We visit family in Henderson pretty often and decided to try this place out for dinner. Upon arrival, I loved the decor and ambiance. The kids jumped right in for photo ops, and the staff we were greeted by were friendly and helpful. I was dissapointed to start. Our group was seated at a large bar height table, which wasn't our preference, especially since we had kids with us. I really didn't like the giant TV screen right behind our table either; it made the experience feel a lot less elegant. Also, while our server was kind, it took quite a while to get her over to us, take our drink orders, and finally receive our first round drinks and apps. Onto the food tho, because it's why we came and it was all amazing!! We all ordered a variety of dishes - calamari, salads, lobster ravioli, chicken parm, bolognese with tagliatelle, king crab bucatini swapped with tagliatelle, the spicy lobster pasta, etc. - I'd really recommend them all! We ended up finishing the night with ordering a couple of desserts to go. The cannoli - fresh, and so good!!! The chef is real talent here, because all of the food was perfection. We went on a Thursday to try out the $5 martinis, because why not? From previous comments from friends I thought it was going to be more of a martini bar where you can make your own, but it's a set menu and uses only Tito's vodka since that brand sells their wares pennies on the dollar for places to advertise. Aps: Woodfire Octopus and Asparagus. The woodfire octopus was 3 bites of deliciousness. Maybe 4 if you didn't shove like me. It was 3 finger-sized tentacles on some tomato and pesto. It was absolutely delicious, and the portion size was probably appropriate for antipasti which are traditionally small portioned appetizers, my disconnect was the price of $21. Wife loved the asparagus--I got no tastes. She said that was exactly what she thinks perfect asparagus should be--the proper texture and seasoning. $13 Entrees: Me: chicken piccata. It's a simple dish that I enjoy, and is a good measure of a place. The sauce was creamy and had the makings of delicious but was toned down somewhat. For the amount of butter apparent, I visually expected more pow in my mouth, but it was blander than expected. The pasta portion was small, but cooked perfectly. The chicken was good, but the sauce had already soaked the crust into a bit of mush. Normally you get a light flour crust that does end up soaked, but you usually get a bit of crust before that happens. This just had a mushy layer. Her: fettuccini alfredo w/chicken. I didn't have any of it, either. Her first few bites gave her the comment "the flavor is delicious, but it feels microwaved." I asked what she meant and she said the noodles and meat had a "rubbery" feel like it was microwaved. Martinis: While a couple tables around us arrived after us and ordered after us, they got their drinks first. We aren't a prime demographic any more and I wouldn't look nearly as good in the dresses they wore, so I understood. Dirty--I'm not a vodka martini guy but because Tito's is sponsoring this shindig, I was not allow to order gin. He gave me the choice of olives, but I was confused if that was a yes/no or what kind of olive--note: it's what kind, so if you like blue cheese stuffed or any other than "regular" (pimento) then speak up. I also couldn't get it dry. The drink itself had that expected cloudiness from the olive juice but while the nose had a hint of olive, the mouth was just straight vodka. I don't know if you can get extra dirty, it seemed like a "no substitutions or additions" kind of thing when I asked about the other stuff. Lemon Drop--Sugar rim, lemon wedge floater, looks proper. Flavor was mostly vodka with a good lemon aftertaste, but you didn't get the lemon upfront like I'm used to. Wife liked it, I'd pass. If you like it sweeter--say something. Matcha--First of all, I'm not a coconut guy. Reminds me of sunscreen. However, this ended up being my favorite tini of the night. The flavor was mostly coconut with some earthiness of the matcha, so if you're wanting MATCHA flavor, you may be disappointed--this is a coconut martini. But it was creamy and good. I wouldn't order it at full price, but 5 bucks was OK. Passion fruit--Wife liked it ok, I just felt it was flavorless tartness and vodka. I didn't get any kind of fruit flavor, just sour. If you like it sweeter--say something. Espresso--2nd best of the night. Good coffee flavor, good level of sweet, good head on it. It's not the best Espresso tini I've ever had, but it was a solid entry for 5 bucks. Dessert--Waiter recommended the donuts--I forget what they're called, starts with a Z. I got the tiramisu like always. I asked for a to go container because I'm watching my portions and told him "I'm probably only going to take 2 bites and take the rest home for my daughter." Well. I didn't know the entirety of the tiramisu WAS only 2 bites. You also got one donut with the gray coffee whip dollop on it. Flavor wise the tira was fairly bland, but a good coffee aftertaste. The donut was flavorless. Wife's donuts had more of a sugar coating, a lemon curd filling, and a blueberry dip. Those had much more flavor, though the donut straight without curd or blueberry was the same flavorless I had in mine. Which is fine, the donut is only a vehicle to get the other flavors to your mouth. Decent wait staff. They didn't stand out as amazing, but they did the job. Overall, my honest opinion, the food was average, the drinks were lackluster, and the prices were higher than most other places that offer the same thing. If you want better Italian, with a happy hour for good drink prices, I would choose Giuseppe's just down the street. Better flavor, portions, and 2/3 the price. Oh, and this place has a genderless communal bathroom, so that may throw some people off. Both sexes go into the same bathroom and just use different stalls, so violent poopers will be embarrassed. Coming in for Happy Hour at 4:00pm with my girlfriends and the place was already getting busy. We sat at the bar and checked out the full dinner menu and happy hour menu. Niki was our server and she was awesome and took care of all of our food and drink questions. We ordered Lemon drops (8) Margarita pizzas (2) Meatballs (1) Cesar salad (1) Rosemary roasted Potato's (1) All came up to $89.00. Bottiglia has a great setting, tables, booths, high tables and plenty of bar seating. The bathrooms were clean - which is always a ++. All in all a great place to catch up with the girls and have yummy food and drinks! * I gave -1 star because our 2nd round of drinks tasted a little weird and we asked for a remake which they were happy to make. And the potato dish we ordered had fondant cheese... which was not added on Sunday when my friend was there, maybe the chef forgot - we don't know. This is our family's first time dining in at this Italian restaurant. From the hostess to the ambience of the restaurant is very kind, very beautiful set up. I love the decor and the colors. Our food server was also very nice as well. We started off with the beet salad, which was tremendous. We all enjoyed it, including our son. For dinner, I had the chicken Marcella, which was fantastic. Very flavorful our entire family enjoyed it. My husband had the king crab bucatini. my husband did not enjoy the Italian king crab pasta dish as it had very little king crab in it, and the king crab that was in it was very tiny and little pieces of shredded king crab that was hardly recognizable. Our son enjoyed the rigatoni Bolognese in which he enjoyed thoroughly. We would have had dessert, but we have dessert at home already. But next time we come in we will definitely try some of the desserts. We really enjoyed this restaurant. We have been to Bottiglia many, many times over the years. It is a wonderful Italian restaurant at the Green Valley Ranch Casino. There is usually plenty of free parking in front of the casino to go to Bottiglia. We normally eat at the bar, mainly because we like watching sports on their TVs. The bartenders are always very good in providing service and suggestions. Our favorite dishes are the king crab Boccherini and the lobster ravioli. For an appetizer, we love their beef and pork meatballs. The pasta is all very good and their braised short ribs are exceptional. Our last night at Green Valley Ranch found us enjoying a gorgeous Italian dinner at Bottiglia, where there were some solid gluten-free options for my wife. Being seated by the kitchen, we had a lovely view of the Tuscan-inspired food being made that bristled with excellence, especially their house specialty, the Pappardelle Bolognese, which had a what I think was pizza dough covered on top and baked, giving an instant touch of home cooking that is quite welcoming in such a setting. Our dinner was quite delightful and delectable. The warm and bright colors, featuring floral prints and decorative patterns, are very inviting, accompanied by acoustics that allow for conversation as you dine. The food was excellent, with savory flavors and delightful cocktails to complement them. For cocktails, I opted for the Bottiglia spritz, made with Belle de Brillet pear, Fever Tree pink grapefruit soda, and Prosecco, which allowed me to embrace synergy as I noshed on some tasty beef carpaccio. For dinner, I chose the Mushroom Truffle Tagliatelle, served with a delicious truffle pâté cream sauce and topped with burrata and chives. I savored each bite as I found myself drifting away further from the stress that dominated me for most of the week. Dessert-wise, I finished with the Tiramisu Two Ways, which came in both traditional and Italian donut-style variations, made with ladyfingers, mascarpone, cocoa, and espresso bomba. If you're staying at Green Valley Ranch, Bottiglia is one of the true standouts for dining. This is a Happy hour review. We came here several years ago and tried their happy hour, but the menu has changed and we wanted to try this out again. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks for 9 dollars...hub got the red wine and I got the Aperol spritz. These were both pretty nice, especially for that price point. The bartender was super sweet and really checked on us often. We decided to order both of the two pizzas and compare them. We both found the crust on both were really good..and really liked the Diavolo pizza the best. It is really spicy, especially with the fresh jalapeño on top. There was also a honey drizzle...this pizza is a must return for me and once again, the price point of 8 dollars is amazing. Came with the family tonight to take our dad for his birthday dinner. Phenomenal dinner with great food and amazing service. We were greeted and sat immediately upon arrival. Tables and floors were clean, windows clean, super clean bathrooms and ambiance was just right. A hybrid between: modern, classy and casual. Great atmosphere to have some Italian food. Started with some oysters, margarita pizza, and Cesar salads as apps. All were perfect. Fresh Kumiai oysters were fresh and delicious, pizza was perfect and the Cesars were some of the best I've ever had. I didn't like how I had to ask for fresh cracked pepper. Pepper mills should always be brought with salads. All our entrees were perfect. I got the Ala Vodka Rigatoni with sausage added on. Super delicious and pasta was cooked perfect. My sister loved her Chicken Piccata and my niece loved her Filet cooked perfect Medium Rare. My dad loved his Tagliatelle Short Rib Pasta. And my mom loved her Octopus app as an entree. Honestly no complaints about any of the food. We also all loved the Truffle Mac and Cheese as well as the Brussels. The deserts were also fire. The Tiramisu was one of the best I've had. Not overly sweet or overly coffee flavored. Every restaurant either makes it too sweet or with too much coffee. Jaimie was our server. She and one other lady ran the entire floor tonight by themselves. Just two servers for the entire floor. They were definitely short staffed and busy but they never buckled under pressure. Still gave great service. Management was also professional and accommodating. Dad loved his birthday dinner. They even brought out a nice dessert for him at the end. Highly recommend dining here. Elevated dining experience for our parents at Bottiglia for Thanksgiving. Our father wanted traditional turkey with the fixings, but didn't want to feel overwhelmed bringing leftovers home. Bottiglia was the perfect spot. Excellent service and care with my parents and a quick photo opportunity with the Vespa and sidecar. The pre-fixe meal was perfect which included a selection of greens or soup (hands down, butternut squash was the best). We found this place because they had buy 1 get 1 for Seniors (Mondays). Shhhhh. We ordered the Chilean Sea Bass which was very good and their 'Flambe' Pasta with short ribs (the short ribs were tender and they melted in your mouth. The flambe comes out in a pot covered with a crepe like bread and then flambed at your table. Absolutely delicious! My drink 'fiore' was lovely. All the desserts sounded yummy but we were pretty stuffed so we got the order of mini cones. Unfortunately it was supposed to be four(4) flavors but instead we got 2 chocolate and no pistachio? When I asked our server why we didn't get the pistachio (which was the one I really wanted!) he just shrugged it off and said they were out. It would have been nice if he told us so that I could have chosen a different dessert. One of my favorite restaurants. During the last drop in with the Yelp Elite Experience, I didn't enjoy the service from the bartender. I refuse to sit at the bar ever again. Each time we have a reservation, we always get nice table with amazing service from the waitress/ waiter. Tonight was no different. This is why I come back. The food is great and the service is to match. We ordered the lobster bisque and it's now one of my favorites. I have to say it may be one of best I've had. My friend asked me to come here to eat because he received an email for an oyster event. I believe it was $1 oysters and we did order a dozen. They were small enough to finish easily. The place is cute looks like a brunch place you can bring the girlies. I ordered the king crab pasta and it was lemony. I'd say it was a 6/10 for me. My friend had the chicken parm and it was mediocre as well. Kind of wish I ordered something else. We did have the tiramishoe... we didn't know the heel was breakable and thought to just eat the cream and ice cream lol, but it was breakable. Service is phenomenal, food was decent. Although it was complimentary, the focaccia bread was almost cakey due to its density. I enjoyed the tossed Caesar salad with freshly grated Parmesan. The chicken parm was flattened nicely, making the sauce-to-chicken ratio ideal in each bite. The sauce on the rigatoni and chicken was a simple marinara, which I expected more depth from. The roasted Brussels sprouts had a likable sweet/salty balance from the pomegranate molasses. Again, the service was phenomenal. We came in with small stomachs and didn't order much. Since we were sharing, the servers were kind enough to split our entree and salad between two plates. The ambience is pleasant here in the afternoon. I've become a really frequent flier of Bottiglia lately. I can't get enough of their brunch. It's my absolute favorite. And lately, they've really been stepping it up and added some live entertainment and a "farmers market" type of vibe with a few vendors. My girlfriends and I came in on a Saturday and they had a jewelry shop set up as well as a hat company where you can pick your own patches for trucker hats, which was so cute. Of course for brunch, we had to do it properly. I've been seeing them advertise that espresso martini tree, so I knew we had to get it. It was $85 for 12 mini espresso martini drinks!!! Soooo cute and the drinks were delicious! Espresso martinis have really become my new favorite bevvy. To eat, I decided to go with the rigatoni alla vodka and I added chicken for some protein. It was literally so good. I'm still dreaming about that pasta. I wanted to eat the entire thing but held back so I wouldn't overeat too much haha. Our server was outstanding! My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and had the best time. The restaurant is absolutely stunning. It's so pretty and we were able to get nice seating near the bar which made it convenient for my bottomless mimosas. I made reservations about a week ahead of time and have been SO excited to try. We came on a Sunday for brunch and it was so hard to decide what to order. After some consideration I opted for the chicken parm and my husband the turkey panini with fries. I love that the serve complimentary bread with oil because we were starving. The food was amazing and the service was great as well despite it being pretty busy. I can't wait to go back. We had such a lovely dining experience at Bottiglia inside Green Valley Casino! The space was beautifully decorated with tons of natural light, which made the atmosphere feel so warm and inviting. We came on Easter Sunday and it was packed, but we were seated right away. To start, we got fresh bread with balsamic and olive oil--so simple but so good. The crispy calamari was one of the best I've had in Vegas. True to its name, it was perfectly crispy and full of flavor. I ordered the Blackberry Mule and a Whata Peach (non-alcoholic). The mule was refreshing and strong, highly recommend it. The Whata Peach was light, sweet, and honestly perfect. For entrees, our table got the mushroom truffle tagliatelle, chicken parmesan, rigatoni alla vodka, and spaghetti with meatballs. Everything came out hot, fresh, and so flavorful. We had finished eating by the time our waiter came back to check on us, but they were so kind and patient the entire time. The only thing I'd mention is that I wish we were checked on a little more often, especially since I wanted to order a few extra things. But I completely understand since it was super busy. First of all, I need to caveat that Bottiglia sent me an offer for my birthday dinner so the meal was paid for. I am very grateful for it since it allowed me to try an amazing italian place that I definitely will come back for. They have many deals going on such as Date night Mondays with a monthly rotating menu, HH, etc and you can make a reservation easily on Opentable. Anyway, we were not sure what to expect but we ordered a bunch, it happened to be national pasta day (half off pastas) and we also got the tail end of HH. So we got the HH meatballs and pizza, Gnocchi and lobster ravioli, chicken parmesan, calamari and the tirami-shoe. The meatballs were tender and delicious, smothered in a marinara sauce. The pizza was also delicious, loved the honey, chili combo that gave it a spicy sweet kick. The calamari was probably one of the best I ve had in Vegas, the batter was light and crispy and fried perfectly. It did not feel oily or heavy, which is common in calamari but not at Bottiglia, it was execellently executed. The lobster ravioli was interesting, I loved the lobster sauce, it had the distinct lobster umami, which is great with the pasta. The ravioli was also delicious but hoped that the filling was more chunky so that there are more lobster bits. The gnocchi was literally in a cheese and tomato concoction, we didnt finish it but found meatballs when we ate it as leftovers so that was a plus haha. The tirami-shoe was sadly the only disappointing dish, it was cute and pretty, but the tiramisu did not taste very good, it was gritty slightly. I also got a birthday panna cotta, and that was delicious, the white chocolate panna cotta was light and creamy at the same time, not too sweet. In general, we were pleasantly surprised by Bottiglia, most items were so well executed that we look forward to come back next time. Bottiglia does have lots of deals so make sure you watch out for it! Full price can be a bit steep. read more

So disappointed tonight. I enjoy the food and the ambiance here, but service is always a hit or miss. We finally made it in for their Tuesday special- $1 oysters. Surprisingly, it wasn't that busy. We were a party of 3; 2 adults and 1 child with a reservation at 7:30pm. The hostess from the jump was very unwelcoming. No smile, no greeting, just a stare when she finally arrived back to the hostess stand where we had been waiting. We ended up waiting for our table in the lounge area and when our table was ready, she walked up to me, again, no expression, no pleasantries, just a "follow me." She sat us outside in their balcony area, which was nice and quaint. But it was a little warm and the flying bugs kept us company for the remainder of the dinner. We sat outside for a while with no menus, no water and somebody dropped off bread to us without saying anything. We still had no clue who our waiter was. There was a server who was assisting the two tables to each side of us. But thought it might not have been her since she failed to acknowledge us whatsoever. About 10 min later, she came to our table to bring us some menus- turns out she was our waitress for the evening. She did have to return with a kids menu after noticing we had a child with us. We ordered water and a kids soda. And once she returned with the drinks, immediately ordered the food because we had come prepared knowing what we wanted: the truffle mushroom tagliatelle, the baked gnocchi, a kids meal cheeseburger and a dozen oysters. The food took forever to come. Eventually the oysters made it to our table and they brought out the kids meal at the same time. Right after they dropped off our oysters, our waitress stopped by the table to ask if we were ready to order more oysters...maybe we looked extra hungry? But it genuinely seemed like she was oblivious to what was happening with our table whatsoever and didn't know they JUST brought the oysters to us. Which makes sense considering she wasn't the one bringing anything to our table. After that interaction, we didn't see her again until the oysters were cleared and we were once again waiting on our food. The oysters were good and tasted fresh so I ordered another dozen and asked for refills of our water. 20 min later, our main entrees arrived. The mushroom pasta was great, per usual. The gnocchi was good, but not our favorite. We finished our food and asked for a box for the gnocchi. She then proceeds to ask US if the oysters have come out yet..... lol. I asked her to cancel the oysters and bring me the check. It was now very obvious that she didn't care and she didn't know what was going on with our table. The quickest thing she did was check to see if we paid. Ugh. I love this pasta and that's what makes me come back. But the service tonight was so frustrating. Even the tables around us sounded disappointed with our server as one table had been waiting for their daughter's birthday ice cream. Our server brought them the check before she brought them their ice cream... yikes. Anyways, if you have time to spare and can tolerate the subpar customer service for a great pasta and a good oyster deal. Stop by. Otherwise, maybe try early lunch or brunch. From what I've read, the service is way better. The dinner service sucked. read more

A friend and I made 7pm reservations at Bottiglia. The place is spectacularly adorned. We were created by the host and a person that appeared to be a manager. I asked if the oysters were 1 dollar or the 1.5 that showed on the sign. The manager confirmed they were 1 dollar and they are working on updating their signage. They were able to find our reservation and quickly walked us to our table. It was steady but not slammed. We were sat for about a minute before the host brought the menus over. We then sat for about 5 minutes when our server introduced herself and said she would bring over some water. I also placed an order for 3 oysters. A few minutes later we placed our order and the oysters arrived. Super tasty and fresh so i ordered a few more. The appetizer came soon after and was very hot and tasty. Our entrees arrived soon after and were both delectable. The chicken parm was the size of the plate and would for sure feed two people. I would add this place to your to be visited list Espically on a Tuesday for 1 dollar oysters. read more

Went recently for dinner - made reservations and got seated right away. Server was great and love their salads...truly one of the best salads ever. My friend got a pasta dish and enjoyed it, as well. Great vibe & food...highly recommend. read more

I came here for a birthday celebration during brunch. We had a pretty good experience. I ordered the turkey panini. It was very good. I'd order it again. I like that it came with fries too. I forgot the name of our waiter, but other people at the table thought he looked like JT. I did not. Sorry waiter. Lol. But you were good to use today. read more
