Beautiful bar and lighting, great mixologist, and a fabulous dinner menu! We enjoyed Smoked Maple Old Fashioneds and Margaritas to start, and both were made with great care and were delicious. The shrimp tempura appetizer was crispy, fresh and amazing. I had the seafood trio (pan-seared sea bass, shrimp & scallops with asparagus and carrot risotto) which was heavenly and I highly recommend. They also have chicken and beef dishes as well, which we'll try on subsequent visits to the area. Our waitress Joana and bartender Josiah were super friendly, and we loved chatting with owner Jane toward the end. Overall, a very fun and tasty experience!

"Baguette" - save your money by not paying $4 for a warm roll

We went here for dinner on a Friday before a show at Tanglewood and the food was not up to par for the prices. Vibe: Modern, clean, indoor and outdoor seating Service: Good overall, entrees took a little long to come out Drinks: I had a decent espresso martini Food: TLDR: Truly underwhelming. Baguette - basically a ~6" warm ciabatta-esque roll, good but not worth $4, and not baguette Tuna tartare - this was good, although the tortilla chips felt slightly stale Pan seared duck breast - duck was overcooked and tough, green beans were bland, sweet potatoes were okay but some pieces were undercooked. Unimpressed by the flavors. Plating made the portion look small, it was a fine amount of food. Others around the table didn't seem too impressed with their food, and in terms of appearance, the risotto on others' plates looked very unappetizing. Value: For the 2 appetizers, 4 entrees, and ~5 drinks it came out to ~$280 including tip. The food was absolutely not worth ~$50-60 per person. Accessibility: Free street parking available in the nearby streets, it was pretty busy on a Friday in the summer with a Tanglewood show that night but we were still able to find spots okay after circling the block a couple times. I don't give out a lot of 2 star reviews but this was seriously overpriced for food that was mediocre at best. Would absolutely not recommend.

One of my favorite restaurants in the Berkshires. Staff and bartenders are friendly and attentive. The daily specials are always interesting and almost always offer my menu selection choices. Chef is very creative. My favorite app is Tuna Tartare. Last nights specials menu offered 3 different types of tacos as an app. Scallop and shrimp over pasta was excellent entree. It's fun to sit at the bar and watch the skilled bartenders practice their craft preparing specialty cocktails. Tip: if there is soup on the daily specials menu- order it!

I've been here several times and this time the food was extraordinary. Compliments to the chefs and severa. I had the Pear Salad and my wife had the Chicken Tinga Tostada. Service was great and they happen to have live music on this Friday night and we had a great time!!

Blood orange martini is the best!

The blood orange martini, shrimp tempura and tuna tartar was excellent. Service was phenomenal. Lisa was so personable. And I love the ambiance here!

Really great food, especially their burgers. I would come back just for the burgers. It is loud due to the live music, but that is expected. The service was alright. They do have the ability to take Apple Pay. If they tell you they don't, just ask for the manager to help you and they should be able to do it.

Amazing dinner and drinks. Great bar scene. We will definitely be back for the ambience alone.

In brief--Creative cuisine, excellent mocktails, at competitive prices, with friendly service in a quaint, renovated train depot on the Housatonic River." The Lenox-Lee is well known and regarded for an assortment of outstanding dining establishments. The Station is perhaps the newest addition to the array of places in that area worth a visit when in the Berkshires. Open only since February of 2025, they've taken the train depot in downtown Lee, right on the tracks and next to the river and turned it into a charm venue for what I would call casual fine dining We arrived at our scheduled reservation time. We were promptly greeted and seated by Realyn who would be our server for the evening. On one side of the restaurant is an intimate bar area and on the other, the dining room with various configurations for seating. Realyn brought us a complimentary bottle of sparkling Saratoga water (our choice--sparkling or still) and took our drink orders. We appreciated that while attentive and really affable, Realyn did not rush us through the dining experience. She took our drink orders and brought some freshly baked bread and softened butter. My wife ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio and I ordered a mocktail of Passion Fruit juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, and ginger beer. Beautiful to look at, it tasted great and was really refreshing. I would end up ordering a second. Due to having a late lunch we really didn't have the appetite for appetizers and a main, so we each ordered a main dish, both of which turned out to be enormous platters of food. My wife ordered the whole Branzino. The presentation was gorgeous and the flavors were exceptional. The fish was completely deboned (save for the attached head), the skin crisp and it came with a sauce made from fresh peas, capers, roasted grape tomatoes, fresh figs, and finely minced herbs. I took quite a few tastes--for research purposes--and was very impressed with the freshness of the fish and the accompaniments. I ordered the Winter Duck Ragu. Wow, what amazing flavors. The portion was huge--half the portion would have been more than a suitable size for an entree. It's the sort of dish that once you start to eat, it's difficult to stop. I finally had to ask Realynn to remove my plate because I kept eating. Slow roasted duck mixed with oyster mushroom and winter black truffles in a homemade tomato sauce properly sauced in the kitchen with tagliatelle appropriately infused with Parmesan Reggiano. Every single bite was heavenly and as I said, a real challenge to stop enjoying it. We lingered for a while to finish our drinks and while Raelynn did recount the three tempting desserts available, we passed since both of us were really full. Two years ago when we were staying in Lee we happened to stay at a B&B right across from this old train depot. The B&B is in an old school house and is quite adorable. We wondered why know one was using the old depot for some worthwhile purpose. Well, The Station is doing just that and it's certainly a place we would visit again.

Wait no longer, Station gastropub is here. Gastronomical miracle yes, pub not so much. The wine list is short but highly curated--every category a gem at a good price. We started with the fried Brussels--light, sweet, tart and laced with goat cheese: inspired. A whole branzino was perfectly boned, lightly cooked to awesome flakiness and spiced just enough. The tuna tartare glowed with yuzu and a hint of jalapeño. The steamed mussels were tiny, buttery, and just balanced between rare and rubber. We finished up with crème brûlée so light and delicate it nearly floated off the spoon. Built inside a train station that has been a steak house, a good Mexican place, and yes, once a train station, the interior is calm, suave, quiet and nourishing. There is a patio and a special room built in a caboose. Do not miss this hidden gem. Soon it will not be so easy to get a reservation.
