Really disappointing experience with the front desk staff on Sunday around 3 PM. We had been coming…read morehere almost every day this summer, but unfortunately, this was our last day. From the moment we arrived, the employee was unnecessarily rude and militant about having us sign in. When we asked how to do it, he barely helped us and showed no interest in actually assisting us. Later, our friend arrived late and was yelled at by the same employee, who told him, "You can't read?" while pointing at a sign. When my friend confronted him about the way he was spoken to, there was still no apology. The courts were fine, but the customer service was incredibly unpleasant. It felt like a power trip rather than basic customer service. After coming here almost every day this summer, it's disappointing that this was our last visit. We won't be coming back.

I was originally…read morelooking to sign up for a session where there was rain predicted, and emailed them asking about their rain policy. I never received a response, so I decided not to sign up and risk it. A couple of months later some other friends were signing up so I joined with them. We played the advanced beginner league which had a pretty wide array of skill levels playing. The fun of a ladder league is that after the first session you are playing with people at about your level, so you can have some very fun and challenging games. The lady who was running our league was very nice and created a fun environment for our play. We did end up getting rained out for two sessions, and they extended the league by two weeks to make up for it. However, the owners didn't contact everyone in the group to let us know about the cancellation, so both times people showed up expecting the league only to find it had been cancelled that week. The rankings which were uploaded to the website weekly were also wrong the second week and never uploaded the third week, so it was hard to track our progress. The courts are permanent and in good condition, so they were nice to play on and we made some new friends. Overall it was a fun experience, but the administration of the league really a lot of room for improvement.

Don't expect anyone to be there on time! The last 3-4 weeks, consistently 10-20 minutes late (and NO, they don't adjust the time you reserved your court!). For the last year (maybe even longer), the back courts 19, 20, 21 have been reserved for instruction. This past week, our group had been warming up on courts 13-15 (after getting on the courts after 0830). Ten minutes later, Coach Shelly comes over and tells us we have to move because her classes take priority and her reserved courts are wet at the baseline, but we can play on them!! What a joke for a "professional" instructor! For me, this is the last straw! The management of these courts, is incompetent, has no professionalism and should be replaced. Much better courts and people and teaching pros at a facility very close by; sorry but you will have to find them on your own, courts are too crowded! ;-) Too bad these courts are being ruined by Coach Shelly and whomever else is in charge!

The only negative for me is that there is no AC! That was really disappointing, because the whole reason I scheduled for an indoor court was to have AC on a hot day. The indoor courts are nice and clean. It also does get pretty echo-y inside with all the ball hitting. The only ventilation are the doors being opened and some fans, but it does get hot inside. There are total of 8 courts. The lobby is friendly and it's easy to buy and signed a waiver to play. There are paddle racks, but most drop in plays they place on certain tables. They have reservations, coaching, social events. Also there are some TV in the middle playing FIFA World Cup 2026. There is private party room and also restroom. Most people are Vietnamese, but it's friendly environment. It's a good place to play if you have at least 1 partner or with a group of 4. The levels are pretty mixed. Most top players just play with their groups like in the public. It's fun and I love the food and coffee around here. You can order or buy food and eat as long as you don't eat on the courts!

The floors & courts are nice but there are no organize system for open play. Beginner & Advanced players were in 1 line. My husband waited 15 minutes and ended up playing with a kid and his father, another against an old man. We suggested to the worker to make 1 court advanced challenge level, leaving the other 2 courts open for anyone. After 5 minutes, everything was going well until a 2nd worker came in and took all our paddles & moved it back to the single line. Without any explanations, he just picked up all 10 paddles and moved it to the end of the beginners line. We were pissed! His explanation, "IT'S MY HOUR and this is how it's going to be". My friends were pissed at his rudeness and lack of courtesy. We were payed players, he's an employee. He should know better on how to speak to customers. We found out 1 of the beginner complained and wanted the old "single file line" back. Mind you, when we had the 1 advance court, we had over 15 paddles waiting while the 2 beginner courts had less than 10 people for 2 courts. This place needs a better system and designate Beginner, Intermediate & Advance/Challenge courts. Lavender is geared toward older, kids & beginner levels, that's why they don't understand about game etiquette. Unfortunately for Lavender, my group WILL NOT return here.

Pickleball has quickly become more than just a hobby for me--it's honestly an addiction in the best way. From the moment you step onto the court, there's an energy that's hard to describe. It's fun, fast-paced, and surprisingly competitive, yet still welcoming to players of all skill levels. What really makes pickleball special is the community. The courts feel like a second home, where familiar faces turn into friends and every game brings laughter, encouragement, and just the right amount of challenge. Whether you're there to improve your game or just unwind, it's the kind of place you never want to leave. First off, my husband had a really difficult time calling in just to book a reservation as we wanted a court to ourselves. There is no option to book or make reservations online. He had to call multiple times just to get a hold of someone to book a court. He was finally able to book through texting. Husband had Zelle Pickleball Xscape $100 to hold a court for 2 hours on Sunday 9/20 from 4-6pm (refer to the photo of his text below). Pickleball Xscape confirmed they received our payment for that exact date via text so we were set for our game. About an hour before we had arrived, my husband had texted Pickleball Xscape again to state how excited we are to be there and if we can just get a corner court. We never heard back, which we just figured they're busy and didn't get the chance to respond. Once we had arrived, husband checked in with the front desk. When my husband tried to confirm our reservation with the young lady at the front desk, she seem to have realized they had made the mistake of booking the wrong date as they booked us for Saturday 9/19 even though they had confirmed with us via text for Sunday 9/20. Instead of rebooking us or issuing a refund, they INSIST that we use their open courts and play from 4pm until 11pm to make the most of the money we paid.. we were taken aback by this DUMBA** logic. My husband asked to speak to her manager so he can sort out this mishap and get a refund. However, the young lady made it really difficult to even reach out to her manager but eventually agreed to pass our information along. At this point, my husband was frustrated with the young lady's lack of help and just wanted a refund. My husband waited 24 hours to hear back from the management of Pickleball Xscape regarding a refund which they had eventually responded. They told him that the refund will take up to 3-5 business days which is absurd as it is a Zelle payment.. He did eventually get his refund back but this experience left such a bad taste in our mouths. The lack of accountability, the cluelessness of the staff and Pickleball Xscape's unprofessionalism has left us disappointed.
