My kid was able to enjoy the splash pad all to herself. There's an outdoor shower right by it as well to rinse off. The splash pad was interactive and fun. There are various swing sets here of different styles fit for different ages. There was ample parking. Many of the areas are shaded. The bad: We came upon opening hours and the gate wasn't open yet. People opened it around 7 minutes late. My husband and I were about to leave but luckily stood around trying to make phone calls for long enough that someone eventually came and opened the gate. The play area is turf and surrounded by picnic tables and Adirondack chairs, with plenty of shade. The design is thoughtful and makes for a great place to spend an afternoon. The parking is free and right next to the play area. It feels secluded and somehow also right in the middle of everything. The only thing missing is a bathroom and while I understand that it's prevent homeless people from moving in, it does limit the amount of time that anyone can hang out here (especially with littles). The previous…read moremost recent review was over a year ago when I researched this park so I was unsure if the splash pad was working at all this summer, and when I called there was no answer. The park and splash pad were OPEN. We came around 1p. There were plenty of tables with benches for parents to sit and watch the kids play. There are also two large playgrounds and 3 pickleball courts. There is security in the splash pad area. Fun spot. Definitely recommend if you have young children who love the water.

The splash pad area is gated inside the blue fence. It opens from noon to 5 and water shuts off 15…read moreminutes prior. There's a restroom in the same area. All the kids were barefoot but if you're afraid of stepping in things or slipping, I would recommend water shoes. No food or drinks allowed. No to pets. Plenty of street parking. It's seasonal and open starting Memorial weekend to Labor Day. There are 5 picnic benches and 7 park benches. 4 of those benches will be in the wet zone. There were two staff on duty. Make sure when you change your little ones, to do so in the restroom for safety reasons.
