We hosted my child's birthday here and I was very impressed with the ease of planning, the communication and the attention to detail of our host, Jackie. Our table was perfectly set up when we arrived, she was mindful and sensitive to our request for accommodations for my child who is sensitive to loud noises, being flexible with allowing a guest to partake in the Ticket Blaster on behalf of our birthday kiddo! We had 20 kid guests and I underestimated how many pizzas the adults would need and Jackie gladly added another large pizzas to the order for us! The facility was very clean and a lot of the games were great; I've been to some Chuck E Cheese parties at other locations where some games weren't even working. Wow I tried to give it another chance this place is going down hill fast, the prices they charge should have every machine working but no today more than half the machines were out of service, I thought they stopped giving the tickets out so this wouldn't happen. Also I would be mad if I booked a birthday party, which there was two different parties and not have everything up and running. My daughter had her 4th birthday party here at Chuck E Cheese. She had a blast! We got the $99.99 for 6 kids birthday and added on 6 more kids for $19.99 each. I've been here twice already, and it's one of my favorite Chuck E. Cheese locations. The salad bar is always clean, which I really appreciate. Also the bathroom seating areas were also clean. However, they could benefit from having security on-site. During my second visit, there was a rowdy family with 2 dogs under the table, which made the experience less enjoyable. Customer service is horrific.... If you're getting the play pass, id think again. The food is overpriced and low quality. If you have the 50% off pass, its still expensive and not better that a 5 dollar pizza. More importantly, the experience for the kids is even worse.... Most of the games are broken. There hasn't been one time I waited less than 30 minutes to upload my playpass. Managers and corporates are unwilling to make adjustments, to make sure that this is a fun place for parents and kids. I really like this CEC. It's clean and pretty much all the games are in working order. Rarely are they broken. The pizza is good too. I know the store itself doesn't make the prices but I think the salad bar is overpriced. Our visits are usually an hour in a half and we almost always see Chuck E walking the floor. This review is for a birthday party we hosted for our 4-year-old son. Easy booking and layout of pricing online. About 40 bucks for -- all you can play for 2 hours, 2 slices of pizza per kid, a drink per kid, 1 large pizza for the adults, and a goodie bag per kid. Not bad for doing 0 work on the parents' end. We've been so busy so we were so happy that Chuck E Cheese handled literally everything for us. In addition to this, the birthday kid gets 30 seconds in this epic wind tunnel where you can collect tickets. There's also a time where Chuck. E Cheese himself comes out to sing. However, we did none of the above because my son is EPIC shy and actually cried when we walked in because he saw the animatronic Chuck E. Cheese in the corner.. They let us give the wind tunnel gimmick to 2 kids in our party at the same time. The pizza was also bomb. We had cheese and pepperoni for the kids, and supreme for the adults. Everyone had such a fun time (even my super shy son) and what made it so easy for us was the help of the staff..... They were good about checking in on us and making arrangements for our party. Maybe due to covid business has changed a bit...we went on a Sunday @1pm and wasn't too busy. :: Buy minimum of 15 points or 15 ($15) mins of time...the cashier explained if your kid plays a lot then the points is the best option :: No more tokens and now you receive a wristband with a card to scan :: No more paper tickets and winnings added to your card :: Arm stamped and checked (club style) to ensure no weirdos leave with your kid I was a little lost so have to give major props to ** JOSE **. He was manning the redemption booth, cleaning the tables, sweeping, wiping the games down and keeping the dining and gaming floor neat while we were there (1-4pm) He was very patient with the questions and showed us how to add more points for play time and helped me get a refund at the counter when the machine displayed an error Overall, staff was very helpful, managers out checking the floor, games wiped down, pizza was good, staff checks when people leave and the niece had a blast....no TMJ this day! Planned my daughter's 3rd birthday party and it was a hit!!! I was helped by Joce, Antoinette and the wonderful Lily. They were all incredibly happy to help, especially Lily. Answered all of my dumb questions and helped me super quick. Party went super smoothly and all my guests were happy. This Chuck e cheese has become so much better than in the past. I have went to this one many years ago when I was a child and remembering it being so dark and uninviting, but in more recent years it's very clean, well lit, and the staff is more than happy to help. This spot has a Ninja warrior-esque area attached to the trampoline which was a big plus. A little extra, but it was definitely worth the price for all the kids to enjoy. I paid for a total of 12 kids to have unlimited play - a total of 7 kids showed up meaning I had 5 extra play cards totaling at $40 + tax per card, I asked if we could take 5 kids off my tab since the cards were unused and the play time does not start until they swipe the card ($200+ tax I should have been refunded) They told me they could not take them off my tab even though I did not pay yet & said I could use them again when I came back since the time doesn't start. So I ended up just settling - let's fast forward to this weekend when we tried to use the cards - I had to pay yet again this was at a different location (I'm not sure if this is owned by different people or what) but it made me absolutely livid. I feel like I've been lied to & taken advantage of & not to mention they're are a bunch of children working which is NONE of their fault but like why is there no adult supervisor on the floor to make sure a shift is ran smoothly? Also to make sure transactions are done properly mind you they had a hard time figuring out what u owe after I paid an online deposit for that I was charged 2x with when checking my bank statement this previous Thursday for a day I wasn't even there??? Going forward I do plan on calling and discussing my issue I would not recommend this location it's not worth it. Chucky cheese has a monthly pass that entitles you to a daily set value of points you can use, including discounts on additional points and food purchases. I try to take my kid atleast once a week and it takes us two about an hour or so to use about 100 play points. Eat their pizza (it was actually good!), 3). Sip their Chuck E. Cheese plastic sippy cups for a fountain drink, 4). Play 2 hours of unlimited games with their scannable cards, which is plenty of time, 5). Take pictures, sing and dance with Chuck E. Cheese, 6). Ice cream and cake, 7). Goody bags with fun prizes, 8). Free 100pts to add to your tickets, 9). To-Go pizza and cheese bread for all the left over food, and 10). Prizes at the prize booth after playing for the games for 2 hours. The games and rides were fun for our little kids. There's also a section for more advanced games. They also stamp each person's hands to ensure when you leave, you're leaving with the correct child for extra security. The bathrooms have a lower sink for toddlers to wash their hands. My kids' two favorite rides were the mini train that they got to ride together, and the Big Rig truck game where they got to steer, turn on headlights/wipers, and pull the horn. I had my daughters 6th birthday party here today. And we had a great time. I'm not sure what people are expecting from Chuck E. Cheese, but we had a solid party today. The check in process was easy and organized enough. The terms of the party were crystal clear. We had 25 kids, free play for 2 hours, pizza and a few pitchers of soda included as well as dip n dots and a birthday cake. The place was pretty clean considering 100s of little kids are in there each day. All the games worked. There was a pretty large selection of different games to play. I'd say the age range for the video games are good for kids about 4 to 10. A 12 year old kid probably wouldn't have much fun. The pizza was pizza. Nothing to write home about. Same with the cake. My 6 year old and all her friends had the best time. And I'm pretty satisfied. Our party host was great, She fulfilled all my requests and was polite and attentive. Again I'm not sure what people are expecting. But we had a fun time and have zero complaints. We had no warning no heads up no five minutes to know that the games were gonna be shut off on our kids while they were playing being known the manager, Lilly went behind the utility closet and pulled the plug on a bunch of kids about like 30 kids went home crying just because she felt she had the privilege to pull the plug instead of telling somebody that they were about to close and that they had only five minutes I would really recommend not to go here. Nothing out of the ordinary of what you would see in a place is packed with kids. 4. The staff was actually very friendly and accommodating. Our server was Desiree and she was awesome, totally attentive and everything came as ordered. 5. Pizza was surprisingly good. We got the thin crust and several of the specials. I also recommend the buffalo wings. 6. Planning kids bdays can be exhausting. I made the reservation for 20 kids and 20 adults, then forgot about it until the day of. And didn't have to clean up :) That in itself is a huge relief. 7. My daughter had the time of her life. Ran around, danced with Chuck E. Cheese and played with all her friends. With that all said. We found a booth in which to sit but were quickly informed by a clipboard carrying Chucky Cheese Oberst-Gruppenführer that the clean tables are reserved for those of which even more money had been extorted from and we should find a place somewhere amount the sprawl of abandoned food, toys, dreams and methinks perchance children to find our own place to sit. Rule #1: At chucky cheese the clean tables and stocked napkin dispensers are an extra $50 and advanced notice. Luckily our hate-crime against Italian culture hitherto referred to as "pizza" came out of the microwave soon after we waded into our hot garbage jacuzzi (hitherto called a "booth"). We awaited our cake with glee as our children cockroach scurried back and forth squealing like addicts between token extracting attractions. Rule #2: Pimping is indeed easy; so long as it's someone else's children and it's their parents paying. Sometime later I inquired as to our overpriced hello kitty cake, to which an employee stopped walking and eating long enough to handle our food with her unwashed hands and inform me that they still have to put the things on the sides. Normally such unhygienic food prep would render me both shocked and appalled, however the dose of penicillin I've been dosed with slurping my way into the booth insures I'm safe from any common infections buboes not withstanding. I've only to fear the more antibiotic resistant strains from walking into this carpeted petri dish days to weeks from now. Rule #3: Prepare the food as such that Gordon Ramsey himself is unable to sufficiently swear, this keeping bad reviews to a minimum. While normally I would recommend burning this four walled giant "eff you" to God and civilization to the ground, this place has made me reconsider my previous disbelief in fire resistant strains of mrsa. I asked for water for my 2 kids and was told they only have cone shaped paper cups- how is a child supposed to put their water on the table and eat - especially a 2 yr old- when it's cold shaped- no lid no straw.
