I initially called the store because my boots had ripped, and I wanted to find out whether they offered repairs. Lisette answered my call and was incredibly patient, professional, and thorough. She took the time to answer all my questions and even went above and beyond to research my purchase and warranty information. Thanks to her efforts, we discovered that my boots were still covered under warranty! When I arrived at the store, it was extremely busy. Despite that, I was immediately greeted by a newer employee who was very welcoming. When I mentioned that I was there to see Lisette, she promptly went to find her. Although Lisette was busy assisting with other responsibilities, she still made it a point to introduce herself and personally take care of me. She even switched responsibilities with a colleague so she could continue helping me, since we had already spoken over the phone. What impressed me most was that she remembered exactly who I was and why I had come in. Without hesitation, she took care of everything and retrieved my replacement boots. She also introduced me to the store manager, Kenny, who was equally attentive, welcoming, and willing to help. Throughout my visit, Lisette repeatedly offered me something to drink and made sure I was comfortable. What makes this experience even more impressive is that I wasn't there to make a purchase. I was simply trying to resolve an issue with a pair of boots I already owned. Yet, I was treated with the same level of attention, respect, and care that you would expect when making a significant purchase. As someone who values great customer service, I can confidently say that this experience exceeded my expectations. It's rare to come across employees who genuinely take pride in helping people, especially during a busy day. Lisette and Kenny are tremendous assets to this store, and their customer service deserves recognition. They didn't just resolve my issue; they earned my loyalty as a customer. I'll definitely be returning, especially with the holidays right around the corner. Thank you both for such an exceptional experience!

You are going to pay a pretty penny, but, still within reason. It's honestly a nice little store, for sure. However, the 10 mins we were in there, we weren't spoken to at all. We never received a, "welcome in... if you need help or have questions, please let me know..." nothing. After 10 mins, we walked out, just as we walked in. Without anything being said to us. As we were leaving, other customers were walking in, they received a proper welcome... we, we just didn't.

Why I took off a star- There are two other employees that work there (I dk their names) but every time I go in there they seemed bothered if I ask if they have something in another size or if they can price match with online. I went to the Galleria location and they were more than happy to order online for me and price match, but for some reason they never want to do it at city center.... My last experience: I went to buy two items because I didn't want to wait for them to get shipped but they said they couldn't price match, so I agreed to buy it online instead. Then the girl acted like she would do me a favor (i guess they needed the sale) and give me the same discount with a coupon she had in store.... I went ahead and accepted for her to give me the offer, but wasn't content that she gave me pushback; their customer service is lacking big time. I probably would've bought more if it wasn't for her attitude, at that point I was ready to get out of there.
