If you drive past the yellow Hunter House and curve right to the last parking lot, you'll find the entrance to a giant soccer/lacrosse multi-purpose field. The wooded trails here are nice and will take you back toward the softball fields and Curry Field (artificial turf). Nottoway has restrooms near the picnic area (which has a playground that's nice for kids). On the other side, you'll see two more baseball fields and then a series of tennis courts in the distance. I have nice memories of this park when my two sons (15 years, 13 years) played on the baseball fields for Vienna Little League. I think a highlight of this park is that it is not overly crowded on Saturday afternoons.

I hope these issues are addressed soon. If not, I will be forced to cancel my membership.

Not to mention the fact weights are always missing and we have basketball courts making it so loud your noise cancelling headphones still won't block it out. You also can't get through to equipment unless you cross behind the courts so hopefully you can catch a ball. Also pretty sure the AC doesn't work at all. The one good part is the GM there is always kind but their upper management seriously needs to fix these issues or just close the gym at this point. It's embarrassing

In fact, very few were even wearing masks. But that's a park visit during a pandemic for you. Yeah. I enjoyed my time here. It was lush and quiet even with the highway right there worth a visit if you haven't been. Just watch for pedestrians on your way to and from. I love to walk and believe that pedestrians have the right of way but I also look both ways because everyone is never on the same page.

Equinox Tysons Corner -- BEWARE…read more Extremely shady cancellation practices. I went into the club four months ago specifically to cancel my membership. I spoke with an employee, clearly told him I wanted to cancel, and was told I was good to go. Now, four months later, Equinox is claiming there is no cancellation request on file and telling me I owe four months of membership fees. Convenient. This also isn't an isolated issue. The BBB has numerous recent complaints involving Equinox and cancellation problems, continued billing, and customers being sent through unnecessary hoops just to cancel. A luxury gym with a premium price should have premium customer service. Instead, this feels like a deliberate game of "you can join easily, but good luck getting out." Document everything if you're a member. I would not recommend Equinox Tysons Corner.

We stopped by at this park today because our usual one was too full. This one was nice and empty for him. It had just enough room for him to explore and have fun. Lots of trash cans available for doggie #2 too. Parking was easy right on the street. They had a little free library as well. They had bathrooms that were pretty clean and even a doggie water fountain (and a water fountain specifically to refill your water bottle). It was a nice surprise that this little park had so many amenities. I'll definitely be back as my dog really enjoyed himself!!

There was something so magical about the community of Bluebell, Alabama and all of the traditions and activities they had that was very compelling to watch. I believe the Town of Vienna is the closest to Bluebell situation we have going here in Northern Virginia and I have definitely been taking advantage of all the family-friendly activities that they offer. The Vienna Town Green is home to a lot of them (including a free summer concert series). A few friends and I packed up a picnic and watched a show while our kiddos ran around with new friends catching fireflies and blowing bubbles. Awesome crew, on point cleanliness, actively renovating older spots,bathrooms, lockerrooms, etc - i have personally witnessed all of these in the past year. As for parking, of course, in the middle of McLean, at peak hours any business is going to have limited parking. This is common sense. Besides the peak hours, there is always space to park. One thing I would suggest tho, is to open up the pool registration hours to earlier hours as well, like 5am when the gym opens. I cant register for sooner than 7:15. Other then that, keep up the good work!

However, the facility itself was in dire need of renovation. - pool: covered outdoor pool that works as indoor pool during colder months, but the condensation is much, you can't see anything. (See pic) - it is like a maze: hard to navigate easily and it reminds you of your public school set up - group classes itself were nice, but the AC AND the fans on the ceiling don't work, so imagine how hot it gets.. like 77 on my group class day. It was so uncomfortable. - if you need tennis or other courts: this is your best bet! They have so many tennis and other sport courts. So choose this location if you like tennis, squash etc. not a good fit for those who just wanna workout in group classes or swim in comfort. $90 a month plus $100 or so for initiation fee. 3. Indoor cafe available 4. Parking is a nightmare. Such a small lot for the number of people it serves. Those who live in McLean should just walk there. Then the walk itself will your workout!

I wouldn't be surprised if it could be set up to be 50 meter lanes instead of the standard 25 meter lanes. The pool is a T shape, with 3 diving boards on one end and a gradual entry on the other end. There's also a small water slide. Theres also an extensive snack bar with a lot of options. They even offer relish, mustard and mayo packets for a deluxe experience with your burger or hot dog. That said, this pool has been around awhile, and you can certainly tell in the facilities. The shower/bathroom area is OLD. The tile is pink from back when pink bathrooms were in style. But I don't hold it against them since the pool is so nice!
