Our family loves Wave Gymnastics and coach Angie and the rest of the team. We are so thankful we found Wave! Our daughter initially started out at one of the larger gyms in the area, but once we checked out Wave, we immediately switched over. The gym is always so clean and has great air circulation. I like that the parent viewing area is outdoors too. My little one loves doing private lessons with coach Angie and also the group classes. Everyone here really cares about the kids and gives them individual attention. And most importantly, there is a focus on safety first!

The coches here, they put their heart in teaching and they make sure to do everything in their power to make you feel part of the family! We love the installations. All the colorful mats and equipment are so cute!

My kid has been having an A+++ experience with Wave Gymnastics! Awesome classes plus friendly and experienced staff!

After summer, I was placed in a different group with a new, inexperienced coach and significantly younger athletes. Despite the challenges, I stayed committed and continued working hard. I actually never missed a single practice in the 4 and a half months I was there. There were ongoing issues within the group (specifically one girl) that made the environment uncomfortable, and although they were brought to the coaches' attention multiple times, nothing was effectively addressed. A month before our first competition--after we had already begun learning routines--I received an email stating that I was no longer welcome at the gym. I was given no clear explanation, no prior warning, and no opportunity to discuss or resolve anything. Being removed from a team this way, especially right before competition season, was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I would strongly encourage better communication and fairness when handling athletes in the future.

Staff was very nice and walked me through the facility. We took a seat, and they told me that an instructor would call the 4 o'clock class to come in and that would be Q to go into the class and try it out. I waited till 420, and no one ever called the 4 o'clock class. I'm not sure what happened. All I could say is that this was by far the worst gymnastic place I've ever been to. I decided to give it a try as the other facility that we originally went to was at full capacity and we're still on the waiting list. I cannot wait to go back to wildfire. next time you have first time is going into your gymnastics. I would suggest the instructors are aware of this and seeing that they pay attention to the beginners. I don't know what happened, but the 4 o'clock class was never called. Unless they did call and we missed it, but I was paying attention and I never heard of anything very unprofessional and what a waste of my time and my daughters. I feel extremely bad for her. She was so excited to try it out, but I really do feel like the facility could be more attentive!

My daughter Jazzy, really wanted to attend with her brother and is just getting over the potty training hump. When I shared that I hoped to compete at a high level and possibly even the Olympics, I was told, "sorry to burst your bubble, but you'll never make it to the Olympics." This was extremely discouraging and not something a young athlete should hear from a coach. After my parent followed up, I was allowed to join the pre-team for a trial period. During those two weeks, I experienced a lack of support. One athlete was consistently rude to me, and when I struggled with a bars skill, a coach responded in a way that made me feel embarrassed rather than helped. At the end of the trial period, I was told I would hear back about whether I made the team, but I never received any communication. Overall, the environment felt unsupportive and unprofessional. I believe young athletes deserve encouragement, respect, and clear communication, which I did not experience here.

The long: We had a birthday party here, as it received many recommendations as a wonderful fun place for the kids. I definitely would never recommend it. The biggest issue to me was that it was HOT. We chose this indoor venue as it was August and I wanted the kids to play in comfort. Going from outside to inside you couldn't tell any difference. The kids were dripping in sweat and I was so embarrassed that I couldn't prepare my guests for this reality. I don't know how they think it's ok to not mention that their facility doesn't get air condition in AUGUST when you're having the kids jump and run around for an hour. When I asked if there was any way to make it cooler I was told that the swamp coolers and AC can't make it lower than 80. I'm sure that's with lots of time to cool the area, but they also had the two back doors wide open. When it's 100 degrees outside and you open the doors, it will be 100 degrees inside as well... There was also an apparent plumbing issue, as we arrived to see copious amounts of water flowing out of the women's bathroom right into the main lobby where we were going to be eating. They were attempting to clean and fix it, but we had to ask for the door to be closed so we werent staring at disgusting toilet water. It was lovely to have our kids walking barefoot where there was public toilet water just moments ago, that was certainly not sanitized. The staff that guided our children obviously did not want to be there. I didn't see a single smile from the 2 ladies that were assisting us. I even tried to engage the one that was "supervising" and lighten her mood, but she was a lost cause. The one shining star was a young man named Andre. He was kind, engaging with the kids, played games with them and had a wonderful smile. He deserves 5 stars in his own! The fridge provided had obviously not been cleaned in quite some time. 2 hours is a very short time for a party, in my opinion. Once the play portion was done we had to rush to do piñata, lunch and cake. I would have have happily paid extra for a longer time slot, but that was not an option. Considering how incredibly uncomfortable and hot it was, I guess it's a good thing our party was cut short. The entire thing definitely felt very haphazard and thrown together without much care. At bare minimum I would expect there not to be toilet water and for the temperature to be under 90 INDOORS. Maybe in better weather this would be an ok alternative, but that detail definitely should have been disclosed to us when booking.

I wanted to find a good center close to my job to pick back up where I left to compete & possibly purchase a horse. I arrived about 20 minutes early (I wasn't expecting to be seen or anything early) & there was only one girl there who was honestly very rude and obviously hated that I bothered her when I just asked her to confirm that I was in the right place. Sometime later, a lady came to sit next to me and sat with me until a minute after my scheduled time, got up and asked me if I was taking a lesson.... This was the instructor... she was sitting next to me the whole time not even acknowledging my existence. However, I shrugged this off- my problem was the actual lesson. Despite how early I got there, I still was deemed just 20 minutes of riding time ... when I use to take lessons, the lesson horses were always tacked up beforehand thus giving the rider adequate amount time. However I understand that the grooms are busy- so it was fine. But what didn't make sense was how to instructor I rode with took her time giving me a tour, showing me everything, going back & forth from the horse's stall to the tack room and everything in between *just wasting time*. Luckily I know how to brush & tack up so it was quick as possible but I can only imagine how long it would take for an inexperienced person to do so because even doing all of this for me it took a while What absolutely pissed me off was that I didn't get to jump and was NOT told this prior. If I was told- I would not have wasted my time coming at all. I had a fine flat lesson; me not riding for so long had no effect on my muscle memory and did not get any type of coaching from the instructor (which was fine, I'm at the level where I don't need an instructor to remind me to keep my heels down or shoulders back) & instead was complimented. At the end of my flatting, she tells me "you need a safety vest to jump or own your own horse" ... what??!!!? Why did nobody tell me this??? I didn't expect to jump high or do a full course- but I got absolutely nothing. When scheduling, I explained that I had experience- you would think at some point I would be told "by the way you can only jump if you own a horse" or even something like "this will only be a flat lesson". Apparently, it's an insurance liability if riders jump without a vest... I'm not a minor & signed documents understanding that sitting on a horse in general is a liability but okay god forbid there's no safety vest. I was seriously let down and i dont know how they expect riders here to move up. Safe to say I won't get back into competing or purchasing a horse with this center
