It just happened that I started working around the area and I was honored a one week free membership. Lucas was absolutely amazing and seeing all the improvements from before was definitely awesome to see. I just wished that I had more time, but I'm glad I got to come in for a quick lunch session. If anyone is in the area and looking for a friendly and homey feel, definitely come visit! It will not disappoint!

My opinion of haven has extremely soured over the past two months…read more I can NO LONGER recommend haven to any 4.0+ players that work a normal 9-5 job. There's no opportunity for advanced players to level up or enjoy rhythmic games because of the congestion. The club clearly only cares about beginner-to-intermediate level players. For starters, even though the club boasts 14 courts.. there are only really 3 courts for advanced players to compete on. Allow me to explain: - During peak hours (weekdays 6-8pm), club events have overrun the club taking a minimum of 3 courts - 2 courts have become beginner exclusive (more on this later) - 2 courts have been optional but permanently reserved by members and/or lessons. These courts would've otherwise contributed to the advance players' allotment This leaves 7 courts to be shared amongst the rest of the members which includes all skill ranges. Of those 7, one is 4.5+ challenge which has seen nine+ paddles on busy days (minimum 1hr wait). 4.0-4.5 players are left sharing 2 courts which regularly has intermediate players playing up. Alternatively, they can play down and be subjected to less than ideal play or strange 4on/off rotations or wait 1hr and get crushed on the 4.5+ courts These qualms (and suggestions) have been shared with management. Though acknowledged, no response has been shared. On one occasion, when raised, in person, management (not the owner) responded to a suggestion with "Well, what do you want me to do about that!?" Through complaints, beginners were able to secure beginner exclusive courts. Through complaints, advanced players were able to secure absolutely nothing. Management has made it clear to me that they don't care about us.

Great challenge! + Big tv in the lounge showing PPA matches. + They have a water machine, thank goodness. + Comfortable indoor temperature. . $25/day for non-members. $40 for rainy days. Expensive rates, but fair for the quality experience. . Have to login to their website to view their live cams. - Like all other indoor facilities I've been to, the crts here lack enough side room for standard ATP frequency or recovering angled smashes. I managed to land 1 ATP on the 4.5+ chlnge crt though! - Not allowed to eat in the pickleball area at all; only allowed in the lounge. - Some of the players asked my ethnicity. - The kitchen line (7' from the net) isn't marked from the dink poster.

If you're thinking about signing up, I'd definitely recommend asking a lot of questions upfront about game time and value. Not worth the money in my opinion! It costed $130 for me and my partner to get 3 guaranteed games in the tournament.

There were 7 teams, so each team played 6 games in a round robin, and then the top 4 teams advanced to playoffs. Every team was guaranteed 6 games. Not bad for a $55 tournament. However today, I played in another tournament. There were 8 teams instead of 7. However, rather than a full round robin so everyone would play 7 games, they split us into two groups of 4 teams, and we only did one round robin. So we were only guaranteed 3 games. Only 3 guaranteed games for the same $55 price is an absolute rip off. I'm not sure why we couldn't do a double round robin to play each team in our group twice. The tournament website also said there would be more consolation games for teams, but that was not the case. Was very optimistic going into the second tournament here since the first one was so great. But the tournament today was such a rip off that I don't think I will be coming back here for another tournament. 3 guaranteed games is a joke.
