The fresh juices were incredibly refreshing, and the flavors were vibrant without being overly sweet. The real highlight, though, was the kanafa. It had the perfect balance of crispy, buttery pastry and warm, gooey cheese with just the right amount of sweetness. Easily some of the best kanafa I've had. The staff was welcoming, the service was excellent, and the shop had a great atmosphere. Whether you're stopping by for a fresh drink, dessert, or both, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll be coming back for more!

I tried the Baklava Cheesecake, and wow--it was one of the best cheesecakes I've ever had. The combination of creamy cheesecake and the rich, sweet flavors of baklava was incredible. My taste buds were in heaven! I also picked up some mini baklava pieces, and they were just as delicious--fresh, flaky, and packed with flavor. To top it all off, I ordered a caramel latte, and it was amazing. The coffee was smooth, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the desserts. The customer service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. If you're in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by. You definitely won't be disappointed. I'll absolutely be coming back!

Hidden Gem!!! Place…read moreis not meant for picking up and ordering out, there is seating there, so more than welcome to go in and sit. Just not spacious enough for me. When reading the reviews the only negative you're going to see is "wait time". If you know take out, you know ways around this "negative". But with that being said me and my lady ordered 2 açaí bowls and they were ready in about 12-15 minutes. Not a problem for us. You can make your own bowl or choose from pre made recipes. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I am definitely coming back!!! See you soon cafe 88

Rude staff and a very disappointing experience…read more My friend ordered a Lotus frappe, and unfortunately, it was not good at all. It tasted more like crushed cookies than an actual frappe, and she was literally chewing on pieces of ice. Since we've ordered the Lotus frappe here before and it was perfectly fine, we figured this was simply an issue with how the drink was made this time. I politely asked if the drink could be remade as a caramel frappe instead, since we knew that one was good. Instead, we were told, "We can't do that, you would have to pay." I'm sorry, but why would we pay again for a drink that was made poorly the first time? We weren't asking for a free drink just because we changed our minds. We were asking for the original drink to be corrected because it was genuinely not drinkable. What really made the situation worse was being told, "We're not a chain like Starbucks to just remake drinks... this will go to waste." Respectfully, if the concern is that the drink will "go to waste," perhaps the better solution would be to make sure the drink is prepared correctly in the first place. I understand that businesses don't want to waste product, but making a customer pay for another drink after receiving one that was poorly made doesn't exactly feel like great customer service either. I'm not expecting the "customer is always right" treatment, and I'm certainly not trying to be difficult. But when a customer genuinely cannot enjoy what they were served, the reasonable thing would be to offer a solution rather than essentially tell them, "Sorry, pay again." We've had good experiences here before, which is why this was especially disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, because the way this was handled left a much worse taste than the frappe did.
