Greed at its finest... I was recommended this gym and understand where it might have been years ago but they do t have the staff to keep up. My daughter has been there without any communication as if she will matriculate. Coaches literally come and go. Now they overbook and you can't even find a parking spot, parents giving zero f*cks about watching their kids yet no place for the ones that care to watch ...

WoW! Did I just walk into a gym where future Olympics Gymnastics are trained? I think so!!! This place is HUGE! It is like 2 Cost Co Building filled with so many activities for your future gymnast! My first time to come here because of a bday party! My jaw just dropped because of all the balance beams and floor space that you can train on. This place is serious when it comes to training! Very competitive too! The trophies. The state nationals that they have won! Okay, back to the party... This place would be appropriate for school aged kids. They have organized games for the kids at the party and they also give them free play to just explore and do whatever they want. Kids are barefoot as they play. So bring your flip flops or crocs so it's easy on and easy off. There is a parent viewing area so you can watch your kid play. Staff will take care of the organized play. And just go mingle with your adult friends. Amazing party! I am now interested in their camp and open session. The place is amazing!

No. Wildfire sucks at enforcing masks. I've only seen two teams who wear masks throughout practice (including coaches) but no others. Few kids on the Junior Olympic team wear masks while the coaches for it don't wear them at all. They pretended to… Read more

After summer, I was placed in a different group with a new, inexperienced coach and significantly younger athletes. Despite the challenges, I stayed committed and continued working hard. I actually never missed a single practice in the 4 and a half months I was there. There were ongoing issues within the group (specifically one girl) that made the environment uncomfortable, and although they were brought to the coaches' attention multiple times, nothing was effectively addressed. A month before our first competition--after we had already begun learning routines--I received an email stating that I was no longer welcome at the gym. I was given no clear explanation, no prior warning, and no opportunity to discuss or resolve anything. Being removed from a team this way, especially right before competition season, was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I would strongly encourage better communication and fairness when handling athletes in the future.

I waited till 420, and no one ever called the 4 o'clock class. I'm not sure what happened. All I could say is that this was by far the worst gymnastic place I've ever been to. I decided to give it a try as the other facility that we originally went to was at full capacity and we're still on the waiting list. I cannot wait to go back to wildfire. next time you have first time is going into your gymnastics. I would suggest the instructors are aware of this and seeing that they pay attention to the beginners. I don't know what happened, but the 4 o'clock class was never called. Unless they did call and we missed it, but I was paying attention and I never heard of anything very unprofessional and what a waste of my time and my daughters. I feel extremely bad for her. She was so excited to try it out, but I really do feel like the facility could be more attentive!

When I was at the gym in person, I specifically asked to speak with the manager, Taylor, but she refused to come out and instead said she would call me. That call never happened. The lack of accountability and follow-through only added to the frustration. We have been members for over two years and currently have another child enrolled, yet there was no flexibility or effort to resolve the situation fairly. When I shared that I hoped to compete at a high level and possibly even the Olympics, I was told, "sorry to burst your bubble, but you'll never make it to the Olympics." This was extremely discouraging and not something a young athlete should hear from a coach. After my parent followed up, I was allowed to join the pre-team for a trial period. During those two weeks, I experienced a lack of support. One athlete was consistently rude to me, and when I struggled with a bars skill, a coach responded in a way that made me feel embarrassed rather than helped. At the end of the trial period, I was told I would hear back about whether I made the team, but I never received any communication. Overall, the environment felt unsupportive and unprofessional. The long: We had a birthday party here, as it received many recommendations as a wonderful fun place for the kids. I definitely would never recommend it. The biggest issue to me was that it was HOT. We chose this indoor venue as it was August and I wanted the kids to play in comfort. Going from outside to inside you couldn't tell any difference. The kids were dripping in sweat and I was so embarrassed that I couldn't prepare my guests for this reality. I don't know how they think it's ok to not mention that their facility doesn't get air condition in AUGUST when you're having the kids jump and run around for an hour. When I asked if there was any way to make it cooler I was told that the swamp coolers and AC can't make it lower than 80. I'm sure that's with lots of time to cool the area, but they also had the two back doors wide open. When it's 100 degrees outside and you open the doors, it will be 100 degrees inside as well... There was also an apparent plumbing issue, as we arrived to see copious amounts of water flowing out of the women's bathroom right into the main lobby where we were going to be eating. They were attempting to clean and fix it, but we had to ask for the door to be closed so we werent staring at disgusting toilet water. It was lovely to have our kids walking barefoot where there was public toilet water just moments ago, that was certainly not sanitized. The staff that guided our children obviously did not want to be there. I didn't see a single smile from the 2 ladies that were assisting us. I even tried to engage the one that was "supervising" and lighten her mood, but she was a lost cause. The one shining star was a young man named Andre. He was kind, engaging with the kids, played games with them and had a wonderful smile. He deserves 5 stars in his own! The fridge provided had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. 2 hours is a very short time for a party, in my opinion. Once the play portion was done we had to rush to do piñata, lunch and cake. I would have have happily paid extra for a longer time slot, but that was not an option. Considering how incredibly uncomfortable and hot it was, I guess it's a good thing our party was cut short. The entire thing definitely felt very haphazard and thrown together without much care. At bare minimum I would expect there not to be toilet water and for the temperature to be under 90 INDOORS. Maybe in better weather this would be an ok alternative, but that detail definitely should have been disclosed to us when booking.
