I do like their layout system but my god, some staff need to work on their customer service skills. Came in for an event as a newbie and I feel like I was being a burden for not knowing I needed to register or have an app...mind you, their ad never said anything of the sorts. Also as a newbie, the people that go are friendly, but the staff made me feel like it was bad that I didn't know a thing and that I would disrupt the flow of the game for others...weird vibes from like a singular staff but idk it made the experience icky read more

I am not a member but I came here with friends for their open play. There are a ton of courts and good competition for all levels. It felt more humid inside since it's an enclosed space but there's a rest room if you want to relax or step out of the courts. Really nice courts and friendly staff and members. read more

I am not a member, but I have been here day one after the opening with founder members. At first there was no public rest rooms (under construction), the paddle system is in groups by skill levels and in clusters. However, they have 2 challenge courts by ranking. Basically it was a snake system for multiple courts. Now, it's one paddle rack per court, 2 up and 2 down when it's slow, and switch to 4 up and 4 down when it's busy. Now there are 2 restrooms, one break room with coffee, multiple filtered water drinking water station / fountain. Merchandise and drinks are at front desk. Parking lot is big, but it will be packed during rain days. The area is pretty safe. Best of all, courts are partitioned in a spacious way. Unlike other indoor pickleball courts, they are wide and long. It's got a ping pong table, topspin pro machine and a couple wall dinking posters. Plus plenty of benches around. They also provide free top view camera to record your game in court thru an app. Booking is also easy with their own app. Every time I go I see some improvements! I am happy to see owners are taking feedbacks and working with members to make it a true pickleball haven! read more

An absolutely beautiful sports facility that has kid friendly coaches, what seems like dozens of indoor courts and a lobby with complimentary coffee and ample seating - especially for parents waiting for their children to Finish up. Walking up to the place, it seems pretty basic and understated on the outside but once you get inside you can see the well oiled operation they have. Each of the courts appear to have space in between for people to stand while viewing play on each of the courts. Although it was crowded it didn't sound too loud which was ideal for my daughter who is autistic and would be thrown off by constant yelling. I came across Pickleball Haven while searching for places to play while in the area. I had no idea it had just opened and was much anticipated by the OC pickleball community. The facility itself is of course, new and very nice. The front entrance was decorated for Halloween and had beverages and other pickleball-related stuff for sale. It happened that I came at an off hour (earlier open play had ended) but we were able to use their ball bucket to drill. Guy at the front desk was very nice and gave us a nice introduction. The day pass was $25 and probably could've stayed the whole day if I had the chance. While the courts and nets were near pristine, it got a little hot in there but perhaps the ac wasn't on. It's also a little hard to hear but have become accustomed to that after playing at places like the HUB. I was able to get in some game play after drilling and would like to return later at a peak hour to really get the full experience. read more

I purchased a day pass expecting fair access to the courts, we were told upfront that its first come first serve but instead we was told to leave because we played more then one game while others were allowed to play since there members. It felt like there was favoritism and discriminatory treatment. That experience was unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. I'd like management to address how Dennis customers service skills need to be worked on and how day pass players are treated and ensure fair, respectful policies for everyone. read more

Have to run the long way around (or cut through an intermediate crt). + Thanks to being indoor, the games are unabated by sun & wind. Have to login to their website to view their live cams. - Like all other indoor facilities I've been to, the crts here lack enough side room for standard ATP frequency or recovering angled smashes. I managed to land 1 ATP on the 4.5+ chlnge crt though! - Not allowed to eat in the pickleball area at all; only allowed in the lounge. - Some of the players asked my ethnicity. - The kitchen line (7' from the net) isn't marked from the dink poster. read more

Overall, this is a great place to play pickleball. The courts are clean, the facility is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes for a positive experience. The only downside is that there isn't any air conditioning or much insulation, so it gets extremely hot and humid during the summer. If you're sensitive to the heat, I'd recommend avoiding it during the hotter months or playing early in the morning or later in the evening. Other than that, it's a fantastic place with a great atmosphere, and I'd definitely come back when the weather is cooler. read more

They made us feel welcome and comfortable considering this is our first time here. The place is very clean and the surface feels very different and softer than other indoor courts. Located out in the Bake and 241 area which is sort of Lake Forest/Mission Viejo East.. it's a spectacularly clean facility with lots and lots of indoor pickle ball courts. I like the idea that you can play when it's hot out, cold, rainy.. it doesn't matter because you are inside having fun. Pickleball Haven's been open for almost 2 months now and there's been so many improvements since then. Love the PlaySight video cam which allows you to record your matches (no need to bring your own tripod stands!) and also streams live footage of the venue so you can see the crowd level at any time. I've been eagerly waiting for an indoor pickleball facility here in Orange County, so I was thrilled to finally check out Pickleball Haven yesterday morning around 9am. What I loved: The facility is impressive - 14 courts is fantastic! The court surfaces and overall layout are excellent quality. The lobby and lounge area really stand out too - clean, modern, with pickleball playing on the TV. The drop-in system works great with 3 courts designated for each skill level. As a single player, I easily found a friendly group at my level within minutes. The beginner to 3.5 courts were actually pretty light when I arrived, with at least one empty court at each level. Areas for improvement: The acoustics are rough - with 14 courts going, it's incredibly loud and echoing. I could barely hear my partner next to me, let alone the other team calling scores. The bigger issue was the heat and lack of airflow. It got uncomfortably hot with seemingly no air circulation except in the office/lounge area. For a facility of this quality, some industrial fans would make a huge difference. Bottom line: This is a quality indoor facility that fills a real need in OC. The $20 drop-in promo rate is very reasonable (though the regular $45 rate feels steep). I'll likely return this month to take advantage of the promo pricing, but the heat and noise issues keep this from being a 5-star experience. With some ventilation improvements, this place could be perfect. read more

My husband and I have been looking forward to this indoor pickleball club for a long time and are so happy it's finally here! Having been members since opening day, it's been a couple months since joining so I feel like I can finally write a thoughtful review. Becoming a member is not cheap, but it's been well worth it as we go quite frequently (at least 3x a week). We love how we can mostly get continuous games here without any wait, which is almost unheard of previously at our local courts during busier hours like weekend mornings. The competition is also pretty good with majority of members at least intermediate level, and there seems to always have some advanced players as well. The courts are so nice- individually fenced off so very few ball ons, for the most part cleaned and well maintained. Ceilings are high enough for lobs (to my dismay lol). I love that they have cameras so we can record our games/drills through Playsight and also the live cams to see how crowded it is. It's great the courts are separated by skill levels too. Not everyone seems to follow the designation.. but you can just paddle up on individual courts now so it's not a problem to me. There's no AC so it can get a bit humid in the summer months, but it's much better than playing in the scorching heat! I'm so glad I don't have to wear sunscreen and can finally get rid of my awkward tan lines haha. Also they have fans so it's not that bad. Now that it's approaching winter, it's not hot and playing there is very comfortable. I love that I also don't have to take a break on rainy or windy days!! Adam and his staff are so amazing and receptive to feedback. I love how they are continuously making changes based on input from their customers, including adding new and more flexible membership options, lowering the price for drop ins, adding a same household discount, etc. I love how they offer a couple sets of ball baskets and ball tubes for drilling, so we don't need to lug around our own. They even have a top spin pro, ball machine you can rent, and wall poster you can use to practice dinking. They offer liveballs, clinics, and round robins too! The community has been great and have met a lot of new players and people as obsessed about pickleball as I am :) There are not many downsides I can think of. sometimes the open play is a bit light, especially during off hours, but I can always coordinate games/drilling with people I've met. I'd take that over large crowds anyway. Sometimes it's hard to do ATPs with the court space (not a problem at my level haha). It can get loud and hard to hear opponents. Pickleball Haven is the best of the best. It is a truly fun place to come to play and incredible sport. It's a great place even for beginners. You can learn and progress. The people are kind and patient, and you can usually find someone at your level. The courts are clean, beautiful and new! I doubt you will find a cleaner looking place to play pickleball in OC. Spaced apart well with cushions along the wall for a little added protection. Lighting is very good. You can borrow their baskets of balls to practice drills on your own or with others. The staff are fantastic. Pleasant to interact with and always supportive. Theur custom app is simple to use. I do hope they add more to it, like a quicker check in or updates regarding how busy the place is. They being said, it's rarely too busy. Only on some rainy days was it a little harder to play some games but they made some modifications to counteract this relatively minor issue. Management is extremely supportive and responsive.... Almost too responsive. They are really the best! Pricing is totally fair with different options available, depending on the needs. Distance from the major freeways is my only gripe but I can imagine it would have been impossible to get such a great space set up in a better location. It's a community there and you can make many friends. There is also the option to join WhatsApp groups to coordinate with others. If you're looking for a great place to play, Haven Pickleball is it. The staff makes you feel right at home, and the 'divided by skill level' court system is a game-changer. Everyone we played with was super nice. Bonus points for the lounge area with a fridge and microwave, perfect for those longer sessions! They also let us borrow a basket of balls with a pick-up ball tube for free and we were able to get some drills in, in between games. Definitely worth checking out. read more

I can't say enough great things about this new indoor pickleball court. It truly feels like my second home. I've improved more here than anywhere else, and I always leave feeling energized and motivated.
