I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! Dior was my final stop after browsing several other luxury boutiques in search of a pink bag to celebrate my pregnancy with a baby girl. I am so incredibly glad my husband and I decided to walk in, as we received truly exceptional service from Mai P. Mai was the sweetest sales associate and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through al the different shades of pink they had in stock. While the Mini Lady Dior in pink initially caught my eye, I ultimately decided to go with the cream white. It is such a versatile piece that will complement my entire wardrobe. Mai suggested adding a pink scarf that she expertly wrapped around the handles. It adds the cutest touch and is such a sweet way to commemorate this milestone! I also love the updated details this season. In addition to the class Dior charms, there is a dainty ribbon charm that is just beautiful. This was easily one oft he best luxury shopping experiences I have ever had. I will definitely be back to see Mai P. at Ala Moana Dior in the future! read more

Out of all the luxury stores in the shops at Waikiki and Ala Moana Center, I have to give a shout out to Mai at C.Dior. She was very friendly and helpful and stood out among all the other luxury store employees. Everyone at Dior was very professional and made me feel welcomed. There is a wide selection of items here. Ended up purchasing a cream colored bag for my wife and a pink scarf as well. Mai showed us how to wrap the scarf around the handbag and it looked beautiful. I had to make it to a reservation and was short on time so I made the payment first and then picked up the bag in a few hours. She had everything wrapped and placed in the bag very nicely. There is a wide selection of goods here with Hawaii price and tax (around 10% difference to mainland). read more

This store is a standout for me. The staff was amazing! So friendly and welcoming. They were happy to show us things and not snotty or inattentive as I have experienced in stores near me. The selection is also great - different, unique items as well as standards. I would return to this store as the vibe is chill, the store is cool and clean and the staff really is amazing. All of these things make me happier with my purchases read more

While I did not make a purchase this trip, I did have a positive experience. I was greeted by this lovely lady who seemed like she was the store manager. She explained the new seasonal collection to me and offered me something to drink even though I did not make a purchase. read more

I never leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience because it made me genuinely uncomfortable. My boyfriend and I stopped by Dior just to browse. When we first walked in, we were greeted very nicely, which I appreciated. However, shortly after, an employee began following us around the store. I completely understand employees checking in with customers or offering assistance, and I have no issue with that. What made this experience uncomfortable was that she was standing extremely close to me, silently watching and following us without saying anything or offering assistance. I felt like I was being watched the entire time, and it honestly felt like she was breathing down my neck. I have never experienced this at any other luxury store, and it did not feel professional or welcoming. We ultimately decided to leave and went to Louis Vuitton instead, where we had a much more comfortable experience. I'm leaving this review not to be rude, but in hopes that management can speak with their staff about how this type of behavior can come across to customers. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback, because I would have expected a more welcoming and professional experience from Dior. Thank you. read more

Located inside Ala moana shopping centermall level, Christian Dior store has been around for many years. They renovated the store not too long ago so inside is very nice. I love that they have a lot of sitting area so I can relax while my wife is shopping. My wife loves their shoes, handbag, so she shops there every now and then. The sales person are usually very friendly. They served us bottle water while we shop and give us suggestion to the product and let us try out everything. They also text us new product when they arrive. I consider Dior is one of the middle value designer brand. They are not super expensive but it's also not the cheapest. I can get more stuffs shopping here when compare to shopping at Hermes. read more

Dior always has great customer service. I'm not sure what's going on with the one star reviews. Dior falls under the LVMH umbrella, along with Louis Vuitton, Fendi, Tiffany and some other luxury stores. The store is beautiful, clean and bright. They have a men's section and a women's section. They're most known for their Lady Dior and book tote bags. It seems like they have different designs every season. Outside they have the Dior Cafe. There are only a handful of Dior Cafes in the world and one just happens to be in Honolulu. Try the açaí bowl and cappuccino. It contains rose infused syrup. read more

I was in town visiting from California. I told my husband I wanted to go into Dior, but then I decided against it. He then said, "Don't forget the prices will be cheaper here than back home, so don't pull one of your numbers and go back home and order online when we can get something a bit cheaper here in Hawaii." He was right, so we turned around. I entered the store at 3:58. The doorman greeted me, but no one else did. The sales associates (SAs) were busy with clients. I entered in wanted a saddle shaped card case wallet, so I went to the case and stood there. I told my husband I would give the associates until 4:01 to acknowledge me. I didn't get acknowledged until 4:08--so I didn't stay true to my word. Makiko came up and apologized for someone not helping me, but she asked how she could assist. I pointed out the wallet and she pulled it out to show me. Then I asked about the wallet on chain and she was a goooood salesperson. She was explaining why a WOC would be the better choice. There was a cheaper WOC option, but she explained the cons of having the smaller version. At that point, I was about to get the WOC. I told Makiko I wanted to talk to my husband and she said to take my time. Then, I decided to ask about a medium Dior book tote with strap. One of my mainland SAs let me know the tote would be available January 4th, 2024; Makiko confirmed this. She also said the store got four of them and someone purchase one that day. She said she'd bring it out for me to see. I fell in lovvvvvve. She explained that I would have to put the full price deposit down, but she could ship it to me for $60 (they will ship free over $5,000-they should ship everything free!!!). When I heard my husband say, "Ohhh, that's nice. I like it." I knew that was the bag! Anyway, in the end, I purchased a book tote and a wallet that just arrived that day. I left with the wallet, but the purse will ship to me. Makiko was great; I'm glad I got to meet her today. Ask for her! read more

I happened to be on the Dior website and saw that they had ABCDior mitzah scarfs! I was completely in love with the J one and since I was flying to Oahu I was able to check the in store stock and also make an in store appointment for the following day once I was on the island. Karen from the Ala Moana store contacted me to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival my sister and I were immediately greeted and introduced to Karen. She presented the mitzah to me and allowed us to look around the store at our leisure and offered us bottled water. My sister found a cardholder in a color way that was just released earlier this week. This Dior does have Hawaii pricing do depending on the item it is cheaper than website pricing. My mitzah was $240 in store and $250 online. Their mini lady Dior bag (that I did not purchase because my wallet would be angry) is $5.2k in store and $5.5K online. I would definitely come back to see Karen for her wonderful service again! read more

I love shopping at this location. The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Makiko my SA is fab and so is Diane the manager. I've always been offered water-sparking or still at my visit. The store is well organized and has many pretty display items. The lounge chairs are comfy. I also like that they use a wireless scanner to make your purchase. No waiting at a register or counter. The packaging is always so lovely and your purchase is wrapped with care. I always receive the best service! I recently came for an event. The pupus served were tasty, and the drinks were good as well. I also received a Dior lip glow with my purchase. read more

This was my first time shopping at a designer store. All my other items have been online or gifts, so I wasn't sure what to expect in person. My husband and I dress extremely casual, so I was slightly nervous about being pre-judged. There was initially no wait, however there was a small line when we left. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a big smile by an associate (from a distance, she was helping someone). The same associate who greeted us was the same one to help us, Lee. I came for earrings but she also helped us find a fantastic necklace to match. She was extremely personable and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience enjoyable for us. She also had eyes everywhere - constantly scanning the store to ensure people were tended to and display items were returned to their correct locations. That is the mark of someone who's truly on top of things and prioritizes the overall customer experience rather than just making the sale. Thank you so much Lee for your fantastic service. I am so happy with my purchase, and even more happy with the service. When you come here, ask for Lee! She has great voluminous hair - can't miss her! read more

I had an excellent time here for my first Dior purchase ever! My sales associate was Rosie. She was extremely kind and attentive to me. They were quite busy at first so I actually didn't get yelled right away but as soon as Rosie came to assist me it was smooth sailing. The quality of the items are also great and the inside adds to the le hiro is vibes. I highly recommend Rosie at this location! read more

Need zipper handle repair. Went 3 times, they said service manager not avail. One visit, they said will cost $500. I said go ahead. They took pix and still no reply. $500 not good enough?! They are only interested sales. Absolutely no customer service! Dealt with Carter, Chanel, Bulgaria etc. and they was super helpful. Okay so the line here is always freakin' long but it's okay. Recently, with Kim Jones switching his artistic direction to Dior, the brand has become increasingly popular. Customer service is great, but having to wait can be cumbersome. I think what is neat is how their brand has transformed into a mesh between high-end and streetwear which is definitely the "in-thing" right now. I wish they had access to exclusive items like the Travis Scott collabs though. Sujun gives amazing customer service! Ask for him and he will accommodate you he is an anime lover! read more

The best Dior boutique to shop at IMO and I've visited many around the world. Currently there is a promo where you pay No tax plus Hawaii Price (10% avg lower price on most items) and that is as good as it gets. I think it's possibly even less than Europe pricing right now even with VAT back because I was just in paris last January and ended up buying my belt bag here at this store. But it's really the attention to customer service that makes me love this store and packaging is EXCEPTIONAL! Sujun is my SA and he is THE Best! His attention to detail, prompt responses, his professionalism and kindness and patience to help you find what you're looking for is really what makes the retail experience so fun. Each time I go in this store, nothing but hellos. To my surprise, I was stoked that my sales advisor immediately recognized me even with my mask on. I had to ask him (Siu aka "C") if he remembered me and he said yes that's why I waved at you as soon as you walked in. That made feel special lol Most times, I'm just dressed in athletic wear and most times, I just window shop but they have never treated me any less. Louis Vuitton does that lol A N Y W A Y, my DIL and I ended up being in the store for over 2 hours. It was a pleasant experience as "C" offered us bottle water and I got my glass of champagne. Teehee I love being in stores that offer this type of service. I will definitely shop here again. I have to give a stellar review for this store and our representative who took care of us, Sujung here. Highly recommended!!!! Coming from California, I have never received a stellar service like we had at Dior of Ala Moana Center. As you know, I like to dress very casually and lol, maybe I could be categorized as a bum. Long story short, me and my wife like to shop (well my wife mostly), but we are like the two bums who like to shop where we are treated accordingly. I disliked Hermes due to this fact. So we went in to Christian Dior shop here at Ala Moana. Once, we entered the store Sujung approached us, greeted us and showed us around. We were not looking to buy, but courteously Sujung handed his card for us to keep. I was really impressed with his professionalism, never once he looked at us with the corner of his eyes. Very sincere. So we went to eat at Shabuya. Afterwards, I told my wife to go back to the store to purchase something. My wife just wanted the cheapest handbag because she was not planning to buy anything, but due to Sujung's professionalism, I told her to get whichever handbag that she liked. We ended up buying a $2500 bag. It was well worth it. After the purchase, two days later, Sujung sent us an email and text message to thank us for the purchase. I am impressed!!! For sure, you just get yourself a fan, next time we are in Hawaii, we will be coming here again to purchase more bags from Sujung. Forget Beverly Hills, Ala Moana all the way. read more

Man fuck this store! Pardon my French. I'm going kamakaze on my F bombs right now. Waited a whole ass hour for nothing. While people are taking their sweet time in there, they were short-staffed (I get it), but to let those with a reservation in is a big "fuck you" for those who are patiently waiting in line. They have a reservation system by phone-in?! The flying fuck! Who's that's special to get granted a reservation!!? Who the Fuck you think you are, Dior. They don't do that at LV. Great experience with Mai! She showed me everything I wanted to see. Wanted to see the Caro bag but they didn't have it in the color and size. She showed me the same size and color in different items and realized it wasn't for me. I was about to leave but I asked to hold the Lady Dior and she was telling my about the price, seasonal colors, availability, etc. hard to find designer items now a days with the inventory. Anyways ended up walking out with a purse, scarf, and wallet. The only downside is the boxing takes a while but there's a lot of things to do around the area while you wait. read more

This is a beautiful store, however it's very low staffed. I've been in retail for a long time, I understand customers service and I know This Dior and many other luxury retailers depend on Asian clientele especially in Hawaii where 80% of business is from tourism. But at least hire some people that can speak decent English... The girl that sold me jewelry misunderstood when I said to her "I'll think about it" she responded saying "you buy? You pay credit or cash? You want to buy shopping bag?" She also could not answer questions that I asked such as "what kind of metal material is this made of?" "Will this jewelry tarnish?" "Are the pearls real or resin?" You would think luxury stores Like Dior would hire some one sophisticated enough to answer basic questions....but no, I did not get any of my questions answered, except a scared tactic response from the sales associate who said "this last one, no more", then she went to check in the drawer, and believe it or not, there was a couple of that product left. No it's not the last one girl.....I purchased the bracelet because I did the research and I know what I wanted, I just wanted to know if the sales associate knew what they were selling....I did not have a great experience, they need hire better people because this is embarrassing for this high level luxury store. read more

Regardless of never meeting each other in person she has been extremely attentive and responsive, something I can't say about many other SAs from different luxury houses. I took a risk stepping in this store, thinking I was just gunna be ignored, but to my astonishment, I was so eagerly and joyfully greeted and thoroughly helped by the beautiful and kind Ms. Coco. Oh my, from the very start she was just so pleasant to be around. I was looking for a very particular neck scarf that I saw from the Dior fashion show and wanted it ever since. Coco searched and searched through the stores inventory to see if they had it. Even asking her coworkers throughout the company. She took my number and even my Instagram to get in contact me, should the item come around. And what really made my time here special was how much Coco cared. I'm sure the scarf was only a few hundred dollars, but her effort made it seem as if I was spending a million dollars in there. For the amount of time i was in there, we got to know each other so well and my oh my, Coco really is the sweetest and went so above and beyond to help me. I really wish they had the item I wanted. She said a lot of what clients want, they have to order it. I wish they had more inventory, instead of having to shop with what's just in the store. Should I ever come back, I'm definitely coming back to see Coco. read more

Went here to buy a Lady D-Lite Bag. Walked in with my husband and baby in a stroller. Not a single sales associate came to assist us. Granted, my husband was wearing shorts and I had a dress and flip flops on, however, this is Hawaii and we were trying to dress accordingly. We walked around the entire store, saw some sales associates, smiled at them but then nothing. We even sat on the sofa and waited for someone, anyone to assist us. NOTHING! Sujun is the best SA. Dior in Hawaii will be charging their sales tax soon, so take advantage of the no taxes now if you're on the island. If not, you can still benefit from their lower base price. We were recently in Hawaii for our 20th wedding anniversary from Australia. We have been here before and love Alomoana Shopping Centre. My daughter who is nearly 19yrs old had wanted to get a Dior Card holder on this trip. Obviously she didn't want her parents to come into the store with her. She walked in, one staff member glared out her the entire time & followed her around like she was going to steal something. NO ONE offered her help and she felt that intimidated she left. When she told me I was furious as this was the one thing she really wanted to purchase. I entered the store & no one asked me if I wanted help. Eventually I asked if I could speak to the manager and a sales assistance said I am the supervisor. Not sure if I believed her but I would imagine the store would have a manager as it was during the week. I explained regardless of how people look (she was presented well) & how she was treated it was unexceptable. Also they had lost a sale. Instead of offering to invite my daughter back in and the "supervisor" help her with her purchase and apologise to her personally she only said oh...sorry about that. DIOR U may be high end but Lily our daughter felt like Pretty Woman....she felt she wasn't good enough to shop & left Hawaii without her beautiful credit card holder.... I would hope to hear from you and this time from the manager. read more

This review is for the doorman who used his own discretion to reject me at the front entry. There are multiple entrances at this location. I went to the women's end first and the doorman kindly pointed me in the direction of the other entrance for the men's side of the store. I thanked him and made my way to the other (main) entrance. Upon my right big toe entering the threshold of the establishment, an older man steeped in front of me, asked if I had an appointment (which I did not) then told me to leave and go back to the other door where the women's section is. I chuckled to myself because at this point.. it's just funny/sad. I go back to the original gentleman (the nice one). I explain the situation and he looks to the doorman who rejected me and gave him a thumbs-up. Presumably to indicate "he's all good". After a few seconds of witnessing two grown men try to establish improvised sign language, I had had enough and left. I'm headed to the village location. This store is a joke. read more
