He and Richard were both wonderful in terms of communicating when they would be arriving, confirming what they needed to take and what to leave, and were very professional and efficient overall. *COULD* i have done all that myself? Rent a truck, pack up my crap, take it to multiple locations to get rid of all of it - on top of even just figuring out what the hell to do with all of it? Maybe, maybe not - but the amount of stress they took off my plate was so so SO worth the price, especially when they made the entire process, from booking to service to payment, so easy and convenient. I'll definitely use them again the next time i inevitably build up a new pile of junk for me to stress over

Victor Jr. worked with me to price the project based on pictures. (If you haven't used a junk removal service before, they prefer to come in person to give you a quote and take things right away. But you can request a quote based on pictures so that you get multiple offers.) The price was competitive, and though it was just a tiny bit more than the lowest price, the good customer service helped me trust him. When they arrived, Victor and his coworker introduced themselves to my mom and got to work. They finished in 15 minutes. Then, they took the extra step of sending me a text that the job was finished and sent me a picture of the truck of junk when I asked. We'd use Acosta again if we ever need another junk removal in San Diego. Now if only they had a Northern CA branch to help with my own post-move cleanup.

I own a business transitioning seniors. I've hired Prestige movers numerous times. One of the main…read morereasons I use Prestige is because of their patience and professionalism working with my senior clients. For good movers it's not about the speed of the move, it's being careful when prepping your furniture to prevent damages when moving, loading the furniture, unloading, and unwrapping the furniture. They will work with you on placement for furniture and boxes so things aren't dropped off in a room it doesn't belong in. The movers are courteous to the client. That's professionalism. They aren't coming in on a job with an attitude or a chip on their shoulder. They listen and are extremely helpful. Clients want quality and people they can trust with their items. I will oversee the job with movers I use. So I am there during the move. They easily take direction and suggestions to help with the job to go smoothly. They have hung artwork and mounted TV's for my clients. If my client has too much the movers will donate what is not used. So it's easy for the client. If you're looking for quality, and professional I highly recommend Prestige Movers. Keep in mind most movers charge by the hour, fuel (travel fee) and for supplies. Ask what you're getting up front then there are no surprises after. Most of the time it's an estimate, which is normal. And one more comment; the owner of the company does come by and check on his guys and checks in with the client to see how things are going. Many of times he is working right along side of his guys to help with the job. If you have suggestions he's right on it.

Junior and his crew did an awesome job transporting all of our belongings to Arizona, and then assuring we were settled in. When my wife and I decided to move back to San Diego, Labor Force Movers met us at our new condo. Not only did they unloaded everything for us but helped us by installing our beds, washer & dryer, etc. All this occurred between nine and six years ago. Recently we purchased a home. Once again, Junior and his crew came through for us. The bottom line is this. I will always highly recommend whomever to Labor Force Movers. Their Customer Service and professionalism is by far anyone's expectations, along with their quotes, which in my opinion were very competitive in regards to the larger moving companies. Junior and to everyone at Labor Force Movers, my wife and I thank you for all you've done for us. We wish you the very best in the future. The Sanchez Family
