    Buffalo chicken wrap

Ski mountain pub food. Not great but will do the trick for lunch. Bar service is super slow so be patient. They can just touch up the food a little and it could be better. The nachos are better with no queso and just extra cheddar instead. The chili is to soupy and has n barely any meat in it - mostly beans. The wings are great!! Hamburger just ok and the fish and chips just ok. Just needs some TLC and this place can be better.

This is a nice bar to kick back and relax after a long day on the mountain. It gets pretty crowded on the weekend. We walked in around 3pm and were told that there was an 1.5 hour wait for a table. Thankfully we were lucky enough to grab a couple seats at the bar that just became available. The beers are overpriced though (about $9.50 each) but surprisingly the hot spiked beverage was only $10. There's also an outdoor deck with a heat lamp where you can sit and watch people skiing down the mountain.

Very so so restaurant. It is located in the middle of a ski resort so it has a captive audience. The staff is very friendly but the food is TGI Fridays on a bad day. Mostly junk food and it isn't high quality junk food at that. We had: - Nachos - they would have been okay but the salsa tasted like someone opened a jar of Old El Paso salsa that was sitting in the refrigerator and dumped it on top of a pile of chips and cheese. - Fried Green Beans - they were average sitting on a bed of wilted lettuce. The dipping sauce was....interesting - Mac n Cheese - ziti noodles with cheese sauce. My daughter was unimpressed. - Pasta with Butter - ziti noodles with butter, basic. - Garden Salad - basic but then again, it is a garden salad. - Pulled Pork sandwich - loaded with grizzle. As I said before, the staff was extremely friendly but that didn't compensate for the so so food.

Chili was hot and very good. Service was quick and pleasant. Lots of good beer and even a cider on tap. Right on the mountain.

Our bartender was super nice and fast. He came and brought the menus really quick. Our drinks were really good and the food came out really fast. I believe the first night we had the wings and the homemade chips, as well as the ramen !(the wings and chips were perfect). The Asian inspired dish was a little bit spicy but very tasty. The second night we tried the mushrooms crostini and again was perfect. Decent burger, I would have loved the bun a little bit more toasted, and the cheese a little bit more melted but other than that was good. I had a fish dish that night. ( not too crazy about the Brussels sprouts but other than that was good) . Yes, we came back for a third time for New Year's Eve. I really wanted to try the miso Caesar salad and again it was 10 out of 10. Probably the best Caesar salad I had so far! My husband had the steak that night and I had the pasta. Both good. Ma favorite? The salad and dessert. ( apple crisp with ice cream, a must ). The ambiance was really good, we loved the cozy vibes at the bar, the decor, dim lights and especially the 80' music. Can't wait to return!

The service is great, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is ok. I did enjoy the hangar steak (although it was bit dry since I don't put barbeque sauce on my steak) and the salmon was good, but the side couscous with the salmon last night was cold. Tonight we ordered the pork chop (delicious), but the sweet mashed potatoes had the skin on them (?) so I couldn't eat all of them. The Mediterranean baby kale salad was very good, but the chicken was dry. The paper planes cocktails are excellent! Overall a very good experience and definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, the way management handles pricing and customer concerns has become very disappointing, The issue is not with all the staff. Many of them provide very good service. However, there have also been times when service at the bar has felt rushed or dismissive, particularly on weekend evenings when one bartender appears more focused on closing customers out early than allowing regulars to enjoy their meal or drinks without being tabbed out before requesting such. That kind of experience, combined with the pricing issue, makes loyal customers feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. The bigger issue is the repeated nickel-and-diming of regular customers. Most recently, I ordered a small pizza that was half cheese, and half mushroom, onion and sausage. I was charged the full topping price price for each of the three toppings as though the toppings had been placed on the entire pizza, even though they were only on half. On top of that, I was charged an additional fee because the other half was plain cheese-even though a cheese pizza is already base pizza. That kind of pricing is hard to justify and makes the regular customer feel like every small variation is treated as an opportunity to add another charge. When I first questioned the charge, the bartender's response was essentially "this is how it rings up in the register". That did not address the concern. a register entry does not make an unreasonable charge reasonable, and pricing can be adjusted when something clearly does not make sense. I then attempted to raise the issue with the owner and was directed to the manager. When I spoke with the manager, the response still felt defensive rather than customer-focused. I was eventually handed $2 and told, in substance, that because I was a regular customer, they did not want me to be upset. The way it was handled made it feel as though I was the one being difficult over a few dollars. That misses the point. The issue is not the $2. The issue is that regular customers should not feel like every order is an opportunity to squeeze out another charge. Regular customers notice when small charges do not seem reasonable or transparent. This was not an isolated concern. On Mother's Day, we came in expecting the regular dinner menu after being told dinner would be available. Instead, we were given a holiday menu with options selected from the regular menu at higher prices - around $7 to $8 more per entree - without anything extra included. On another visit, we were told there would be a $4 charge for extra bread, which also felt excessive. I understand restaurant's have costs, and I do not expect anything for free. But there is a difference between fair pricing and making loyal customers feel taken advantage of. When a regular customer raises a reasonable concern, it should be handled with professionalism, not defensiveness. This restaurant has good food, a great location, and some very good staff. But management's pricing practices and response to customer concerns have changed my view of this restaurant. After years of regular patronage, I walked away feeling like the loyalty of regular customers are treated like another revenue opportunity.

The onion bites were a fantastic alternative to onion rings and dangerously easy to keep eating. The beer list reads like a who's who of great choices, and the wings were excellent, possibly the best I've had in recent memory. The buffalo sauce was especially well done, with just enough heat to know it is there, but still approachable even for someone who does not usually go for spice. The real highlight, though, was Joyce. She absolutely personified great customer service. Friendly, attentive, thoughtful, and on top of everything without ever overdoing it. Honestly, the level of care she gave rivaled service at a five-star resort. I wish Joyce could follow me around to every meal I have. She was that good. Tonight I started with their delicious maple old fashioned! Then I ordered their onion soup....delicious. We also ordered the nachos which were per her as well. I asked Ashley our waitress what the signature dish was, she said the wings so we ordered a dozen. They were outstanding and delicious, crispy! For dinner I got their delicious burger with bacon and cheddar and fries, great stuff. My friends had the pork shoulder which they said was delicious and looked tender. My wife had the butter buttered chicken sandwich which She enjoyed. Again, this is a must hit spot. Go early and catch the sunset on the porch! Ordered the tortilla chips with trio of dips (guacamole, queso, salsa). The chips were nice and crunchy and salty and the dips were very tasty we would get this again. We got a quesadilla with flank steak and a burrito with Barbacoa and split these entrées. Felt the Barbacoa didn't have a ton of flavor, it reminded me of birria. Both birria and Barbacoa taste like pot roast. I do really enjoy pot roast but the meat needs to be seasoned a little more. Add a little more salt or the meat is going to lack in flavor, I don't want just texture I want flavor as well in the meat. The flank steak quesadilla was really tasty but they didn't put a lot of flank steak in it. The meat itself had some nice flavor to it. I ended up ordering a flank steak burrito to go and asked them to add extra flank steak to it since I figured they would probably not add very much just like they didn't add to the quesadilla. I took a bite of the burrito when I got home and really enjoyed it. Good guacamole as well we both agreed that it could use just a little extra salt in a squeeze of lime juice. She really enjoyed her margarita. I just had some of the takeout flank steak burrito that I ordered at the end of our meal. It was really delicious and that I give five stars too but make sure you order extra flank steak so they don't skimp on it, or else you might be disappointed.

No water, no bread. Had to ask for water. Our appetizers came quickly. The caprese salad was delicious. Then about a half an hour later our waitress comes out advising they were out of the venison. My husband had ordered it. She left to get the menu (when she should have had it with her) came back, my husband ordered the haddock. She said ok, left and came back about five minutes later advising that they were out of that too. At this point my husband had to look at the menu. Our waitress apologized for the inconvenience and explained how more than several dishes were not available and that they had to close the restaurant an hour earlier due to this. My husband settled on the salmon. By the time we got our food, it was cold. I ordered scallops. And I should have taken a picture - it was pathetic. It looked like an appetizer it was so small. The asparagus was cold, and the scallops had no flavor. I ate a few bites but it was so disappointing. The salmon was also just ok. Nothing special. Our waitress assured we would get dessert fast if we wanted it but we didn't wanna bother considering everything. She apologized again, saying she would talk to the manager and that he would come over to talk to us. He never did come over. They took off my scallops from the bill at least. But this was by far the worst experience ever. A few small suggestions and the experience may have been better - provide water at the beginning, we shouldn't have had to wait 1/2 an hour to get some, bring us the bread, we shouldn't have to ask for it and during the wait it should have been offered as a courtesy for the absurd long wait and frustration for not having the meal my husband wanted, and if you say a manager would come over, they should come over. The meal started out ok but it just got worse and worse. My husband and I paid our bill quickly and left. He had to get me food elsewhere as I was still very hungry.
