This is an overdue review now that we live in Tulsa, OK My daughter, Ciara, always looked forward going to her 3:30 gym class with Maggy. During the warm ups it starts out with a large group of kids and then they get divided up by age/experience. Fortunately there were only 4-5 kids in the class so each child received personalized coaching. Her favorite part was the 5 minute foam pit the kids get to jump in towards the end of class...she wished it happened each time, but sometimes they ended up running out of time. I definitely recommend this place.

I see some mixed reviews below. We have had nothing but a positive experience. We've been coming here about 3 months. My son loves it!

I've been going to 3D Fitness 4-5x/week for the past three years -- including all the way through…read moremy first pregnancy -- and it's easily one of the best decisions I've made. The workouts are strong, but that's not the differentiator. The community is. You see the same people consistently, and over time it becomes a tight, supportive group. It's rare to find a gym where you actually look forward to who's going to be there, not just what's programmed. Programming is thoughtful and well-balanced -- strength + high-intensity cardio -- and it never gets stale. Chris (owner/instructor) is especially good at reading people and pushing you just past where you think your limit is. You end up doing more than you expected, regularly. There's also real connection beyond the floor. They organize occasional events -- I recently did a cooking class with ~20 women from the gym -- and it adds another layer to the experience. I've always been active, but this is the first time in 20+ years I've been this consistent. That's not accidental -- it's because of the environment. If you want a place that will push you, keep you accountable, and make you want to show up, this is it.

I've been a member of 3D Fitness for 7 years now, and it continues to impress me every single day…read more What keeps me coming back is the incredible variety in the programming. I love walking into the gym not knowing what to expect, and being surprised by a new challenge each time. It keeps things fresh, fun, and far from boring--even after all these years! They've also added some new equipment, which has taken the workouts to another level--more dynamic, more engaging, and definitely more effective. The thought and creativity put into each class really show. This place isn't just a gym--it's a community and a source of daily motivation for both physical and mental health. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fitness routine that keeps you on your toes.

I went to my first class here through classpass. I took Pace & Press. It was a fun class and I…read morereally pushed myself past my comfort zone because I didn't know I could run AT ALL. The first half of the class was an interval training between walking, jogging, and running. And the second half of the class was strength training. I wish there was more guidance from the instructor for the second half but it was just following what was on the screen like 100 step ups, 90 plank shoulder taps, 80 something, 70 something, etc. It was kind of like F45 style but without the timer and stations. Since there wasnt too much guidance on that part, I felt like I pretty much paid for an interval training on the treadmill. I enjoyed the experience though and would be open to trying out a different class to give it a fair review of if I want to continue or not. I'm still giving it a solid 4 stars though because I pay attention to little details. This studio had HAIR TIES and TAMPONS and even face wash in their bathrooms for us girlies and it's not much but so thoughtful!! Also there are earplugs inside the studio room for those who think its too loud!!! I get headaches when its too loud so I felt so seen and understood by the studio. Also at the end of class, a staff walks around passing out COLD WET TOWELS so you can cool down. These are all little extras that really make a studio stand out so kudos to this place!!

The coaches are great here but THE COACH to go to is Dollar. Hands down. If this is your first time, go to his class first. He is phenomenal. His classes helped me shave off 45mins in the NY marathon. I went to his class 2-3X a week for 7 weeks bec as a working mom, that's all I had time for and boom. I wish I had started sooner bec I'm pretty sure I could have PR with more training. Thank you Stride Fitness!

I started my fitness journey at F45 Tustin a little over a year ago in 2025, and I can confidently…read moresay that it has been one of the best decisions I have made. The results speak for themselves. The physical changes are noticeable, but more importantly, the consistency, energy, and overall mindset shift have been just as impactful. What truly sets this location apart is the coaching staff and the community. The coaches strike the perfect balance between motivating, encouraging, and keeping things fun (even during the toughest sets). They push you when you need it, support you when struggling, and genuinely care about your progress. Equally important is the community. What started as a group of people working out together has naturally evolved into real friendships. That kind of environment is rare and important to me. If it were not for the great people here, I would have stuck with my other Fitness membership. Speaking of which, in full transparency - I still have another fitness membership elsewhere. However, I have not touched it in months. If one is looking for a place that delivers results, keeps you engaged, and surrounds you with the right people - this F45 Tustin location is the place to be.

Found F45 through my classpass membership. Classes vary throughout the week, from cardio to…read morestrength training etc in small group setting. Instructors are nice and helpful. I like that they switch it up every day with the exercises. If you're a first timer here, there are about 12 stations, 40 seconds for one set of exercises, 3 sets at each station with 20 seconds of rest in between. Timers are visible on the walls along with screens demonstrating the different exercises. Bathrooms are also clean which is a plus. They also have towels for you at the counter. I do wish the classes are a little smaller or add another instructor or lower the points in classpass.

I had the opportunity of taking the C2 class and the HPF class. Both are different in their own…read moreway, but I enjoyed both of the instructors teaching the classes. First off, the studio is located in the Village, which has ample parking, even if you run a bit behind on schedule. I like that it is in the corner where there are not a lot of people. When I got to the studio, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and then they showed me around. I was in one studio for HPF and this class is hot! It's a great way to practice your balance and get a good stretch while getting a sweat on too. This class left me feeling really calm and relaxed. A few days later, I took the C2 class in the other studio which was a little smaller. This was a good practice since we did a lot of balancing but also some ab work. Not as hot as the HPF class, but when you're super concentrated in the poses, the sweat was coming down! I felt super tired after this class, but a good sort of tired! After the classes, the instructors would check in with how the classes with before you leave and they bid you farewell too. I think it is so nice to have such intimate classes, but also get a personal connection with the instructors. They all are great in their practices and you can tell they want to be there to teach.

I read the towel story from another member but the towel is not placed on people's back but rather…read morethe instructor creates a breeze with the towel which is like a treat after one sweated over the workout. I also never had an instructor wipe my forehead with the towel, or touch my body. The studio cares a great deal about the sanitary conditions, particularly when they clean the floors with a strong cleaner between each class. As far as the 5-10 minute late window is concern, I learned to be punctual. 5-10 minutes really is more like 8-13 minutes because we have to set out mat and grab our weights, blocks, strap or whatever we need for the class. They also have a class wait list, adopting a 5-10 late window can seriously affect the schedules of other members. As far as the classes being warm, there is a strong reason for it. There is a description for every class. Otherwise, upon arrival one can ask the instructor the particulars of the class, including temperature. I love many of the instructors here, including very skilled and very friendly; Michaela. None of the instructors teach for the money. You will find that many of the instructors are dentist, attorneys and other professionals who love to share their talent and love being part of the community. If you live to give, come join!
