My wife and I have now purchased our second car form Chris, we just bought a 2013 ford explorer xlt it's in mint shape, had lower miles on it, just what we where looking for! although they had lots of inventory down there to choose from we fell in love with the explorer. and we looked around everywhere Chris was priced 4799.00 lower than anyone else!!! he gave us way more for our trade than anyone else!! after having the car for a day the check engine light came on and I called and talked to todd he said bring it right down and we will fix it and then did! they even have their own service department! at a real garage that is offsite with skilled mechanics. at first I was dealing with another salesperson and i was very dissatisfied with this person because he told my wife and i it had gps and it did not, also that it was getting new tires which is was not! so then I decided to complain about the person and Chris apologized and he no longer works there anymore, however Chris even put new tires on it cause we were told it would, they take their business down there vey serous. They really have your best interests down there. And don't believe in just selling you a car they want life long customers! I hands down would deal with Todd again he was awesome helped me through the whole process and was very professional!! All through the repair process he called me and kept me in the loop, and he is the General manager, very personal service like your family down there. Also I talked with Chris several times in his office face to face he is the owner and he makes time for his customers!! I have purchased nearly 30 vehicles in my 70 years on this planet. I Had some good deals and some not so good deals. This was probably the best deal of them all. I have only written one other review in my life, but had to share this experience. I live in NH and was looking for a newer Camaro in my area. When I saw the black Camaro at Chris Goodnow Auto Sales, I told my wife we were going to Worcester to see this car. It was about $3000 less than the same vehicle anywhere else and it seemed to good to be true. Called Chris first to see if it was still available and if we could see it the next day. Hats off to Scott Goodnow Auto Sales! I have purchased two vehicles within one year and both deals went smoothly. My first SUV was purchased ten months ago. My Ford Escape was at the right mileage, price and condition that fit my budget. The dealership handled the insurance and registration for me as well. Unfortunately for me, there was an accident and my SUV was totaled. Scott was able to find me practically the same vehicle for the price of insurance value. They also have an excellent service center and staff (Bill) that reviews the car before purchase. Once the weather got colder, I noticed the heat would take quite a while to warm up. Chris and the staff were helpful and informative about the cars that I was interested in and more importantly were not pushy like other dealerships are that I've dealt with in the past. Being able to test ride the cars that I was interested in made me feel less pressured to commit to one that I didn't love. I've dealt with Chris a few times before my purchase. My Mom bought her car from him and after his service shop opened we were able to get repairs and check ups done all through him. The guys up at the service center are friendly and honest. There's no ring a round the rosie with prices, work to be done etc. This car has since died and I went back to look at a new one. I own a Lincoln MKZ and went to my usual mechanic with some work that needed to be done and they told me it would be over $4k to fix. I ended up coming across one of Chris's ads and was hoping he'd be able to give me a good rate to get my car fixed that needed a lot of work.
