Not many of the restaurants in Lenox are open for lunch on Mondays, but no worries...all you need is Antimony! We were eager to try their beers, so naturally we started with a beer flight and enjoyed all of our choices, including the light Lunch Break Ale, the Inner IPA, the seasonal Pumpkin Ale, and the Spectral Brown Ale. I'd probably skip the Lunch Break, but would absolutely order the other 3 again. Sticking with the flight theme, they have a soup flight option for lunch! The poblano corn chowder was good, but my least favorite of the three - you definitely get the poblano flavor, though it's not spicy. I prefer a thicker chowder, but it was a nice light version. The stout onion soup was delicious, with lots of onions and cheese, and croutons which made it easier to eat than one hunk of bread. But...it was way too salty. The chili is very good. Thick and hearty, with a medium heat level and it went very well with the Spectral Brown. I only got to try one small bite of the Reuben, but it looked delicious and the corned beef was tender with a good purple cabbage crunch. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated, but we were thrilled to enjoy the sunshine on their front patio aside the spectacular wolf mural. Disappointing experience. We were seated inside after being told the outdoor seating was crowded even though there was a table. The hostess was very pushy to have sit inside. She then ended up attempting to be our sever...I say this as it was over 15 minutes before she brought us water and asked us our orders , only then to inform us that several menu items were unavailable as we tried to order. We placed an appetizer and drink order, but after another 10-15 minutes, our drinks still hadn't arrived. We ultimately left. I understand staffing challenges, especially after a busy holiday weekend, but if you can't provide the basics of service, perhaps seating and hours should be adjusted. A little communication upfront would have gone a long way. read more

Best choice of the weekend! Came to the Berkshires for a Birthday weekend and was having a wonderful visit that just got even better with our trip to Antimony. Our server Lacey was excellent and very attentive. The food was way better than anticipated for a brew pub and we'll above average. I visited the region because of a wedding. I decided to order takeout here because I was staying at Courtyard across the street. I placed my order of Fish & Chips (replaced with salad) online and after about 20 minutes walked over for the pickup. Upon entry, the placed was packed with a Saturday crowd. Upon entry there a bar full of people watching a game. Since it's a brewery, it has a rustic look with wooden decor. The hostess greeted me and asked if I needed a table. I let her know that I placed an order and she quickly went back to check if my order was ready. As she stepped away, another hostess stepped in to assist. After a few minutes, she came back with my order. After coming back to my room, I had the fish and salad. It was large portions nicely prepared, hot and tasted very nice. We heard good things and we wanted to stop for early dinner. Nice space, big bar, nice selection of beers. They were out of 2 of the seasonal and the next day they were starting a pickle special menu. Too bad we missed it! The service was nice, waitress was attentive. The hostess wasn't that cheery and definitely not happy when I requested a booth due to my bad back. Other than that we really enjoyed the cheese curds, Mac and cheese and beer. "I like smoke and lightning Heavy metal thunder" (Steppenwolf) Q: What on earth is Antimony? A: Antimony is a heavy metal. Chemical symbol Sb and atomic number 51 on your periodic table. Antimony is known as the "wolf of metals" because its chemical structure allows it to devour pretty much any other metal except gold. So that kind of explains all of the wolf-inspired logos and imagery you'll see at Antimony Brewing. It's located in a big retail center with plenty of parking and located on a main road (Route 20), so it's a very easy to visit and enjoy some wonderful beers and food. Four if us just had lunch there and we had a terrific visit. Of course, when I visit a brewery-restaurant, the first thing I do when seated is scope out the beer list and find something that intrigues me. Their selection represents pretty much everything in the beer world - IPAs, Double IPAs, Sours, Ales, Stouts, and Pilsners, plus some very cool cocktails and hard cider. I went with a 16-ounce pour of their Cherry Blonde Ale ($9, 5.0 ABV, 20 IBU). It was mild, very drinkable and quite delicious. Their food menu is very ambitious with ten small plates (how about Texas Twinkie Egg Rolls, Panko Crusted Cheese Curds, or Chicken Kimchi Potstickers?), four salads, eight burgers including elk, bison, lamb, Wagyu, and Ghost Pepper, eight sandwiches including tacos and a Prime Rib Dip, seven Big Plates including salmon, brisket and steak tips, and four pizzas including Wild Mushroom and Balsamic Fig. I couldn't resist the Ghost Pepper Smash Burger ($19) with ghost pepper cheddar, candied jalapenos garlic aioli, and a double smashed burger patties. I thought it was a great choice, the burger patties were yummy and the candied jalapenos packed a punch. The ghost pepper cheese didn't seem to add much zip, but maybe it was overpowered by the jalapenos? My wife ordered a short pour of their cider draft ($4 for 5-ounces) and it was served with a cinnamon sugar dusting on the rim, which really enhanced the apple cider! Her lunch was the Butternut Squash Salad ($16) with mixed greens, cubed butternut squash, goat cheese, candied pecans, dried cranberries, and a maple vinaigrette dressing. What a great mix of flavors and textures. Our server was a young lady named Karizma and she was personable, professional, and very helpful. Our party of four's lunch ran $129 for 5 drinks, our burger and salad, plus another salad (with salmon) and a fish and chips. We had a totally enjoyable visit with great food, great drink, and great friends. PRO TIP There are no sinks in the men's room or ladies' room. Instead, there is a Unisex communal bank of sinks for everyone to wash up together. Seems like a very cool way to make friends!! read more

Visited Antimony Brewing in April 2025. The burger was juicy and flavorful, served on fresh buns with crisp lettuce and perfectly seasoned fries on the side. The fried chicken sandwich was a standout; spicy, crispy, saucy, and paired with creamy slaw for the perfect balance. What a great spot for some finger foods and drinks! There was a bit of a wait for a table since we had 7 ppl in our group but the wait was shorter than they estimated. It was busy inside but not really bustling. By the end of our meal, there was live music setting up for the rest of the night. The food/drinks were a bit varied. I tried their strawberry rhubarb old fashioned- not great. Their drinks on tap, solid choices. The burgers were a hit! I got the elk burger and it hit the spot for a burger craving. The fries are a bit underwhelming as they're kinda soft and small in quantity. The wings were fine, not enough heat for it to be called mango habanero wings. Solid gastropub with all the classic dishes you know and love. Came here twice during our stay in the area and loved the Buffalo Burger w/ fries. Came with brie and blueberry jam which was a bit weird but I tried it. 2nd time had the "French Dip" which should be thin sliced roast beef but instead it was thick steak pieces that didn't quite work. Call it a steak sandwich au jus. As for the beer, I liked their plum sour ale that was good, but only available in cans that day. Hope it's back on tap soon. Kye our waitress was awesome and a lot of fun taking out order and giving us recommendations. I ordered a flight of beers enjoying their IPAs. I also ordered the pretzel which was awesome buttery and hot and again their lamb burger was just amazing full of flavor that's gonna be a must when I get home to get some ground lamb excellent since this is a few days ago I don't remember what my friends ordered but trust me, Everything was enjoyed. First, parking is a little confusing especially if there aren't any spots out front or if people are parked so they take up 2 spots. There was parking out back but there was a lot of construction equipment and I don't know if it's staff only parking back there. My service was good, they were fairly busy around dinner time last night. The bartenders were really nice (and they had good hair ‍). However, one of the gentlemen sort of just rinsed his hands after the bathroom and didn't use soap lol I had a flight, with their newly released Lemon Ginger Beer, Ionic Tangerine Sour, Coldhead Oatmeal Stout and a Grapefruit Pale Ale. Very cute presentation - they serve their flights on old barrel planks. I loved the Ionic and the Coldhead, however the Lemon Ginger wasn't it for me. If you're a fan of heavy ginger flavor (think a Libation) this will be right up your alley though. (The spicy margs everyone was ordering looked delicious!) The food was delicious! I tried a soft pretzel with beer cheese and honey mustard. The pretzel was larger than my face and the dips were super tasty. I also had a hand held - I went with their Caprese, added chicken and their truffle fries. Truffle fries were so delicious! The sandwich was also great, their chicken was grilled really nicely with perfect charred ends and the flavors all came together really nicely. We did have to flag somebody down to get ketchup for our fries, but that's a minor thing and the condiment arrived quickly. Ambience was just what I would have expected. (That's a plus) Negatives: I waited a good five minutes in front of the hostess station before the two people at the station actively talking to each other looked up to acknowledge me. My knife was neatly wrapped with a spoon in a paper napkin but the knife, although it appeared washed, was still dirty. Our waitress was very curtious in exchanging my flatware for a new pair. Overall, I'd give the place an "average plus". This was my one and only visit passing through town. I'd probably give it another try, when I pass this way again. This is a brewery. What an incredible spot! I knew I had to visit after it made Yelp's 2024 Top Places to Eat list and I'm so glad I did. Just an hour outside of Albany, Antimony Brewing offers a great selection of beers and cocktails. My boyfriend tried their Oatmeal Stout and I got the Fall Sangria. Both were fantastic! For food, we started with the hot wing special, which were great. They heat was perfect and not overpowering. For entrees, I got the Balasmic Fig Pizza, which had caramelized onions, goat cheese and balsalmic vinegar. It was incredible! I couldn't stop eating it. My boyfriend got the Prime Rib sandwich and raved about it too. Overall, not only did the food live up to the hype but so did the drinks, friendly service and great atmosphere. This is a really cool brewery, love the decor! Unfortunately I didn't like the food. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and the meat was tough, no flavor, lots of onions and the bread fell apart as soon as I dipped it in the au jus. The home chips were good though. The hubby ordered the Cubano. Being from Miami, our palet for Cuban sandwiches is pretty refined. This did not meet our standards. It was ok. I didn't even take pics. While the beer was good the Mexican lager tasted more like an IPA. The waiter recommended the blonde which was very good. The brisket sandwich was a little tough but my wife enjoyed her Reuben. One evening we decided to take a break from expensive Berkshire restaurants and get a quick meal and a beer. This place is popular, but I'm not sure why it is. The food served is fairly typical bar food and is just okay, nothing special. We did get seated right away, but getting our meals took probably 45 minutes to an hour. When it finally came, it really wasn't worth the wait. My craft beer was good, but expensive for the size pour. Of course I live in an area with around 75 good to excellent craft beer places, so I'm spoiled. read more
