When it's raining, you're tired of long queue times, looking for a place with a clean bathrooms, reserved/open play courts, & more level structured play, this is definitely a great place to visit! Have come here for reserved courts with friends a few times & loved my experiences each time, especially being able to play with friends specifically & get back to back games that you can't get with recreational play at a park sometimes. I played here for a team event recently and while it was spacious, I wasn't a fan of the setup as the walkways were super narrow and it was difficult to navigate around the courts. Also, the courts had no dividers between them so lots of "ball on" moments during competitive matches. Court surface doesn't seem that great compared to other indoor facilities. Also, there are no enough seating areas and I found myself having to scour places to sit (it was a long day and I was there for 5+ hours!) However, staff is super friendly and welcoming so you will get great customer service. If you're in the area, check out this place to get some games in but know that the setup may make your games more challenging to play since there's no separation between the courts. read more

I think all the outside heat and the body heat all get trapped in, even though large fans are running and garage doors are open for ventilation. I hope they use A/C for hot days, though that may be costly... - Because of the intense indoor heat, I was downing lots of fluids, bottle after bottle. My wallet wasn't happy, but gotta do what I gotta do to keep my game up. B-) + They also have a separate room for kids to safely play while their parents pickle each other. . Free cold water may or may not be available inside this facility. Ask the staff. - Only one restroom. - Only two courts are open-play. Almost all the rest are prioritized for reservation. . Many of the people on the open-play courts are beginners. + But thankfully the day we went there were not many open-players, so we only had to wait a good ~10 min for our next game. 4 on 4 off. + Ample parking, front and rear. + Conveniently located right off the 405. Pickleball Escape is such a fun indoor place to test your skills, get a great workout, and meet new people! The staff here are super helpful and friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. The facility is very clean and well kept. My only wish is that they had AC, but they do have plenty of fans to keep air moving. I've only been playing pickleball for 8 days and already find myself playing 3-5 hours at a time--it's that addicting and fun! If you're looking for a fun pickleball experience with professional and well-trained staff, I would recommend going elsewhere. I recently visited this facility to play pickleball and was shocked to be told that it would be my last day there before being banned. The situation stemmed from the staff failing to inform us that a private event was scheduled and that we would need to leave early. Had we been told this before paying, we could have made an informed decision. After only being able to play for about an hour, I requested a refund since the $20 entry fee hardly seemed justified. Unfortunately, I was only given a partial refund. The employee at the front desk claimed that she had informed us about the event beforehand, which was simply not true. What made the situation even more frustrating was that several other customers around six in total also stated that they had never been informed, yet management chose to believe the employee over all of us. The entire experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. Between the lack of communication, inadequate customer service, and unwillingness to make things right, it seemed like collecting customers' money was a higher priority than providing a positive experience.I will not be returning and would not recommend this facility to others. TLDR: Poor communication, poor customer service, and an unfair refund policy. We were not told about a private event before paying, were forced to leave early, and only received a partial refund. Management sided with staff despite multiple customers saying they were never informed. I would not recommend this facility. read more

My entire party of 6+ people came into Pickleball Xscape intending to do open play. When our party which entered in groups of two came, I personally was the first to arrive. We were greeted then asked if we were there for open play or reserve. Never were we told of a scheduled event not even 2 hours after we payed our entrance fee of $20 and purchased a $200+ Paddle. The staff is in-attentive and forgot to tell us having us instead find out through WORD OF MOUTH. When we asked for a refund the staff who helped us was contacted and said she'd told us. OF COURSE SHE WOULD SHE WOULD'VE GOTTEN IN TROUBLE. We were offered 1/2 Credit of our $300+ expenditure and given harsh pushback. Thanks for taking down my previous review because I openly shamed their business, ideology, and overall scumminess. Updates on my Review: my entire party including myself have been permanently banned from Pickleball Xscape due to this one star review which we left. After you leave a one star review don't even think about coming back for redemption because the only thing awaiting you is extremely passive aggression service and a ban in the back pocket. These workers only view you as a number and not a person, you're just the next person they'll power trip on if you don't conform and call them out. Whilst coming back we were confronted for our one-star review and asked "Will you change it." There was no change nor shift in THEIR attitude towards our party when we'd never been aggressive with the front staff aside from defending ourselves. We do have connections with a couple of staff which is how we found out they planned to kick us off the premises even after we'd payed our full $20 (this is a separate incident from the first) then subsequently banned on our third visit. I had such a great experience at these indoor pickleball courts! It has 11 courts that are all well-lit and easy to play on. The owners are incredibly nice and very attentive! You can tell they really care about creating a welcoming and fun environment for everyone. I've been coming consistently for about three weeks now and I'm genuinely impressed with the facility and the outstanding staff. The employees here are incredibly friendly and truly care about the members; it doesn't feel like just a business chasing revenue. They genuinely invest in our experience and keeping everything pristine. There's constantly staff cleaning everywhere, from the outside areas to the courts and bathrooms, and I've even seen them meticulously spraying down the handrails. Very Disappointing Experience with the Owner and Poor Facility Management We have been playing at this court for almost two months, and today we had the worst experience ever with the owner. We will never come back again. We always follow the rules and check in before entering. Sometimes the gate is closed, sometimes it's open. My husband and I usually come together. Today, we entered at the same time, and I stayed at the front desk to check in for both of us. While I was spelling my name for the staff (because they couldn't spell it correctly), my husband slightly opened the gate just to see which court our friends were on. He did not go past the front desk area -- he was just waiting for me to finish checking in. At that moment, the owner saw him open the door and very rudely told him to stop. My husband politely explained that he knew the rules and was only waiting at the door. The owner was very unfriendly and acted as if we were breaking a serious rule. Even after I finished checking in properly, my husband asked, "Can I go in now?" and the owner didn't even respond. Later, when we were about to enter the court, the owner called our friend (who pays for the membership) and said that if we showed this kind of "attitude," we wouldn't be allowed to play there anymore. We were shocked by how rude and disrespectful he was, especially to returning customers who have played here many times. We decided to leave immediately. Another major inconvenience is the court setup itself. There are no nets separating each court, so balls constantly roll over from one court to another, and players have to stop and pick them up. It's very distracting and unsafe. On top of that, even after paying for a court, staff have asked us to move to another court in the middle of a game just to "save electricity" when other players have left. That is extremely unprofessional. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. We believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect and that a paid facility should be managed more professionally than this. read more

I'm so glad this place opened near my house. This is the largest indoor pickleball court I've ever been to. It is such a family friendly place. They have claw machines and a party room that you can rent out. I'm definitely gonna be throwing my next birthday party here. Love all the facilities this place includes.
