BEWARE! This office is very UNPROFESSIONAL and Dr. Christi Cheng is emotionally unstable and rude. When you call to make an appointment the guy that answers the phone works from home because there are children in the background yelling - he has you on speaker phone so you can barely hear him. I was taking my son in for a follow-up post ER visit after having several focal seizures and was going to request a referral for a new neurologist. Long story short, Dr. Cheng became UNHINGED when she looked at her computer schedule. The appointment was noted on a different day, but when I told her the scheduler gave me this date and time she began yelling at us that she needed to see the new patient first and we would have to wait (mind you, we're already seated IN her office). When I told her that we had another appointment and that we couldn't wait, oh, she really got confrontational! I told her it was very unprofessional of her to react that way in front of my son who wasn't feeling the best. I had to calm him down in order to avoid causing another seizure. We left the office without the care he needed and felt very shocked, disheartened, and discriminated against. read more

Do not, under any circumstances, do an online appointment for birth control here. I found her office through zocdoc and just needed a prescription filled until my Gynecologist could see me. They billed my insurance for a well women's visit instead of telehealth. (Literally impossible over the computer). Which meant when I received a real well woman's visit that I'd been waiting for, my insurance wouldn't cover it. The mistake wasn't discovered until after they billed it to insurance. Leaving me 300$ to pay out of pocket. When I called the office to fix the visit I received a "too bad so sad. And general we do not care attitude. I will never be returning online here and am warning everyone of my terrible experience. read more

My complaint is with communication. It is so difficult to get an email, portal message, or phone call returned from Dr. Cheng. In addition, her office staff are not fluent in American English. Their foreign accents are heavy, making it almost impossible to communicate with them. read more

If you would like a physician that is personable, patient or empathetic I would suggest speaking to a bag of rocks instead. I initially chose Dr. Cheng as my PCP due to her availability, convenience, and somehow high ratings on Zocdoc, in 2022. My first appointment with her (video) I explained my medical history and included I had flight anxiety. The first sentence she said after that was that I didn't want to be flying right now anyways because there had recently been a plane crash in Asia. That should've been enough of a first red flag. The second time I had a meeting with her was to go over blood work results via video. During the appointment she shared with me that she was currently "cleaning out her purse" (this was while taking my appointment) and seemed distracted to say the least. This should've been my second red flag. I recently went to see her in person for the first time to update some prescriptions and get a general check up. The admin in her office was very kind and professional. Dr. Cheng came in very rushed and said what do you need and I shared I started seeing a psychiatrist and wanted to know if I was able to transfer my medication over to my PCP. She asked me what my "thing" was and when I asked her what she meant she asked me "what do you have" I mentioned I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression and before I could elaborate she followed it with the most dry "why". I gave her a one sentence answer because at this point the whole process was very dismissive. She stood up abruptly grabbed a sheet of paper and said psychiatry things are tricky (she didn't ask what medication I was on or if I'd been doing anything else to manage it, etc). I didnt need a ton of sympathy but any semblance of being listened to would have been nice. I told her I felt really rushed and uncomfortable and that I would rather see someone else. She said "okay" and stood up and just left the room leaving the door wide open. There was no sorry you feel that way, check out at the front desk, is there anything else I can assist with instead, etc. she just left. Needless to say, those were enough red flags for me and I have found a new PCP who is very pleasant. I cannot recommend this physician at all, for any procedure. read more

Dr. Cheng truly sucks when it comes to Senior Care. She has been my mother's PCP since Jan 2022. My mother has NOT seen her in the office at all. Everytime she calls the answering machine is on. I have been with Dr Cheng since 2014. I left for kaiser for 2 years then came back. WHY! Since the PANDEMIC happened, she has not been in her office. I do really understand. Somehow the last review I wrote disappeared. I finally found a new Doctor Who actually gives me Eye 2 Eye contact. My husband and I left Dr. Cheng for this reason. So I called to order my medical records she told me it was a lot so they were charging me $50. I could've bought her a ream of paper for less. I don't doubt that Cristy Cheng is a good doctor however I like the nurse practitioner better she listens to what you're saying and at least pays attention while you're talking to her. Dr. Cheng was recommended to me by my colleague. I went in for a physical and I showed her a prescription of what I was currently taking. I went to Walgreens to pick it up and found out she wrote me the wrong prescription! I called her office and left a message. They called back 2 days later and said it's been fixed. NOPE! Went to Walgreens again only to discover the prescription had the wrong dosage. Called the dr. again and left a msg. They then told me they talked to Walgreens and that I have some refills left from my "old doctor." I got a new job but had the same insurance. So they didn't bother to write me a prescription at all... And the staff needs to communicate with each other! Never see a doctor so IRRESPONSIBLE. I went to her for 2 annual physical exams already. I made appointment every time but still had to wait for half an hour every time. During the session she make everything short and fast because she overbooked herself. She doesn't explain everything to me. Last time I told her my neck pain is sometimes casusing me headache, she subscribed me medicine without telling me what it is. I had to ask her twice and all she said was it for headache, didn't explain how to take them when to take them.(REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL) I later found out at the pharmacy that she also subscribed me to some med to help me sleep, but i clearly told her I no problem sleeping. Another time, she ordered lab done for my physical exam that I didnt know nor I need and I ended up have to pay extra when my insurance only cover preventive cares. read more

I saw her twice. The first visit, I waited for an hour in the exam room. When she finally saw me, she asked me what I wanted. The next time, I waited 10 minutes, and she told me my blood tests told her I needed to be treated for a condition that I have had most of my life. I told her she had refilled the meds for that condition at our last visit. So she asked me again, what I wanted. Go to this doctor if you already have your doctorate in medicine; otherwise, find one that has a bedside manner, puts his or her medical expertise to use, and has an office staff that doesn't forward you to voicemail when you call to ask a question. read more

This office is terrible. I got a call the morning of my appointment to see if I could come in earlier. I said ok and came in two hours earlier than my appointment time. I came in, there were two receptionists, neither of whom greeted me nor acknowledged me for 5 minutes. One was on the phone while the other was just looking at the computer. No eye contact, no "I'll be with you shortly," nothing. There was an issue with a patient with the receptionist on the phone and after the receptionist hung up, she just walked away. Both receptionists were talking about the patient that was on the phone OUT LOUD where everyone could hear. STILL no acknowledgement from the other receptionist! The first receptionist came back, still didn't say anything, and just put a form on the clipboard for me to check in and walked away. I've had issues with the receptionists prior to this appointment but nothing like this. So unprofessional!! I sat in the office for twenty more minutes before anyone even said that a nurse would be with me shortly. On a side note, the nurse that I had was awesome! I'm not the one to write a bad review but I think it is worth saying. I visited her a couple months ago due to agonizing pain after eating. I don't have a main doctor since I'm generally healthy and I just skip the annual exams but she was near me and I thought I'd give it a try for the first time in a long time. Maybe get a few tests run or if this is something that'll go away on it's own. Upon entering the room she was cold and rude. In a monotone voice and a straight face, "What are you in for...." Not even a 'Hi'. Took me aback but I began to explain what my symptoms were and stuff I had already done (noticing what food I ate that caused it, eliminating food I thought could be causing it, my due diligence pretty much) she cut me off and in an annoyed and lackluster voice just said, "Okay" Didn't ask me anything. Didn't tell me what it could possibly be, didn't tell me her THOUGHTS. She ended up giving me a paper with gastrologists on the list and told me to call them. She then turned around and left the room without even a bye. I know what you're thinking, 'Surely, she must've said bye or shook your hand? Asked if you had any questions?' Nope, nothing. Just gave me the list and turned around and left. So... um? Is it stomach flu? Is it IBS? Is it heartburn? Stones? You couldn't even give me an IDEA of what you thought? I have insurance I think my co-pay is like $10 bucks but this has been the worst $10 bucks I've spent on such a butthole doctor. I am going to this office for hair removal laser therapy. The only reason that I keep going is I've already paid!!! The check-in personnel behavior is veryyyyy bad!!! I had appointment at 9 am today and arrived at 8:58. The door was locked but I could hear sound from inside. I nocked the door two times but nobody answered!!! Then I found the next door that is for personnel only was open. I said hello through the door. The lady who were sitting at desk looked at me angrily without saying hello or anything. She told me ok I will open the door for you!!!! She did and again didn't say hello, welcome or any greetings!! I entered, waited for 2 minutes but nobody checked me in!!! When I went to the check-in window that lady told me very angrily "Okkkk, I understand and will be with you shortly!!!" But she never checked me in!!! Her behavior made me angry and she ruined my Saturday morning :( I definitely need more sessions but I wont come back again after these paid sessions! PS. Ms. Christal (my therapist) is awesomeeee!!! My husband and I needed last minute physicals for our insurance, and I was struggling to find somewhere. Dr. Cheng's office was the only one who could see us without a consultation and within a few days at that. I was happy we found somewhere but should have seen that as a sign. The front office staff met my expectations. The questionnaire we filled out as new patients was very overly copied. It was hard to read and they really need a new questionnaire as most boxes to check were cutoff the page. I was seen by a medical assistant, I think, first. She did the basics and asked questions from the questionnaire. Then the nurse practitioner came in. She was kind and thorough. She also asked all the questions that were on the questionnaire. But I was happy so far with service. She let me know the doctor would be in shortly. A few minutes later, without the standard knock letting me know she was about to enter. Dr. Cheng pretty much barged in. She did not introduce herself, welcome me to the office or anything of that sort. She went straight into asking the same questions that were on the questionnaire. 4th time at this point. She asked me the same exact question several times throughout my visit with her. Everytime I gave the same exact clear answer. She never really gave eye contact and I felt a little like maybe she was on medication or just not feeling 100%. She gave me the standard PAP which was rough. No warning, just dug in with the qtip for swabbing. She did a check of my ovaries and was startled to find a hard lump on one. She was digging pretty far up in me so I'm sure she felt my heart at that point. She suggested I get a ultrasound ASAP to see what the lump was and gave me a referral for an ultrasound place. She seemed really sure of her findings and it made me nervous. And as quickly as she entered, she was out. I decided to get a second opinion on the lump she found on my ovary. Main reason because Dr. Cheng's demeanor made me feel uneasy. Also, after my visit I read reviews and questioned her judgment even more. Long story short, my OB/GYN did an exam and ultrasound w/wand. She found no lump whatsoever. I trust her judgement 100%. She was puzzled as to what Dr. Cheng might have felt inside me. Dr. Cheng's false findings of a large lump on my ovary caused me to feel scared, anxious and extremely worried. I would not recommend anyone to visit Dr. Cheng. read more

I am very happy with the office staff and physician assistants, but my experiences with Dr. Cheng have left a lot to be desired. Her bedside manner is awful and she doesn't listen very well. I first went in with bad abdominal pain and nausea. She gave me some antibiotics and sent me home. She didn't even tell me she was going to give me an antibiotic shot, so i was surprised when the nurse came in and told me she was there to give it to me. Two days later, I was in the ER. The doctors there seemed a bit disturbed and incredulous that she had not given me anything to help my symptoms, and they prescribed me some painkillers as well as something to help with the nausea that was making it almost impossible to eat and drink. After the ER visit, I saw Dr. Cheng again. For a follow up appointment, I was scheduled to see Dr. Cheng but I never actually got to see her on that visit. My latest visit was the biggest disappointment. She didn't listen to anything I said and didn't seem to care how I was doing. She said it sounded like I was getting better despite the fact that I still have to take anti-nausea medications to be able to eat anything and painkillers to be able to even function. Me: "I'm still nauseated and only don't feel the pain when I take the painkillers." 2 minutes later Her: "But the nausea is gone though." Me: "No, I still have to take the medicine to be able to even eat." I'm going to switch doctors to someone who will actually listen to what I am saying the first time I say it. read more

If you need any reasons other than the other terrible reviews here to not visit Dr. Cheng, I have three more for your consideration. First, I was assigned to Dr. Cheng by my new insurance. I called to make my first appointment because I was having bad allergy symptoms (I have asthma) and was told that I would have to book two separate appointments if I wanted to have a regular physical as well as talk with Dr. Cheng about managing my asthma. Mildly annoying, and immediately evident that her priority is maximizing her ability to bill, not patient care. When I had the appointment, Dr. Cheng was professional but robotic - she also asked me the same questions multiple times as if she had immediately forgotten my answer. Very weird. Secondly, the office that she uses for billing made an administrative error and sent the bill to me, instead of my insurance carrier. It was annoying and difficult to resolve and took several calls and emails to even get a reply back from the billing office. Finally, and the last straw for me - I called her office with a very simple question that would have taken about 30 seconds for a nurse or doctor to reply to on the advice line when I used to have Kaiser. The medical assistant said she would call me back. No one ever called me back, so I called again a couple of days later. I was then told I would need to make an appointment to ask any question. I asked for a phone appointment, and was told it wasn't available. I was then told, verbatim, "maybe you should google it" in response to my question. They finally gave me the option to email Dr. Cheng a question. And her response was to tell me to come in and make an appointment to discuss. Another example of only caring about billing, and not patient care. Since I have to give one star, I will say that the one star is for her PA who is skilled, knowledgeable, warm, and engaging. Dr. Cheng is probably my favorite Family Physician, ever. I think that Dr. Cheng is professional and current in medical knowledge. She has offered remedies to control medical issues other than the reason for my visit. To schedule an appointment has been quickly responded to and efficient. The receptionists are pleasant as they share smiles with me as I enter the clinic. I have been able to come into the clinic within just a few days of making the appointment. As much as I am impressed with Dr. Cheng, she helps me smile. Her greeting is sincere and given with an honest smile. She talks to me in words that make sense to me. Everyone - stay away from this place! Dr. Cheng wastes your time without even giving you a reason as to why she's 1.5 hours LATE to your appointment. My mom called to make an appointment the morning of, which the receptionist scheduled for the afternoon. We got there for our appointment and was told to wait in one of the rooms. My mom waited patiently for 45 mins, before Dr. Cheng comes in and then abruptly leaves again for no reason! She doesn't come back for another 30 mins, which we have been waiting promptly in the office and the waiting room for 1.5 hours by then. If you don't want to waste time and not get any communication from her, then beware, stay away from this place!!! read more

I've been going to Dr. Cheng for a while, and I'm not entirely sure why. Each time I leave the office, I have to call a loved one to rant about the worst medical care I've ever received; yet next time I think, "oh, it couldn't have been *that* bad." The office: 3.5 out of 5 stars. The women who do intake at the front desk aren't particularly friendly but they aren't unfriendly either. Sitting in the waiting room (and I almost always end up sitting there a very long time) feels a bit depressing, but once your name is called, the overall experience is rather pleasant. I wouldn't go out of my way for this experience, but it's perfectly fine (and I *have* left a doctor's office due to mean front office people before). The lab: 4 of 5 stars. I love that there is a lab onsite. This is probably my favorite bit, and the biggest reason I keep coming back. They seem perfectly fine, and it's great to get results back right away. Dr. Cheng's nurse: 3.5 of 5 stars. I've mostly dealt with her over the phone, and she's great at calling back and helping out. Dr. Cheng: 0 of 5 stars. Dr. Cheng seems to care, and again, she's rather nice, but she doesn't seem to have any inquisitiveness or analytical tendencies ( I have gone in with complaints and come out with medical prescriptions without even a basic hands-on exam), and she's a poor listener to boot (she has given me prescriptions counter to the very information I'd just presented to her, and left me wandering out of the office wondering if she'd even heard anything I just said). It seems like she throws drugs (and the occasional outsourced procedure) at all issues, usually based on a bare bones amount of information. I'm afraid I find each office visit frustrating, and I walk away unconvinced that my actual, objective condition has been considered and addressed. read more

A bunch of incompetent people who can't schedule properly and seems very disorganized. They first scheduled me, then rescheduled me and then the day before called and said I won't be able to see the doctor but her physician assistant instead, they specifically said "it's just the same thing"......ok is the charge the same then? They were not very nice on the phone either after rescheduling me. With this kind of staff, don't think the doctor is much better either. Dr Cheng is great. She trusts her patients to know their medical history and body better than she does and takes their wishes and requests seriously. The only reason she doesn't have 5 stars is that you can't come to Dr Cheng expecting to be seen any less than an hour later than your appointment time. Up to 2 hours later. Don't expect to come in for a 9:00 appointment and then get to work by 10. You need at least half of a day. Last time I came in, I was fasting and had a 10:30 appointment. I wasn't seen until 12 and then had to wait 3 hours at Quest. By the time I finally got food, my blood sugar was SUPER low. I ate my body weight in Panda Express and slept the rest of the day. read more

I had the worst experience with Dr. Cheng and her MA Carmen. After my annual physical exam , I had some lab work done and Pap smear. When I request they sent me the result , they said I need to make a appointment and pay $20 copay , they can't sent me the result without seeing Dr. Cheng. This is bull shit ! I've been coming to see Dr. Cheng over the last year several times, and the experience has dramatically improved. My most recent visit I arrived 10 min early, and was seen exactly at my appointment time, we talked for a long time about a wide range of topics and I didn't feel rushed at all, she answered all my concerns and made additional recommendations. She made me feel heard and that things would get better. I know a lot of the reviews here have been terrible, but it is clear to me that she has been reading the Yelp reviews and taking them very seriously, as evidenced by the difference in my most recent visit vs when I first saw her almost two years ago. She has cut down the number of people in the waiting room by a ton (I went around lunchtime on a weekday, presuming that it would be super busy), and is very present mentally during our appointment. Note this number is her cell or some other number and not he direct office number which has an automated system. I called this number cause I didn't have the number handy and it just rang and rang. She then called me back hours later with a very fragmented response. She called me and didn't announce who she was and then it sounded that sounded like she was only half paying attention to what she was saying and then said "call my nurse" and hung up on me! She is paranoid - once telling me that people wanted her out of the practice and were stealing her patients and to not call the main number - from which I always get routed to her nurse anyway so I have no idea what that's about. She's competent as a doctor but hardly ever looks up from her computer and basically pushes pills. She seems very frazzled and overworked. Thankfully I don't have to see her much and after this last experience I mentioned above I'll either be switching to another doctor in the practice or leaving entirely for another doctor. For what I normally see her for I would be much better served by a good urgent care doctor. read more

I was looking for a new DR. so I made my appointment. Like others Dr. Cheng saw me twice once for my initial consult/blood work and again for a physical. The first visit went fine and they lab was in the office. I didn't realize she is also at San Leandro Sleep Disorders but man she did push to get me to go there. It doesn't take a Dr to know anyone with a 2 year old and an bran new baby is going to be lacking sleep! My second visit "physical" I gowned up she came in after 10/15 minutes read my results of the blood work. Again she pressed the sleep disorder thing. She asked me the same question 3 times and honestly I could tell she wasn't paying attention to me at all. Hey Doc maybe you need to go attend the Sleep Disorder clinic. Dr Cheng is obviously under a lot of stress and I believe that's causing her to be rude and completely blind to the fact that patients are different from each other. She assumes everyone is the same person which is completely ignorant. FYI she will not prescribe you promethazine but will gladly give you antibiotics for chest pains and a cold. If I wrote this review when I first met Dr Cheng in 2014 I would easily give 5 stars and refer all my friends. She was attentive, proactive, and accommodated my communication issues by corresponding with me through email. I had been with Kaiser Permanente doctors who misdiagnosed/mistreated a chronic problem when I switched to Blue Shield and Dr. Cheng. She listened, evaluated me and immediately sent me out for a test. The results came back and within a week I was on the operating table having 13 tumors removed. I will always be grateful to her for this intervention, it was life changing. Why 1 star? Over the years the practice seems to have evolved from caregiving to business. Cosmetic procedures advertised all over the office and social media, branding with just a first name and such. I see less and less of the actual doctor, typically after waiting half an hour or longer with an appointment. My emails disappear into the black hole, no response (I since learned there is a portal patients are to use to communicate with the office; it's not ZocDoc - the app that will successfully schedule appointments there.) I also noticed the front office staff kept changing, which is a red flag that something is amiss in house. Fortunately there was an amazing NP in the office who performed all the routine patient care, and I continued to return knowing I was in good hands whether or not I saw the actual doctor when I came in (sometimes I did for a minute, other times not at all). Last appointment in March 2020 I learned this cherished NP left the practice. I am grateful for the care I received here, however it is clear the time has come to find a new doctor who is patient centered. read more

Usually when I go to see her for an appointment it is a long wait. Then when I finally do, I always have to remind her of my medical problems and what she already told me to do. For example, I had an appointment for a horrible rash, then I sent her emails afterwards because it was getting worse (as she told me to do). When I went in for a follow-up visit, I had to tell her about my rash all over again and she acted like this was new information. That's just one example. read more

New address. 13847 East 14th Street #108, San Leandro, Ca 94578 - Very nice and informational receptionist answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. I've called a few other doctors to make an appointment, but they were all rude so I finally called Dr Christi Cheng's office. The lady who answered the phone was so nice and made me feel very welcomed. - The wait. My appointment was at 12:15. At 12:45 I was to check my height and weight then wait in the doctor's office for the doctor. While I waited in the office the nurse and the doctor came in to advised me that the doctor will be with me in a few minutes. I appreciate the staff here for doing that. I must say the wait is the only reason why they received 4 stars from me, but it's ok because there's only one doctor and I'm pretty sure they do get a lot of patients that they also need to attend to. - Nice & Clean. From the lobby area, to the hall ways and to the doctor's office.. This place was real nice and clean. - Free wifi & TV. The good thing is that they have free wifi. I love anywhere that has free wifi & TV while I wait. - Parking. They do have a big parking area because there are other doctor offices in the building. - Automated calls. They have an automated machine that calls you the day prior to your appointment to confirm and remind you of your appointment. Overall my whole experience here in Dr. Christi Cheng's office was great. Dr. Cheng's was very nice. She made sure everything was ok before I left the office. I like Dr. Cheng and her office staff. They're always extremely professional and respectful. I've seen many doctors in the Bay Area and this office is by far the best. I rarely have a problem getting an appointment, and Dr. Cheng always gets back to me when I have a follow up question outside of our appointments. I just left Dr. Cheng's office...it was a wellness appointment (preventive physical). She was awesome as usual! I have been seeing her for over 10 years and she is always happy to see me whenever I've seen her. My wait was approx.1/2 hr and she gave me a complete physical as well as a referral for a mammogram, blood work and EUWWWW colonaspy :o She was gracious, concerned and very receptive. Be honesty, I do not common any doctors. She just let me feel she is so awful, otherwise I would not do this. If there was a half star, I would give it to her instead of one. The assistants are nice, not Christi Cheng at all! I waited there for so long at the first time, however, she was talking with her partner who is a white guy. Meanwhile, it passed my appointment time at least 40 minutes. OH MY GOD! Even that, that's fine I could understand you had so much to talk about with him since he was the only guy there. Unexpected, she is inpatient and cold person. She just wrapped so quick and did not like me to ask much. At the end, just used the cold expression said "Do you have any question?" I needed to find a pcp and did my homework, well, not all my homework, I should have checked Yelp before choosing this office. My first visit went well, I was seen in a timely manner and had great expectations of this office. After my visit I was set up for lab work a week before my scheduled appointment on 2/6/14. I live in Oakland and work on the peninsula. I asked to leave work 2 hours hours early so I can get to the Drs office before they closed at 5pm. I called them prior to my leaving work, I told them I was hoping to be in the office about a quarter to 5, I was told by the woman who answered, that would be fine. I get to the office around 4:47pm, the receptionist tells me the lab closed at 4:30. I told her someone from the office called me that same day and told me it would be fine as long as I got there before they closed. Not once did the woman who called me mentioned the lab closing at 4:30pm. It was a waste of time and missing work. I then had an appointment yesterday 2/6/14 @ 5pm. I get there 15 minutes early, I wait for awhile and they call me into the exam room at approximately 5:25. I sit, and I sit, (mind you there is only one other patient who has an appt at 5:15) finally around 5:45 I leave the exam room and take off. The woman at the desk outside the exam room is on a personal call so I tell her I'll be back, like hell I will. My first couple of experiences here were not pleasant, nor did the office staff at the front desk seem to be engaging at all. It was as if I was interrupting her computer game time, my bad. I will say that there was a nice middle aged African America Woman at the front desk as well as the drs MA, other than those two, the rest of the staff were non-caring, unprofessional, and too self involved. If you choose to go here make sure you take a book, iPad, or something to keep you occupied because you may end up waiting a long time before seeing a doctor. read more

I do not recommend. They do not take a proper medical history here (even though there is plenty of time while in the waiting room to fill this out), and the information you do provide they do not seem to properly recorded. I was prescribed a medication that i told them i am allergic to. Luckily I caught this at the pharmacy. I had to call the office from Walgreens only to be put on hold for a total of 15 minutes while waiting for them to confirm if the medication was correct. It was not and they had to change the prescription. Then they tell me "you're welcome" rather than apologizing for what was a pretty serious mistake. I was also never given any kind of diagnosis. I wasn't treated like a patient, just a random stranger thrown some random meds in passing. I rarely ever write reviews, but I feel this was a pretty serious mistake. Please double-check anything they prescribe you with a pharmacist because this doctor seems distracted and not really paying attention to the patient. If you are allergic to anything double or even triple check what they are giving you. read more
