I have not been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid and was sadly disappointed about what this chain has become. Gone are the ball pits and sky tubes plus the live animatronics. Insert lots of games and a few juvenile rides and some lame TV enactment of a Chuck E. Cheese show and that's what it is now. I bought the least costly play card -$17 I believe. My son is just a toddler but it was kind of ridiculous that all he could get for the tickets he accumulated was a lollipop and two tootsie rolls. I refused to spend beyond the initial play card so we were outta there within an hour. My son loves just sitting at the driving games or shooting games and pretending to play them, but I know that's not going to last much longer. Once he catches on that he's not *actually* playing the games, this would turn into an expensive trip that just doesn't seem worth it.

Totally not the Chuck E Cheese I remember from my childhood! This place has been redone and rebranded. Gone are the singing robotic bands in the dark party room, and in with a bright clean dance floor and games. I appreciate the hand stamps at the front which match you and your kids up so the kids can't leave with someone else. Me and little guy had a mommy & son day and spent a good 2.5 hours here on a 100 pt card (check for coupons online!) and even got a free personal pizza through the app and I got the salad bar. Little guy got to join in on the dance parties lead by Chuck that were going on every hour and he had a blast! Will definitely be back when we need to treat him to an indoor afternoon!

Awesome! They got rid of the disgusting tube at the top that nobody cleaned and was offen pooped in. It's much more spacious. The pizza and staff are still helpful and patient. Salad bar is clean and always has fresh veggie and sides.

I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in years I was surprised to say that I did enjoy it. There's was Birthday party we were invited to. The place was very clean, a lot of staff members to answer you questions. I do think the token system has improved tremendously, and they do have a large food selection it would be amazing if they served GLUTEN free pizza I wouldn't mind paying more for that.

Their check-in was easy, instead of the stamps, they just have you take a selfie, and when you leave you show them the same selfie.

We went with the VIP Board Room Lunch which for $17.95 per person included assorted sandwich platters, salad, chips, fruit salad, and a dessert tray. I sent an email request online and was contacted by a manager via phone to coordinate the details. School lunch times are ridiculously early and the staff came in an hour earlier than usual to make sure our order was ready to go by 10:15 am. Is that service or what? Everything was packaged beautifully so it was easy to serve, and the staff was so impressed by the quality of the subs and salads. Platters were plentiful and guests were able to go back for seconds which was amazing. Two small recommendations for next time: 1) Make sure to specify that the dessert tray is properly labeled. There were a few items with surprise nuts in it which could have been an issue if not spotted. 2) The catering menu mentioned that fruit salad would be served with the meal -- we got a few boxes of bananas instead which is a bit misleading.

It was a rather pleasant reminder. The pizza was spot on: beautifully baked with a crisp base and generous toppings, while the chips were golden, fluffy within, and exactly as they ought to be. Simple fare, perhaps, but executed exceedingly well. Ordering at the counter was straightforward and efficient, and the service itself was courteous and welcoming without being overbearing -- always appreciated. I shall most certainly be making a point of visiting far more regularly from now on. It would be a shame not to.

It was much appreciated. As for the food it was hit and miss. Our husbands had the short rib raviolis and-although it was flavorful, there was not enough meat inside the raviolis nor were there enough raviolis to justify the price tag. Since the sauce was extremely flavorful I forced my husband to share some of the skimpy sauce to dip my pizza crust on it. Luckily the guys had enough of the wonderful fried mozzarella and bread to not be grumpy. One tip that our whole party agreed on was that the sauce was better suited if it was paired with chunks of lobsters instead of of the stuffed short rib raviolis. I was happy with size of my thin crust pizza and it was way more than I could eat. However, I am not sure if I was actually ok with how the ingredients were divided jn the quarter a fourth of the pizza contained olives ,another fourth was the mushrooms, ,another fourth was the prosciutto and for the life of me I could not remember the fourth ingredient. I'm still ponedering whether I am a fan of this. My friend had the Marguerite pizza and she was extremely satisfied with it. As to the place itself, it's nothing fancy, it's just your typical pizza place in a strip mall. It's just ok. One thing I noticed about it is the dim lighting, but to be fair it's a normal complaint for most eating establishments. We all had to break out our IPhone flashlights to read the menu. I wish most eateries would have a dimmer switch by your table so that when you are ordering, there is sufficient lighting as you read the menu and when done can be adjusted to mood lighting. I noticed most of the upper forties and up patrons did the same thing as us when ordering.

With about 30 seconds of chewing per bite, my entire meal was gone in about two and a half minutes. The waiter seemed to be doing his best, but he was clearly stretched too thin with too many tables. The service felt disorganized--we were first asked for drinks (which is standard), then only appetizers. After finishing those, we had to flag him down just to place our dinner order. The most disappointing part was the ravioli di carne. The portion was not only inadequate but honestly felt insulting--both to me as a customer and to the restaurant itself.

The pizza is consistently delicious, and it's something we genuinely look forward to every week. My son's favorite is their bacon and pineapple pizza -- and I have to say, it's honestly a brilliant combo that's even better than a traditional Hawaiian. Tonight we ordered our usual through a delivery app. It was a long delivery time, but it's a popular spot and a Friday night, so that was completely expected. Unfortunately, the wrong pizzas arrived. We were disappointed (and very hungry!), so we ended up eating a couple of slices even though it wasn't a combo we would normally choose. I called Church Street Pizza to let them know what happened. While they couldn't resolve the issue directly through the app, they immediately offered to remake our order for pickup. When I mentioned we had eaten a few slices, they were gracious and kind about it. We brought back one of the pizzas, they gave us our correct order fresh, and even wrote us a note for a free pizza. On the ride home, my son and I were talking about how much we love this place -- not just for the food, but for how they treated us when they truly didn't have to. That kind of service says everything. Great local business that we're proud to support. Thank you, Church Street Pizza!
