I came back about 2 weeks after my initial visit. I had a list of rackets and things I wanted to get and I am happy to say I got a few things from that list today. I was helped by the family members, the husband and wife. I ended up getting the 2024 Chinese new year Victor set, a yonex shirt, and socks. I had a conversation about when the racket would be done for pickup and I also felt comfortable asking for discounts and specials. The family owners were reasonable people and did their best to give a good deal which is awesome! They were easy and friendly people to work with. I came in right when they opened at 11 on a Saturday and was told my racket would be ready at 330. I stayed in the area but at 3pm got a call to say things were delayed until 430. No biggie, I just went market shopping across the street and came back at 5pm instead. I'm happy with my purchase and with my experience at B&T. I can't wait to try out my new purchases and I know I'll be back for future badminton needs! read more

My wife and I started playing pickleball with our friends so I went to buy some outdoor pickleballs. The store is small but they had a good selection of balls and anything else you need related to tennis and badminton. Also, their prices were good and cheaper than what I found on Amazon. Also, the people, who I think were the owners, were friendly and helpful. I think the only downside is that not all the items had a price tag so I had to constantly ask what something cost like different pairs of shoes. This family owned business has been our local proshop for the majority of my groups of friends. The owners are Korean and super helpful for all playing levels. No matter what type of question/concern you have they will do their best to help! They do offer full stringing service with the full line of yonex strings in all colorways. The stringing service usually takes about 2-3 business days to complete. Yes the owner does all the stringing himself so they have a huge backlog! They are also an authorized dealer for Victor and Yonex too if you're looking for specific gear. They have very competitive pricing vs other local dealers. I haven't played Tennis in a decade. I bought some nice rackets back in the day, but realized the string tension was low. I figured wherever I went, they would tell me to ditch the old racquets. B&T was recommended, so I got on the 91 to check it out. It is not a huge place, but it's packed floor to ceiling with whatever you might need. I needed shoes, a restring for both my racquets and a grip overhaul. They had a pretty knowledgeable guy stringing racquets off to the left. I showed him my racquets and, to my surprise, he didn't laugh. He agreed to restring with good stuff and fix up the grips. No need to replace racquets. Happy dance :). The lady there showed me some nice yonex shoes. I figured they would be a grip o' cash. Nope, they were on sale. I got out of the store for less than $150. Meanwhile they sent my 5yo daughter home with a toy dart game and a big smile. Great place. I'll be back. read more

Having just picked up tennis, I broke my strings for the first time and didn't know much about the different string brands and options. I came into B&T Racket shop and was greeted kindly by the lady at the front desk. I had gotten a few string characteristic recommendations from close friends, but needed some help. The gentleman who was already working on stringing another customer's racket stopped to help me. They were both very patient and helped me find the strings that fit the characteristics I was looking for. The turnaround time was very fast and the price was reasonable (said my friends who have had their rackets restrung in 626 and other OC tennis shops). I was also pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up my racket and they had put on a new overgrip as well. I now know where I will be going for any future tennis racket services, and I highly recommend this small family-owned tennis shop! read more

Arrived around morning for a restring on my badminton racket since my strings broke from playing. Costed me about 20$. Unexpectedly, the owner who serviced me said that since I arrived before 1pm I was guaranteed for my racket to be fixed the same day. Which was great to hear in comparison to other places that had me wait 4-5 days after on average. When I picked up my racket the stringing was done very nicely and I noticed that he had rewrapped my grip with newer grip, same color, free of charge. Which I honestly am thankful for and appreciate the gesture. Glad I found this place from a friend and will continue to go here & recommend others to go here as well. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I've been out of the game for sometime, and I recently started getting back into it. My tennis racquets were in bad shape, string wise, so I began looking for places around my area to get them restrung. I found this gem on Google and decided to give it a shot. I had my own strings which I took in and asked for a specific tension (a bit below from the mid range of the racquet), even though they advised me against it. Well the string broke while they restrung my racquet, and they took it upon themselves to replace the strings. When I picked them up, I was more than happy to pay for the strings since it was a request I had made, but he insisted that it was okay. Long story short, they've gain a new loyal customer.
