One of the air hockey machines kept cutting off, and another one wasn't working at all. Parking is also horrible, which added extra stress before the party even started. Overall, it's a decent concept and the kids still had fun, but between the rushed schedule, the issues with activities, the parking, and the price, it wasn't the best experience.

All the guest had a great time. Fun spot. The only complaint is the heat. It gets really warm. I saw a few fan in the ceiling but that's about it. The kids were running around having fun but with the poor air circulation, they were overheating. Most of them were sweating with super red cheeks. Hoping the owner will fix the air/ or increase AC. Located on the upper level of Newpark Mall, the establishment brings a little bit of promise to the dying aura/vibes of the mall. Check in was easy but the 2 Asian females handling registers and check in process could be a lot more friendly, given the fact that their job descriptions deal with families and children. The party room was spacious and some foods/items were already set up. Juice pouches, waters, pizza, pasta, and wings were accounted for except for the fried rice & chicken nuggets. There was a lot of going back and forth regarding what was ordered and what actually arrived. The error ended up being on the businesses part and they offered to get the food within a certain timeframe or allowed for the hosts to cancel. Being that the timeline provided wasn't too bad, they proceeded with the initial food order. The rice and nuggets [which ended up being chicken strips as opposed to actual nuggets] came but a lot later than the estimated time. The party was blocked off from 1pm-3pm and with the delay in food items, eating was pushed out while everyone awaited delivery. The entire food situation was not organized well and the staff had no sense of urgency. The play area is clean but a lot smaller than I expected. The ninja warrior course was great for the older kids and the designated area across the way was great for the younger visitors- offering a small ball pit, floor piano mat, soft play area. The trampoline prohibits adult use and the usage has a max capacity of 4 kids. Nobody followed the rules and the staff didn't bother making rounds to ensure safeties. I do appreciate there being one staff member stationed at the front to allow patrons in and out. That is an extra set of eyes to prevent little ones from escaping undetected. I wouldn't come here out of free will but I'd partake should there be another party invite. My advice is keeping an eye on your kids and bring some hand sanitizer because the kiddos visiting here come equipped with runny noses and congested coughs.

She is unprofessional and no manner. The class was unstructured and was not teaching in a classroom setting. She just put the Lego and laptops on the floor so the kids will have to work independently. However, no scope of project or theme was given. It's all free build. My son has never taken any programming class so he doesn't know anything about it. So he keeps asking the teacher questions about how it works. After "too many" questions asked, she scream at him and told him to go back to his seat and do his own stuff. He got frustrated because the teacher was not helpful and not provide any guidance, so he play video games for 3 hours. He said the teacher said it's okay to play video games because it's summer time. After learning the situation on the first day, I talked to Kristy trying to find a solution and then I also went to talk to the teacher on the second day. She was showing me the program that they use on the laptop. After asked my second question trying to find out how the class was structured, she started to get mad and yell at me. She seems to get annoyed pretty easily and have no patience with kids or parents. She's already not teaching and when you ask "too many" question, she will yell at you. Please avoid at all times. Most of their classes in H.A.R.D were cancelled. Now I know why. So their class was just to provide the laptop, software and Legos. Then she gets angry if you ask question. For $330, why don't I just get the stuff at home and we can play it for longer than a month! We have spike prime at home and my son enjoys it too and do not need to get yelled at.

The prices were slightly raised this year, but overall was still a good experience. They have all sorts of pumpkins and jumpers for the kids. They even have an inflatable maze and paintball area. We definitely will be returning again throughout October and every year they continue to have it The prices of the pumpkins do go by size/weight and can get pretty pricy. I usually go for the activities and get my pumpkins elsewhere even though they have a really nice selection. Oh yea and shoutout to the service that the staff provide. We celebrated a 15th birthday here recently. Initially, I tried to call and email them. I had a few…read morequestions that I needed answered which the website couldn't provide. That resulted with no response so I was a bit hesitant. In the end, we were pressed for time so I booked online. Booking for a party of 12 and choosing the food was pretty straightforward. A week later and it's time for the birthday party. Again, I never got a response back from them other than the usual email confirmation of my event time and type. We arrive 15mins before our event and check in. They introduce us to Imane (forgive me if I misspelled it) as our coordinator. She was so nice and so friendly that I totally forgot about the skeptism that I had. She explained to us what to expect as far as bowling time, food and beverages and the arcade. She also introduced us to Efrem (again, I apologize if I misspelled it), one of the managers. We had a great conversation with him about everything. He made sure that we have everything we needed. As for the presentation.. it was more than what I expected. Chicken tenders, pizza, fries and funnel cake fries were pretty standard fare.. and 4 choices of beverages too! But they were presented so well and kept warm in chafing dishes. They had our boy's name in lights and had a full size bowling pin (to be signed) as a present for him! Great touch. Imane checked on us regularly to make sure we're not running out of anything.. and we didn't. The only thing we added were chicken wings and they were excellent as well. Overall we had an excellent experience. My initial skeptism was replaced with satisfaction. I think that we had a good value for what we paid. We all had a great time bowling and the kids enjoyed the arcade. It was a successful 15th Birthday party with much thanks to Imane, Efrem, and all the staff who made it happen.
