Glad this place opened up so we no longer have to visit the Westminster or Cerritos locations. Spacious, clean and well lit. Gets very busy at all hours especially weekends. We have an annual pass so it helps to save money since 1 kid comes at least 1-2 times per month. We also get a discount at the concessions area since dibs and ice cream are cheaper with annual membership pass. Can only wear sky zone socks here. 2 hours of play per day as a member. Good spunky music. Great way to let out some energy. read more

I would avoid this Skyzone at any cost. It used to be our favorite. But management has gone downhill. My son had been punched in the head multiple times and hit in the head multiple times. No children were written up or stopped. The employees see it and do nothing. I've had at least 10 talks with management and they make zero changes. This location makes their own rules that don't follow that of any other Skyzone's. They have discriminatory conduct. Their employees just stand and gossip rather than clean. Their bathrooms are filthy pig sty's. Their counters don't get cleaned. I've come back the next day and same crumbs and stains. Their food court is overpriced and mostly the food tastes and looks awful. The employees are reckless and gossip rather than watching kids. All of the Skyzone's employ high schoolers. This one tries to use that as an excuse. Other locations it's like a family when we go there and they treat you like gold. This one doesn't care to train their employees or use their whistles to keep kids safe and educated. They will scream or go off of hear say instead, if they do anything. But mainly the employees are zombies that look everywhere but at the kids and gossip with their friends. Other locations of Skyzone are family oriented. This location makes me feel anxious every time I go in there. We've been here well over a hundred times at this point and I've seen this location at every level. The direction they are headed is for this location to be run down just like Westminster. The employees don't care about the kids or the park..mainly just collecting a paycheck. Their party's are not worth the price. Worst customer service of any Skyzone. One front desk agent at my gym around the same age, same area, does more than 10 of their employees. If I was the owner of this location, I would be appalled with my investment on every level. Truly an awful place. Unprofessional on every level. Beautiful exhibits which are getting destroyed by lack of care and responsibility. It's sad to watch really. No one respects the facility. Today when we went there wasn't a single employee visible on the floor watching kids or guiding them. They also have stairs which are hazardous and I was told by one of their managers they "are not required to help kids up there any more on their zip line or swing " they changed their policy and if I was worried about the kids that are not mine, I can go help them myself. Mind you at the time I'm watching 4 to 5 years lean out with an adult size swing pic to grab a swing and almost fall from ledges. They have zero accountability here and will blame a kid versus themselves so keep that in mind should you visit. They really don't care. But when I have tried to play with my son at this Skyzone I have gotten yelled at. Just lots of very contradictory info every time you talk to any employee or manager. Been here several times now. When it's not crowded its good for the kids to burn some energy. I have a toddler and 7 yr old. Pros: its fairly new and its big. Cons: when its crowded (ie Sat afternoon) not fun too many kids and the place is dirty. Also, not a lot of supervision by the staff members. I saw a boy pushing other kids off the jousting area (not with the padded stick thingy - but aggressively pushing kids off with his hands) and a little kid hit his head. Staff member saw it and didn't say anything to the boy pushing ppl off. A bystander jumped in and told the boy pushing to stop. I booked a Mega Party for my kid there. We booked 2 connecting rooms since we had a large party. I'd give them 3 stars for parties. -1 star because they told us we could set up our party room 15 mins early from when our party time starts. We showed up the 15 mins early but the party before us was still in our rooms. We didn't get into the room until 15-20 mins after party was supposed to start... Suggestion to Management: Give a bigger cushion between parties or do a better job of kicking out the ppl before so the room is ready for the next party. And although our host was nice and trying to be helpful he wasn't actually all that helpful. We had to ask for refills of drinks multiple times, he didn't serve the kids pizza, or help serve the cupcakes, we had to ask for the party favors in which they were supposed to get bottles and stickers (all of that was supposed to be included in the package). They only received bottles and since we had to request them, he put them out late like when the party had ended, so not all the kids got one. So -1 star for that. My family and I love to bring the kids here to burn off energy, fun times. Staff is friendly, facility is clean. My only complaint and concern is that the sink water temperature is extremely hot, abnormally hot!! It burns. I brought this to the attention of staff and manager multiple times. Located in Bella Terra upstairs from World Market. There's a side entrance on the left, take the escalator up to the second floor. Inside has high ceilings and it's not just all trampoline. You have zip line, slides, obstacles, ball pit, trampoline basketball, interactive video games. Plenty of couches and seating for adults around each area. There are paid massage chairs. An arcade that cost extra. We came for a birthday party in one of the rented rooms. We were given two hours. First hour the kids got to play and second hour the staff would use the loud speaker to call the kids back for food. There were two packages. We picked the second package which allowed for outside food to be catered in. We brought our own food for the adults but ordered pizza from Sky Zone for the kids. The service was awesome. After he called for the kids to arrive, the pizzas came in a cart. He had on gloves and asked each kid what they wanted and served them a slice. Afterwards, he boxed up the extra pizza for the family. There's a giant timer on the wall to make sure you don't go past your time. Prior to the reservation, all the guests including observers were emailed a waiver. If you want to participate then you'll need to wear their socks. Sky Zone has come a long way and this is one of the upgraded venues that is not all about jumping and it's pretty cool. read more

I would not recommend this place at all I got here with my grandkid, I request to buy a soda, the fountain for wasn't working and soda fountain they had work was for parties only than I had to complain to lead or a manager to get a soda. This location has a lot of potential for retention due to the Westminster mall location closing. This location definitely has newer equipment, and given that it's one of the few indoor location play places in HB, there is good potential for retention as long as they maintain everything well on cleanliness. Do your waiver before you check in, there's a QR code at the door so you can't miss it. The line is long so if you're able to do as much as possible before getting in line you'll probably save a ton of time due to the jump time being by the hour or two hours. For parties, there's a separate check in which was helpful since I did the waiver as I walked over to the party counter. Was here for a birthday party, and as I expected, you do not want to be late due to a 2 hour party limit. We were one of the first party guests to arrive and I'm glad we did. You are required to utilize their sky grip socks which were thankfully included in the party guests. I had my own grip socks as the observing adult and no one cared thankfully since I wasn't jumping. The party was for a 6 year old, which is the minimum recommended age for this facility to not have to be supervised by an adult constantly. The sky zone party host did what they could to make sure everything went well. Since I had a good idea how these parties work, I checked in that for a 2:15 party, the food was going to be served at 3:15. And then we had the party room/jump time til 4:15. It's very important that you note these times as a party guest otherwise the kids will be too excited to jump and miss their food window. And once the food window ends it's roughly time to clean up and jump time ends when the party ends. My reason for 1 star off is because I feel like this place would benefit from having a toddler area or kids 5 and under area. That's the age that really needs to play and get their energy out, and this would not appeal for families that don't have all their children 6 and older to come. So at the end of the day, this facility is only recommended if all your children are in the correct age range to run freely. I do see previous reviews of rude staff, I personally did not experience this as a party guest. Since this location is new I could understand a lot of heated interactions, But I think it's important to note that they do appear to have a decent amount of staff in the jump areas monitoring the environment to be safe for all guests. We celebrated our son's 9th birthday here for the first time. We chose the epic party package. Had the open space area which I prefer. It just seemed more spacious than the rooms. I brought my own decor & portable outlets. Got many compliments on that. But then of course kids would come into the area to touch the inflatables. I'm just looking at the parents, like aren't you going to say something? More kids were coming into the area & asking if they can have some treats. Ending up giving them some because I had extra. Adults were also coming in to throw away their trash. I feel like a closed off door or gate would be nice so people know, please do not enter unless you're part of this party. Parking was HORRIBLE, lol. I came early like 30 mins ahead of time to find parking and also to check in the kids. I was hauling a cooler, 4 kids, & some food. I had to park closer to Kohls. There's an elevator outside to the left of the escalators. Although, the restrooms are new they lack cleanliness. Toilet paper everywhere. People don't know how to flush. I just walked back out & waited to use my restroom at home. My host was David, kudos to him he was amazing! If I have another party here again I hope to get him. Although, I'm on top of things. He did many tasks without me asking. I even forgot the ice cream cake & he called me the next day to grab it. Tipped him well & even gave him a plate of food. He was attentive, calm, polite and I didn't have to constantly ask for anything. He served all the kids and took care of us in the room. I have visited Sky Zone many times at the Westminster Mall location, and this was my first visit to the Huntington Beach location since the Westminster Mall closed. I came with my two children and had two VIP passes--one from the Westminster location and one from Huntington Beach. The front desk staff member, Brett, informed me that he could only accept the Huntington Beach pass and not the one from Westminster. This was confusing, as staff from the Westminster location had previously told me that I would be able to use my pass at the Huntington Beach location after the closure. I asked to speak with a manager, and Noah Jefferson came over. He apologized but stated multiple times that he could not accept the Westminster pass and that there was nothing he could do. I respectfully asked if a one-time exception could be made due to the misinformation I had received, but he again declined and walked away. I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. Since my three-year-old son was excited to play, I ended up purchasing a day pass for him. I don't عادة make complaints, but I feel this situation could have been handled differently. Given that both locations are part of the same company, I would expect consistent policies or some level of accommodation, especially when misinformation was provided by another location. Threw my kids birthday party here and sprung for the $500 package. Totally worth it! We've been to a lot of trampoline parks that we've even gotten sick at just from the uncleanly environment, but not here; this spot is so clean. Our package came with our own party attendant. We didn't have to set up a thing. They provided table cloths, table decorations, plates, cups, napkins, pizza and sodas and the party person even served all of the guests. They even do take down. My granddaughter visited for the very first time. She's only a few years old, and she was so scared that she didn't want to jump at all. She clung to me and wouldn't leave my side. Then Kris -- one of the associates and truly one of the sweetest people I've met -- noticed what was happening. She gently stepped in, started chatting with my granddaughter, and offered her a sticker just to break the ice. Kris asked her softly if she was feeling afraid, and my granddaughter nodded. With so much patience and kindness, Kris told her, "If you try just a little jump, I'll give you another sticker." That tiny bit of encouragement made all the difference. By the time we left, my granddaughter was smiling, laughing, and having the time of her life. Thank you, Kris. I heard a lot about Sky zone and finally decided to purchased the Elite membership to take my son out. It was our first time, I wasn't sure where in Bella Tera is Sky zone so I called to confirm. Ha! A staff picked up and told me it's next to Fogo De Chao. I was thinking to myself Fogo De Chao is a free standing restaurant? Where can they possible fit this trampoline in between WholeFoods? Lol. The place was huge. The staff who stand near the slides were so nice and helpful until we literally got stop by apparently "the manager" who told us we need to leave as our time was expired an hour ago. He was rude, he acted like my 3 years old son and I are sneaking around the park for free or something. I told him, I purchased the elite and it's not unlimited? I have it on my phone but he insisted that he needs to look in the computer system bc my membership agreement wasn't not good enough. Told him thats fine we will head out then, went to grab our things and went to the counter showed him the same thing on my phone earlier. His respond was you supposed to have a purple wrist band. Then he blah blah some more then bye have a good night like get out of here tone of voice. I am thinking Oh ok! Next time, I'll go behind the counter and get a purple wristband. We came here for a birthday party and it's spacious and check in was so easy! The party room was spacious! Our kids loved the basketball trampoline activity and the dodgeball. I've been to many sky zones in the past, but this absolutely takes the cake. The attractions that they have blow other sky zones out of the water. Their monthly membership value is almost too good to be true, but it's true! You literally get to come all month (almost unlimited time frames) for the price of one single visit. The only reason I don't have the membership is because I have an under two year-old and I don't think I'll use it that much, but if you have a school age child, you would absolutely use this membership all month long. Definitely worth at least one visit to see if it works for your family, and I'm 100% sure that it will. Its also nice to do some jumping as an adult :) makes you feel like a kid again :) read more

Incompetent and would clearly rather chit chat with each other than do their jobs. The safety of the children should be their first priority. This is our second time here, and we are impressed. There is plenty of seating for adults throughout place, including couches and tables. It was kept clean by staff wiping tables and vacuuming. The staff is well trained and friendly. I notice that they engage the kids while still enforcing safety. My son loves that there is a bigger open space to jump than the former Westminster location. Kevin gave me a tour of all of the party rooms and answered my questions about parties, as we are considering having my son's birthday here in December. Brandon answered all of my question about the facility and the attractions and was so helpful. Frankie checked the kids in and helped with signing us up as members. My little brother loves Sky Zone and we come here often, so we decided to host his birthday party here. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disorganized and frustrating, especially for a place that hosts birthday parties regularly. We booked the highest Elite/Mega party package, which included 10 free jumpers, and we called both the day before and a few hours before the reservation to confirm everything. We had a large group (about 15-18 people), and 2 of the jumpers already had memberships, meaning they should NOT have counted toward the 10 included jumpers. This was explained and confirmed with staff before arriving. When we checked in, one employee was initially helpful, but things quickly became confusing. We were told we had already maxed out our jumpers and would need to pay extra, which we later realized was incorrect. When we tried to clarify, we were sent back and forth between two employees who gave contradicting information, acted confused despite us explaining the same thing multiple times, and eventually started giving us attitude as if we were the problem. At one point, an employee even claimed he didn't know what we were talking about--despite confirming our situation minutes earlier. The lack of communication and professionalism was shocking, especially considering this involved kids and a birthday party. We were extremely lucky that one of our cousins knew an employee there, who stepped in, apologized on their behalf, and fixed the situation. If not for him, we likely would've been charged extra for jumpers that were already included in our package. To make things worse, we noticed every other birthday party had their water bottles and goody bags prepared, while ours did not. These were included in our package, yet we had to ask for them ourselves. No one explained anything or apologized. Only one employee treated us with kindness and checked on us throughout the party. Everyone else seemed annoyed and dismissive. The experience left the adults frustrated, which took away from what should've been a fun day for my little brother. He still loves Sky Zone, but we would never host another birthday party here again. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the one helpful employee. The rest of the staff clearly need better training in communication, customer service, and how to treat families--especially kids. read more

I recently signed up for a monthly membership at Sky Zone after a friend had a good experience. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff member who assisted me did not have a name tag, and another manager would not provide his name. I later learned from another staff member that his name was William. When I signed up, I was told my membership included a free guest pass; however, I was not given a physical guest pass or informed that one was required. During check-in for the jump, William was unhelpful and refused to allow my guest to jump because we didn't have a physical pass. He also walked away mid-conversation and denied ever assisting me with the membership. His behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional. After the jump, I went to find another manager named Kelly. She was very kind and professional and was able to cancel my monthly membership at the counter in person. I appreciated her help, especially since I had received conflicting information about canceling memberships from other staff. While I appreciate Kelly's excellent customer service, this overall experience with other staff does not encourage me to return after my current month ends. read more

me and my 4 kids love it here, we have monthly passes. however, we have to pick what times to avoid the place. there's an elderly woman, named KRIS, that works there. KRIS' seemingly whole point of existence is to show up anytime there's a group of children having too much fun. she will surely stop it. I understand there's rules and they should be kept but this lady should be called the wicked witch of skyzone. she seeks kids out to scold. the rest of the workers there are awesome and they also enforce the rules, but in ways that are appropriate and child friendly. they help the kids understand the rules better to assist them in having fun. Horrible experience...came today to let my kids burn off all their energy. Didn't know that you need to make an appt here just to come in and have my kids enjoy some time jumping around!!! So we had passes that the "manager" gave us last time, showed up and asked about how to use them. Because it was so busy he said to get in line and at a certain time he will call us and we can go in. So we waited for about 20-25 min. Once we got in we had to get in another line to get wristbands and check the waivers and everything. The guy at the desk tells me that we can't use the passes they gave us because they are at "maximum capacity"!!! And I needed an appt to get in. I told him that no one said anything about an appt. I told him I had spoken to the "manager" who gave me the passes last time and he didn't tell me to go online and make an appt he just said wait till x time and then you can come in. This whole time my sons are anxious and waiting to have fun. So they went to talk to someone else and another man comes and says that he can't let us in cause I need an appt. I explained the situation again but they wouldn't let us in. So we essentially wasted about 30-45 min standing in line for nothing. read more

I had a really frustrating experience at Skyzone in Huntington Beach. I went on Sunday with friends at 2:45 and had purchased our tickets online ahead of time. We had to select a time slot, so technically we did have reservations. However, when we arrived, the worker told us they were only letting people in with reservations--which made no sense because that's exactly what we had. On top of that, they still made us wait much longer and told us we wouldn't be allowed in until around 3:30-4:00. We didn't have that kind of time and this was never clearly communicated beforehand. The whole situation was handled very poorly, and the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, the lack of organization and poor customer service completely ruined the experience. I wouldn't recommend this place if you value your time or expect clear communication. read more

This location is clean, has friendly and accommodating staff and enough options to keep kids of all ages engaged and having fun! Birthday parties here are always a hit! The membership price is well worth it too! I love seeing little kids, big kids, kids of all abilities, and families able to play in the same space! Everyone here is attentive, but I have a great respect for a woman named Kris. When she is working I know that no matter how busy they are, my children will be well looked after. She is a mama bear to all the kids, no matter what age. She is caring and fair. She makes sure little kids follow the rules but have fun doing it. She also enforces the rules with the older kids, who MOST of the time are conscientious of the littles around them, but some get too rowdy or rough and she ensures that they are safe as well as the others around them. I have seen kids get hurt on the trampoline as well as on king of the hill, when she wasn't working, which is expected to happen on occasion. My 3 Daughters attempted to attend the grand opening on Saturday morning and arrived hours early to wait in line, grown adukts kept cutt8ng in line in front of them. Then a manager told them he would be ending the line after them and instructed his staff to get their wristbands. My youngest was ecstatic to finally get in, all girls geared up in sky zone socks and shirts and ready. 39 more minutes go by, a staff member returns telling them it was a mistake they have reached capacity for free admissions and they aren't going to be admitted. My 6 year old begins crying, while that same staff member pulls wristbands from his pocket abd begins handing them to his friends in line farther behind my kids . My teen asks for the manager. The manager returns reluctantly and even a patron behind them stands up for them trying to help my daughter explain that they should keep their word and not make promises to kids they can't keep. The manager offers zero consolation and says well you can be 1st paid customer and walks away rudely. The staff continues to be rude no matter how hard my daughter tried to act mature and explain. I receive a devastated phone call from my teen crying hysterically that she disappointed her 6 year old sister after making her get up so early, ride her bikes, and after everyone cutting in front of them in line, a manager outwardly lying to them, they waited so patiently only to be let down for all their hard work getting there. My teen tells me- " see mom, im convinced there are little to no good people left in the world, we're not paying to get into a place that didnt value us." Now my kids vow them and their friends will never give their money to a place like that ever. So disappointing. Why even tell my kids your getting their wristbands only to let them down? Horrible customer service. The least you could have done would have been to compensate them for a future visit etc coming from working in customer service in my past myself. The rude treatment and complete disregard for kids feelings is disgraceful. We were looking forward to getting passes for our family, kids and their friends but nevermind. read more
