Pizza 4/5
Nhue G.

Chuck E. Cheese is a good place to take kids to, especially when it gets cold and dark in the winter. They also have good deals on monthly passes if you're able to go more often. I did notice that some games at this location are broken, and haven't been fixed or some time, hence the lower rating. They do seem short staffed, but workers work hard here. Every so often, I'd see someone wiping down the machines and making sure things stay clean. Food-wise: * Pizza 4/5 - Pizza is nice and crispy here and tasted as expected. Get the bigger size as the personal size is very small and not good value. * Cheesy bread 3/5 - Okay, a bit bland. * Buffalo Chicken wings 3.5/5 - Tasted like Tyson's frozen buffalo wings. Not bad, but nothing special. * Fries 1/5 - These were not crispy. They also tasted very starchy and undercooked.

Great place for kids! But the games were not giving as much tickets as it deserved. The max tickets you get per game is 3 which is nothing compared to the prizes. The games were fun but some seemed broken. There was a paid playhouse for the kids which only they can go in. Parents stay outside and watch. The zombie game was the best!

Terrible French Fries

My family and I ordered the combo with two pizzas, 6 drinks and what was supposed to be the cookie pizza. Unfortunately they did not tell us they were out of the cookie pizza they instead gave us fries. We asked if instead we could get a discount on another item but they said no. The manager was very rude and when the fries came out there was hardly any. This didn't seem like a good alternative for the cookie because the fries were poorly made and were so little. The tables could be cleaned better because there were hardly any clean seats available and the ones that were had sticky juice and soda residue.

Came here for the first time in years. I brought my 3 kids and 1 of their friends. They were so excited. My mom was with me. We paid for 60 minute time cards. Ask if we needed a card and we were not informed about the $1 charge for each card and $2 with the waistband. I know it's not much, but it would be best to let people know about these things and not just charging without warning. My mom ordered fries for the kids. It was $5 and it was barely anything plus, they were burnt. Very disappointed. I was curious about the new trampoline area but we were not told about how it works at all. Luckily, my kids didn't seem too interested so it was fine but the workers don't seem to really care about customers at all. The games could use some maintenance and upkeep. It was clean when we were there, but it was hard explaining to little kids why so many games they wanted to play together weren't working. I think it's pricey for there to be so many downstairs.

Terrible fries that definitely weren't fried but still burnt. Super dry too.

Place is okay if you have a toddler and need a place for them to roam ..it doesn't have as many things as other locations but it's clean. I ordered fries and they were most likely oven baked or airfried, definitely not fried. Most of the ends were burnt and inedible, portion was tiny too. Took almost 30 minutes even though there was nobody there. Definitely not worth the money or time.

DO NOT ORDER THE PERSONAL PIZZA!!!! Do not order the personal pizza unless you are ordering for 1 kid the pizza is smaller then my hand and I had to go up to get my pizza the buzzer never rang and the pizza was ice cold when I got it the management is awful and rude except for the guy making the pizza he was very apologetic and the man at the service counter was rude and rushing me to order the personal pizza was $13 which is insane I can get better portions for $13 at the 7/11 across the street.

Supper clean :) Garden Grove Location

Back after another year. Great service. Remodeled once again so supper clean. As always the Manager and the other hosts were amazing and the Pizza and Salad Bar were all so delicious. You can never go wrong with Chuck E Cheese Pizza as a food option.

This place is not the cleanest and the staff seems bored and uninterested in being PRESENT! cold ass pizza flat soda. BAD EXPERIENCE!

If I could give zero stars I would. The food sucks and is over priced. The games suck also. Will not go to again.

Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.

My kids are still pretty small so I follow them but bigger kids can just explore with you feeling confident that they are contained and safe. Great spot. Totally recommend.

The two examples they had to try out in the store had poor responses to their controllers; Antonio informed us that they're broken. When I mentioned that that is not a great way to sell their products, he said he isn't going to change them out until they're completely useless because kids just keep messing them up. I responded that this isn't a good testament to their quality. He continued the conversation with a slight bitterness about how children play so I stopped; kids are the main reason for your source of income- you should probably be nicer (I did not say this to him though I wanted to). The quality overall was quite low (everything is plastic!) so we opted to build models instead. The girl who showed us that was enthusiastic and helpful. We spent over 150$ on our custom vehicles; I got cool skull accessories on my truck. This store is better if you want to throw a party than to leave with a toy that will last. There's cheaper RTR and kits with far better quality than this place carries. Pros: - great location/around other activities - free parking for the first hour - clean and bright shop Cons: - pricey for low, low quality - no monster truck builds available - not truly kid-friendly

Just from visiting this spot a couple times on separate occasions, I would definitely consider this…read morethe best indoor spot I have ever seen for a toddler. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.
