This is such a fun place, I love how they rotate the stuff animals out so it's always new and fresh. Each machine costs $1 to play, and you need to exchange your money for Chibi Tokens. You can ask one of the workers to move the stuff plushies for you to make it easier to pick-up. They also can coach you on how to win. We've won a ton of plushies and our collection keeps piling up. If you get enough, they give you a complimentary free bag! You could exchange (current) plushies the day you win them for bigger ones at the front. Shout out to one of the workers, Jordy! Excellent customer service, looks like he loves what he does and he just radiates positive energy. Thanks again for all you do, Jordy!

Dozens of neatly arranged stuffies in claw machines

Haiku: Chibi Claws Assorted stuffies Friendly and helpful workers Neatly arranged friends. --- We stumbled across this claw machine store while at Great Wolf Lodge (it's literally right next door). We've come a couple of times and both were top experiences. This place has really cute animal stuffies like Sanrio characters, Pokémon, Kpop Demon Hunters, and other adorable and endearing animals. What sets this spot apart from other stuffed animals gaming centers is that the staff is phenomenally friendly and helpful. They are constantly arranging the animals into neat rows for easier claw grabbing. I was having a difficult time grabbing an adorable croissant Jellycat-dupe, so the staff helped stack it higher for me to have a better chance at grabbing it. It worked! The coins are $1 per coin, but the machines here seem to be easier with better chances at securing a "strong claw grab." Also, the staff will help you upon request. We always leave with a bag stuffed with stuffies! There's also a section of the store where you can upgrade your stuffies by trading only day-of grabs. This is the perfect spot to bring the kiddos for a casual birthday outing. They don't have event space for rent, but you can bring your kid & friends and buy their tokens. They will go wild and have THE BEST TIME! Happy grabbing!

    How cute is this?

This place is super cute and addicting. Each play is one coin ($1). They have lots of cute plushies options. It was our first time so we're not very good, but I noticed a lot of other people were winning quite a bit. The claws do not have good grip (typical) but the games are still winnable. The worker noticed we were trying quite a few times to win a prize for our young son and he was very nice and helpful. Our little boys loved it!

Mofusand! Hard to get but eventually got one

I've been here three times and I LOVE IT! Super friendly staff who help you figure out how to win and also help place items in a way for you to grab them if requested. 1 credit per machine which is great because your money can go further. Trade ups available but only on same visit. Only reason why it's 4 stars is that it can vary how much you can win depending on the types of stuffies (heavier harder to win) and their positioning in the machine. I like the challenge of figuring it out though. It's in a mini mall complex so free parking.

First time checking this place out and it was cool. We've been to Kawaii Klaw and this place was similar but had different plushies. They do exchanges if you want to trade the ones you just won for another they have behind their cash register. Just know that once you leave with your plushies you CANNOT go exchange or return due to a hygiene policy. They have a loyalty program if you know you'll be back for more claw fun.

If you love the excitement of challenging claw games, this spot is the place for you. We spotted this place after our night at Great Wolf Lodge. My kids loved the prizes we won from cute plush animals, pencil holders, candies, and even snacks. For $20 worth, we got plenty of prizes and big bangs for your bucks! So worth it! Staff were friendly and gave us hints on how to win. You also have the option to trade in your plush animals for bigger ones. Super fun entertainment for the whole family.

Been to a ton of claw game spots, and this one is definitely fair. Not my biggest haul, but we spent $20 and walked away with two prizes. The employees are super cool--they go around adjusting the plushies in positions that make them winnable. All the crane strengths felt fair, with no sudden drops at the end, and every game was just $1 (1 token), which is awesome. We ended up snagging Steve from Minecraft and a capybara. Fun times!

    Seana S.

Had the best experience here today! We stopped by just to check it out and walked away with 3 plushies and spent less than $20 believe it or not. The guy working there was super awesome and gave tips on how to catch them. He even bagged up the plushies for us. Another mother and child were playing as well- and they already had a few wins in the short time they were there. This isn't like other claw machine places that make it impossible for you to get anything. I'll definitely stop by there more often.

    We won a Totoro!!

My friends and I had so much fun at Chibi Claws and we won so many plushies. I even won enough plushies to trade for the big capybara , which costs 17 to trade and has high quality. The employees here are super friendly, and Jeff, one of the staff, keeps rearrange the plushy to help us win. I can't find any other claw shops that actually want you to win as many as you can like this place. They even show tips to help you win on most of the machines. We will definitely come back here cause "Chibi Claws is cheaper than therapy" when you need to relax or release stress. P/s: They also have new LABUBU and Demon Slayers character boxes in their machines!

    Jamie M.

This place is so cool and clean. I really enjoyed waking around and seeing all of the prizes. The lights were pretty. Lots of different kinds of plush toys. You can trade for bigger items at the front desk too. Trades are only done during the same visit.

My first plushies :) staff is very helpful

I was referred to this spot after watching my friend start "clawing plushies" as a hobby. I like how the machines have a variety of plushies. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This spot is also open late on certain nights-- this makes for a fun group or date activity. In the daytime, you will see families with their children. (56/100)

So satisfying for my inner child! I love claw machines but i never win anything lol. I love how easy it is to win a prize and its super cute. Its about $1 a token and $1 a try but the more you buy it can be a little cheaper. I got 22 tokens for $20. Took me about 6 trys to get the baby cinnamonroll and and 3 to get the jolteon, very reasonable and fun. You can also trade in the plushies for a larger prize.

    Plushies!

Chibi claws is by far the best and if not the #1 claw machine establishment in OC or maybe even California ! The atmosphere and employees are amazing. Super nice set up with many claw machines to choose from. Very family friendly! Bring your kids, girlfriend, boyfriend, Whoever ! This is the spot to be! Very thankful for Danny and the other young girl that helped us today thank you so much!

A bag full of *quality* plushies!

Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.

The two examples they had to try out in the store had poor responses to their controllers; Antonio informed us that they're broken. When I mentioned that that is not a great way to sell their products, he said he isn't going to change them out until they're completely useless because kids just keep messing them up. I responded that this isn't a good testament to their quality. He continued the conversation with a slight bitterness about how children play so I stopped; kids are the main reason for your source of income- you should probably be nicer (I did not say this to him though I wanted to). The quality overall was quite low (everything is plastic!) so we opted to build models instead. The girl who showed us that was enthusiastic and helpful. We spent over 150$ on our custom vehicles; I got cool skull accessories on my truck. This store is better if you want to throw a party than to leave with a toy that will last. There's cheaper RTR and kits with far better quality than this place carries. Pros: - great location/around other activities - free parking for the first hour - clean and bright shop Cons: - pricey for low, low quality - no monster truck builds available - not truly kid-friendly

It was changed to Tarzan's Treehouse and then in 2023, Disney re-imagined it into a cool new yet retro Swiss Family Robinson inspired theme. It's pretty cool now, and it's worth checking out. There's rarely (if ever) a line, and you need to be able to climb a lot of stairs to experience this attraction. The ground level is ADA accessible, but you won't be able to go up into the treetops if you can't handle stairs. Since there's a ton of climbing, this is a great place to let kids burn off some energy as well. The premise is that you are walking through an "open house" of the family's treetop home. There's mother's music room with an inventive organ and other instruments, sister's telescope and astronomy room, and a cute animal-themed area for the little brother. There are lots of neat little details to discover along the way too, and the whole place feels peaceful and immersive and full of Disney magic. There are lots of water features too, which is calming and is a relaxing way to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy park. This isn't the most exciting attraction, and that adds to its charm. In fact, it IS the treehouse's total charm! That being said, this is much better when it's uncrowded. It isn't fun to be stuck on the stairways here when it's busy, so I would avoid it if you see a ton of parkgoers walking among the branches. The view from the top is fantastic, and it's a great spot for panoramic photos of the park, including the Rivers of America, Frontierland, and Big Thunder. It's a different experience in the daytime versus nighttime, but both are great times to explore the treehouse. Overall, the Adventureland Treehouse is a great hidden gem if you're looking for something low-key and scenic to do in between the bigger attractions. It's not a must-do for everyone, but it's a fun little stop that can add some extra magic to your day at Disneyland.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

I did not pay yet and asked to change my CPDs to 3 otos. I told him i would like 6 habrosas, at least. When i drove up to santa ana (the next day), with an invoice of 6 habrosas there were only 4 in stock. I understand that Corys prefer larger groups. Had it been disclosed ahead of time that there were only 4 corys, i would not have driven up from SD to Santa ana and the INVOICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BY THE SELLER If there is not enough stock. There were not even enough otos as i requested. -This wastes my 3 hours of round trip driving (100+ miles) and gas to be short changed. ----------------- -i will have to report this to the BBB as well. -after speaking directly with Nolan, i will wait for his business to rectify this situation before i take additional actions. --------------- Edit on 12/2 after seller's response below: 1. 85 miles or 100 is an approximate. It is a trivial point given that it is a long distance drive from sd to santa ana. The crux of the matter is that you sold me 4 cories when you knew ahead of time i wanted 6. I acknowledge you are closed on Wednesday. You had employees in the shop anyway on Wednesday--they said they had to come in anyway to feed the fish for the long weekend whether i came or not. 2. The invoice i received is an automated email invoice. I can email it to you like. It has 6 cories written on it, not 4. And to your reply i am not looking for other cories, iam looking for the habrosas. 3. You knew i was there to pick up six (that is why the invoice that you personally emailed me stated 6 habrosas, which you wanted me to pay). So Eiither you or your employees did not take stock before you emailed me an invoice or you knew ahead of time that you did NOT have 6 and tried to sell me what you have. 4. The 4 habrosas and the oto cats have SEVERE red gills when they were pre-packed in bags upon my arrival. Either this is due high ammonia or red gills disease. I regret buying them. 5. A local fish store in san diego says it is bacterial and recommends medicine treatment. Since the day i picked them up They have been in medicinal treatment and it is nearly a week where the red gills have been present even with daily water changes and 0 ammonia.. I never had this experience with other local fish stores. 6 aside, i have received unsolicited yelp correspondence from your employee. Note i was courteous with your employees. They did not need to initiate any involvement in yelp which was not appreciated. 7. The only correspondence was that you would send 2 cories free of charge on monday and i would not take further action until we resolve this problem. 8. Please do not send the 2 cories, i am wary of the quality of care from your shop given the state of the cories and oto cats. Going forward I will not be ordering from this "guppy mill". And i will report this to the bbb and to other social media sites
