I was taking my son in for a follow-up post ER visit after having several focal seizures and was going to request a referral for a new neurologist. Long story short, Dr. Cheng became UNHINGED when she looked at her computer schedule. The appointment was noted on a different day, but when I told her the scheduler gave me this date and time she began yelling at us that she needed to see the new patient first and we would have to wait (mind you, we're already seated IN her office). When I told her that we had another appointment and that we couldn't wait, oh, she really got confrontational! I told her it was very unprofessional of her to react that way in front of my son who wasn't feeling the best. I had to calm him down in order to avoid causing another seizure. His voice/tone: direct. The call was super quick but truly informative that highlights David's systematic approach. I asked for the soonest available appointment and confirmed.
