong way they would tell them not to do it and I love that they are being so strict. On the birthday party celebration they have their mascot Dinosaur who go out ont he floor and dance with kids and take picture. There is also like a dancing/disco room wher Dinosaur were dancing with kids. They also have little cars that you can drive if you pay but we didn't try that. There are couple of claw machine too. Their snacks are reasonable price, they also have ice cream and cotton candy. I wish they have location on southwest.

All they have working there are a bunch of untrained lazy teenagers that do not know why they are doing. I threw a birthday party here on 09/2025, it wasn't the best (that's another story). Money definitely wasted. They also give a card to go back with the birthday package you purchase and they told us that "your family" is covered, meaning the parents and children. When we went to the Silverado location to redeem the card they told us the card only covered ONE CHILD, LOL! My other problem is that we just went here for a birthday party we were invited too. They only covered one child which is fine, we had to pay for our 2 year old but they seriously charged us our NEWLY 1 year old (bday was 9 days prior)! He only crawls btw... money wasted again, because he didn't care for the toddler area, he was in our arms or his stroller the whole time. Oh, and they don't do refunds just a card to come back to that sh*t hole. How are you an indoor playground business for children when you don't even care for children, just money? Funny... I'll spend my money at Wally wombats or wigglin out where I've never had a bad experience and where the staff have common sense. Thanks for nothing kids empire.

The boys each got a paper certificate after their visit. When we brought their certificates back the next day, they added a stamp to them, which made coming back even more fun and special for the kids. They also got stickers and a lollipop. There were so many little touches that made the experience memorable. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend Dig This Las Vegas, and a huge thank you to Max for making both visits so special!

I also like doing new and different things. I've gone go-cart riding, I took a shooting lesson once, and I have gone sky diving. One thing I've always wanted to do was learn to drive a forklift so this sounded like my thing. I heard about this place while researching unique things to do in Vegas that didn't included gambling or the Casinos. Once I found there website I was excited to give them a try, but was undecided on which option to book. There were so many good ones. The idea of driving a bulldozer and another option to use an excavator and crush a car sounded exhilarating. I was a little nervous about finding a way to get there as they are so far out of the strip. I was worried that the LYFT driver wouldn't want to drive that far out of town to take us there or pick us up. They are located 20 minutes south of the Strip, which is a quick LYFT ride that costs under $40. And to be houses it can be the same amount of time to get around the strip and back to our hotel, the Rio which is off the strip at night when it's the busiest time and traffic is so heavy. The trip there is almost all freeway. I was a bit nervous when I found out you have to sign a waver not holding them liable if you get injured. The price of the big equipment is between $195- $320 ( Each sessions last between 45 to 90 minutes and range form age 8+ or16+) The most exhilarating one was $799 and you get to use an excavator to crush a car.. Now that sounded like the most fun. That's called the Aggression session and lasts 45 minutes. The age for this is 14+. Driving a bulldozer sounded fun too. Being so nervous I ended up booking the kid's dig. There you get to operate a 1.5 ton excavator. That seemed safer if they offered options for little kids and I mean little. Age 2+ can operate the excavator. Depending on their size they may have to sit on someone's lap. The kids dig is $29.50 for 15 minute increments. You can book multiple sessions. And for each session another person can be the operator. You can't split sessions between multiple people. Prior to booking I did call them and talked to Taylor I believe and she assured me as an adult without a child could partake in the Kids Dig. She assured me that other adults have done it and it's still a lot of fun. We went the last Sunday in May 2026. Our appointment was at Noon. I wanted to make sure I had enough time so I booked two 15 minute sessions. Having two sessions allowed us to each try it. My husband said he'd just watch and be my photographer, but I waned to give him the options too to try it out and he did and enjoyed it. Probably not as much as I did, but he had fun. Alex my instructor was amazing. He continued to yell out directions till I got the hang of it. I was doing it with another kid next to me and I felt Alex was really paying attention to me even though he was direction both of us. I was in heaven as I dug dirt out of the ground and created a giant hole. 15 minutes was plenty for time and I relinquished my second session to my husband. I had so much fun that I wanted to share the fun. I had trouble on my own remembering what to do so he continued to give me directions till I got the handle of it. I wonder how little kids so it as I was having difficulty remembering what to do. On the other hand kids play so many video games these days so they may be more used to this rhythm of movement. I highly reccomend this activity to everyone that is looking for something unique to do in Vegas. This was the highlight of my trip to Vegas. I'm so glad I overcame my fear of getting to and from Dig This. I felt very safe using the excavator. It's a little nerve wracking at first as you lean back a bit when you are digging. You really don't need the photo package as your companion can walk all around you and take pictures and videos. This only works if you are confident in their photography and videography skills. I had my doubts so I bought the photo package and I'm glad i did as Alex go a really good action shoot of me. And I'm a total photography lover. I like to capture the moment and I feel like the money is worth it not to miss the moment. When I went Sky diving I hired a photographer and videographer too and it was so worth it. The digital photo package with plaque is $67.93. If you just want the plaque it's $37.93. It's so much of a better deal to get the digital photo package as you get a minimum of 5 shots. We got 17 for the 2 sessions and that was of both my husband and myself. I was thrilled with Alex's photography skills and his ability to catch those action shots. If you have reservations do the Kid's dig. It's only $29.50 and have your companion take your picture and it's a total steal for all the fun you'll have.

They have a ball launcher where you can launch food into a brontosaurus's mouth, they have rideable dinosaurs, a great indoor playground, tricycles you pedal around an active volcano, a dinosaur veterinarian station where you can play doctor to all the little dinos, etc. It truly is very well thought out, and clever. When you reach the end, if you have completed all of the activities on the sheet you were given, at entry, you win a free toy prize upon departure. This is super cool because some of the souvenirs are rather pricey. This way, everyone who comes, potentially leaves with a toy for just the price of admission. The one thing that we were disappointed in was the ads on the exterior of their building showed Tricera-TOPS clothing store/boutique and SPINE-osaurus Chiropractic. They also have a small bike course, with bikes on training wheels, a photo-op where they can also sit and ride on a dinosaur. And then the jungle gym-like area where the socks is required. One of the more interesting features was a ship-like viewing area that allowed children to see animals swimming both underneath and above them through the glass. This gave younger visitors another way to observe the animals closely. Stingray Touch Pool The stingray touch pool was much less accessible for small children. The stingrays usually stayed near the bottom of the pool, making them difficult for younger children to reach. Children were not permitted to sit or lie on the stone surrounding the pool for safety reasons, but there was no alternative provided, such as a secured step platform or designated raised viewing area. This meant that parents often had to lift and hold their children over the edge so they could see or attempt to touch the stingrays. That could create its own safety concern for both the parent and child. A staff member suggested that a child could lie on their stomach to reach farther into the pool. However, this may not work well for children who have sensory sensitivities, physical limitations, discomfort with pressure on their stomach, or developmental delays. The exhibit would be more inclusive if it offered a safe alternative for shorter children, such as: * A secured, nonslip step platform * A lower section of the pool designed for children * A raised glass viewing window * A staff-supported touch opportunity * Clear accessibility options for children with sensory or physical needs The touch pool was an exciting concept, but the current design made it difficult for many younger children to participate independently and safely.
