Coach Paula and Coach Tatiana are the best coaches we have ever met. My daughter has been here for 3 years, and she really loves the class

My son has been taking lessons here for a little over a year. So far it's been great. My son takes…read moreguitar lessons with Mr. C. He's a super teacher, really connects with my son. I like that he goes at my son's pace and doesn't rush him. My daughter took piano with Ms. T for a little while. She has a slight learning disability but Ms. T is very patient. The reason she's not taking lessons anymore is because I think my daughter is a little young (she's 6). Being 6 with a little learning disability, we decided to wait another year. We'll definitely ask for Ms. T again. Hopefully she will have an opening at the same time that my son has guitar lessons. We mamas always have to juggle with our kids' schedules. Edit to add: I just looked at the address and they've moved to Tustin (not sure the address, but near the Market Place). We're in SA, so it's slightly further but the pricing and teachers are worth it.

I'm so glad I was recommended to send my 8 year old here, from another parent who has 2 of her kids…read moretaking lessons here. Ms. Thu is "really" patient and encouraging with my son in piano, and I especially see it while we've been doing home online piano lessons with her during the covid19 stay home orders. All the distance learning from his elementary school already takes a toll on him, and so he's been getting more frustrated with himself during online piano, which of course is not the same as being there in person. But Ms. Thu stays positive with him, nudges him enough to keep trying, but without scolding him or showing frustration towards him. I'm amazed at her teaching skills and patience. My son had also chosen to start guitar lessons with Steve a few weeks prior to the stay home order, and Steve is so good working with kids.

I honestly had no idea this place was here (I guess I'm not cultured lol)…read more This place did not disappoint. It's in a really nice area of Costa Mesa close to a bunch of hotels, south coast plaza and some of the best restaurants. (So many options for you to pick from and have dinner before your show) The architecture of the building itself is really beautiful. I would say it's a little tucked in, because I am always in this area and have never seen it before. The ambiance inside is nice as well. It's extremely clean This place has a parking garage and valet. Unfortunately, we had no idea they had valet. So we just automatically parked in the parking garage. But they do have a little walk way that is extremely easy to get to the building from the garage The lines went extremely fast for getting into the building. There was no restrictions on handbag size. ( or at least they didn't say anything to me about it / could differ from show to show and who is performing) All I had to do was open my purse and walk through a metal detector. Everyone was so friendly Once we entered the building, there are tons of staff directing you where to go if you need help finding your section They do have stairs when you walk in, but they have elevators. I chose to walk up a few stairs and then take the elevator to get to our seats We had second floor box circle level seating. It was extremely easy to get to the seats and the lady who took us to our seats was extremely kind and helpful She also gave us the rules - No placing your handbag on the railing, no video or flash photography I can't stress enough, the importance of elevators and it being accessible. So 5 stars for that The bathrooms were very clean and had a great amount of bathroom stalls. So there was no line I only saw one very tiny stand where you could get refreshments. I did not get anything, so I don't know what they had to offer (such as alcohol or if they had any food) The write up online for the show we went to for Tchaikovsky's Fifth & Avi Avital Pacific Symphony -Experience Tchaikovsky's Triumphant Fifth & Mandolin Virtuoso Avi Avital! My son is a goofball who has some struggles with social settings and being around people he doesn't…read moreknow. We enrolled him in Rock 101 on guitar because of his interest in music, lack of interest in sports, and our desire to get him involved in something that would force him out of his comfort zone. The results have been more than I could have asked for. We're approaching 2 years in, he's performed about 6 concerts now (each time feeling less and less anxious), and has developed a real skill. His private teacher Cameron is just awesome, and has provided our son with consistent, encouraging feedback. He's made our son comfortable in a way I didn't expect from this place. We signed up our younger son for drums, and he loves it as well. I highly encourage kids to sign up. It's free to try out and the monthly cost is worth every penny. Our kids are ages 6 and 9 and love it.

They offer trial class, so I took my kid there to try. It's about 4-5 kids got together in the room…read moreand playing different instruments and since my kid was new and she didn't know what to do and it's very loud inside that they didn't warn us or offered us headphone to protect my kids's ears till I asked about it. We wanted our kid to focus on guitar, but their way of making a band looks a little chaotic to me without a good system...not exactly what we were looking for. We checked out and also found out the price was very high and we knew that it's not a place for us. Recommend people to take the trail class they offer first before making a decision to see if that's something you and your kids are looking for. Once you signed up, I don't know how easy of getting out of the contract.
