This is an example of games that are starting to go out of order

Wow I tried to give it another chance this place is going down hill fast, the prices they charge should have every machine working but no today more than half the machines were out of service, I thought they stopped giving the tickets out so this wouldn't happen. Also I would be mad if I booked a birthday party, which there was two different parties and not have everything up and running. Really sucks because my daughter is the one that's sad not only that the place is really mismanaged very crappy expensive experience. Two cards for 1 hour is 72$ just to have the good games turned off really sucks

My daughter had her 4th birthday party here at Chuck E Cheese. She had a blast! We got the $99.99 for 6 kids birthday and added on 6 more kids for $19.99 each. We then bought pizza, wings, fries, vegetable platter for lunch They also provide a big variety of cakes for $24.99. We all had a great time. The manager and the staff are all very friendly. My daughter lost her bracelet with all the tickets loaded in it but the manager was so nice to give her a new one with tickets. They are the best!

I really like this CEC. It's clean and pretty much all the games are in working order. Rarely are they broken. The pizza is good too. I know the store itself doesn't make the prices but I think the salad bar is overpriced. Our visits are usually an hour in a half and we almost always see Chuck E walking the floor. I'm glad you don't have to pay to play each game. You pay for a certain amount of time you want to play and all games are unlimited during that time.

Omg been 30 yrs...never...thought...I'd step foot in this place - niece birthday present (along with her charcuterie board)

The last time I stepped foot in a Chuck E Cheese was about 30 years ago so when my 9 yr old niece wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese as her birthday present, my mind was screaming "Nooooooooo!" (Chuck E Cheese head slowly spinning and pulsating) while I slowly developing tmj from clenching my teeth and fake smiling. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised or had very low expectations. The thoughts of screaming (unruly) kids, place being messy and a cesspool of germies in the ball pit with subpar pizza...though, I have to admit I liked the pizza back in the day! Good times! Maybe due to covid business has changed a bit...we went on a Sunday @1pm and wasn't too busy. :: Buy minimum of 15 points or 15 ($15) mins of time...the cashier explained if your kid plays a lot then the points is the best option :: No more tokens and now you receive a wristband with a card to scan :: No more paper tickets and winnings added to your card :: Arm stamped and checked (club style) to ensure no weirdos leave with your kid I was a little lost so have to give major props to ** JOSE **. He was manning the redemption booth, cleaning the tables, sweeping, wiping the games down and keeping the dining and gaming floor neat while we were there (1-4pm) He was very patient with the questions and showed us how to add more points for play time and helped me get a refund at the counter when the machine displayed an error Overall, staff was very helpful, managers out checking the floor, games wiped down, pizza was good, staff checks when people leave and the niece had a blast....no TMJ this day! By 4:15 it started to get busy and time to make our escape. And FYI - no more ball pit with lost bandaids to be found

Family fun! Thank you Chuck E. Cheese and Heaven for making it great!

Had a great time for daughter's 3rd birthday party. Heaven was a great party host and we are really thankful for her. Heaven was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and did everything she could to make sure we had a great time and our daughter had a fantastic birthday! Thank you Chuck E. Cheese and Heaven!

Not sure about this area outside of Chuck E. Cheese (seemed a bit sketch), but my kids (3yo toddler boy and 1yo baby girl) had a great time here for a friend's 3rd birthday. I wouldn't leave anything in sight inside your car at the parking lot to prevent break ins. Included in the private party: 1). Sit at a long table for kids to sit at to 2). Eat their pizza (it was actually good!), 3). Sip their Chuck E. Cheese plastic sippy cups for a fountain drink, 4). Play 2 hours of unlimited games with their scannable cards, which is plenty of time, 5). Take pictures, sing and dance with Chuck E. Cheese, 6). Ice cream and cake, 7). Goody bags with fun prizes, 8). Free 100pts to add to your tickets, 9). To-Go pizza and cheese bread for all the left over food, and 10). Prizes at the prize booth after playing for the games for 2 hours. The games and rides were fun for our little kids. There's also a section for more advanced games. They also stamp each person's hands to ensure when you leave, you're leaving with the correct child for extra security. The bathrooms have a lower sink for toddlers to wash their hands. My kids' two favorite rides were the mini train that they got to ride together, and the Big Rig truck game where they got to steer, turn on headlights/wipers, and pull the horn. So much fun for them!

The play structure is like an obstacle course. Several jumpers up against a wall. My kiddo enjoyed the play structure and climbing all the different areas. On my first visit staff did their job and we got in and out in a breeze. The second visit I was told only one parent could come in. Which was a bit confusing as the first visit both of us were allowed in and every family in there had both parents. Their signage says 2 adults free admission with paid child admission. So it didn't make sense to me. It was busier than the last time I visited so if capacity was the case they should advertise that on their signage. It's misleading. The second visit I just stood outside for the hour playtime watching my kid play. Staff is all up at the front handling customers and putting on wrist bands for the child and parents for when their time is up. They have special grip socks you have to wear inside which you need to purchase and repurchase if you don't bring them the second time. Staff doesn't walk around to check the space out or monitor the area. Everyone's just chilling up in the front. Parents aren't allowed inside any of the play structures so if your kiddo can't guide themselves this is not the place for them. Best for kids age 3-5. It's too small for older kids to enjoy. I'm pretty disappointed in this past visit but in the future I know even if it's not on display only ONE parent can go.

There's also no elevator, so you'll need to carry your little one up a flight of stairs. Keep this in mind if you're planning a party, especially if anyone in your group has ADA concerns. Entrance is $16 per child for a maximum of 2 hours, and honestly, two hours is more than enough. The space itself is small but perfect for little kids. It feels like they're exploring their own tiny town with all the pretend-play stations: an ice cream truck, spaceship, chef's kitchen, grocery store, laundromat, pet store/groomer, and pizza parlor. They do have a small reading area, but there are little to no books. The play area is padded, which is great for crawling children. I wasn't totally sure how often things are sanitized. There's a basket for toys that need extra cleaning, which made me wonder how frequently everything is actually wiped down if we're asked to set items aside ourselves. Party space is limited to the entrance/hardwood area. I was told the max is 20 adults and about 15 children, but I honestly can't imagine everyone fitting comfortably in that small space. Overall, it's a great spot for my kid to run around and get her wiggles out. She really enjoyed it and that's what matters most.

I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.
