Chuck E with the girls
Tiffany V.

The girls were there since 3pm yesterday tell 7pm & thought Chuck E. would come out before the kids begged for him to come out normally when we go he walks around, but this must've been a new Chuck E. because he just came out for like a good minute and then went back inside. The girls were like we were here all these hours just for that and a quick picture.

My wife and I stopped by this Chuck E Cheese location with our daughter. We wanted to see what they had here and how it was inside. The staff are very nice and give you a stamp if you come in with a child so they can keep track. I got two stamp on my hand since I was carrying my daughter. They have a decent amount of different games here and also food too. I can't speak on the food because I didn't order anything but some of the games are entertaining. This location is a decent size and seem very clean when we were here. We also found parking alright since we came before the afternoon.

Menu as of 8/25/26

I've been coming to this location for a couple of years now. It has got better. It smells very Clean coming into the location. They expanded the adventure playground which my son is excited about. They upgraded the restroom. This location has come along way. They always have an employee at check in which I appreciate. No more waiting forever to come in and out. I haven't seen him in a while but Remy the Manager there is the Best!

Chuck E. Cheese is a good place to take kids to, especially when it gets cold and dark in the winter. They also have good deals on monthly passes if you're able to go more often. I did notice that some games at this location are broken, and haven't been fixed or some time, hence the lower rating. They do seem short staffed, but workers work hard here. Every so often, I'd see someone wiping down the machines and making sure things stay clean. Food-wise: * Pizza 4/5 - Pizza is nice and crispy here and tasted as expected. Get the bigger size as the personal size is very small and not good value. * Cheesy bread 3/5 - Okay, a bit bland. * Buffalo Chicken wings 3.5/5 - Tasted like Tyson's frozen buffalo wings. Not bad, but nothing special. * Fries 1/5 - These were not crispy. They also tasted very starchy and undercooked.

Great place for kids! But the games were not giving as much tickets as it deserved. The max tickets you get per game is 3 which is nothing compared to the prizes. The games were fun but some seemed broken. There was a paid playhouse for the kids which only they can go in. Parents stay outside and watch. The zombie game was the best!

Came here for the first time in years. I brought my 3 kids and 1 of their friends. They were so excited. My mom was with me. We paid for 60 minute time cards. Ask if we needed a card and we were not informed about the $1 charge for each card and $2 with the waistband. I know it's not much, but it would be best to let people know about these things and not just charging without warning. My mom ordered fries for the kids. It was $5 and it was barely anything plus, they were burnt. Very disappointed. I was curious about the new trampoline area but we were not told about how it works at all. Luckily, my kids didn't seem too interested so it was fine but the workers don't seem to really care about customers at all. The games could use some maintenance and upkeep. It was clean when we were there, but it was hard explaining to little kids why so many games they wanted to play together weren't working. I think it's pricey for there to be so many downstairs.

Terrible French Fries

My family and I ordered the combo with two pizzas, 6 drinks and what was supposed to be the cookie pizza. Unfortunately they did not tell us they were out of the cookie pizza they instead gave us fries. We asked if instead we could get a discount on another item but they said no. The manager was very rude and when the fries came out there was hardly any. This didn't seem like a good alternative for the cookie because the fries were poorly made and were so little. The tables could be cleaned better because there were hardly any clean seats available and the ones that were had sticky juice and soda residue.

Terrible fries that definitely weren't fried but still burnt. Super dry too.

Place is okay if you have a toddler and need a place for them to roam ..it doesn't have as many things as other locations but it's clean. I ordered fries and they were most likely oven baked or airfried, definitely not fried. Most of the ends were burnt and inedible, portion was tiny too. Took almost 30 minutes even though there was nobody there. Definitely not worth the money or time.

Great place to visit in DCA!…read more Just an FYI, I noticed that unless you have your stroller designated as a wheelchair, you can't bring it in and you have to park it outside for those who have children. Kids love this place as they can run around, go down a slide, and use the tire zipline among the rope climbing areas. I think it's a more physical and interactive space where they can also learn about the wilderness and how we can take care of nature around us versus just running around a regular playground. You can interact with the cast members there and sometimes they have photo pass opportunities here too. For Oogie Boogie Bash, this area is used for the Villain's Grove and during the Xmas season you can meet Santa here or decorate some cookies. I went during the Hoppers Collaboration and it's a cute little "scavenger hunt" with signs of the critter characters, a puzzle to decode, and photo opportunities with some free stickers. Super cute and fun! Hope it becomes permanent since the theme is perfect and since I love Tom Lizard.

My mom introduced my kids to claw machines and they fell in love. I knew it would be a pricey outing but they really enjoyed themselves. The machines were mostly winnable. I noticed the 2 machines with Pokémon plushies in them were noticeably harder to win. They have workers walking around and rearranging the plushies to be able to win easier. And if they noticed you having an extra hard time, I've seen both set it up to basically guarantee you win. This type of customer service was the reason I went back and bought the second $100 round. You obviously do not need to spend as much as I did but I enjoyed watching my kids having fun. Even though my 2 year old was refusing help and would essentially waste the tokens. She double tapped and pushed the claw down the shoot at least 20 times but she really wanted to do it herself so I let her. At the end, we had enough to trade up for anything. And all my daughter really wanted were the toy story plushies. They traded at 2 for 1. The lotso was won in one of the machines. The alien was not out but when the worker noticed my daughter wanting the toy story characters, she told us to wait a minute because she thinks there's alien in the back. She came back with one and my daughter had to have it. So we traded 8 plushies for Woody, Buzz, Hamm, and an alien. As we were leaving, I had extras to trade but not enough for the really big ones or anything I really wanted. That's when one of the workers (I really wish I got her name. But she worked today, 8/19 at around 3pm) told me about their credit system. You can give them the plushies you'd like to use as trade in credit and they put it into their system with your name and number for next time to use. I love this since you cannot trade them once you walk out with them. I'll be back when my budget allows my kids to run wild again.

It was definitely a lot smaller than I remembered now that I am an adult, but it was truly the perfect size theme park for toddlers. It's nice that pretty much everything is included, just a couple of things that cost extra, like food to feed the animals, souvenirs, arcade games, but mostly everything we wanted to check out was included. Our kids are 3 1/2 and 5 and pretty much enjoyed all the rides! The roller coaster is a little rough, but I think it just depends on your kid, since my younger one really enjoyed it. They have food available to buy in the center of the park and tables all around, making it really easy to just take a break to eat something. I like that everything is really close to each other, so you don't feel like you're walking around a maze to get around. I wouldn't even bother with a stroller because everything is so close to each other. The tickets are the same price for anyone above one year old. I do wish the kids tickets were a little bit cheaper, but other than that, I thought it was a pretty fair price, considering you'd probably pay the same amount for a similar type wristband for rides at a fair for example, and at least younger kids can ride all of these ones. You probably wouldn't be able to spend a whole day here because of the size but an afternoon or a morning is plenty, especially for this age range.

It does get packed but is not crazy packed; it's still really fun. Price point is the best selling point of the arcade; you pay in nickels exactly what the name implies. What was unfair was being immediately asked to leave over something minor without any warning or clearly communicated policy. Parents, just be aware: you can be a paying customer with your children and still be kicked out without a warning over something you were never told was a rule. Ps: homegirl with the glasses and light brown curly hair had a rude attitude, unprofessional behavior, and the way she handled the situation resulted in extremely unfair treatment toward my family. Very disappointing experience.

They sell them at the front as well for both kids and adults. For the birthday party, they give you a room to use for 1.5 hours. It's quite a large room and they have balloons, plates, utensils and pizza. They even have this cart cleaning station with napkins and wet wipes too. I've hesitated a lot to post but as I've been coming almost everyday or having a monthly membership it seems like I MUST due to some lacking of how the business is being run. 1. The staff/ employees are not attentive to running the business hours. They are nice but they do not pay attention to the customers. There will be days where the devices like the carousel is not plugged in to start the day when it's past the opening time. I would ask couple of times on different days letting them know it's not plugged in. (My husband also had gone couple times told me the carousel was not plugged in). Not only the carousel but the arcade for Mario Kart would not be set up where I would call up an employee and ask them about it to set up so the kids not just my child can play ready to go. When a business opens the place should be ready to go for the customers but it would be funny that the customer would have to ask to have the things ready. I am surprised and frustrated because I'm like wondering why isn't the carousel working? Is it broken? No it was just not plugged in ready to go. Why would the business be opened if it's not ready for its customers to use their equipment? I've seen sadly that the employees are just having fun amongst themselves talking in the front but they don't pay attention to the customers wanting to purchase food or drinks or snacks where they have to then just go to the front. I've seen some parents calling the staff for attention but they're not answering where they end up walking to the front. Seeing that is very frustrating because the employees are not doing their job. They don't watch our kids but at least pay attention to the customers trying to purchase one of their own goods. 2. The cleanliness IS NOT MAINTAINED.. This week my mother in law went to play pie and told me she had killed a roach near the car carousel. I'm so sad and disgusted to hear this. I don't know how the facility is being taken care of or how often but this explains a lot. I'm very disappointed to hear this because my child loves to come here but seeing some things on how the business is run makes me feel lack of trust, worries and not safe environment. I'm just hoping things can improve..
